As a dine in customer, this Chik-fil-A is great. The staff is friendly, service is great. The food was ready rather quickly. Drive through tends to be busy but runs smooth.
This is a small but very efficient Chick-Fil-A location. I went through the drive thru and was out of there within 5 minutes. Both drive thru lanes were open and the staff outside were pleasant. The food of course, was delicious.
There isn't another store or retailer much less restaurant that has nailed down the contact less service better than Chick-fil-A... Flawless from app to pickup. Add the amazing service and friendliness and there really isn't a reason to grab my breakfast anywhere else.
I always find that the staff at Chick-Fil-A are the most polite people. They never rush you. They always greet you warmly. The food is tasty and they know how to move a very long drive thru lane quickly.
So friendly. I love the staff's customer service. It is smaller than some of the other Chick Fil A's but this is one of the best ones if you're big on customer service and cleanliness. Food is amazing as well! Highly recommend.
I haven't been to a Chick Fil-A for a while but I know they have always been innovative. Big kudos to the folks outside the restaurant on a below 60 degrees and breezy Northridge night, taking orders in the drive-thru line and distributing the orders at the table set up at the drive-thru window. All about customer service. These folks deserve their Sunday's off! Love the multi-layer cup and my lemonade that was inside. The comfort food nuggets with Mac & cheese always is going to be a winner. Hooray for Chick Fil-A!

Excellent services. This was my 1st time buying chicken fil a. The deluxe was for me cause I don't eat spicy food. It had a great taste on the chicken burger deluxe the employee recommended me there original sauce. For me I put ketchup on my fries but in this case I reconsider there sauce and it was awesome 👌 but over all, this location is Phenomenal. You got to come and try, there chicken. Also there chicken nuggets are awesome as well. Haven't try it but the employee recommended me to do so. So on my next Journey I'll give them a try. AwesomE.
First time here. Tried their "classic menu", their secret Chick-fil-A sauce and the lemonade. Great service and great food! Their seasonal milkshake was delicious too! Definitely will come back here! :)
Amazing service. Very quick to assist. Chrissy helped me real quick to get food that was accidentally taken by someone else while I used the restroom. This isn't like any fast food place I've been to, top notch service.

Long line during rush hour lunch, but the employees got the skills and talent to keep the line moving. Delicious chicken sandwiches and warm food when you pick up. Vary happy with the service and time it takes from ordering to receiving my order. A+ Employees
Today was the first time in a long time that i went inside to order because I was in the drill rig and wouldn't fit in the drive through and to my surprise the guy at the register was paying more attention to his friend and there side conversation then my order and he would have gotten the shame flavor wrong the sauce and my spicy deluxe order screwed up if he didn't read it back to me. Since this literally never happens and the order was fixed before i got it I am not going to give a bad review plus the food was spot on!
All staff is friendly. Even when the drive thru is packed, they have a great system that keeps the line moving. I occasionally will dine in. The inside is always super clean, and the staff are always checking in to see if you need anything. They also take your tray for you and dump it when you are finished.
Great drive-up service, the staff is friendly and the orders are accurate and taking quickly. It's a breeze to get in and out even though the lines are on, they move very very fast. Chicken nuggets and chicken tenders are my favorite, they remind me of the old Pioneer Chicken stands back in the day. Kids love the Chick-fil-A chicken sandwiches. Very good food.
Chick-fil-A knows the meaning of a chicken sandwich. I favorite is the grilled chicken club sandwich. Their chicken is always tender and tasty. The Restaurant is always clean. Plenty of parking spaces. Their drive through is a plus if I am on the go. Wheelchair access and wheelchair tables available. Price are fair
First visit to this location. Ordered food on the website for drive-thru pickup. Wasn't sure how that would work or if I would have to wait longer once I arrived. Pulled into drive-thru lane. Immediately greeted by a nice employee. Checked my order and proceeded to pick up window. Employee at the window was very nice. Order was ready, no waiting. Got home, everything still hot and tasty. The employees really make a difference.
Ordered online and came to pick up. The parking is quite difficult at this location but once I got a spot and got inside the staff was helpful and got me my food very quick. Highly recommend!
First time visiting this restaurant. The chicken sandwich was delicious. The waffle fries were great. I'm impressed that you not only offer recycling, but compost as well.
The customer service from Alissa is great. She made going there a pleasure. She was friendly and was very professional, answerimg all my questions about the menu Great service and great people here.
