I always come to this location knowing that's a folks do work here know me and know my order he usually get combo and they always make it right for me and deliver it to my table in no time. Also they are open late for when I get off work at 9:00 or 9:30 at night and I can sit down and relax and have a wonderful meal. The manager is so super friendly here at the language from the location I absolutely love her attitude towards customers she really makes you feel at home when you're eating here. I’ve been visiting this Carl’s Jr. two or three days a week for the past few weeks around 7:30 a.m. before work. Maria is an amazing employee - super friendly, patient, and she genuinely makes my whole experience better compared to other local Carl’s Jr. locations. Despite being the only employee working at that time in the morning, my order is always accurate and fast, and she maintains such a positive attitude the entire time. You can really tell she cares about doing a great job and delivering excellent customer service.

I recently visited Carl's Jr. at the lankershim location and my server, Brian/Eli, was fantastic! He provided top-notch service, was attentive and friendly, and even brought my food to my table. His professionalism and warm demeanor made a significant difference. He addressed me by my name instead of a number when my food was ready, which I have NEVER experienced before! Kudos to Brian/Eli for his outstanding service! Five stars isn't enough; I would give him 10 stars if I could! This has definitely become my favorite location, and I will be back for sure! I asked for their store number I believe it is 8150. Great job!

Got to come check it out if you are looking for some quick food or lunch to get. They have some specials going as well. It’s also 24/7 drive thru. Open every day. I would get the famous star and French fries. Sometimes I even get a double famous star. The service is solid but there is a long line though as a lot of people do show up to this location. So if you are in a rush don’t come here. Or come early but late night rush gets real busy.

I’ve never seen anyone at any fast food establishment be more efficient at their job than Roxana . She is working the front, drive thru , and the tables . Food was hot , delicious and exactly how we ordered it .

This is one of the best 24 hour Carl's Jr. Open in the North Hollywood area. It is an exceptional fast-casual dining experience. The staff’s professionalism and efficiency contribute significantly to the dining experience. Orders are prepared promptly, even late nights. Ive never had any bad tasting or wrongly given orders.

I had a great experience coming in early for breakfast here. I was helped out by Ezzy who was patient even though my son was taking forever to order. When I came back to ask for something else he was quick, smiling and very helpful. That’s not common anymore.

This place is amazing, the employees are so helpful and never get an order wrong. It’s all so quickly given as well. I’ve come here many times and whether it was just for water or ordering a meal, they were always obliging and only cared about serving us correctly. Food was good, we had hand toasted chicken sandwich, fries, tenders.. everything was very fresh and delicious. We had hard time in ordering in drive through.

I always go late night if you look at my previous jack in the box review which happens to be across from this location. Many late night fast food locations have a habit of being sloppy overnight maybe no supervision or care but the jack across and this location are great. I got two beyond the meat superstars for myself and my friend. Well made burger tasted okay impossible was better but this location cranks out better food at night than during the day.

I love this place. They always get my order right. The only problem with this place is that they give you too much ice in your cup :( ask for light ice if you don't like it filled up 3/4 with ice. Over all pretty good

My first time here and in L.A. was told to try to this and it was pretty good. I got the fiery chicken sandwich, for some reason I thought it would be crispy was a little disappointed with that. My son got the chicken tenders which were amazing! I ate some from him. Customer service was pretty great. Overall good experience.

The burgers 🍔 and fries 🍟 are great! First time we had Carl's Jr since there is none in NYC and I am impressed. The burgers are big and taste like they just came off a BBQ grill nicely charred as well as hot fresh fries. The only bad thing I can say is that it is a bit expensive.

