What can I say, Miss Saigon is truly delicious! The shrimp Pad Thai was loaded with shrimp. Good springy texture on the noodles and a generous portion. The fried rice was also plentiful and flavourful. We ordered watercress chicken but they called and said they needed to replace the watercress with cabbage. It was just as good. We ordered lemongrass beef but got curry beef. I'm not sure if that was a mistake but we ate it and were very pleased with it. Pork and veg with crispy noodles came separately which kept the noodles beautifully crisp and light. All in all, we love this place and will certainly try to work our way through the menu. The delivery guy was so lovely. I wish they were all as nice as he.
Miss Saigon is back & I could not be happier. This family restaurant is so special, they are so sweet & their food is the BEST. We were greeted with such a warm welcoming. My mom & I enjoyed our dinner so so much! We got the special Ricks Bowl. If I could give this restaurant a million stars I would!
This is the BEST place for Pho in ALL of South Florida. What ever recommendations you’ve been given, scratch them. Do yourself a favor and just come here. We live 45 minutes away and still drive here for it. If that were all, it’s worth the drive, but even more; it feels like a family environment with great music. The service is out of this world!

This restaurant is awesome! The food is great and the service even better. I bought some Pho soup to go and when I got home, I put the container with the broth in the microwave without removing the cover and it exploded and all the broth was gone. I went back to the restaurant, fully intending to purchase the broth, but when I explained what happened they replaced it for me free of charge! Top tier customer service!
One of my family’s favorite spots! The food is delicious, the portions and price are great, and most of all, the staff is so kind and warm. They make us feel at home every time we go. A true gem!
My wife and I found this place after many years of missing their food. We have loved Miss Saigon's food since 2003 that we started going to their Coral Gables location and then called their Pinecrest location our Friday evening spot. When their Pinecrest location closed we were very sad. So many years and memories and their delicious food. We have tried other vietnamese places but none have ever compared to Miss Saigon's flavor. We came to this new location on a Saturday evening for the first time and was full. We were greeted by the owner and sat right away. We ordered our favorite dish Miss Saigon Rice Noodle Bùn Xào - Chicken and relieved those flavors from many years ago. We will definately return as we loved our food and the service was excellent as always. While the place is small and simple unlike their peior locations, the food and service are exactly the same as before. My wife and I are extremely happy that we found our beloved restaurant once again and cannot wait to return next week to try another dish.
Went with 2 of my kids for late lunch. Food was delicious.. 1st time trying Vietnamese food... I had the Bon Dac Biet with chicken, shrimp and spring roll.. Delicious and huge portion. My daughter had chicken and broccoli and my son had clear rice noodles with chicken and vegetables.. The only odd thing about the Bon Dac Beit was that it was cold yet very crispy veggies... I wasn't used to that, hence first time trying Vietnamese food. We will definitely go back to try other stuff.. Service was excellent, very attentive and explained all the differences in the dishes we were interested in. Parking was a bit tight, since it was late lunch, but by the time we finished parking lot had emptied.. Give them a try, very good food and service.
We finally found an Authentic Vietnamese Pho. It’s busy on a Friday night between 7 to 8pm. However it was only less than 20 minute wait though. We ordered the “Miss Saigon pho”. The broth is divine! I even ordered one to-go for our son who worked 14 hours today in the hospital. My son said the broth is a healing experience like the sun to superman. It is a great meal after long hours of work in the hospital. The summer roll as appetizer is great. I also had my favorite the taro smoothie!!! The service is exemplary. They even gave us complimentary chocolate cake with whipped cream! We will definitely come back!!!

We had pho, spring rolls, and goyzas. The service was fast. No doubt we will be back. Outstanding. It’s hard to find a good Pho restaurant, but we definitely discovered a must visit location!!!

