Hands down to this team of associates. This McDonald’s is always busy and every time I come in they are super friendly and nice. They are probably working their butts off as stressed. However, every interaction from every team member there has always been polite and friendly, and have always tried to assist. I wish I knew their names to thank them, but honestly, the whole team deserves praise.

I can tell you that this is the best McDonalds in So Cal, the manager Angel is tops. I’ve been all around for biz and work. It’s best.

If I had the chance to choose my last meal before I go, it would be #1 Big Mac large fries with a large coke, throw a spicy Mc Chicken and a Mc flurry. Then I would say life was good!

Went inside to order and had a pleasant experience -- food and drinks were ready in only a few minutes! Only minor criticism is how they seem to prioritize you self-ordering from the giant touch screens. I miss ordering from staff behind the counter. Still, I enjoy going to this location because of how quick things are made.

I haven't raved about a fast food establishment in probably 20 years, but on a recent visit to this McDonald's, I had such an exceptional experience thanks to an associate named Lisette, who graciously and cheerfully helped me at the register without militantly "ordering me to order" from the kiosk, which I don't like, don't get, and don't want to use. Lisette was patient, made suggestions, and explained things. I left with hot, delicious value-priced late-night dinner for four, exceeding expectations, thanks to Lisette's explanations and suggestions. I had that satisfied, happy feeling you experience when you've been treated right in any establishment. Three cheers to the other associates on duty, as well, because the restaurant was clean, and the food was hot. It was a Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah Day (Evening) at the Vista Chino McDonald's. Exceptional. The food was hot and delicious, like it used to always be, and a hard worker and fine person named Lisette made sure that I would come again. And I will.

I used the self ordering kiosk for myself and 3 coworkers. The order was made correctly and it was timely(my fries were even hot) I am glad I did not wait in the long line in the drive-thru. Would have given 5 stars if the shift leader/manager giving out the food was a bit more friendly.

I stopped in at McDonald’s to grab a quick bite. The drive-through was busy so Zi went inside. They have A.I. for ordering, I walked up to the counter and was happy that an employee took my order. I got a quarter pounder with cheese and a small French fries. The food was hot and fresh off the grill. I honestly enjoyed the burger and the fries were OK. The window on good French fries closes very quickly. You almost have to eat them first for the best taste. All in all I was satisfied with the food. I was disappointed with the price. The quarter pounder with cheese was $7.09 and with fries the total was over $10. With tax. That was higher than I was expecting.

Going through the drive thru was good . The young man that helped us was kind and very helpful thanks David. Someone give that young man a rase and upgrade on his job . This young man went out of his way helping my self and my partner who is deaf . David kept a smile and stayed very cool with all the noises with planes overhead and traffic. Customer service is pretty good at this location. Expect long wait times in the Drive-Thru it's much quicker to go inside an order

Almost always have an issue with the person working the drive thru system not being able to hear my order and having to repeat it over and over- I imagine it has something to do with their drive thu audio system and not the customer service person. I cannot honestly give McDonalds anything higher. We all know their food is not good for you. My body doesn't feel good after I eat their food. It satisfies your hunger then you pay for it later... Every one wants a decent burger fresh ground 100% beef and fresh toppings without paying an arm and a leg. The quality is not as good as it was when this business began. Their foundation was built on quality now it's the amount of people they can serve within an hour.

I went in and the counter of mcdonalds was disorganized -several people hanging around and it wasn't clear who had ordered and who was waiting and all that. so I went right to one of those screens and ordered on a computer that they have there now. I ordered an ice cream cone and it did not assign me like a number or something so there was a real disorganization around whose order was what and how they called it and how you knew it was yours or can prove it was yours you know. and you know those ice cream cones are like a cocktail with a bartender - they can do a good one or not and I want to say that the guy did make a very good cone for me and it wasn't a horrible overall experience but the counter was disorganized as hell and that's not McDonald's. it's like the world of fast food has gone to drive thru only; they prioritize it and if you walk in they kind of don't know what to do with you. they actually look a little bit afraid of you when you walk in. I feel they could do better with their food services. I had gotten plastic pieces that looked like ice in my frappe, their system has no integrity. Not to mention they make it a hassle to use EBT you have to walk inside to use it instead of being able to use the drive-through. They make it very inconvenient. None of the corporations made sure I was satisfied. Geez if you have anything in your food please don't bother going through their staff just report them directly to the local health department here in Palm Springs. You're not the only ones who had something in your food that wasn't meant to be eaten.

