Well the Mrs went to lobster heaven today, having persuaded me to share a fresh Menorcan lobster with her! Accompanied by fries and two eggs each, I have to admit I share her enthusiasm. As locals, we love this restaurant and usually have lunch there every couple of weeks,(but much more modest fare). Got to say, that the eye watering bill not withstanding, it was absolutely superb. A great meal, lots of good options on the menu, and friendly service (although they seem short staffed). The best garlic shrimp I've had anywhere in Spain, truly delicious, fresh, not frozen, makes such a difference!

Still one of our favourite restaurants on the island and our two visits didn't disappoint, even after 5 years away. Chipirones, Sepia a la plancha and Cod Santi, the signature dish (salt cod topped in a fluffy souffle on a bed of peppers, pine kernels, raisins and sliced potatoes). We will be back :)

Very friendly staff and the food was very good. I ordered the sole fillet, which was one big fillet! The portions are generous. The fish was seasoned to perfection. the restaurant is situated right in front of the beach. We went off season, so it is very calm and relaxing.

Dont bother tipping ahead of time, and if you order contactless they'll make sure you have to walk out to go get it Update: 3-5 years later I moved away, had a better dominos, moved back within this ones zone and I've had mixed reactions. Since my previous complaint/review, the delivery drivers have gotten better. There is still one troublemaker, but there are a couple others that are very professional Big shout out to the female driver that works Thursdays. She has always been very kind, respectful and professional. She also seems like a very smart person. Twice I've ordered here and things have gone well, both store side and delivery side. However the last time I ordered, they got my order wrong, cut it square for no reason and switched parmesan cheese crust with thin crust which lost me 4 dollars. Whatever thought everything else was right, so thats oakland amirite. The pizzas are cooked well, and taste as you would expect. In the 5+ years I've ordered from here on and off, I've never had anything gross or super bad happen.

Food is usually hot and ready in a decent time... Only issue I have from time to time is my delivery order will be incorrect, but I must say the manager always remakes it and send it out with no delivery charge!

I ordered mixed paella and it was extremely salty, my friends ordered lamb chops and omelette and i was told it was delicious, most of the order atleast lamb chops, omlette comes with fried chips and the portion size of the food is huge , more than good enough for one person. The view is ofcrse amazing, i felt like this restaurant was more expensive than the other nearby ones but worth a try👍.

Good restaurant, overall experience was ok. Quality ingredients, especially fish but be careful when ordering because it can be very pricey as it's "fish market price" and can easily reach over 30€/person/portion.

Lunch with friends on a Sunday afternoon. Food was good, but just far too much. Starters that would be a lot as main dish. Taste was good, staff had very kind ones and a few a bit kranky. We had aubergine with goat cheese, gazpacho and Galician style octopus And croquettas as starter. All good, the eggplant was gigantic. For main salmon, shrimp pasta, lamb and sea bream.

Food was ok but took about an hr to get my pizza when it was supposed to be 18 to 30 min ended up calling them at 45min & said he should be there soon 12 min later he showed up

I ordered from this establishment on February 25th and when I went to check on my delivery they didn't answer the phone and I waited for almost a hour after the order was out of the oven fory delivery to happen I requested a refund and they could only offer me a free pizza I wanted a refund I didn't want a free pizza have some good service the service was not very good and answer the phones when customer calls or at least tell them about how there order is because I received it Luke warm

On previous holidays to Menorca (2015,2017 & 2018) this restaurant was fantastic in every way. Unfortunately it seems to of taken a downturn, it makes me wonder, if it has been taken over by new owners since our previous visits. :The menu is nowhere near as good as it used to be. :It has gone extremely costly. :Service is at best average. :Food average. :Charges for bread rolls now. :Previously offered a liquor at the end of the meal, not anymore. I must say, it is so disappointing to see what was a fabulous restaurant go this way.

Very slow service, no allergens mentioned on the menu, very poor at describing which allergens are in any foods( gluten, coeliac), pizza was poor and skinny which my mom ordered, steaks were ok, starters came with main after waiting 40 minutes which was disgraceful and too much to eat all at once. Seemed like they forgot about starters and panicked when main was ready. They told us “starters and mains come together”

The Manager is a poor representation of Domino’s. The service is horrible. The food is horrible. I have attached a picture. No one can guess what I ordered. Clearly they’re stealing the ingredients, because they are not putting them on the pizzas. I will not be a repeat customer. They only get one time to screw me over. Because of this place, I will read reviews before I order from any restaurant. This location is the worst.