Look, I could be an ass if I choose to be so… But I’m not going to… All I’m going to say is that everyone I’ve come here before the last visit, I’ve had pretty much a good experience…But, the last time we went, I placed an online order and they apparently didn’t have ANY desserts… Which I guess was fine, it happens… But what wasn’t right was there the clown manning the register basically gave no you know what’s and offered no kind of substitution for it… His demeanor was just like “So we don’t have the dessert or any desserts for that matter and so even though you paid for it, because it’s an online order, I’m not going to offer or give you anything as a substitution”… So that was very off putting and kind of made me not want to go back to this location all because of one little incident where things were out if my hands as a guest, but apparently out of his hands because it was an online order… Maybe I’m wrong… But I really didn’t appreciate that all I got was a sorry all because it was an online order… Never in my life have I ordered online and they were out of something that I ordered and not offered any kind of substitution… So because of this, and the person who saw no solution seeing as I paid in full for a product and only received a portion of what I paid for…

Carl’s Jr. makes a solid charcoal-grilled cheeseburger, and I appreciate that their Angus burger is good quality. One big reason I choose Carl’s Jr. is that they don’t fry their burgers, which is a big plus for me. However, the atmosphere could use some work, the furniture feels outdated, and cleanliness isn’t always the best. I’ve also noticed that in some locations, homeless individuals stay for long periods, which can make the dining experience less comfortable. Still, if you’re looking for a decent grilled burger, it’s a good option.

What can I say but just your regular Carl's Jr. Nothing really sets it apart. The one thing is it's usually not to crowded. Besides that I would say depending on who's working you might get the one employee who makes you feel like you are bugging them.

Food was good. Place super clean. But there was no ketchup or napkins anywhere? Had to ask for them & they where really skimpy on hand outs . Maybe because bad earea. Homeless probably Steeling everything there ?

The sandwiches and burgers look nothing like the pictures and in person they look way plainer and not as tasty looking. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich didn't taste good. The chicken stars are the best thing they have in my opinion. There spicy chicken sandwich looks and taste just like a McDonald or Burger King chicken sandwich. But the employees were nice and kind.

Carl's Jr's prices have increased much more compared to Jack-in-the-Box and similar fast food restaurants. It keeps be from returning more often, especially when the service is average. The service in this particular location is good.

The service and food is fine, but they can run out of root beer for the entire day.

I went in just now at 10:30am June 23 2024 Order wrong missing fries and got charged for it almost $50 Needs better service.

Its probably my second time in the a Carlos Junior, and I am positive that I am not coming back. Ordered chicken sandwich burger, and it tasted really bad. Soggy bun, chewy meat, a lot of damn sweet sauce, and 4 homeless people inside begging for change..

I had craving for shake with Boba and some fries, but door was locked. Staff saw me waiting outside but decided pretend I wasn't there. Guess they serve only drive true at night

I am puzzled by Carl's claimed that they accept EBT at their restaurants. When a friend and I went in to use our cards we were told we cannot use them for food but only for cash. Very misleading I had to leave the restaurant and go across the street to Jack In The Box or I was able to easily use my EBT card to buy a hot meal

Sloppy burgers, cold dried up fries and soda doesn't have any flavor no matter what kind of flavor you choose. Employees seem to be bothered by customers that want to order food/drink's. The Carl's J.R. at this location is very bad all around.

It's nothing to do with their service or prices. It's the food; addictive and destructive. Cheap meal options tho, and in my opinion better than McDonald's. I believe they also offer $1 any sized drink but correct me if I'm wrong.

The only good thing here is the diablo burger(when they have it) the onion rings and zucchini, the service is mediocre and are known to screw up orders (Chicken sandwich but instead of the whole sandwich there's only chicken in the sandwich wrapper, lmao it's that bad). There's a Jack in the Box across the street with better service and less order errors. Go there instead. But if you're gonna order food here because you crave a certain item or whatever, just make sure to check your order before you leave.

I don't really have Carl's Jr because of previous bad experience not enough bang for your buck and poor food quality However I decided to give them a try since they are advertising there new hot honey chicken sandwich. Shady pricing. They always upsize without permission. I specifically ask for small breakfast combo and they give me a medium every time. I asked for a double Diablo listed at $10.50 and they tried charging $14+. I asked for a receipt before paying and they were unwilling or incapable of obliging. Not to mention they’re already outrageously priced. You can get full service meals for the same price!