Really the only downside with this location is that it's ALWAYS really busy for drive-thru, expect to be waiting 10-20 minutes. But it makes sense why, Chick-fil-A really makes it their priority for positive customer experience, employees put a great deal of effort in being friendly and courteous. Food is always fresh here, never gotten a wrong order yet.
We ordered from this location but went to another by mistake for our food. By the time we figured it out, it was getting close to closing. On our way we spoke to Taylor and he assured us our food would be made fresh when we arrived. True to his word, when we arrived he personally delivered our order to our car with a smile and a little extra treat in the bag. The seasonal peach shake is delicious. A little sweet, but not too much for our taste. We'll be ordering it again. THANKS Taylor for being so nice!
I come here frequently, on Mondays, for the CSUN deal. This location is always busy, but they are quick getting orders filled. The employees are always welcoming and make you feel like a valued customer. Parking can be challenging. I ordered the spicy deluxe meal and a kid's meal. The chicken is fresh, hot, and full of flavor. With the kids meal you can substitute, for a price, the fries for a fresh fruit cup, which is a nice option. They have plenty of seating inside so you can feel comfortable while eating your meal. They also have a few seats outside. The restrooms are clean.

First time ever eating here. Had the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe and it was the best chicken sandwich I've ever had hands down I won't lie how delicious it really is. The sandwich is made with real chicken breast and so crunchy to every bite eaten. The bun was perfectly toasted for great texture when biting into it. The fries are simple and melt in ur mouth with a bit of crisp to it to eat with a dipping sauce. This will be my go to place if I ever want a chicken sandwich. The only thing that shocked me a bit there was about 4 people outside orders when I felt a bit uncomfortable ordering them standing so close to my car. Other the. That I don't think there should be so many people outside when it's a slow day.
The food here is very delicious and fresh. The service is second to none. They pay attention to details, and they know how to make you feel valued as a customer. I definitely recommend this Chick-fil-A if you are in this area. They have a neighborhood friendly environment.

Stopped by to eat but not from around the area. Didn't know what to expect as far as service and atmosphere, but it turned out really good. Staff was very nice and helpful even though they were busy. Kept tables clean and asked if we needed anything.

I accidentally ordered through the app to the wrong location and had to go back to this location. Without me even saying anything, they told me they’re going to remake my food because it was sitting out for 30 minutes. That is absolutely amazing. I love this staff here.
Exquisite fast food, which offers a different concept than most places at a premium price, especially when compared to its competitors. The food was very flavourful and continues to be so with each and every visit. I personally am not a fan of the shakes which are on offer. The service is usually fast, but sometimes a few items may be forgotten. Sitting indoors was very cold on my visit as the AC was turned on to the max. The sauces are unique and scrumptious, so much so that they are even sold by the bottle.
My wife and I stopped by here to grab lunch since we were in the plaza. When we arrived here the drive thru was not busy and I thought inside would be busy but it wasn't. My wife got the Spicy chicken sandwich and I went with the grilled chicken club sandwich meal. I got cherry coke for my drink and it was delicious. Our food took like 10 minutes to come out and they already had the sauces for you. If you want more then there are some out in the dining area. My wife loved her spicy chicken and I thought my grilled chicken club was good. The fries wasn't the greatest but it also wasn't the worst.
This chic-fil-a is the most incredible fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. They get 5 stars across the board. The food is great, the service is friendly and attentive, it is very clean and decorated. They have a small play area that is safe for my kids to play in, get out their energy and have a great time! I can’t recommend spending your time here enough! Great job to this wonderful team who makes meals for my children a fun, delicious and nutritious time!! We come here all the time!
I wanted to highlight the great customer service at the Chick-fil-A Northridge location. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and my food came out very quick. Everything was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the service truly made the visit feel special. I have to mention Treena—she was so kind and stopped by our table multiple times to make sure everything was okay and to see if we needed anything else. I’ll happily return!

My friends and I went here yesterday. Our experience was delightful because of the great customer service from the staff. Sergio took my order, and he was really nice and approachable when answering any questions I had related to my order. Also, I would shout out to Sofia specifically. She was attentive and asked us if we had a good time so far. Sofia even asked if we needed to refill our drinks and quickly served us what we wanted :D We felt taken care of and enjoyed our food deliciously. Thanks so much for the great customer service!
