We had a few places to choose from However we decided on this place. No indoor service because it was after 11pm The Drive thru was open and we ordered our food. the the lady taking our order said it's going to be another few Minutes and told us to park in front by the door. So we waited for about 3-4 Minutes and she brought out the food. She apologize for the delay and I thank her for her and tip her for her great smile and Customer Service !!!
This Carl’s Jr. location is the best descendants place to eat more clean and neat employees are very friendly and they will cater to food to you while you wait at your table. Very impressive. Love it.
I received great service from this location. The staff were really friendly and nice. The clerk made a small mistake which she notice and fixed it right away. My dad is a complainer and he had noting to say but to enjoy the great food. The food was perfect.!

I actually had to go up to the counter and thank the kitchen guy and staff... Everything we ordered actually LOOKED and tasted good... Every slice of cheese and topping was actually ON the burger! No extra sauce needed. Everything was hot. A huge pet peeve of mine, but very common- people apparently can't stack anymore lol.

One of the nice thing about some chains is that you know what to expect as far as cleanliness and efficiency before you get there, and Carl's is one of those chains - this location did not disappoint, and also is one of the co-branded Carl's Jr. /Green Burrito restaurants. It's right off Interstate 15 at 4th street, with several gas station and other fast food options within a block of the off-ramp, and pulling out of the parking lot you can just merge right onto I-15 W as you leave the driveway.
I had an absolutely incredible experience at Carl's Jr. recently, all thanks to the exceptional service provided by one of their cashiers Louisa. From the moment I pulled up to the drive-thru window it was evident she was not just going through the motions. Her patience and genuine friendliness were beyond anything I've ever experienced before. What struck me the most was that her kindness didn't seem forced or robotic—it was completely genuine. It's rare for someone's demeanor to make such a lasting impression on me, but this cashier's warmth and sincerity did just that.Even more remarkable was the fact that I was having a particularly rough day when I visited. Yet, just my interaction with her turned my entire mood around Her genuine kindness and exceptional service didn't just leave a lasting impression, it resonated with me long after I left the drive thru. I visited this location at about 8:00 AM this morning. I ordered a medium coffee with 7 cream and a breakfast burger 🍔. The young male at drive through was polite and helpful. I got the correct change. He has a specific technique of handing you your change and receipt. I can't even describe it. He handed me my burger and told me to have a wonderful day. I began to drive away but looked in the bag and saw that the cream for my coffee ☕️ was NOT in the bag. I backed up to the window. A very attentive and incredibly attractive female manager 😍 came to the window and asked how she may be of service. I explained that there was no cream put in my bag for the coffee that I had ordered. She smiled, apologized and handed a small paper bag with some cream and a stir stick. She was very pleasant and even gave me a coupon for my next visit. I drove away with a huge smile on my face looking forward to the next time I visit this location. I got to work, opened my coffee cup to find that there was cream in my coffee. I took a sip 😋 it was the right amount. So, the young male had already prepared my coffee which is why there was none in the bag. I hope he gets kudos for providing great service. Also, that foxy manager deserves to get kudos for handling the situation so professionally. By the way, the breakfast burger was very good as well as the coffee. You guys made my morning 🌄

I recently went to order lunch for the family and everything I ordered was fresh & hot. The cashier which I believe was named Berta was very polite and friendly while taking my order. I would like every cashier to be just as nice as her.
Went there tonight Easter and the drivr thru line wrapped around the building with only 1 employee working it and also the dining room register. I just wanted to say she was doing such a good job handling it all I had to aske her name and put up a review. Great Job Louisa!