This place has the absolute worst customer service of any fast food restaurant I've been to. Employees here will leave you standing at the register for as long as possible while they do their absolute best to ignore you and avoid having to deal with you. And with that said, good luck getting a refill on your soda. The soda machine is no longer accessible to customers. All in all, this place sucks, the employees suck, and the indoor dining area is constantly dirty and tables rarely get wiped down. We were there for forty five minutes and that whole time I did not see one employee clean ANY table. There are way better McDonald's around town, avoid this one like the plague, it just sucks all around and is not a good nor happy experience.

I'm a bit torn with the price I paid for 4 Mcdonaldaland Happy meals. It was crazy. It was a dry burger and some decent nuggets. The shake is very sweet and had a mixed berry flavor. Worth the tummy ache honestly just to try it. So cool with a glass straw so you can see yourself drinking a blur shake...lol So yea. The meals didn't feel special...let alone for that price. Quite possibly the worst MCD's around. Typically terrible service. Just did a remodel and every time I go, something isn't available or something isn't working. POS machines went down, they only accepted cash. Paid with cash and was given $8.00 in dimes and nickels as change. Run out of soda regularly (except diet coke for some reason). Missing items from order. Signs in drive through dont work. Drive through is always packed but inside is no quicker. Not sure who owns/operates this location but might be time to check in and see how bad things are.....do yourself a favor and go to the south end of town. They seem to actually operate in a normal fashion.

I ordered a Frape through the app to be picked up through the drive-through, and the process was simple. However the wait was too long, they messed up or had something wrong with the car in front of me so we waited several minutes for them to try and fix it to them being pulled out of the drive through to wait longer. Then, when I got to the pick-up window, I was not greeted or anything and just sat there while the drive-through guy just starred blankly at a monitor near the drive-through and walked to the back. Meanwhile, I saw my drink just sitting on the counter. Finally, a woman opened the window and asked what my order was and gave it to me. My cup was soo messy with chocolate syrup on the lid that ended up getting in my car, sweater, and hands, which were then sticky. Since they had not given any napkins, I had nothing to clean up with until I got home and had to wash my sweater from chocolate syrup all over it.

Under-staffed. (Waited 20 min for someone to come take my order. You may as well close the dining room because of poor service since drive thru is the priority. Why spend money on a remodel when all it does is cause me not to return. Which I won't. It's sad because this used to be my favorite place. Your competitors are doing it better. Why?

Service was great. Nice staff. But the food? The sweet tea was sour and the chicken in the chicken “deluxe” was stale. Not fresh. The food was definitely not fresh. Train the employees better if they are getting paid 20 an hour.

Placed a mobile order today at 10:11 am. Went to pick it up and then hey did not have the order. I showed them the order number and still didn’t have it. Went home and called - talked to the mgr who said he would take the order again. It was a big order so I went back to order it. While waiting for the manager - someone came out and said the order number and said they had been waiting for it to be picked up. Food was barely warm. Not the first time I have had issues but will be the last time.

I stopped being a patron of ALL McDonald’s restaurants because of the crappy service at this restaurant. Ever since Fast Food Workers were paid $20 in April of 2024, they closed the restaurant by my house so I’m forced to go here in the mornings. I work early because I work for a company on the east coast. Every morning it’s a long wait for no reason and it’s never predictable when they’ve completed their till changeover so you have to guess if you can use the app, card, or have to carry cash. Image a fast food restaurant in 2025 saying we can only accept cash. I have a small window to get my breakfast before I have to start work at 5 AM and breakfast starts at 4am and I already have to drive out of my way to get here. I am tired of the guessing and inconsistency on whether the workers have their crap together and are operating the restaurant smoothly. I’m going to Del Taco now because they seem to be the only place open 24 hours where I don’t have these issues. Plus the staff is friendlier and the restaurant is closer.

Yesterday and this morning got 2 lg cokes for traveling. Stopped here to get fresh ones. To our surprise they have increased the price of sodas. With tax 2 lg cokes was $4.11. When we questioned at speaker, he said changed 2 weeks ago. We also pointed out, sign still says 1.00. To be expected when getting to window, it was person that took our order. Our total, $4.11, handed him 5 dollar bill and a quarter, and asked for receipt as we always do. He handed back 11 cents, when we again asked for receipt he said next window, we then asked for our dollar change, he then started arguing with us, finally called a manager, he then took back the 11 cents back, thinking he would correct that error. We then asked for manager, he shut the window saying "goodbye". Pick up window, again asked for manager, she said she was one. Asked for receipt and explained what happened at 1st window, she proceeded to hand us the 11 cents, which is still wrong, but we already asking about price change. She says there are franchise owners and corporate locations, but did not know which they were. We informed her board still had $1.00 listed. Not wanting to make any accusations but seems fishy.