I stopped by Chick-Fil-A to check out their location after its new remodel and was impressed with the changes they made. They fixed their drive thru situation which used to be a nightmare, now it's so much better! This location has lots of seating areas to eat while the kids can play in an indoor play area that my little one absolutely loves. I decided this time around to give frozen frosted lemonade a try and it is amazing! The staff here are super friendly too; checking on us multiple times during our visit making sure everything met our satisfaction.
I love this restaurant. They are ALWAYS so polite, so positive and so quick. The food always comes out hot and fresh and is absolutely delicious. There are options if you feel like comfort fast food and healthier options as well. Visit this location every chance you get. The only downside is that they are closed on Sundays.
I love chicken! Chicken cooked all ways 😊 Being from New York, we don't have a "fast-food " all chicken place like chick-fil-a, so when I moved out here to Los Angeles I wanted to go to this place. Good food but long lines at the LAX Southwest terminal. This is not a full up Chick-fil-A and has a limited menu. But it's much better than the other airport choices.
Yum! The grilled chicken sandwiches are to die for & so is the honey bbq sauce!! I have to say though your fries were not good at all, they were limp & soggy, not something I desire in any fried food! I did get it to go so some of it could have happened in the 6 minute trip in the bag but I think they would have had to be soft to start with as I don't have this big of a problem with other fries. *Chick Fil A: Please turn up the heat on your oil & serve up some crispy fries! It sucks to want fries with your fabulous chicken sandwiches but have to go elsewhere to them crispy instead of soggy :-(
Great 👍🏻 but not perfect, those strips are soggy only get the nuggets and sandwich and you'll be good. 50/50 lemonade/sprite is a godsend drink You can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A but it's not 5/5

Usually has a long line at the drive thru but it moves fast. The service is fast. The food is clean looking. The beverages are topped off. Completely full. The only complaints I have is that my chicken sandwich is usually stringy and dry the last 5 or 6 times I've been there. It seems like a chicken breast but its tough like a steak. And you don't have a chance to ever see a menu. I'm locked on the number 1 deluxe combo because its all I know. Do they have any other options? Salad instead if fries? Deserts? I honestly have no idea. Overall the criss cut fries and the beverages as well as the ketchup are phenomenal. Sandwich needs a little work.
Its good, but not amazing. I personally feel like the only reason why I like the fries is because of the Chick-fil-A sauce. Other than that the chicken sandwich is just like any other chicken sandwich except its weirdly sweet. Not really sure if it's sweet because of the bread or breading of the chicken.
Food is great and what you expect from all Chic fil a's. They one thing that knocks my rating down to a 4 star is the drive thru line situation. Having it zig zag through the shopping center parking lot is a little bit of a pain, but its fine for now, hopefully it gets better once people can actually eat inside.
Great place, staffing is wonderful. Unlike any other Chick-fil-A I noticed the employees don't have fans like other locations when working outside, they looked very hot while taking orders outside. Please provide them with fans to cool down especially since we live in SoCal when temperatures hit 110. I gave a 4 star because they forgot my kids meal. Despite missing the kids meals I will always return because food and staffing are great and we're human mistakes happen.
This place is always crowded, but there's a reason for that. The food is good, the employees are very pleasant. I'm just mad at everybody for not telling me about the Chick -fil- A brownies . Oh my goodness those things are delicious. I just recently found out about them, and now I'm hooked.

There was a small mistake in my order yesterday, where a sandwich was forgotten, but after my sister spoke on the phone with Justin, he was more than happy to fix the mistake and even threw in a little extra. The "little extra" (which was a coupon) was very much appreciated as I drove back to CFA, but he didnt know that, so it was very nice.... Good job, man. It's great to see a guy like him be a forward-thinking problem solver.
3 PC chicken stripes were very good, all white meat. The staff was very helpful and responsive. They missed a couple items that I ordered so I had to make a couple requests to obtain everything I ordered. Very young energetic staff, great food.
Service and food were great. The only issue I had was ordering through drive-thru. They left out the kid's lemonade. They don't have a contact number that goes directly to the store to inquire about a refund for the drink.
Went thru the drive and food was coming out very slow. Drinks were given at the window but everyone going thru the drive thru had to pull through and wait. And they didn't not have enough parking spaces for everyone waiting. Plus the orders were not being brought out in the correct order. People who came out of the drive thru after me got their food before me. Food was great but everything else was a mess.