I don't really eat Carl's Jr the quality of the their food has really changed. Well decided about a week ago to give them the benefit of the doubt. But again I was very disappointed. I ordered a breakfast sausage biscuit. First of all it looked as if they just took it out of the microwave and the taste/flavor was awful. They should really work on not serving microwable food and the burgers at this location aren't charbroiled as they advertise on TV. The restaurant also needs to be kept clean it looked very dirty and it seems that they let everyone and anyone into their bathroom. Alot dirty people walked in and asked to use the bathroom and the cashier let them use it without them being customers. Work on the food and cleaniness of your restaurant.

I worked at a BK when i was a youngster and mangers can overide they could give it to you for free for the hassle. NEVER SPOKE WITH MANGER. called corporate and let them know. They said sorry but never offered me compensation. I would give this place negative start to this place but lowest you can give is one.

Went to the drive through early this morning where I received great service from a young man with glasses and a Kool beard. Very friendly and I asked for restroom services, he said we're open you'll be fine. After I ate, went to the lobby to ask for restroom access. Was given the third degree by a short fat light skinned Butch like woman who refused to give me restroom access with the pretexts that people lie to her... I am a customer and she treated me like a criminal ?? If anyone had bad experience like me contact me because they're getting a lawsuit

It was okay that i had to wait 5 minutes for them to reboot the registers before i could order, but its not okay that my fries where cold AF and my burger had the worlds smallest two onion rings... and dont even get me started on the so called "bacon" They also forgot my drink, but i wasn't about to go back for it.

On three separate occasions they had forgotten items in my order. My orders consisting of 2 combos and an additional item. Frivolous employees along with bad management leads me to rate this establishment one star.

I ordered an Original burger. It was soggy and very oily. I ended up throwing my burger to the trash. I couldn't return it because I was driving.

Hours posted do not reflect actual restaurant hours. Tonight, I swung by at about 9:15PM, starved (...why else cave to fast food?) only to discover that ONLY the drive-thru is open. Based on a prior experience here, closer to 10PM, customers are unable to walk through the drive-thru. You must be in a car to place and pick up your order. The few times I've utilized the drive-thru from my vehicle, I've always received the wrong items and also been over-charged. As much as I want to support vegan options at local restaurants (erm, regardless of whether they're a corporate chain), Carl's Jr. should stick to the hours posted. I'm also confused why the late-night drive-thru is limited to those with transportation, since this seems unrelated to employee safety and solely serves to increase DUI's. I was finally able to get my dinner by ordering through Yelp, only to have the cashier who had previously ignored me begrudgingly unlock the front door to thrust me my pick-up order. When I attempted to clarify the actual hours that this Carl's Jr. is open, another employee informed me that store closing time had changed due to COVID. When I pressed further, undaunted by the Spanish both employees shouted at me (Habló Español), I was told that Carl's Jr. dine-in closes at 9PM. ...because it makes perfect sense for a fast food chain to close earlier than other nearby spots. Again, I'm still confused why this change was not reflected in the hours posted both online as well as on the door...and still even more perplexed as to why a car is necessary to get fast food. If these changes are truly due to COVID, and inaccurate hours are an oversight by both local management as well as the national corporation: why are none of the employees wearing a mask? This puts the "beyond" in the Beyond Burger. If you're craving late-night nomz, just move on. Thai Victory and BlaqHaus NoHo are open later, and boast cheaper vegan options.

Got my whole order wrong. I believe they didn't have the supplies to make what I requested and just gave me what they felt like. They even repeated the order. I tried to call the store and the district manager and no answer, they know exactly how they treat people. The food was cold and the soda was pure ice. How disgusting, I'm sure they wouldn't feed themselves this way. The food had never tasted so bad. Been eating Carl's Jr over 30 years and it tasted like some kind of disinfectant. Very rude personnel practically threw the food at me. Then the food taste raw, dirty place. No wonder was empty at a busy hour. It sadly ruined my day. Got a bad stomach ache when I got to my car then I waited about 5 mins. I went back in and ask to use the restroom. A bitter face attitude woman denied me the code she argue that it was for paid customer only that the code is in the receipt. I threw my receipt after I was done eating. I told her she said no exceptions. I wanted to cry and do my business in front of her, but I run to Jack in the box and they kindly let me use it. I barely made it.

