The store was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and courteous. I ordered 2 pizzas light on sauce and thin crust. I ordered garlic parmesian chicken wings and chicken alfredo. The pizza was dry like the cheese wasn't stringy, no grease from the meat, and the veggies were dry. Chicken wings were good and pasta was dry.

We arrived at 10:50pm and were told they were doing carryout only. This is contrary to their posted hours, which indicate their dining room is open until 12am (see picture. We will not be returning to this location. Hopefully the franchise owner changes the behaviors of this establishment, as the staff lost them money.

Con artists. You take 3 hours to deliver anything, we have to call numerous times in that 3 hours to see where it is and we are lied too about it being delivered and then you have the audacity to deliver a 'fresh' pizza which has clearly been on someone's back seat. (See the picture). Disgusting behaviour.

We bought a large pepperoni pizza and when I got to the house it was cheese 🧀 pizza. I called the place in BVL Kissimmee and told them. The girl on the phone said she would make another one, I sent a family member to get the pizza and they told him that we didn't order a pizza. I spoke to her and she said that we order a pizza with 1 topping but we didn't mention what topping. Instead of calling the first time or even the second time to tell us they were not making the pizza, they let us go just to tell us it was our mistake. Good bye Pizza Hut Bad customer service.

**Worst Dine-In Experience – Very Disappointed** Visited Pizza Hut on Saturday, July 26th, 2025 around 10:20 PM for a family dinner – 2 adults and 4 young kids (ages 2, 4, 7, and 10). We were served by Elicia (wearing a black hat with cheetah lining), and unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. Only salad was served after 20 minute and We waited *over an hour* for our pizza with hungry little ones, and there was no communication or update from the server. When I politely expressed my disappointment to Erika, her response was shockingly rude: **"If you're disappointed with the service, then don't dine in. Take it to go."** along with many other inappropriate comments from her. I requested to speak with a manager five times, and not once did anyone come out to address the issue. The attitude, lack of basic customer service, and total disregard for families dining in was appalling. A dinner out turned into a stressful, frustrating night. I sincerely hope Pizza Hut addresses this kind of behavior because this is not acceptable hospitality in any setting. Paid full bill but zero tip. Please check cctv between 10.20pm to 11.40pm est