The entrance to the drive thru was a bit confusing. We came from the smart and final side and had to go down a few aisles to actually find the drive thru entrance. We only waited a few minutes for an order taker to approach our window. Getting to the counter was extremely fast. A man was stationed outside handing food to cars. The noise between the 6 workers inside the location near the window was so loud. The man had to scream the extra condiments we needed. I'm not sure if that's the norm. I thought it was strange and a bit annoying that he had to scream. Food was tasty though. I really liked the chick-fil- A sauce on my sandwich. The waffle fries dipped in that same sauce was a great combination as well.

Too small, crowded, felt tight. I ordered one large fry and they took over 5 minutes too long. I kept moving because there's not really a place or spot to wait on your order. The drive thru was full, so I decided to eat inside bby it was no available tables or chairs. So I ended up eating in my hot sun. Weather outside is 95°F, not a happy customer. But it is what it is.
This is my favorite place to get a chicken sandwich but it’s so disappointing that every time I order my drink I get a drink with NO ice, instead I get a warm drink. It’s ridiculous how some employees choose to be choosy when they want to give a customer ice in their drink or to make sure they have sauces in the bag. The point is I’m a paying customers and I deserve to get what I’m paying for.
Food was ok but not quite the normal Chick FilA quality. Staff are very friendly at least. Dirty tables and bathrooms but way better than the Wendy's cesspool next door. Chick FilA has a higher cost than typical fast food because the experience is better. Definitely not that same experience at this one.
The quality of the food is always good, but the bathrooms are always out of paper towels and the water is too hot. Also, the dining tables are small enough that while a group of 4 can sit at the table it gets overloaded once the food comes. The staff was nice though, just a bad and crowded location.
I love Chick Fil A but the drive thru service could not have been worse. They looked at us weird and when we were ordering they had ice in there mouth. I don't think you should act like that at the work place. They gave us the wrong sauce but it's ok we got it fixed. They also rushed us.
My boyfriend and I had a running joke about no one ever getting his order right. All he likes is a sandwich with cheese, no toppings, no condiments. Pretty easy right? You would think. Apparently the tables have turned though because now I'm the butt of the joke and no one gets my order right. I ordered a pretty large order (we have a good size family) and my order was repeated to me, all seemed well. Except got home and nope, I'm missing food, drink, sauce and extra ketchup. The food is good, the wait can be long and after today my wish is for service to be better.
I placed a mobile order exceeding $100.00 for drive-through pickup. The employee at the handoff window, who had ponytails, failed to greet me and provided my order only after using profanity to describe the weight of the large bag. She then turned away without comment. When I inquired if the order was complete, she did not verify its contents and rushed me away, confidently assuring me everything was included. Knowing from past experience that items are frequently omitted, I checked my order. Consequently, I had to return as one entrée was missing. Upon returning, I received the missing item and two complimentary vouchers (one sandwich and one beverage). However, no apology was offered. While I appreciate the vouchers, I prefer to pay for my complete order. Upon arriving home, I discovered an 8 oz sauce was also missing. This location requires improved order fulfillment, verification procedures, and customer service.
Chick fill a is not the same as before! I had a complaint about an order with some wet fries and lazy service and all they did was send me an email to hope i get a better experience next visit! Nothing like in n out! They take cate of you right away! And make it worth the money i spend on that food
The service was not as I expected every single time that I go to a Chick-fil-A restaurant usually the employees make me day. But when I come to the Northridge I learned not to expect that I only go if I'm really hungry or craving Chick-fil-A.
The food here was good when they first came to the neighborhood, but now it’s just a shell of what it used to be. The nuggets were overcooked, dry, and gave me heartburn with every bite. Even my toddler wouldn’t eat them, and he usually judges food based on how it looks, not how it tastes. The nuggets used to be cooked to perfection, with a flaky crust that practically fell off the meat. Now, they’re so overcooked that the breading and the chicken feel like one dense, inseparable entity. The only good items here are the grilled chicken options, waffle fries, milkshakes, and lemonades. Anything fried just doesn’t cut it anymore—it’s definitely not a vibe. On the bright side, they have plenty of parking for customers and a two-lane drive-through that merges into one, allowing them to take more orders efficiently. The staff are always super nice and finish their sentences with “my pleasure.” The building, both inside and out, is immaculate and clean. I guess it’s just the fried chicken items I have beef with. See what I did there?
