They opened today in the midst of the power outages and the lady working there gave excellent customer service even with all the mayhem ensuing around her.

They have the best chicken tenders in the world that's all I go there for chicken tenders LOL you all have to try them

Their always friendly to me my fries are always hot and fresh

I may give 5s a little too easily, but I understand what I'm getting into. This place is comfy, convenient and efficient for a JintheB. I believe the "Anything else?" Guy is gone, so that helps a lot. To explain, after every single item he would ask as if your litany was completed after the first and every line. For high people, this is really jarring and in a paranoid mind, rude. I suppose my only complaint is purposely ignorant during a C19 era, but I'd appreciate more hours. Who knows when I'll be f**ked up

The guy who works at midnight on a Wednesday night is always so friendly and accommodating.

I have never stopped here, but I needed some Jack in the Bid! That said, the food of course was what I expected, but what surprised me most, was the professional attitude from the staff. That's what I call service!!!!

Perhaps the chain has made effort to upgrade the food, regardless, this particular restaurant reflects that effort and the burgers and breakfast food were all quite appetizing and fresh tasting. There was a fluffy character to the eggs, atypical for your usual fastfood breakfast fare. Burgers were juicy and dripping with condiments. Milk shake machine was working 100% of the time over the course of 3 days that I had various meals. Plenty of parking, rest rooms were unusually clean. The inside has relatively little seating, but was adequate for their volume of business. I did not witness it ever get "crowded" and longest wait time was at lunch with drive thru full and 2 customers ahead of me, so in other words, 5 minutes to order, 5 minutes until food, no complaints.

Food is very good conscidering it's fast food. Service is slow enough that it makes me stop and think about what else is open around that area. They are a little bit more expensive then the other ff locals but that is not the reason I pass by and don't stop.

The Oreo Milkshake i had was as expected. The service was less than expected and I think that language barriers were at play here. I didn't sense much atmosphere.

The prices were just all right for a fast food place but the food was better than average. Quick service for such a little place with a fairly clean bathroom. They even had a TV playing with the news which was a nice touch.

It's Jack in the Box. This one has decent seating, wifi, TV, very clean, fast service, good staff, and decent food for what it is - Jack in the Box! Actually you could park yourself at a table and work on your school work for a bit. (If you can concentrate in a noisy environment. It's not the library.) The lighting is good. AC works. And it's an easy pit stop from Hwy101 to take a food break. Gas station nearby. Very late hours here!

Edit: so I was contacted by the owner after my original review below and they resolved my issue by giving me a free combo. I picked one of what was missing. I was also shocked to see they offer over a hundred drink combinations so I was able to pick a diet soda I liked. The food is not as good as some other places. Also they messed up my order and I was gone before I caught it so I lost money. I hope they only messed it up because they were busy.

Sometimes the food is undercooked and have had multiple times them forget to add the additional things I order(add jalapeños) but got charged for it.

It's a small place, easy on and off freeway, normal menu selection, easy drive through too

Sometimes I'll stop and get simply a Breakfast Jack to eat on the road to go to work better than a donut

Staff was friendly, but the burger was dry. Everything else was good, however.

The service was very quick. This location is conveniently located just off the freeway. I usually dont eat fast food, but didn't feel like cooking and they are open late (lobby until midnight, drivethru 1:00 am) its handicap accessible and has available bathrooms.

I gave up fast food in January... But driving past this Jack n box was torcher! I finally broke and ordered my favorites...spicy chicken sandwich with cheese and curly fries and two tacos. Yeah, I know what you're thinking, don't judge me. The tacos were everything I remembered, crunchy, salty, cheesey saucy, delicious! The spicy chicken sandwich wasn't as spicy as I remember- what happened Jack? Where did the heat go?! The fries were too salty and undercooked. I'm going to try to avoid fast food some more...but when I break again, I'm ordering 6 tacos 😂 and extra sauce.

Some days it’s juicy & perfect, others half of the sandwich is inedible. I prefer the crispy sandwiches now. The breakfast is a hit or miss. Usually order number 26. Majority of the time the sausage is way to greasy. I have noticed the morning fries are amazingly nice & hot. Don’t forget to save the receipt for app rewards!

My order was taken incorrectly and I did not want to wait but I already paid, so I took my drink and went to the burger king, north at the next exit for my sandwich. Someone received a free sandwich. Burger King went smooth because I am familiar with the menu. Sorry Jack, doubt I'll be back. For those of you familiar with the place, I'll respect it and give it a 3 star max.

It was your average visit. My kids love the milkshakes.

Decent food (keeping in mind it's fast food) but service staff was rather rude. Won't be going back.

This place is dirty. It has the feeling of a homeless hang out. Last time we stopped by for a quick bite, left without buying anything out of disgust.

Super greasy location. Old grease in fryers. Drink machine is often out of several flavors. Messy kitchen and under staffed. Trash all over the kitchen. Everyone is always rushing around and messing up orders. If you do not go to the drive thru....you can usually expect to wait and wait for no one to take your order. Best to just leave after 5 or 10 minutes since they will not acknowledge you are waiting.

If thats going on in the front you have to wonder whats going on where they prepare the food.

Nothing was good. Wrong fries bad burger. Not what Jack used to be.

They only allow cars after 8. You can't say you're open ALL NIGHT, and not allow people on foot, very disingenuous.

I order through the app an hour before closing and when I went to pick the food up they were closed. They also charged my card! Terrible experience and this isn't the first time this has happened.

Just a regular old jack in the box but without soda. I ordered my food and then they told me the fountain drinks were out. The worst part was I still had to pay for combo prices because alacarte items would've cost more, lol still ended up paying for soda I didn't even get to enjoy.

I pulled up to order food at about 11:20PM. I start trying to order my food but the employee is so rude. He is not only hardly paying attention to what I am saying... He is CHEWING FOOD over the intercom! Literally smacking his lips. It was disgusting, rude, and unprofessional. I couldnt even finish my order he was smacking so loudly. I left the drive thru right then and there. How could anyone eat after that??

Terrible customer service, they blame you for getting your order wrong through the drive through because "you didn't confirm properly", and they avoid offering to refund the difference for paying for an order they got wrong unless you point it out (and they let out a big, exasperated "Oh, my God!" as a response). Yeah, avoid this place to save yourself the frustration of having to ask for some decency for something that's clearly your fault... 😐

Drive thru 5:45 pm. Order chicken fajita pita, no chicken or sauce. Asked for teriyaki sauce with egg roll, got secret sauce. Not only did they will fully mess up order, they always get order wrong 70% of the time.

When I pulled in at 12 midnight on 2/22/22 clearly the place was open. I seen maybe 3 employees inside so I pull around to order. NO ANSWER. Pull up to the window and I hear them all laughing clearly hiding in the back. I honked, I yelled hello, I waited. NO ANSWER. As I was driving I see them (huddled) in the back. As if I can’t see yall through the big open glass window on the side of the building. 😂 by far the rudest and most immature customer service I’ve EVER witnessed and experienced. YIKES.

Where the food was being delivered was not even 5 minutes from Jack & when I received my food everything was definitely super hot! Sadly opening both bags , the monster taco order was poorly packaged , oily then usual , the spicy Jack chicken wrap was poorly put together as well at my BUTTERYJACK BURGER! Looked like whoever was handling it was super rough … I was hungry , door dashed because being busy so I didn’t have time to take no pictures. But compared to Jack In the Box in Novato on RedWood Blvd, I have gon multiple times , this presentation was horrible made me not enjoy the food at all.
