No doubt this place is always full, the food is 🤩 Amazing. Plus you will get great service, the young people working here are energetic and always willing to make your experience😊 better every time you go. I have been going here since it was open. The ambiance is nice and seating area is always clean. My kid can play in kids area which is very helpful till the food comes so they can be kept busy.

This place is super clean and the staff are really friendly. The food is so good and fast. Very inexpensive, and parking is available. It’s close to highways so you can either take a break from your road trip here or just go here for a visit. I do recommend this place for all!

Amazing experience. We decided to dine in on a Saturday during the late afternoon rush. Our expectations were exceeded during this visit. The staff was so friendly and accommodating and that was with a busy restaurant. Our food was served to us in a timely fashion, fresh and hot. This may be fast food restaurant but they go above and beyond to meet your needs.

Customer service was a plus especially since it's always so busy, big shout out for Jacob who made it easier for me.

The wait is worth it as the chicken is made fresh and is very tasty. Service is fast and easy. The quality of the food is much better than other fast-food chicken places, or for that matter, other fast-food chains. The food is moist and has great seasoning to it. i love chick fila but the food they gave me was absolutely horrible. DO NOT GO TO THIS CHICK FIL A! I’ll leave an example with a picture of my mac and cheese you tell me if this looks appetizing. Also when calling them and asking for a refund they told me they have a no refund policy.

Went through the drive-thru for breakfast around 10:15 a.m. on Saturday morning 3/7/26. Not an unusual amount of vehicles in the two drive-through lanes. Seemed like an ordinary day. Always happy with the food and service and speed of any CFA drive-thru I've utilized throughout the state. This particular morning, things were taking a bit longer than usual. No big deal. So, I'm waiting and waiting and am finally the first car at the front right by the door where they come out. I notice cars behind me and next to me are getting their bags and leaving, etc. No biggie though. I'm waiting and waiting. Then, I get asked to move forward and park in an entirely different section of the parking lot to be brought my food. Mind you, my order was just for me. It wasn't a huge or unusual order. And I wasn't just asked to move up a few feet to wait for my food like what happens sometimes at other fast-food drive-through's. No, I was asked to drive up and around and park in an entirely different section of the parking lot to continue to wait for the honor of receiving my CFA. I said forget it and requested a refund of the whole order. The employees seemed shocked that I wanted a full refund and was no longer interested. Manager came out and gave me my refund, but just casually said "Here ya go" as he gave me my cash. No apology, no remorse. Terrible experience. Ridiculous. And honestly, I would have continued to wait if I would have been asked to just move up a little like normally happens at other places, but to be asked to drive around to a totally different section of the parking lot and continue to wait as if they are doing me a favor for the honor of having CFA? No thanks, I'll pass. Drove right across the street to the Wendy's. Ordered a nice, tasty breakfast via their drive-thru lane with no problems or issues. Do better CFA. Do better.

Can’t speak on the atmosphere. Ordered through door dash and they forgot to put my 3 medium fries in the bag but gave me 20 packs of mayo and chic fil A sauce.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Chick-fil-A. I placed a dine-in order, yet they still made me get up and pick it up myself—only to hand me the wrong order. My milkshake was missing, and they claimed they “ran out of whipped cream.” On top of that, my food was cold because they said they were “looking for me,” even though I clearly stated it was dine-in. I let them know I was upset and even spoke with the manager, but I didn’t receive a single apology or any attempt to make things right. No acknowledgment, no compensation—nothing. For a place known for customer service, this location completely failed. I hope they seriously fix the way they treat customers.

The young person who served us was incredibly polite, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, even after our initial order was delivered incorrectly. They were a shining example of the company's well-known commitment to customer care, and I truly appreciated their efforts. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. My concern began to grow as I noticed the conditions in the food prep area. As a professional chef, I have a keen eye for sanitation, and what I saw was alarming. There was a blatant disregard for basic food safety practices. The team members preparing food were not wearing gloves, and none of them had on hats or hairnets. This is a fundamental rule in any kitchen to prevent contamination, and seeing it ignored was a major red flag. Beyond the lack of personal protective equipment, the entire prep area appeared unsanitary. There was a noticeable puddle of water on the floor—a serious slip hazard—and the counters were visibly dirty. It seemed as though the owner of this particular location prioritizes speed and output over the fundamental quality and cleanliness that should be the cornerstone of any food establishment. It's not just about a clean aesthetic; these are basic health standards that protect customers. Despite my apprehension, we ate our meal, hoping for the best. Sadly, the outcome was exactly what my gut instinct warned against. Within hours of our visit, my entire family fell ill with what felt like a stomach virus. I can’t definitively say it was from the food, but given the unsanitary conditions I witnessed firsthand, it is impossible to ignore the connection. This level of negligence is simply unacceptable for a restaurant chain of this caliber. I would never return to this location and would strongly advise the owner to reassess his priorities. A place cannot run on great service alone. I would recommend he hire a professional—a chef like me—to come in and help get the kitchen and food prep processes up to code. This isn’t a matter of opinion; it’s a matter of public health.
