Passed by here on Tuesday December 24th (12/24/2024), Christmas Eve; when I came inside it was really peaceful, I didn't see any customers inside. I ordered the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki Sub Sandwich Footlong, chips, and a drink. I also got a free cookie as well. I used a coupon for my order. Service was pretty good.

The best subway ever. Takes all coupons and has the best customer service. They also offer a free cookie while you wait for your food to be toasted. This is the best and they deserve all the tips. I recommend anyone who wants subway to go to the this one instead of others.

Sandwich was exceptionally well put together, crafted even. Taking stars off because the soda machine is a little watered down and they took out the iced tea maker but I'm a water enjoyer anyway so it's not the end of the world.

I ordered through an app and had an amazing sandwich delivered. I have had consistently good experiences with this Subway. I wish everyone had the same. Thank you for my sandwich!!!!

I was actually surprised how the facility was clean and the veggies didn’t look like they were from 3 days ago my sandwich reminded me of the quality subway use to carry before many have got franchised to individuals that are cheap and tend less to the quality of service and food they distribute. I was very pleased with my first time visit there today and even got a free cookie thank you 🙏

I love this Subway. The owner is really nice and the ladies always working here at lunch are great. They make good sandwiches and are always cheerful and polite Add on 11/13/2024 The customer service here continues to be excellent and the owner is a very kind person. They deserve to do great! They always give you cookies too

Hello. I just want to share my experience, especially after a super stressful day/6 weeks of life giving me lemons. The service received was courteous, efficient, and friendly. My sandwich was delicious, enough for two (2) meals and the price was right. Thank you. I truly needed that wonderful and unexpected customer service experience.

We ordered 2 footlong sandwiches. Manuel helped us. He was pleasant, helpful and made 2 beautiful 8sandwiches. He listened to each request . Tasted better than they even looked. Will definitely come back

I tried to place the order online and unfortunately I wasn’t able to do it online. However, when I came in the store all the ladies in there were working and they stopped what they were doing to help. They all had a really friendly personality and I asked for help because my coupon didn’t work and so the owner of the store honored my coupon. They actually gave out free cookies while waiting and I have never been so impressed with customer service like this ! All the ladies were exceptional and very kind, and I really felt blessed when I came to the store! I would drive an extra couple miles just to receive this customer care like the way I did today!💜🖤💜🖤💜🌞

Free sample cookie while your sandwich is being made! That was great. Prices are a little high like other food places. Price is the only reason this place is an overall four instead of five star.

This wasn't the worst experience, but it was far from desirable. I ordered online, showed up after 20 minutes and the sandwiches were still not made. The line was huge and the girl behind the counter 'eventually' took the time to acknowledge me and then make the sandwiches. She said she was thw only person there (not cool). People in line even walked out. The sandwiches themselves were good, other then the fact that I've gotten over 6 tops to the banana peppers when taking a bite. Ewe.

There used to be a curbside pickup option on the app specially if I go this location since I lived nearby. I am a person with physical challenges and has special needs. I was glad Taylor saw me parked on the handicapped parking spot. I waved at her and she saw me. I hope they fix the app.

However the one thing that would keep me from going back there is they were playing inappropriate rap music super loud. We dined in because that was the plan But we had to talk loud to maintain a conversation. Unfortunately as good as the food and the service were we will drive past it next time and try another Subway.

I went in a few times when I came to Elika, but I left immediately, I don't know why. For some reason I can't understand what you can do here - just sit? - I don't feel the pleasantness of relaxation that other food cafes have, comfort, there is only some stiffness in me, - what's wrong here? I searched and didn't find anything to appease the feeling of hunger in my stomach? I don't see anything for this, simple, homely, like in other food places, - it seems like a store where there is only water. The staff should probably think about it - it would be better to put up signs, add photos of the food so that saliva rolls from the desire to eat, become more welcoming, or what? After all, it is in your cafes that the healthiest food is served, - maybe they should write this somewhere? My granddaughter worked for a while at the Subway cafe, but quit, she says, - stagnation, poor organization, there is no to look for methods to attract customers, it is not clear how these establishments survive, many have already closed. The only one I really liked was on Greenback blvd, next to Safeway, Dollar Tree and Thrift Store, because it's very light there (that's what lack in the first place here, because dark here). There, on Greenback blvd, in "Subvey"- very light, nice, cozy, you go in and feel it - a nice cafe (not like a store with just water, like books, old records, or something) - there are wonderful food signs, a friendly employee - he instantly made me a homemade sandwich with soft, tasty meat, salad and pickles, opened the toilet. 3a few seconds later I was already returning to the car with wonderful food, but not from you, unfortunately, not once. I have never bought anything from you. Why? Think.

I don't know how some people say the place is clean! The tables are dirty and some are sticky as well as the seats are full of bread crumbs! When I gently asked the young man who was there today, May 5th, at around 5:20 to clean the table, he told me: Sit on another seat!!!! When I told him that all the tables were dirty!!!!! He didn't do anything!!!! I asked him kindly to give me something to remove the dirt from the table so that my children and I could put the food down and also to remove the bread crumbs from the seats so that we could sit. He ignored me!!!! This is rude!!!! I think his name was Gochet, but the girl who prepared the sandwiches for us was very nice, I think her name was Ama, and there is also something else, some of the vegetables, such as yellow peppers, lettuce, and pickles, are not fresh at all and appear wilted and have an unnatural color!!! Unfortunately I was not satisfied and happy in this place!!!!
