Sometimes I order their footlong Tuna Sandwich through subway app. The problem is they don't follow the instructions which I set in the app for my sandwich. I would come more often if they followed the instructions for my customized tuna sandwich.

The lady was nice to begin with, but while ordering I noticed two flies on the toppings. I told her about it and she just nodded and said okay. After this she was less polite. She also was touching more than my food with her gloves. Cross contaminating my food. Her workspace was also not very clean. Overall, I do not recommend this location. Perhaps others are better, but I’ve noticed all Subway location are not as cleanly or mannered as before.

I recently visited Subway located on 18545 Roscoe Boulevard, and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. As someone who often chooses Subway for its convenient and satisfying vegetarian options, I was disappointed with the service during my most recent visit. Having just completed a 36-hour fast, I decided to break it with an order for in-store pickup through the Subway app. However, my excitement turned into disappointment when I realized a significant discrepancy in the quantity of sauces, despite having selected additional options during the online ordering process. This oversight, particularly considering my specific dietary preferences, left me quite dissatisfied. Attempting to address the issue with the staff only added to my disappointment. Instead of a constructive resolution, I was met with unprofessionalism and rudeness. The employee accused me of being disrespectful and even threatened to involve law enforcement. This not only escalated the situation unnecessarily but left me feeling verbally abused, a stark contrast to the welcoming atmosphere I have experienced at Subway in the past. Even when trying to communicate calmly, the employee refused to provide the requested services, displaying a dismissive attitude that deeply unsettled me. The subsequent handling of the situation, including the throwing of the bag of food on the table, was completely unexpected and not reflective of the positive experiences I have had at Subway. While I understand that lapses in service can occur, this particular incident has prompted me to share my disappointment. As someone who values the convenience and variety Subway typically provides, I hope this feedback is taken seriously and contributes to maintaining the high standards Subway has built over the years. I genuinely hope for a positive change in service, as I have always appreciated the quick and customizable options Subway offers.

I found hair in my subway. I ordered 2 subway, one of em had hair in it and other one had extremely less portion size with using dirty knife.

This location absolutely ruined every other Subway in the valley. I have to drive over 5 miles just to enjoy Subway now. The food is somehow better than all the other Subways around! The service is always friendly and quick. Not to mention the incredibly amazing coupons that save you a TON of money! This location ruined every other Subway near me because of all of these factors.

Never again man lol it’s ridiculous. 2 people left before me because of an issue and the same for me. Idk if the area but only food that actually do an amazing job in the area is big mamma’s pizzeria. Great customer service and great food! No complaints and weird rules. Never AGAIN!

A little over price. Got a footlong Sub. W/ a coupon for $7.99 that coupon was okay but the server talked me into a up grade but never told me a price med. Drink & chip's was an extra $7. When it should of been $3. to $5. Paying about $15. Before there tip w/ a coupon was no bargain. The sanwhich wasn't fresh at all.

Hit and miss location. Inconsistency is what make customers not go back to a restaurant and this is what this location is. I asked for a spicy italian with only pepperoni and a woman, on the heavier side for reference, prepared it with half of the meat of a regular sandwich. I asked the woman why wasn’t i getting all of it in peperoni and she said that because I am not getting salami, however, other staff (with common sense) prepare the sandwich with a full amount of peperoni. I understand if there are rules when prepping but then why offer it sometimes and not all the time? To be fair, not all the staff has been this petty like this woman but I would not recommend getting any sandwich prepared by her.

I won’t be coming back again here. The guy last night made me a five piece of meat foot-long and that’s not how you make a foot-long sandwich only five piece of meat I won’t be coming back here again and he charged me $12:59 for the sandwich😡😡😡😡🤬 even 7-Eleven make a better sandwich than this and it’s not even $13 for it. I guess the owner must have told the workers to start doing that to peoples skipping people out of their food or she can make more money out of people instead of making a real sandwich that people pay for🤬🤬🤬🤢🤮 this place need to be closed down I don’t like dirty people ripping people off🤬🤬🤬🤬

Sincerely, I don't even want to give this store a one-star review because I heard of one of the worst things that happened to several pals around 4 PM on this particular day. The employee at the store made a grave error when processing my friend's order, and he then treated them cruelly, refusing to comply and threatening to call the police if they didn't leave. It's like vocally assaulting my buddies. I will spread the word about this store to as many people as I can, but I will never recommend it to anyone.
