So after being helped through the window during normal business hours we were ignored because we were not in a vehicle and sat at the window knocking for about 20-30 minutes and then after the employees acted like they didn't see us we had two mobile orders placed all we were trying to do is receive our food and now they come to the window and tell us some old lame probably not true statement about they don't serve people through the window without a car something like that but we've been there three out of the last 7 days and they served us just fine the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful and acted like we didn't even exist and I guess the chef was the one appointed to come talk to us and he was also extremely rude and shut the window in our face and all we wanted was our food that we paid for and because we didn't have a car I believe that is discrimination and a hell of a lawsuit if someone doesn't do something about this cuz I feel extremely disrespected and degraded and singled out a very angry customer never to eat Taco Bell again because of the way I was treated and I will tell everyone in my very large Network and social network of friends and family thank you

It's been a couple times not once but couple times this place seems to have lazy sloppy workers who don't like working there. How hard is it to warm the burrito and not leave it stale? Cut the quesadilla rightly? Including always missing my food. I don't get it how this always happens or who isn't getting on people but would it hurt to do your job???

Food poisoned apparently you guys don’t know how to cook your food bought two bean burritos got sick the next day and lost an entire day of pay because your employees don’t know how to properly heat your food I have to work 6 days a week to pay for my life and your workers screwed me outta a day of pay

I walked in tried to order some food was told I had to use the kiosk. I told them I did not want to use the kiosk I wanted to order at the counter. A very rude individual said I will have someone assist you like I am some sort of retard! I am 72 years old and I am not a kiosk computer kind of guy that's just my choice. I am not stupid just not interested. Nevertheless he refused to serve me and I left and went to Popeyes next door. They didn't have any problem taking my order. So much for service at Taco Bell it's self service.

Order 233 at 9PM--Ordered 2 cheesy gordita crunches, only got 1(to be fair only got charged for one) ordered 2 cantina chicken CRISPY tacos and got the insides of a cantina chicken SOFT tacos (nothing in the tacos but spicy meat and cheese - should have had veg and sauce) in a crispy shell that was chewy, not crunchy.

99.9% of the time they will forget your order even though it’s nicely bolded for them on the receipt and screen. Seriously who hires these people where they can’t read and then put the items in a bag💀 and when I called they won’t even refund it lmao. And when you submit a ticket they just never get back to you.

For whatever reason, they want to stand outside with a handheld tablet to take your order instead of letting you look at the drive-thru menu. I decided to go in to place my order, and they decided that I should use the self-service checkout rather than take my order at the counter. I ordered two taco supremes to go, and the picture says it all.

I’m very disappointed with they’re customer service second think I ordered the burrito supreme with chicken but they putted beef inside the burritos. also I ordered chicken chalupa supreme with chipotle sauce but they just added the creamery sauce top of the chalupa which is already made from long time they gave me the old chalupa. We spend the money for food not garbage.

My power menu bowl looked like it was dropped on the floor and put back in the container. Lettuce cores? No thanks. Everything arrived all smushed to one side of the bowl, with questionable black spots in it. 🤢 I should have checked each item before I left but I was too busy explaining how they forgot one of my other items. "You weren't charged for it." But how would I know if I never got a receipt? Can I order it now? I want to be able to feed everyone when I get home. Horrible.