Very rude staff member. I placed a large carryout order of a large pizza, sandwiches, chicken, sauces and soda. The attendant just handed the order to me without a bag like he expected me to carry out such a large order with my bare hands. When I asked for a bag, he just put it on the table visibly upset and refused to put the items in the bag. He told me it wasn’t his job to do so, he was just really rude for no reason. I still can't believe he refused to put such a large order in a bag and had an attitude over it. The food was also extremely salty and subpar. I'm never coming to this place again

Terrible customer service. I ordered for delivery..when my order didn’t show I called to ask what happened. The woman on the phone was extremely rude claiming I didn’t answer my phone. When my food finally got here it was ice cold and they forgot several things. Never again

Well, I stupidly let this location burn me AGAIN. Do NOT order from here. The last three times we have ordered from here, our order was either completely wrong or ice cold. You can order for pickup and you end up sitting in the store 30 minutes after it said it was ready and they end up not having your pizza. Nothing they do is right. They've burned us so many times, never ordering from here again.

I waited for half an hour for food that was ready the whole time, but a worker kept refusing to check and get it for me. He was incredibly rude too and seemed to just not want to serve me despite how I already paid. I had to get another worker involved

I'm sorry but this has to be the worst Domino's, I have ever ordered from. Twice after ordering through the app, not only did my pizza come NOT fresh or hot, it almost tasted like it was left out for some time after coming out of the oven, maybe they thought it needed to cool off in cold air before being boxed and ready to deliver. The pizza itself was just not very good, lacking in cheese of which I ordered extra, and just too much sauce. Someone purposely gave me terrible service. Never again from this particular Domino's.

I had a terrible experience with this Domino’s location. I placed an on order via Domino’s application and it was supposed to be delivered within 45-60 minutes. However, it was marked as delivered after 90+ minutes but I never received it. I had requested a call on arrival - no call, no delivery. Checked with the hotel front desk, and nothing was there. Tried calling the store at least 10 times with no response. Ended up having to reordered food from somewhere else. Terrible service and no accountability.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I regret not reading the reviews before placing my order, as my experience was consistent with many others. The staff was rude and extremely unprofessional. I pre-ordered a pizza at approximately 2:30 PM for a 4:00 PM delivery for a work event. The order did not arrive until 5:35 PM. I called multiple times between 3:50 PM—when I was told the pizza was finally put in the oven—and 5:35 PM. During these calls, staff refused to provide the driver’s location and repeatedly stated the order was “on the way,” despite the app showing the driver had not yet left the store. When the pizza finally arrived, it was extremely cold. To make matters worse, the store refused to issue a refund. This was a very disappointing experience, especially for a work-related order, and I will not be ordering from this location again.

0/10 . Customer service is trash . They told me they couldn’t deliver my pizza to my apartment because of whatever. I have 3 kids , how am I suppose to carry my kids downstairs plus carry 2 pizzas . Very inconsiderate and I will never recommend dominoes again

The worst customer service. My card was charged twice and it was hard to get in contact with the manager to give me my refund back. I didn’t receive the food I ordered. It has been a waste of time and a call to hell. I will never place a order with them again

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience at this restaurant. We were greated by a waiter (very tall unfortunately did not get his name) , who seemed uninterested and was very rude. Whilst many around us seemed to be well looked after we felt we were largely ignored throughout our meal. The waiter was rude and borderline aggressive with how he spoke to us, other tables were treated very well and we were perplexed as to why he had taken issue with us and our toddler. We were given bread we did not ask for while waiting for our meal which they charged us for. Another table asked for their left overs to be boxed up which he did, when we asked the same he planted boxes on our table for us to box our own food up. Not once were we asked if we wanted another drink (others around us were asked often). Other children received a lolly pop at the end of the meal but again we were treated differently. We are a friendly polite family and we are still confused as to why he was so rude to us. We have eaten out several times on our trip but of course not returned to this restaurant. It is a shame we had such a rude and ignorant waiter as judging by other reviews we should of had a great evening but thanks to a very unprofessional member of staff we left feeling very unsatisfied. I would recommend the waiter is reminded of good manners and how to treat guests.

Let’s be honest, there’s not much choice on the cuisine front in Punta Prima with each restaurant a virtual carbon copy of the next - the “classic” seafood dishes, meat dishes and occasionally some pizzas. I randomly picked Can Santi but must have been wearing my “Midas touch” gloves inside out tonight as we clearly lost this evening’s dinner lottery. Our suspicions were aroused by the dead lobster in the tank which, as it was missing some appendages, was obviously being snacked on by its former tank mates (see photo, and if you’re not sure why a dead lobster in a tank is a bad thing, look up Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares for his take on it). We probably should have moved on at this point rather than just deciding to not choose lobster. Let’s get some positives in now (there won’t be many more…): we were seated efficiently and the waiting staff were pretty good. If you ignore the missing dish from our order and the additional one we didn’t order that was added to our bill. The grilled sole was more flip-flop than fresh fish who’d recently been flopping. Distinctly “old” tasting. I should maybe have added the grilled squid I had to the bottom of it to make some particularly hard wearing footwear. Goodyear and Bridgestone should be knocking on this place’s door to understand how to produce sustainable rubberised compounds from marine Gastropoda. Ready to cut our losses and run, one of our party thought a trip to the loo was needed. I think they’d have felt cleaner if they hadn’t bothered and instead “grand slammed” themselves in the car on the way home. With the heated seats on. Avoid.
