The staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

I stopped by chance while wandering around Palazzolo with a friend. We were drawn to the outdoor setting, and we stopped for an aperitivo. The service was good, the staff was courteous, and the aperitivo was well prepared, offering a good value. I had a great time, would return, and would highly recommend it.

Place very badly managed and with little regard for customers! You cannot charge for drinks with higher costs than those on the displayed price lists, using the excuse that the displayed price lists are old and that they are updating them. Update yourself first AND THEN charge the updated price!!

The main problem I encountered, which in my opinion is intolerable for any business in 2022, as it's so trivial... is the discrepancy between the list price and the price at the register... I reported the error at the register, saying that the price of the wine on the list was different, and they replied: "We're updating the prices" 😂😂 It's like walking into a shoe store and finding a pair on display for 80, but at the register they cost 95... leaving aside the fact that once you update the price there, you display it and start increasing it from there, not at will, as was done tonight. Even a child knows that the price must match the one displayed (QR code on the table, I even have the photos)... I would have expected an apology and the change back, but nothing... they preferred to earn an extra euro but lose 8 customers in one fell swoop... 1 star because I can't give zero. It's not done, it's not professional at all!

Thieves. I was with a group of friends; three of us and I left before the others, paid for our drinks at the register, and left. Shortly afterward, the rest of the group called us to say they were charging us AGAIN at the register because they thought we'd left without paying. Shameful. Stay away.