We recently dined here and were delighted with food, service and pricing. First off our waitress, Wynn was amazing. We love Asian foods but we’re unfamiliar with the Vietnamese menu. She provided excellent suggestions based on ingredients & flavors we like. We started with the clear seafood soup with clear noodles. It was fresh, tasty and loaded with shrimp, crab and fish patty. Huge bowl that we shared. Our entrees were clear XAO chicken and Basil chicken also with clear noodles. Prepared perfectly with just the right amount of spices. A lot of food for the price with leftovers that went home. This place is clean and organized with a simple but pleasant decor. The entire meal was a great value for seniors like us and we will be back again for sure. Wynn provided us a complimentary dessert of Thai donuts. Parking is limited and it can get busy so make a reservation to ensure no wait time. Thanks again MS!

I’m the happiest person on earth, I used to visit the coral gables location and now they reopened at this location and I must say that it’s the same taste, I would say even better. The taste is so authentic and delicious, I wish I could eat here everyday. The culture and the service is unmatchable. My favorite dish here is the bun xao chicken rice noodle bowl with extra fish soup and medium spice. Although they’re a bit far from my house, the best part is that they’re on Uber eats and I can order anytime. Thank you Holly for your kindness and for spoiling us with dessert.
The appetizers were amazing. We had steamed chicken dumplings and the vegetable rolls. My husband had the shrimp Fried Rice, and I had the vegetable pho And then the boba was amazing. We will definitely be back especially on the weekends since they have their bakery open.

If you love Vietnamese food you will love miss saigon the food is made fresh to order you can not go wrong with whatever dish you buy from the menu the best part of Miss Saigon is there incredible staff warm friendly caring it is family owned and each person takes the time to care for each individual customer i have become a regular customer there food and service is 5 star but the love and attention you get from them is 10 star not 5 it's my favorite place to eat hands down we are lucky they chose to open in the palmetto estates area i wish them all the success in the world .
I’ve started coming over here last month I’ve order like 5 times and it’s always amazing I haven’t had pho this good in a while the staff works hard and is extremely friendly love the atmosphere and the food is authentic and delicious!

I love family owned restaurants/businesses so I am thrilled to have Miss Saigon back in our community! No longer with multiple locations because they (the family/siblings) decided it was better to all work together. It is a small quaint restaurant filled love and laughter. They make the dining experience most enjoyable and you definitely feel at home. The food is delicious and if you don’t know what to order just tell them what you like and they will make something special for you. They are hard working and generous people and their food is made with LOVE ❤️ I look forward to my weekly visit!

First time we in Miami from Raleigh NC we stop by this place to eat the lady served table was really nice and friendly we have a nice chat told us she just lost her husband recently which related to us we lost our son 2017 he would be 17 now on Christmas Day was when he left us I know how you feel your grove I’ll pray for you and your family for peace and comfort. Love the food my son who always picky said the food was so good he give 100/10 thank you so much for being kind to us made our day !!!!