The sandwiches are very underwhelming. They don’t taste bad, however for a fried chicken sandwich, it wasn’t very crispy. The flavor is okay. 3 stars because there are much better options for chicken sandwiches in the area and if those ones are 4s and 5s, I can’t possibly give this place higher than 3. The peach milkshake was good, but once again, you can get better shakes and sandwiches at places like urban skillet for not that much more.
My classic sandwich was over fried and hard on the outside. One of the worst experiences when it comes to cleanliness, I felt so sick inside that I couldn’t finish my food and left. Dirty floors, trash everywhere, I saw a guy sitting with his feet on the couch and the entire staff and the next table eating their lunch and no one mentioned anything. The cleaner man was walking around with ONE piece of napkin wiping tables like he was cleaning, he would take the trays from top of the trash can, wipe them with a napkin and put a new paper liner only to take behind the counter to serve food on it again.. that’s when I felt sick because I was eating from a tray myself… i will be ordering carry out from now on
Worst food quality of any Chick-Fil-A in the area. Service used to be better, they keep forgetting to bring me my order, waited patiently for 20 mins. And a bit stingy on the portions.
It's frustrating I ordered food on the app but it didn't actually get prepared. Once you're at the store after driving 15 minutes you can't even order it because its not being offered. Chic filet needs to fix the app as to order the food when you order it. They quickly tell you there's nothing they could do. I'm sure I'm not the only one this has happened too. 👎

check your bags and make sure your sandwich has everything you ordered on it. the receipt is literally on the bag and they can’t get the orders right. happens every time at this location. try the other northridge chick fil a if you want a better experience
This is honestly the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. They are beyond unorganized. My order had missing items and they were extremely rude, after waiting in the drive thru and still having to park for another 20 minutes. You took long, messed up, and it's somehow my fault? Never again!
This place has the slowest drive thru on earth, and to make it worse, no matter how far back in the line you are, they prepare your food WAAAAYYYY too early. I could handle the wait, if they would just wait to cook my food when I get closer to the window, instead of handing me cold food everyday, because their staff is as slow as molasses!!! Everything about them is dilly-dally this ... dilly-dally that, discussing what they did last night, and not doing what they should be doing! Also, you beg them to please not give you plasticware, even punch the button on the mobile app that requests "NO PLASTICWARE" and instead of them killing the earth by giving you just one set of plasticware (of which you begged for none), they throw in 3 or 4 sets of unwanted plasticware. ARGH!!! And if that's not infuriating enough, I just noticed, they have the audacity to include a "BAG FEE' on my order. WTFIT??? I never asked for a bag, I was never asked if I wanted a bag, and thirdly I would gladly accept my food without a bag, but they give you no choice. Either charge me the ten cents somewhere in the background, so I don't have to be infuriated by your behavior, or give me a choice as to whether I want a bag or not! This place is the worst! Don't let all their fake smiles and "my pleasures" fool you. Save yourself some stress and get your food somewhere else. I, personally am done with this place!!!
The fact that they don’t let you come in to personally pay for your meal at the moment is really annoying. You can watch a homeless person who doesn’t have access to technology wanting to buy something inside and would get turned away. Wouldn’t recommend as the lines are always too long even on a weekday. It’s better to eat somewhere you know that’s not busy.
I placed a mobile order for pick up, once I got there I put that I was there as it indicates on the app. I went to the drive thru to tell an employee I had a mobile pick up, they asked for my name I gave it to them and they couldn’t find it. Long story short they told me I had to make my order inside the restaurant. The cashier had a nasty attitude when taking our order. I was waiting for my order and no one ever called us, until I got up and searched for my order and took it. They didn’t even acknowledge us when we were getting our food from the counter!!
We came to this location after a day on the beach super tired, sun burned and hungry. Omar M. served our food but the order did not have drinks. We attempted to ask him politely three times to complete our order but he refused to serve us, and pointed that some other person will take care of us eventually. With a spaced-out look he three times walked away from us pretending to think deeply about his stuff. Our food turned cold while we waited for the bottle of water. It is not like he had to prepare our bottle, drive to the store, or collect the water from the spring in the mountains. Omar M. made our meal there disappointing. Also, iced coffee was prepared without the requested vanilla and had no sugar at all. Omar M. needs to do the customer service training again to work in such a wonderful company that NEVER disappointed us before.