Kudos to Clarinda for her exceptional customer service and positive attitude during my dine in experience earlier today . Food presentation, food quality and taste was better than most Carls jr location. My cheeseburger was near perfect. I prefer the edges of the meat patty to be more cooked and darker for that charred flavor. I will ask next time to push the patty back into grill for another 20-30 seconds.
I stopped by today for breakfast and had the new ghost pepper breakfast! It was mouth watering delicious. The manager was so kind and polite , I wasn’t sure of what I wanted to order and her patience was so refreshing.
Clarinda is always so welcoming and warm when I enter the restaurant. Very hospitable and always keeping busy, even when no one is in line. She even checked on me to ensure my order came out 100% accurate. Thank you for your hardwork and hospitality!
There was nothing wrong with the food, it tasted like how Carl's Jr. food normally is. The service was great, the lady taking our order was very sweet. The restaurant was exceptionally clean! The A/C was cool, which was a nice relief from the summer heat.
All of the condiments are behind the counter, so you need to grab someone's attention and ask them for all the things that you need
First, Carl's Jr. already rules. But this particular has been my life's blood for a couple years now. Tonight (April 1st 2019), it was my life saver. It has yet to disappoint unlike some places right down the street from them. I wish I knew the cashier's name. She rules.🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

The food is great. Big fast food burgers at a great price. This place is better on the weekends than it is during the week. It seems they train a lot during the week so if you come in Mon-Fri definitly check your order before you leave if you get take out or drive thru. On the weekend it's usually the same crew working the same day and the same shift. The weekend crew is very friendly and I don't worry as much about my food.
Have to say I luv their number 14 BBQ broiled chicken sandwich. It says served quickly and without delay. It's a overall good experience considering it's fast food and oh yea their cookie dough shake was bomb!!
Good every now and then but way too pricey for what you get. They could really ease up on the ice in the drinks, you'd be like to get 12oz of drink in a large cup. If you're doing the math, that's almost $4 for a can of soda.
It’s a typical Carl’s Jr. / Green Burrito outlet. You will get big burgers at a reasonable price. The restaurant was clean. Tables were wiped and nothing on the floor. It was actually pretty nice and well kept inside. The staff was also very attentive. Moreover, Carl’s Jr. has the best coupons at buy one get one free.
I’m only giving a four because the app really pissed me off I go to get two monster biscuits for five bucks which is a killer deal ends tomorrow and I had to do it on the app how lame not like they could explain to me how to do it I’m 57 I’m an idiot anyways the monster biscuit is probably one of the best freaking biscuits I ever had in my life fast food that is Rock on Carl’s Jr. Cook G
They must have been having a rough night, there were quite a few cars, and the employee was having difficulty getting the order straight. We went over it multiple times and the poor kid got the order wrong anyway
I think it's irritating to wait in drive thru, get to the window, pay, then be asked to park in front of the store to wait for your order. But the food was ok, fries were a little cold.
Carls jr is my favorite fast food restaurant so i can't really complain a lot. The food is never anything i would complain about so it's only the service. I have not been to this location very many times but the few times i have visited i have been slightly disappointed at the service i received. One main thing i think should be changed here is that they should start making biscuit products. There has been times where i was late for an important event and i wanted a tasty carls jr bacon bacon biscuit and was not able to fulfill my breakfast desire. The few times i've been through the drive thru i received horrible and slow service, it took about 5 minutes for me to sit in my car at the speaker before they actually took my order and once it was taken it took way longer than usual for my food. I still recommend coming here simply because i love carls jr but if I weren't in love with the food then the service would really make me not visit anymore.
Waited 6 minutes to get my order in drive thru, employee said didn't hear buzzer that notify that car has entered the drive thru.
Majority of the time that I order the fries they are usually cold and I have to ask for hot fresh fries. That's my only complaint other than that the burgers are always good and tasty