From 6 AM to 7 AM, multiple people walk up to the door. The lobby is closed till 7 AM. Not everyone has a car to purchase breakfast, so it's a loss of revenue. Although I frequent the place in the afternoons, the customer service at this location really needs to be addressed. They renovated the store but lost a great customer.

It was a 4 maybe 5 car's in line and I still wanted 35 minutes for my food to be cold. It wasn't like this before but these few times have been terrible so I don't think I'll be going back.

Order through app. get to the window. Hash browns are gold, I hand them back to the associate. She has an attitude, slams the window on me and walks away without saying a word. Returns, hands me a hash brown un a napkin, no bag. I take one bite, it’s an old hash row as greasy as it could be.. I throw it into the bag my Sausage McMuffin, which by the way, the bread wasn’t even toasted. came in and grease is seeping through the bag. Not only did I waste my money, but then I have to deal with her nastiness. This is why your company is in such a mess. You have one job, serve us quality food. I d ont know what the problem is. In and Out does it daily!

This is my first time that I’m actually doing this because this is actually the first time that I had a very bad experience in the drive-through. I had ordered my kids food. I ordered a six piece kids, chicken nuggets, and a number one combo for my daughter as I arrive to the window And paid for what I had ordered. The lady just gave me my daughters combo and I had brought it up to her attention that I had ordered some thing else. She then requested for me to give her back the bag with the combo in it when she could’ve just simply gave me , the happy meal that I had ordered for my son and I’m like well you can just give me the happy meal she’s like no give me back your back so I can redo your order in a very rude attitude and I’m just like OK just grabbed it out of my hand closes the window and just puts it there Then she’s like here you go have a good night very rudely as if I did something wrong. Let’s talk about the Big Mac. You know, the king of burgers. At least, that’s what McDonald’s wants you to believe. You drive past a billboard, and there it is: a towering, majestic stack of juicy beef patties, glistening sesame seed buns, crisp lettuce, and that oozy, seductive Big Mac sauce. It looks so good, you’d consider leaving your partner for it. Then, reality hits. You pull into the drive-thru, heart racing, anticipation building. You open the box… and there it is: a limp, sad excuse for a sandwich that looks like it just went three rounds with a heavyweight boxer. It’s crushed, the lettuce is everywhere but inside the bun, and the patties look like they’ve been grilled in the flames of despair. It’s like a one-night stand gone wrong. It had so much promise on the billboard, but when you finally meet, you realize it’s just a sloppy, uncoordinated mess. The sauce is barely hanging on, the buns look tired, and the cheese—oh, the cheese—isn’t even trying anymore. It’s half-melted and sliding off like it’s trying to escape. Honestly, it’s like five guys had their way with this poor Big Mac before it got to you. Not the burger joint—actual dudes, just tossing it around, laughing, and then throwing it in the box like, “Here. Enjoy.” And yet, I still eat it. Every time. Why? Because sometimes, even sad and defeated things deserve love. But damn, McDonald’s, do better. Give us the Big Mac we see on the billboard, not the one that looks like it needs therapy.

I was pleasantly surprised when the cashier agreed to break my hundred dollar bill at breakfast time. But more surprised that evening when told the fifty dollar bill they gave me in change was counterfeit. Twice I went back giving the assist mgr all info- exact time and date, what I ordered, description of drive thru window cashier, but I never got a response. I can't stomach to go back! Check your bills! Sheisty management!

Slow, disorganized, filthy and cold food. I just needed a quick bite at 2:30 pm, 6 piece chx nugget took 15+ minutes and was cold. I realized I sat in ketchup when I got up to get my food. They were not busy.

This location is so slow and at least one thing in the order is always wrong or missing. Management should hold a higher bar for the service they provide. We travel farther to avoid this McDonalds even though it’s the closest one to us.

Worst service I've experienced at a McDonald's. We waited in line over 30 minutes to pick up a mobile order. We were being patient then when we arrived to the window for our order it was not ready we were asked to park up front. A total of 8 vehicles passed by and we still did not recieve our order. This is was absolutely ridiculous. We waited over an hour when they finally brought out the food the order was missing items. We needed to pull into the drive thru again to ask for the remaining items. I also called the store just to verify if they were still able to get our order together the lady over the phone was rude and disrespectful. I was baffled by the service provided. We did not recieve our entire order until an hour and half later.