Went through drive thru for breakfast on the go. Paid $30. Got my food and was missing granola with my yogurts, utensils and a straw for my iced coffee. I’ve never had an experience like this at a chick fil a before. Didn’t have time to turn around. Sandwiches were ok but couldn’t eat yogurts on the go. Usually is a 5 star experience, very disappointed.
The lady handing out the food was rushing ti have my move and did not give my entire food order. I got home and only have 1 out of 3 meals.
Recently I haven't been happy because they won't let me switch my chicken minis for grilled nuggets instead of fried. Everything else on the menu is an easy switch but they always act like it's not possible. I offer to pay if there is a price difference but they keep suggesting that I buy both and switch them myself. If I buy them both I will end up eating them both which doesn't help me if I'm trying to eat healthier. I'm not sure why they think the correct solution is buying extra food I don't need and then fighting the urge to not be wasteful and eat it. Maybe the people in California don't understand that the chain is known for their great customer service. Maybe because I'm from Atlanta, where Chick-fil-A started, I expect more from them than people here. Every time I ask to speak to a manager they don't seem to be concerned with fixing the issue. I feel like after months of asking something should have changed. I shouldn't have to email Mr. Cathy himself just to switch my fried nuggets to grilled on my minis.
I recommend checking your food bags before you leave, because I didn’t get an order of nuggets now I’m waiting for a manager at this location to answer my call. Like others I usually don’t check my bag until I’m home which is 20 mins away. But save yourself the hassle and time because they won’t double check your order when you’re at the window. There’s obviously no communication between the workers bagging orders and the workers handing them off. FIX THAT MANAGEMENT!! And they almost forgot two items if I didn’t say anything to the drive thru window workers. Wish I got this workers name but she had a cow mask and hair in a low ponytail at this location today working the drive thru window, she gave attitude and an unsatisfying experience while she gave me my food. Also management, talk to your workers about respect and customer service!
Dined in ordered three chicken sandwiches. We were missing one sandwich and my daughter went up to counter to tell them we were missing a sandwich. What I didn't appreciate is the team member came to the table felt like they are checking our table to make sure we truly are missing a sandwich? Even the manager came to check the table too since I asked to speak to the manager. The cashier also asked did I charge you? Obviously yes if I'm showing you my receipt since they asked to see it. They also don't top off on the fries. Get the order right the first time and we wouldn't have had to go back to the counter to begin with. Absolutely terrible experience. chic fil a worker decided to park his souped up pink BMW suv in the HANDICAP spot and my disabled mother had to walk across the parking lot.

Ordered through Doordash , order was not delivered completely and its showing on receipt, i ordered worth of $80 for my boys , my eldest son went to bed hungry and the store wouldn't accept any responsibility. This is horrible. They didn't park my son's order. We just moved in the area. This hurts.....
I have a question about one of your employees, who I believe is the manager, named Bella G. I've always enjoyed the food at your restaurant—it's fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced. I also appreciate the general service and how well-trained your staff is. I particularly like how you take care of your employees, like providing them with sunshades in the summer and mist fans recently, which is fantastic. However, my question concerns Bella G, the manager. Her actions have puzzled and frustrated me enough to raise this issue. Last week, I went to pick up my food. When I got to the pick-up counter, I gave my name to the employee there. My food was already on the counter in front of her, but instead of handing it to me, she walked away to call another employee to come and serve me. My question is, why didn't she just check the name on the bag and hand it to me? It would have taken less than 10 seconds, but she chose to walk away and have someone else do it, which took much longer. Today, I ordered my food over the phone and chose to dine in. The app asked for the table number, but your tables don't have numbers. I asked a cleaning staff member how to enter the table number. They went to ask their supervisor, who then asked Bella G. Instead of providing a simple solution, Bella G tried to make me change my order to a pick-up instead of dining in. Why did she make me go through the hassle of changing my order and starting over, when there were simpler solutions? In the end, the employee taking orders told me to enter a random number and they would find me by my name. This was a straightforward fix, but Bella G seemed dissatisfied that the cleaning staff had even asked her. Lastly, before leaving, I went to the counter to refill my drink around 2 pm. Bella G saw me waiting, but she ignored me and pretended not to see, even though it was obvious she did. Eventually, a kitchen staff member came out and asked if I needed a refill and served me. My question is, as a manager, is she not supposed to serve customers? Is it a rule that prevents her from doing so? If she doesn't want to work or serve customers, why did she apply for the job? Why not stay home and avoid this stress? Bella G might have her reasons. If any supervisor can investigate or explain her actions, I'd be happy to hear her side. There might be something I don't understand. Thank you.
