During a recent stay at Nobis Hotel Palma, I had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is perfect, with convenient access to shopping centers and restaurants. It offered a chance to explore the hotel's historical charm. The exceptional service provided by the staff stood out the most. They went above and beyond, particularly when they called the front desk of our new hotel to update them about our reservation, even though we had already checked out. This level of attention to detail and care for guests is commendable. Overall, my stay at Nobis Hotel Palma was exceptional.

AMAZING stay at Nobis. We spent our last night in Mallorca here before catching our flight the next morning and every second of being at the hotel was top notch. So much beauty around every corner. Great food, unique drinks, comfy spaces to throughout the whole property. From the second I arrived and was handed a glass of cava I was totally at ease. Cannot recommend more!

Usually just post about food. But this hotel in Palma deserves a special shout out. Amazing customer service, amazing breakfast, amazing bar. Just incredible overall. Rooms are a tad small but we weren’t staying the rooms that long. The interior is out of this world. You can just tell by how passerby’s would stop and wonder what was behind those large doors. And you would walk by them like “this is my hotel”. Can’t wait to come back for another visit!

J’y suis allée pour un café, je n’ai pas testé les chambres mais la qualité du service rien que pour le café était incroyable. Tout le staff était au petit soin. On nous a fait visité les différends lieux, c’était sublime. Merci pour l’accueil ! 🤩

Die Lage ist phänomenal – super zentral und trotzdem in einer der wenigen ruhigen und menschenleeren Gassen Palmas gelegen erwartet einen hier ein fantastisches Hotel, in einem wunderschön restaurierten alter Palast. Das Eingangsportal mit seinem atemberaubenden Treppenaufgang und dazu die freundliche Begrüßung und der unkomplizierte Check-In waren nur der Anfang eines perfekten Aufenthalts! Die Mirall Bar ist „the Place to be“ und mit einer Deckenhöhe von 9 Metern die coolste Cocktailbar der Stadt! Auf der Rooftop Terrasse kann man nach einem Shoppingtag angenehm in der Sonne liegen und das sehr schön präsentierte Frühstück genießt man, wenn es das Wetter zulässt, im Innenhof des Restaurants NOI Palma. Awesome. We were in one of the large suites- Ben Oliver. Incredible. Super comfortable. Staff was as good as it gets. Location- perfect.

From checkin to checkout, everything was top notch. Attentive staff and attention to detail made for a memorable stay.

Excellent boutique hotel in Palma. The staff was all over the top accommodating, Bruno especially. Amazing design in a magnificently reclaimed 12th century estate. All the amenities you need for a few days. The restaurant is also one of the very best in the area. Enjoy!

Acudí a un evento de negocios, por lo que no puedo valorar las habitaciones. Situado en pleno centro, un tanto escondido al estar en el casco antiguo, y ubicado en un antiguo palacete. Sólo entrar ya se puede apreciar que es un lugar especial al que se le ha dedicado mucha atención. Tanto el servicio como la comida espectacular. Comer en un entorno tan cuidado, bien atendido y muy tranquilo, hace que la experiencia sea remarcable.

This time, we explored Nobis Hotel Palma, where the hotel manager, Jonathan Liu, a true enthusiast of hotels and their inner workings, and an absolute delight to chat with- treated us to a top-notch hosting experience. THE LOCATION of the hotel is Carrer de les Caputxines, a central yet surprisingly peaceful street. An accessible spot in the city's charming Old Town. While the busted of the main drags, La Rambla and Passeig des Born, lies just a-five minutes walk away. The property is permeated by silence, thanks to its spot on a narrow winding alley, removed from the traffic and the hustle of the city. THE INTERIORS Originally conceived as a Muslim Palace in the Islamic medieval stage of the Balearic Islands, the 12th century building that hosts the hotel happens be one of the oldest treasures of the city. The sophisticated project of the renovation, was led by swedish arquitecture firm Wingardhs and local studios Jordi Herrero Arquitectos and Eduardo García Acuña Arquitectos. THE ROOMS 37 Guest rooms, which 11 are luxurious suites, designed to provide a unique experience of contemporary five-star luxury. This hotel is honestly a piece of art in the middle of Palma. The architecture and design are just beautiful — every corner feels calm, thoughtful and peaceful. The staff couldn’t be kinder; super helpful, warm and always paying attention to the little details that make the stay special. The food is fantastic, and the spa is exactly what you need to switch off and relax for a moment. Truly one of those places you remember. Highly recommended!