My experience here at this store was unfortunately not the greatest, i ordered through the drive thru, I got to the window paid and was told by the cashier to pull around for my food the cashier said they were waiting on the fries to pull around I asked her how long she turned around and gave me my food when I left I never got my fries. I tried calling the store and they kept hanging up on me. I will never go back there again.

This McDonald's has a sign now on their drive thru panel that says one order per car so when I came through to pick up an app order ( that didn't let me add to it once it was sent), I had to first pick up my app order than go through again to add to my order! Spent over 30 minutes at the drive thru using the app! Got home and of course half the food was cold. Never going back to that McDonald's!

DO NOT EAT HERE.I ordered a Big Mac at the drive-thru with no lettuce. What did I get? A Big Mac with lettuce with no cheese, no special sauce no etc. Just buns and meat and lettuce. So I sat in the dining area for another 5 mins and the person gave me my drinks and said my order was being bagged. I then ended up waiting another 20 mins for my food. People that ordered before me was getting served as well as the drive through. I finally get my food, wasn't hot like normal so it was sitting for a bit in the kitchen area. I get home to eat my food, I asked for no onions. Man they over loaded it with onions, it was even between the patties, which I have never seen McDonald's do.

Customer service is terrible. The manger are unprofessional. Not abiding by policy. Just go to a different McDonald this one is not worth it at all

I know when most people go to McDonald’s they almost expect something to be wrong with their order, but is it really that hard to at least have good customer service and fix your mistakes since the customer is paying for it? I had the worst experience at this McDonald’s, and something as simple as asking for no lettuce on my burger, it was on my order and printed on the receipt as well as printed on the box, but I swear it’s like it was loaded with extra lettuce. The woman cashier who was also taking the orders was so rude and made what was already a rough day even worse. I will never come back here. So upset by the time I got home I didn’t even want to eat my food. Come on customer service workers, let’s do better.

$7.84 for a cold hash brown and a barely lukewarm Mcmuffin. And they wonder why they’re losing business. Call the customer service number advertised at the register to give feedback and there’s no voicemail. Total fail.

The crew seems a bit young and unhappy with their lives so their service isn't that great. Specifically one guy with a bunch of tattoos who can't seem to do a job as easy as drive-thru. Definitely don't recommend coming to this place. Love McDonald's but this place could use a new set of crew.

On New Year's Eve, I waited for about an hour for my Uber Eats order, and what they told me in the pickup window was that they didn't have that order in stock. They are not making plans based on anticipating this intensity.

Doing an uber eats ride,and this happens: So the lady at window said she just got here at 4am, her system is down and she is no longer serving lunch/dinner. She was rude and not understanding at all, she seemed frustrated and annoyed. She stated I had to pick up the order before 4am, she said she doesn’t have anything on her side saying there’s an order from uber. Idk what she means and I’m confused by her asking to take cash orders only. Bad customer service and if she just got here she should be in better spirits, fresh on her feet in my opinion.

This used to be a nice friendly spot, but the new manager that’s in charge now ruined it w her bad attitude. I asked for extra sauce n I never got charged until her enforcing that you gotta pay 25cents which is nothing but she got upset cus I asked and then I had a drive thru order but I had gotten off because of the long line and it has never been an issue at any other mcds except for her she got really upset and started pressing me that I’m throwing off her workers off but they seemed fine and she took extra long to give me my order 😂pure pettiness

They are constantly running out of things, and you don't find out until you're trapped in the drive thru. And this isn't just some one time unlucky thing, just last week I was trapped in the drive thru here for dinner for about a half hour. This is just a really really low tier McDonald's unfortunately.

They ALWAYS forget a part of your order. This is the second time at this location and because of the long line and long wait I didn’t check for every time. Learn from me, make everyone wait and check for everything. Don’t skim your bag because they always will leave out a fry, or a burger and they refuse to answer the phone AT ALL no matter how many times you call. I swear management must tell them to leave out orders from everyone’s bag in order to save their greedy corporation money because them refusing to ever answer the phone is suspicious. Line and wait is always so long they know you won’t go back through. Done with this location. Fool me twice, shame on me.

They seem to never be able to get my order right. I’m always missing something. They don’t never check for accuracy. Drive all the way home and missing two sandwiches. Fries are half way full and my drink is no where near full!!!

We spent $27 for two mcflurries, two sundaes and two large fries but their sizes are too small. We could have bought a three burritos for that price. We're not going back to McDonalds anymore. It is a waste of money. The customer service was poor