0 stats they charge you extra for sources that are expired. Good job you guys. I understand changing prices but for sauces that are expired thats ridiculous. Some one should randomly check soda machines. Bet they are full of mold, they should really check this place every month. Maybe less they clean up extra for the scheduled visit from health services. 17 years ago when we moved to North Hollywood we ran into a situation at this location where our food was given to a bunch of teenagers instead of them being totally honest with everybody and became a major problem for us in the management so we don't come here at that often but when we do we notice that nothing really has changed over the years there's a lot of really shady sketchy people that hang out at this Carl's Juniors very few friendly employees in today's they still get our orders wrong

i came into the store and ordered food. first of all, the employee that was working was incredible. he helped every customer and packed bags + filled drinks all by himself. i ordered and ask if i could pick up my meal later as i had to return to the vet across the lot and see my hospitalized cat. of course this gentleman being the incredible employee he is said it would be fine. alas, after some time of seeing the vet, i return to get my meal. i assumed that it would be waiting for me on the counter, i didnt care about it being cold. however (presumably) the manager lost her mind at me asking about the meal i ordered earlier. she said "we made it an hour ago" . i explained my agreement with the employee and he defended me as well, but she was furious at him and i for no reason. she took my receipt to see what i ordered and she handed me just the drink. when i obviously didn't leave she said "you need something else?" again, angry for no reason. i mean, she saw what i ordered, made it earlier and decided to throw it away and was confused when i said i would like my whole meal. she said that i couldn't get my food because they made it and threw it away? after again reiterating the agreement that i made with her reasonable employee she bagged my food (which took 10 seconds after the show of back and forth she had with me). she basically threw the bag at me and said "HERE". mind u i explained how my cat was at the vet across the street and i left out of urgency. i am a person who wanted a meal after visiting the vet. Had it been explained calmly that my food could not be made i would've left, but getting my food shoved at me and getting shooed away is unnecessarily cruel. moral of the story, whoever pissed her off today resulted in her taking it out on me. not a great trait of a manager, but the employee working with her was awesome and i hope he gets recognized. (and she didn't even give me ketchup)

Walked over a mile to nothing but games and poor attitudes! Had to drink water from the dispenser by hand and was told to use a cup from the trashcan. Close this location!

Bathroom is filthy No paper no soap Reported to manager and he didn't seem concerned. Prices on menu are misleading

Worst Carl's ever. Waited forever to have my order taken. Waited forever for food Got my eat-in order in a to go bag with no napkins. Counter help acted put out when I asked for napkins

DO NOT COME HERE! They will charge you 2x for somthing you didnt even get. I went through the drive thru during my lunch break wasn't even that busy. Kept having to repeat myself when ordering. When all i wanted was a fries and drink. When i got my fries they were all burt and my drink was filled with ice when i asked for no ice. Not only that but they charged me 2 x not only for my meal but for someone else meal. DONT TRUST THE DRIVE THRU OR THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!! If I could give this place zero starts I would.

This is the most terrible service hav e attempted to receive.. I came here 1/23/2023 and I’m still sitting in here making this review. Terrible, talkative hosts, did not colect my order or acknowledge or greet me when I walked through the door. I waited in line for exactly 22 mins without getting any service or help . No one asked what I wanted , no one said we will be with you shortly…. I left to the Ralph’s next door to get something, came back, and still the same thing … no service . I’m not bashing I’m being very honest about my terrible service

At 9:07 I strolled up to this Carls. Closes dining at 10. But they’re already closed. Manager is looking at me thru the glass but not helping me. Online says dining closes at 11. Nowhere says 9pm. I’m very upset cause the manager keeps looking at me but not trying to help me at all. 12/7

Rude employees, dont have no chicken meals, no sodas, try to sell you medium or large with no small selection. Overpriced. French fries spilled all into the bag by improper handling. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Did I mention horrible. Gross facilities.