Got a large fry, barely amounted to what a medium fry probably is. Asked for them extra crispy and they weren’t crispy. Also got a 5 pc tender, all 5 were small, like if they were big nuggets.
The wait is horrible, the service is garbage, you walk in an at lease 3 people see you and no one says welcome or be right with you, food comes cold and it's like they are understaffed and just don't care. Would not recommend this location
You know I used to go to the one in Foothill which was awful I think there's also one on Archibald which is awful and normally go to this one I'm 4th Street because it's amazing the food is good but last night when I went the onion rings look like they were there for days tastes awful the Patty was cold I mean cold and by the time I got home which was less than 10 minutes I was very disappointed cuz normally when I go during the day it is amazing but take it I chalk it up to a bad day maybe they were really busy I don't know but normally they're pretty good their food is very good so I'll give it another try and let you know
Ordered a vegan beyond burger and ask for the vegan version for my friend...... they still added cheese and mayonnaise. 🤦♂️ Next time I guess I have to write it out for them. My famous star and crisscut fries were good, hence the 2 ⭐⭐rating
I ordered the 100% beef patty combo the #7 I believe and I did not lume the burger. It had sweet pickles on it so that killed it for me. The french fries and soda were good though.
They'd get a better rating from me if they had a better ratio of getting my order right, about 75% of the time they end up getting something on the order wrong after repeating it back perfectly which blows my mind. It's safe to say that after today's attempt to give them another chance, I won't be going back to this location.
I ordered breakfast burritos online -- no cheese for both. One had no cheese but the other did. It was hidden at one end of the second burrito, and even though I broke it open to check, I didn't see it. I spit it out immediately but was sick for three days afterward. Probably comsumed some of the cheese.
Went there and got two spicy chicken sandwiches with no mayo and added tomato, Pickles, and onions to both and I get home and both sandwiches are slathered in mayo. Lucky for me in a way all of it was on the bottom of the bun all mixed in with the lettuce so I was able to throw it away. Just very disappointed that I couldn't enjoy my dinner.
Tonight I visited this chain. As I approached the window to pay and retrieve my food, the car ahead of me was still in the drive through, obstructing my ability to pull up well enough for my transaction. As a result, I honked at them to move forward and/or out the drive through. The staff member tells me "Don't honk, I told them to park there." Baffled, I replied, "in the drive thru? That doesn't make sense." He then proceeds to say, "You're not going anywhere anyway," not realizing that I am short myself and him trying to do business with me at an angle in which I could barely reach the window was hazardous and just poor customer service overall. The car ahead ultimately pulled forward, but if the staff still needed to service the car in front of me, they should have either kept them directly in front of the service window or told them to park in a designated space. Not doing so is not only hazardous and poor customer service, but it also increases the likelihood of collision if I am being forced to drive up more without clear space in front of me. If for any reason my depth perception is off or I underestimate the space between my car and the next and I accidentally hit the car in front of me, I would be at fault, all because the staff member poorly advised the car in front of mine to stay in the drive through. And I'm sure that if claims needed to be filed, Carls Jr. would take no responsibility for their part in it. Furthermore, he was doing so much other than covering the basics of food service, I had to remind him to give me my credit card back. Just wanted to share this experience for staff training purposes with hopes the customer service experience improves in the future. Revised: increased rating slightly after manager called me and affirmed that my concerns were not unreasonable.

The food was good but their drive thru menu screen was broken all day and no one came to fix it. You know what doesn't break? A regular menu that isn't a screen
I work in the Ontario Mills food court so I want to put that I understand how annoying customers can get. That being said, I also try to be the best customer I can be. I asked the guy on the speaker if they had 6 piece chicken star meals. (I don't think the adult ones are shown on the menu) He said yes but I have to specify if I wanted the adult one or kids one. I said adult so he started taking my order. Didn't ask what drink I wanted so I told him I wanted a Dr pepper and he said smth like "okay remember when I asked if u wanted a meal? Imma need u to know what u want to order" and I was so speechless I just went "yea I want the medium meal with Dr pepper and crisscut fries" I'm very nonconfrontational so I let it slide but it legit made me mad bc he also tried to play it off as a joke. He repeated the order back to me correctly with the crisscut fries. Turns out he didn't actually enter the crisscut fries so I got regular fries instead. Like I understand the speaker can be busted and make it hard to hear but that doesn't excuse that sass. I just wanted my chicken nuggets with crisscut fries minus the attitude 😔

Hello Mr or Mrs manager I live up the street from here and usually I buy a food from here but your cashier Alejandra seems to have a problem with always giving me the wrong orders I let it pass many time but it’s getting old and I come kindly wasting gas and really calm and respectful but she seems to always have a problem I really think if she don’t like working here she should quit I read of making noises and face and just been rude thx.

