Fastest service I’ve received from a Starbucks on the beach, and a great view!

I came with my friends because I was having a bad day and wanted to have a coffee with them on the beach to talk, Antonella treated us excellently, she was very kind to us and we really liked that she spoke English and Spanish, there was a confusion when I ordered the coffees because I ordered two small lattes and a matcha lemonade but the guy who took the order to prepare them “Jordan” prepared them with ice, my friend very kindly told him “Excuse me the coffees were hot” and this person made them so hot that we burned our hands, and when my friend told him that they were not cold it was terrible, he gave us a VERY bad face and prepared them with a very bad attitude which was quite noticeable to the three of us, we had to ask Antonella again to help us with a cardboard to support the coffees and others so we wouldn’t burn ourselves when grabbing the cups and sugar because Jordan gave them to us without anything and didn’t even ask us, besides with that bad face we were terrified to ask him again! A coffee shop is a place where people gather with good energy to chat or simply work on their computers. It's supposed to be a chill, friendly atmosphere, especially in a tourist area where most of us are foreigners. This chain really has high prices, unlike other coffee shops, so you're not going to have a bad time after driving 45 minutes to Miami Beach to have a quiet coffee with your friends on the beach. For me, this Starbucks is an institution. It has been here since I started coming to Miami Beach. In the same place for over 20 years. There are always lines, it is always crowded, but the place works like clockwork, like a well-oiled machine. For some, Starbucks is like Starbucks, but for me, it is the starting point of the morning in Miami Beach. Clean Fast The toilet code is 1234 - written on the door to this very toilet (for the smart ones)

We loved the pumpkin spice fraps they are awesome and as they went outta season we moved onto the chestnut frap which are just as much delicious going on in them.

Place is always crowded, long queue.

yummy food and take weird requests. didn’t have lemonade one morning when i came which should be en essential so made my drink one of the days i came gross, i hope that doesn’t happen often but otherwise good.

The coffee is delicious as usual at Starbucks 😉 The service is a big plus, but the outdoor tables...could definitely be improved.

Stopped for an ice latte. Very busy inside, so waited quite a while. Prices what you'd expect for a Starbucks in Miami. The biggest selling point is sitting outside and the view to chill and drink your ice latte in the heat. Could have spent hours here.

I ordered a Frappuccino, but they didn't call my name for almost 40 minutes (I was already drinking the sparkling tea I bought earlier). When I asked how long I had to wait, they said they made it just now but I didn't get it... I was about to get upset, but they pushed aside my other orders and made it for me first because my coffee was stolen. I was thankful that they even remembered exactly what I had customized.

An extremely busy Starbucks but understandably since it’s right on Ocean Drive and a short walk from the beach. It did take a while for the line to move I’d imagine they would have a full staff at all times but we did understand that it’s a high traffic area. This location was clean and staff were efficient.

Nice Starbucks and super busy! Super busy can leave room for errors. The drinks were mixed up and not what I ordered. I returned to try to get a correction and the line was longer than my earlier trip - so I called and was unable to get through. 😅 I will just try the customer service chat on the app.... but it is a really nice venue, clean - comp water ready to hand out. Close to the beach ⛱️.

The drink is not good here. I come to Starbucks every Sunday's and i know exact the taste of ice shaken expresso. The drink here make me disappointed. The drink is tasteless. The color of expresso of venti is not dark. Never come back again.

Worst Starbucks. The manager (in the morning of February 24, 2024) is rude and arrogant. When I showed him the sandwich and asked why all the ingredients were missing, he simply laughed and said goodbye. I hope the cafe management will observe him and fire this arrogant infant. Today around 19:40 I went to order an espresso and ask for a glass of water. To my surprise the men in the cashier charged me $1.50 for the water. I asked, Since when Starbucks charges for water???? He answered, here is a hotel, so we charge. I said: here is the Starbucks...what a shame.

Antonelli was really sweet, but I feel so bad the staff is heavily pressured to immediately ambush customers the moment they enter, while they are doing their order, and say things like, “I am going to have to ask you to leave, since you haven’t ordered anything”. 🥺 I love my international Starbucks family and this is a daily ritual for me. I understand the rational for the new policy, but I feel so bad for the staff who are being pressured and criticized for not immediately ambushing customers to purchase food the moment they walk in the door or sit down. 🤔 This poor girl was in tears and apologized profusely as I politely and calmly showed her that I was working on my order. ☕️ I explained that I understand the policy, but I often order several items for myself and others. My orders can be complicated and can take a couple minutes to complete, especially when taking multiple requests from others who are deciding what they want. 🌻 I will continue to suggest in my travels that you give the person at least five minutes before you ambush them, unless you perceive danger or a threat from the potential customer.⏳ I often work at Starbucks and have meetings in the cafe. I may switch to Panera if I continue to be ambushed in this way, as I know Panera will not ambush me or upset the staff by requiring managers and staff ambush customers on immediate arrival at the cafe. 🤗 From the top down, the way this policy is being implemented really seems like they need to learn from Chick Fillet or other places with similar policies, so it can be implement in a less rushed, less stressful, and less aggressive way.💡 I planned on ordering more today, but only ordered one item and quickly left after noticing the stressful vibe of multiple staff. 🏃‍♀️ Praying for transformation, kindness, love, patience, laughter, and peace to fill this place. If I could give the service a negative star I would. I politely asked for my coffee order, and the worker stared at me blankly and proceeded to call other people‘s names. She would refuse to answer my question and then when my coffee was handed to her. She sat it down to the side and continued to hand out other people’s copies.
