I hate this location. I am a big fan of chipotle but this location is the worst EVER. The staff there is so miserable. They act like I bothered them for ordering my food that I AM PAYING FOR. They act like the money is coming out of their pockets so they CHEAP you out of food portions. I am sorry that I come to your JOB and ordered my food. They’re ALWAYS changing staff because they’re so incompetent. Also why AND how does the price always change when I order the SAME thing every time. This location needs to shut down. I rather go to Merrick thats further for me. I hope the Long Beach location doesn’t disappoint.

This was one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve ever had. I paid full price for a bowl and was literally given almost no food — what’s the point of ordering if the bowl is basically empty? On top of that, the staff had terrible attitudes and acted like my order was an inconvenience to them, even though the mistake was entirely on their end. It’s ridiculous to charge premium fast-casual prices and then serve nothing while being rude about it. Chipotle used to be about value and service, but this location clearly doesn’t care about either. I won’t be coming back.

Absolutely terrible customer service, they gave me too little rice that couldn't make more then two bowls then decided to be nasty and say was lying about not having enough food, the catering trays are suppose to feel 4-6 people it only feed two. I do not recommend this location. I would go to valley stream they are a lot nicer and not nasty when u have a concern.

While I was ordering my food yesterday me and my wife, over heard Who I believe is the general manager scolding and belittling her employees. We Were absolutely disgusted, The dinning room was absolutely disgusting she should have been putting more effort into having it cleaned.

This is by far the dirtiest and rudest Chipotle I’ve ever eaten at. The food was cold, tables filthy, soda and condiments area empty and dirty. Take a short drive to Moe’s instead. The owners should feel ashamed. Gross!

For starters like many other reviews have listed this location is incredibly messy. Garbage always overflowing and floor and tables are covered with crumbs. The selection is mostly limited as well. There have been times I go in after the dinner rush and they don't have chicken, steak, or white rice. Seriously how do you not have rice. Staff can be 50/50 sometimes friendly sometimes not but I'm more worried about the food. Presentation is half of the product and this location does not worry about the presentation. Portions are awful you barely get a pound of food total and for the price it simply is not worth it. Sad to see because I would eat here daily when it first opened a little over 10 years ago but this is the current state. Would recommend going to the Merrick location instead.

Literally the most unprepared Chipotle l've ever been to. I've been going here on and off for years and they never have most items prepared. They're always super low on rice or steak for example and they wait until it's completely empty before they start firing up more meat or rice. Causing really long wait times. The employees always have attitudes and their whole counter where they prepare our food is always super dirty. Find another place because this one is horrible.

I am severely disappointed in Chipotle and to whoever packed my lunch today at around 2:50. I ordered 2 lunches for me and my best friends and we did not get what I ordered. For me I ordered chicken, lettuce, pinto beans, white rice, pico, guac, corn and cheese with sour cream and I got non of that. Instead I got a very sad order of white rice lettuce and steak. I wasted so much money on an order bc I was starving to just get met with nothing at all. CHIPOTLE NEEDS TO DO A BETTER JOB AT TRAINING PEOPLE. My friends order was the same it contained nothing that she asked for

I’ve been here a few times in the past 2 months… it’s a dirty place!! All the tables & floors are gross! The soda fountain dirty and sloppy! But the worse part?? When you’re ordering your food… all the spills, workers don’t wear gloves, dirty floors, really disgusting! No managers! The place is run by Hugh school kids… they don’t really care about hygiene or cleanliness!! NASTY!!

I recently ordered a chicken bowl from Chipotle, but when I opened it, I discovered that it was made with chicken and extra beef, which was not what I ordered. As a Hindu man, I do not consume beef due to religious reasons, and this is a serious issue for me. Not only was the order incorrect, but I also paid for the extra beef without even knowing it was included. I haven’t reached out to the location yet, but I’m hoping to resolve this soon. It’s been a frustrating experience, especially since my dietary restrictions weren’t respected. Because the meal contained beef, I couldn’t eat any of it and had to throw it away. I would appreciate a refund for the entire order, as it was not what I paid for. I sincerely hope Chipotle takes this seriously and works to improve its service going forward.

I’ve been to this chipotle a few times and they’re the only ones who give me problems. I just ordered double chicken and rice and the cashier, for whatever reason, wouldn’t give me the 3 pointer price with extra chicken. I’m so done with this location.

This location is ALWAYS dirty. The tables are full of food and garbage. Today we came for dinner, there were hardly any customers, yet every table was dirty, the garbage pails were overflowing, and the soda and ice machines were broken. Done wasting my time and money here.

Can I know what is wrong with people at Chipotle? I used to go all the time, and all of a sudden, they started counting how much food they put on ur bowl or burrito. I asked for extra lettuce, and this guy put 4 leafts of lettuce in my bowl and 3 little cubes of tomatoes. I go to Chipotle to eat, not just to look at the food Also it is so very messi, food is everywhere is looks disgusting

First of all, very berry bad experience. All i can say about this place is, the packer girl is not polite. She packed my food upside down so all the liquid from the sauce and steak juice. So the sauce goes to my car and my clothes. I asked for the new container, the way she gave me my food so rude. I asked for paper bag, she gave the bag so rude. Definitely will not be back for chipotle here. Also, dont bother ask for the manager, because the manager so chicken dont even want to talked to me. This place shouldn't have manager, because there is no point to talk to the manager since they will give you fake manager. WORST CHIPOTLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This chipotle is terrible. They never have vinaigrette. The staff is SO RUDE- actually terrible. They also never have chips ready. I paid online for a burrito, a bowl and 2 bags of chips and i showed up they didn’t have chips but i already paid for them and they wouldn’t give me my money back. They also didn’t have corn. what chipotle doesn’t have chips or corn? Their soda machine is also never working. and once again the staff is absolutely horrible. If you’re not gonna have ingredients - don’t be rude to your customers. Look at this picture of the burrito? I think I could make a better one.