Horrible customer service. Placed an order for pick up girl rudely advised that she needed an image of order receipt with name on it and receipt only provides order number. They have us pull to the parking lot to wait to verify order and then says we “left”. Customer service needs an improvement the attitude of the “worker in charge” was horrid

I went through drive thru around 7-8 Jun 18th and Jacob took my order and was very nice. He got everything we asked for down and was very patient with us. We then waited in front because we were just waiting on our fries and when he came out with our bag we noticed that it was the wrong order. So I kindly went back in to let Jacob know and he explained how he was sorry for the mistake and went to reach for the bag out of my hands. Then out of no where another employee named Eshelly snatched the bag out of my hands with anger towards he fellow employee. Mistakes happen but it seems that Eshelly took this issue to heart and ignored Jacob. She was extremely rude and honestly has a really bad temper. If I could give 2 rating I would give Jacob 4 stars because he did mess up but his customer service skills were great but for Eshelly I would give her no stars because that is unacceptable especially in front of a customer and if she is a manager that would be a bigger issue.
As soon as I saw the bullet hole through the drive-through window, I should have driven off. However, I decided to order 2 spicy chicken sandwhiches, and the girl at the window thought I said chicken tenders (which was no problem), and I kindly corrected her. After I corrected her, she gave me the dirtiest/scariest look I have encountered. I felt like I committed a crime the way she stared at me. After eating my food, I ended up getting a bacterial disease in the back of my mouth a day or two later.... I wouldn't recommend this location to my worst enemy.
This food is great but when I try to order no one is in site. The drive thru is even worse. How long does it say, "I'll be right with you" Train your people right.

I had the worst breakfast sandwich for 17 dollars for two. The biscuit was solid and dry, the other one had no flavor with stale bun, sloppily made. I'm quitting Carl's Jr. forever, the food is no longer as good as it once was.
DO NOT COME HERE. this place is dirty and disgusting. There are teekers all around here, and they steal your money. We ordered about 65 dollars worth of food, and they did not give us half our order and then yelled at us and flipped us off. They wouldn't give us the rest of our order and interrogated us like we were lying. VERY disrespectful even after I showed them the receipt and both the bags they gave us. The man just wanted to get back in so he could keep flirting with his female co-worker. I will never go here again!
So let me tell you about my visit on February 11th. I received a food delivery order for a Western bacon cheeseburger combo and 3 kids meals. When I walked inside I heard a voice greet me but I saw no one. Then 2 minutes later a gentleman comes out of the office to the right and I show him my order and he replies that it isn't ready. He then walks to the back and starts to prepare it all by himself which took about 10 minutes to make . He forgets the drinks which I reminded him then I ask for 1 big plastic bag because he handed me 4 bags and 4 drinks in one drink carrier. He then turns around grabbing the plastic bag and tossed it at me. All in front of another customer which that customer replied WOW!🤦🤦🤦