Awesome experience! The owner is so kind and helpful, has a great spirit and is so funny lol. This restaurant is clean, organized and knows how to treat their customers and not to mention the food is amazing. I had the Chicken Pho and it was delicious, I couldn’t finish it all since it comes in a big portion and the waiter put it in a to go bowl for me. Saved me the hassle and mess. This was my first time going but it definitely won’t be the last.
Great owners who went beyond to make sure foods are prepared the right way and you like them. Also they treated customer with care and like family. I arrived soaking wet from the pouring storm and they gave me napkins to dry. Everything tasted good and good portion. I found some authentic vietnamese dishes here not available elsewhere.
Miss Saigon has transformed this little run down restaurant into the next hottest spot in town. The restaurant itself is a testament to the love and respect for the founding family. Every corner has its own unique story to tell. The ambiance is welcoming, homegrown and organic. I love the overall vibe it gives - sunshine and happiness. With their well recognized brand name, healthy offerings and impeccable service, this gem was well worth the wait. Their new boba station offers a wide variety of yummy flavors. Unable to decide, I ordered two with my meal! Food is never a disappointment here. I ordered beef ceviche, steam crepe, pho, beef vegetable crispy mi. They reminded me of my grandma’s home cooking. Nostalgia. Wynn joined me and we talked about the past, the present and the future. My belly was happy and I left the restaurant feeling warm and fuzzy inside. I love this place and am so happy that they have moved here.
There's only one way to describe this place. Incredible. The flavor, my oh my the flavor, I had the Miss Saigon Pho, and it has to be the greatest pho to touch my tongue. Im glad theres great pho like this in my community. Brendan was super fast to take my order and have the food brought out alongside being handsome. If i could rate higher I would.
David and family are back at a new location serving their amazing food. After a well deserved break they have returned with their amazing Pho and new additional menu items like traditional sandwiches and boba. Every single bite of food was absolutely amazing and fresh. the service was amazing and the family was grateful for the support and treated us like family. They even gave us a slice of delicious carrot cake a family member baked. what an amazing meal and well worth the drive. I’m looking forward to many more delicious meals here. I am so happy they are back.

I have loved Miss Saigon since they were in Coral Gables. I am so happy that I found out that they were able to open here! Food is still the same quality. The service is still A++. Spring rolls are a must. My brother loves the beef ceviche. You can't go wrong with a Bùn or pho. I love their bahn mi! Next time I'll add an egg.
Amazing service and food was delicious!!!! Our favorite was the crispy fried noodle. Was our first time and the service was exceptional. The lady, I think she is the owner, gave us all the suggestions and explained the dishes in such detail!!!! Didn't charge for our additional rice and gave us also rice to take home since we have some leftover. At the end she came with a free sample desert for us to try. All the dishes were very tasty. If i it s your first time, ask them for suggestions, they will ask for your favorite meat, vegetables and will suggest the dishes. Definitely recommend!!!!

We decided to come here because the reviews were raving, and they were 100% right! It was my husband and my first time, and we haven’t had a meal this amazing in a LONG time. The food was 10/10 and so tasty. And the staff were so friendly, attentive and warm. We will definitely be coming here again!!

Service can suffer a little on a busy weekend. But man this place is awesome. The egg rolls are out of this world. Also I recently discovered the thing with the fried noodles surrounding the beef and vegetables in the middle. Wow what a taste! Also the large assortment of drinks, from matcha, boba/mango, boba/kiwi and iced coffee.. incredible. This place is an experience. Don't let the surrounding poverty steer you away, this place seems like the preeminent spot if you like Thai or Vietnamese.. much better than the other Thai joints further north.
It has been a while that we enjoyed my wife and I a good meal without braking the bank,and even still it's hit or miss. We went on a Sunday afternoon, with a guest the place wasn't full but you could tell that they had busy because they were out of few popular items. We started with Vietnamese nem royale crisp rice paper skin fried to perfection, dry no oily trace serve with nucman a mix of fish sauce and other ingredients, we also ordered the fresh spring rolls and papaya salade as starters,on point. The main course were abondant and flavors galore every plate came with fresh mint cilantro lime except for my wife curry shrimps a regal! Our guest order the daily beef soup a bowl that look delicious, nothing was left when the owner came to retrieved the empty plate. My dish was crispy noodle with chicken mostly tender dark me well flavored and huge the plate was over filled with fragrant vegetable and very exotic spiced broth. We couldn't leave without the small fried donuts same dry no oil residue perfectly sweet once dipped with the condensed milk we skipped the Vietnamese coffee. 80 dollars for the whole thing a place to remember. See you soon for an other culinary Asian experience.