This location sucks they completely ruined my order I have allergies and instead of fixing it they have every excuse and every loop hole to dance around replacing the meal and accommodating the customer. Normally chic fila is good when they mess up or make a mistake this location has a problem with accountability and its a trickle down effect from poor management to poor quality service and food.
Worst chick fil a experience, I pulled in through drive thru around 10pm and it wasn’t even that crowded but it took me 15 mins after ordering to get my food. I don’t know if they’re just short on staff or what but what’s the point of being a fast food spot if it takes over 20 mins between ordering and getting my food… you’re better off finding a different location!
To start off, justin nono he was racist. When I told him that the mac and cheese was of poor quality and that he should change it, he gave me the same or worse than the first one. I told him again and he said he wouldn't do it because he wasn't going to waste anything. He doesn't know what customer service is. I'm pregnant and I wanted it as I wanted it. His attitude is terrible. There should be educated people who don't treat you like that for being Latino. And worse, in my state I can't be dealing with this situation.
DO NOT ORDER AT THE REGISTER ITS DRIVE THRU > Mobile Orders> Backline Orders > Bathroom check > The Customer standing right in front of their face. 10:40PM on Monday November 24th I wanted to order food and couldn’t do it because I got three looks and NO greetings. You would think a place that wants my money would be ready to take it but I guess not .
Today 9/8/25 at around 8:11pm I placed an order for pickup, I went to the Reseda location I got there at 8:30 even tho I placed my order at the north Hollywood location. I walked in the reseda location, there were 3 cashiers and believe the FOH manager, only 1 cashier said welcome. 10min passed by and no one asked me if I was picking up. So I asked them if my food my ready in which the manager said were working on it. She then looked at the expo screen behind her then asked me to show her my whole order which I did. After 15min of being there they now tell me that my order was placed at a different location, I wasn’t gonna argue so I left and the only response I got from the manager/shift lead was “My pleasure” and still no solution. So then I drove to North Hollywood for another 20min, my food was all cold. My point is they made me wait 15 min inside just for them to tell me that my food didn’t show up on the screen after telling me that it would be coming up soon and that I was at the wrong location. I could care less about what I spend on this order because I’ve spent more with chic fila at other locations before but it’s the service that I didn’t like. I understand that it’s a busy place but what’s the point of having 4 workers in FOH if they’re not going to focus on the customer service and hospitality. After 1 hr I finally got my food and it was cold. I just wish the customer service was outstanding like the customer service they have in Valencia.
I went in to the store because I had an Uber Eats order. I went to the counter to pick up the order and the manager couldn’t find the order. Mind you this is a 4 combo order. The manager comes back and says they gave it away. Girl what? How do you give away such a large order without even checking to make sure that order is going to the correct person. A Manager made this kind of mistake? So I asked if they could remake it and she said no they couldn’t. I asked her how that would make any sense, since they were the ones to give it away. And she just said sorry. I’m 24 and the girl looked around my age.. Why is this location hiring young managers if they can’t even run the store properly by doing their job. Just because someone worked at a register does not mean they’re qualified to manage anyone. Especially when that manager is incompetent and lets people come into that location to steal orders and THEN refuse to remake it, when it is brought to their attention. How does a manager mess up like that and then be LAZY and refuse to remake the food they GAVE AWAY to the wrong person. It felt like talking to a toddler when interacting with her. I hope this business fires her and hires better people that actually will do their job and won’t be lazy.
Just another incompetent business that expects you to do their job. Its their Policy that its the Customers responsibility to check to see if your order is complete when you leave the drive through. Amazing! Never again!
Autism AWARENESS! I asked them to cook well done fries because my daughter has sensory issues and they just wouldn't do it. They got the manager of Chick-fil-A and they said sorry we can't do that. My baby can't eat mushy fries. This is a problem when you can't do a simple request for a customer. johnny was an absolute stud. the best worker hands down. Make him manager because the other works and managers don't know how to give me a refill. But johnny was the rescue the day. he's so cute.he saved my family from a burning tree.