We waiting in the drive thru for over 40 minutes and when we FINALLY arrived to the window our order was STILL NOT READY. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. I grew a whole damn beard waiting in that line. My nieces graduated highschool AND college waiting there. Apparently they only got a single worker in there and one fryer on. They need to get their stuff together. On a serious note it's absolutely ridiculous to make people wait that long. Tell us to wait in the lot or SOMETHING.
The lady who was taking our order was so rude and was in a bad mood. Asked her if she can do easy on the ice and said she already did them. Which was way more ice than lemonade disappointing.
Sunday night manager said they have no cook and she is not clocked in and is not going to help with customer orders like what? This is just at 815 pm. The store should just close for the night then they have a long line full of cars. They only rooks some orders. This store needs better management and customer service skills at times the food is cold and get my order incorrect.
Avoid this Carl's Jr location completely or at least in the morning. I have had 3 separate occasions where they couldn't get my order right and the food looked like it no effort in its assembly whatsoever. This morning I ask for a Loaded Steak and Egg burrito, I was given a bacon and egg burrito for starters that was terrible. Then the cashier asked if I wanted Ketchup, I said yes and then completely forgot to give me any Ketchup. I understand its the morning and its a Monday but this happens too often, workers here lack discipline.
Went to go get Carl’s Jr for lunch when I get to the drive thru I ask the tall big guy if they charge for extra sauce he said no I said can I get 4 bbq and he said that they do charge for sauce ???? I told him that’s why I asked you and then he parks me brings my food and in the bag was 2 bbq and 2 ranches??? Like why couldn’t he gave me bbq instead ?? He still gave me 4 sauces I was confused and also my spicy chicken sandwich the meat was still cold !! Frozen !!
There was a 3-inch hair in my Double Famous Star, and when I went back for a replacement, I was treated disrespectfully by the manager, Araceli, who talked down to me. If I’m paying for food, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect it to be hair-free. This Carl’s Jr. is unsanitary, and the way management treats paying customers for issues beyond their control is unacceptable. It’s only a matter of time before the health department or the owners step in and shut this location down. When that happens, I hope Araceli finds a job that doesn’t require customer service skills.
I ordered on uber to pick up,but they put me on outside for 10 minutes,that’s alright but my order already ready,they told me I can’t just walked here after 9,but then why are you guys open the pick up on uber?trash service ever had,feel like I’m bagging for food,never seen employees like this fr,close yall Uber Eats
I have been here three times in the past year. Usually around 9pm. I go to drive through. Never again. They have some low shelf staff on at nights, mixing orders or taking a long time to get your order. I drove straight up to the window once because the person told me "I'll be right with you" and had me sit for 5 minutes. If it takes that long to take the order, imagine how long it takes to prepare. Avoid this drive through in the pm hours. I just paid $43 for the wrong order. At least they got the two drinks correctly.
the big girl in the drive thru is RUDE as hell she had a attitude with my husband and when he said thank you she shut the window on him and i was calling right now to report it and you guys don’t even answer and i called the number on the receipt too and still NOTHING RIDICULOUS do yourself a favor and go to the jack in the box across the street
i was just given a side of zucchini instead of my $8 single famous star at the drive thru… of course the one time i don’t check i get all the way home and its missing from the bag. is working fast food really that hard?!
Avoid this Carl's Jr. on Ontario Circle Drive. I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with one of the employees regarding a simple order of two Oreo milkshakes. When I got home, my husband and I both noticed that the shakes tasted like plain milk — there was no flavor or consistency you'd expect from an Oreo shake. I returned to the location to request a refund. As soon as I spoke through the intercom, the employee (who identified herself as Arleen, though the receipt listed "Maria") was immediately rude and dismissive. I remained calm and explained the issue, showing her the milkshakes and receipt at the window. She loudly insisted she would only refund one shake because the other was "halfway gone," which was untrue. I tried to explain that my husband had taken one sip, and I had taken another ,that was all. I even asked her to compare both cups to confirm. Despite my calm approach, the employee became increasingly loud and unprofessional over what should have been a simple and respectful conversation. The entire interaction was so inappropriate that I felt compelled to document it with video and photos. This level of customer service is unacceptable over something
Order # 30494334614257664, you shouldn't cancel the order without my money, this is robbery! I didn't even find the option to cancel the order, and I didn't cancel it. Although I ordered the wrong restaurant address at noon, I waited to get off work to pick up the food. You told me that I didn't know. As a result, I didn't get the food! My order is no longer in your system. It seems that you canceled it, but why didn't I get my money back? You are stealing! Robbery!!! I am very angry with my hungry stomach😡, you broke the contract and the rules!
Very disappointed with service and food for the high cost. Customer service was lacking! No greeting of customers, nor communication to proceed when ready to order, nor when order took well beyond the normal wait time. No smiles but employees lacked friendly attitudes. Restaurant was not at all busy, yet the wait was long for just four orders of three piece chicken tenders, which upon opening, every box had very tiny pieces that had been overcooked. Size was as thin and as small as a medium sized hand’s index finger. $4.99 for three of these? And times 4! Will not come here again.
Lol this place is a joke 2 weeks ago I came here The girl told me they were only taking cash no problem. I went to the ATM down the street and came back, guess what she told me when I came back?? That they were closed. Today I stopped by for lunch this sign is on the window guess what even 1 hour later still there
Bummed to leave a bad review because I used to come here often when I worked at the mall. I'm still grossed out so I'll keep it short. The fries at the bottom of the box were stale, hard and cool. My shake had a hair in it. Not my color or curl. Management needs to do better in training and supervising sanitation.