Every time we go to Florida, we look for a good Vietnamese restaurant, but I'm always disappointed. However, my fiancé found this place. The pho was flavorful and the other food was amazing. Chi Uyên was our server, and she reminded me of the caring, kind sisters from Miền Tây. This is a must-stop for us every time we come to Miami from now on.
No frills Vietnamese. One of the cleanest broths I've had in a pho. Not even a drop of oil to be seen. May actually be a bit too clean for some, but I enjoyed it. Also appreciated the coriander leaves. That's not easy to get.
First time trying pho and it was absolutely delicious!!! I had the beef and brisket pho and a taro boba milk tea. Everything was so darn good! Service was also great. Will definitely be back 😋
Came on a Saturday and were seated right away. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. We started with the vegetable spring rolls — they were light, crispy, and delicious! The beef platter was also excellent, and we left completely satisfied. I absolutely LOVE their boba — so glad we stopped

The go-to family owned spot for Vietnamese food. My wife and I have been eating here since we started dating almost 20 years ago and we're sad when they closed... But are so happy they're back! Our daughter loves it too. The food here is made with LOVE.
Thank you for coming back after years of closure. Great viet food. Summer rolls with peanut sauce excellent. Owner works there with love. Small and always busy, so get there early. Shopping stip mall it is in is horrid, but once inside you are in a clean positive atmosphere. Homemade baked goods on the weekend only. You have to try.
Just discovered that our favorite restaurant— which we thought had closed - was now open in a different location ! I would give it more than 5 stars! The food is fabulous! Delicious. Cant wait to go back. Cant say what is my favorite because love all the dishes.

My family and I love every meal especially the gyoza & spring rolls as well as the raw beef pho, mi chicken and chicken and broccoli. Everytime we go we love completely satisfied and happy. Everything good if not great. A true family run place with home style cooking and much kindness. The two sisters are especially nice. Dumplings soup noodles and rice dishes really good as is the papaya salad. It’s worth a trip to South Miami for sure. 👍🏻

Miss Saigon is back, baby!!! This location is a little farther south than their previous location but well worth the drive. The service was friendly and prompt (but not rushed) and the food was delicious! We had steamed chicken gyozas, egg noodle soup w shredded chicken, caramel shrimp, Miss Saigon fried rice and Chicken & Broccoli - everything delicious and cooked to perfection. Yes it was too much food but we are happy to get to enjoy it again tomorrow. We will be back!

Yesterday, we went back to this gem of a restaurant! Not only do you feel like family because of the best service…but the food is delicious! The spring rolls, the Ms Saigon Pho, the kiwi boba tea and the Vietnamese donuts were amazing! The restaurant is so cute too! Can’t wait to go back to this Vietnamese gem and try everything ! 💎

The soup was not tasted with beef but salty only. The noodles still sticked together when serving.
Had high hopes! Ordered brisket pho ($16.95) and the server asked if I also wanted beef, I said you can do that? He said yeah I can throw some in for you. Big bowl of soup and lots of noodles, but only like 10 pieces of tissue-thin meat approx 1 inch x 2 inches each. When I got the bill, he had added $2 for the beef he "threw in", now $18.95. I felt like a chump, dont make it sound like a favor if you're actuallyjust upselling me. You can see in my photo, you can't even see the meat... good flavors but basically just soup and noodles. Next time I'll just make instant at home and actually include toppings.
This was our first visit, and perhaps we ordered the wrong dishes, but unfortunately none of the four were enjoyable. The food lacked flavor, and the chicken had an unpleasant taste. We won’t be coming back.
The Bun Bo Hue is not good. So if you want to eat The Spicy Beef Soup (Bun Bo Hue) at this place, DON’T! Try somewhere else. They don’t give you the right vegetables, the food is very tasteless, and certain toppings that belong in the food are missing. The best food from this place I think would be their Spring Roll. Prices are expensive, I know it’s Miami, but mannn…that’s too much compared for the food portion.
HOW THEY TREAT UBER DRIVERS IS HORRIBLE
Excessive wait times for food, and poor customer service. They ignore customers, and Uber Eats keep them waiting for more than half an hour for their orders! What poor service.