What an incredible hotel. There is so much charm in the building, the service was absolutely perfect. We loved the bar and would come back just to visit this. We would not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Palma.

Nobis was a luxury experience and we absolutely loved in! The staff was friendly, kind, and informative. We got all of our local recommendations from them. Our room was ready by the time we got there which was a huge positive because we flew into Mallorca that morning. The hotel is spectacular. It’s an old personal residence that has been completely redone to a high-end luxury hotel in the middle of Palm. The spa was one of a kind and a great way to unwind after a hot summer day in Palma. The location was great. We could walk to everything including the cathedral and the waterfront. All the different shops bars, coffee shops restaurants were perfect and easy for us to get around without even a taxi or a car. I came with my sister and from the moment we stepped into the room. We felt like we were in a Spanish daydream. The rooftop was great. We could see the cathedral night from the top of the hotel and it was spectacular and magical. We will definitely be coming back sometime soon.

This was the most beautiful and most comfortable hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The manager gave us a tour upon check in and we were blown away by the castle remnants and how classily it was converted into a hotel. We traveled Spain for 3 weeks and this hotel was such a reprieve from the exhaustion. I never wanted to leave! The bar is to die for, breakfast was phenomenal (mimosas included) and everyone was just so incredibly nice.

A true 5 star hotel. Facilities are immense and the service was impeccable. They also upgraded us to a Junior Suite as it was our wedding weekend. Everyone knew us within a day and we really appreciate it.

We were not a resident of the hotel but popped in for a refreshing drink on the beautiful roof top bar. A super location and it felt like a real retreat or sanctuary. After about an hour it was time to move on and we were both sorry to leave. Would love to go back for another gin and tonic next time we are in the area!! Would recommend.

Pase una noche con mi pareja y desde que pones un pie dentro del hotel te sumerges en una experiencia increíble. Su arquitectura del siglo XII y su diseño te dejan sorprendido, su personal es excepcional con un trato muy familiar y educado. La habitación era preciosa, con sus vigas de madera me hizo tener la sensación de estar en una cabaña con todo lujo de detalles en el centro de la ciudad y con vistas a la catedral de Mallorca! La cena fue exquisita. Nos dejamos aconsejar por el personal del restaurante y sin duda no fallaron, tanto los platos como los vinos eran divinos. Después de la cena, subimos a su cóctel bar de techos altos y decorado al detalle. De nuevo el personal del bar fue muy atento, se respira un ambiente muy agradable para tomar uno de sus corceles y charlar un rato. Sin duda la mejor opción para hospedarse en el centro de Palma. Esperamos volver pronto!

Está situado en el casco antiguo de esta bella ciudad . El Nobis Hotel Experience Palma es un lujoso hotel contemporáneo de cinco estrellas perteneciente al grupo de hospitalidad Nobis con sede en Escandinavia. Evidentemente no es apto para muchos bolsillos pero si para los que lo pueden disfrutar . Me gustaría poder reseñar como siempre suelo hacer pero en este caso solo puedo decir lo que mis ojos han percibido a través del personal que nos ha informado con exquisitez… 37 habitaciones y suites, un restaurante y bar en el interior, un magnífico salón, una terraza al sol con tumbonas, una azotea y un relajante SPA, todo ello con un diseño interior a cargo de los galardonados arquitectos de interiores de Wingårdhs, y la arquitectura llevada a cabo por los prestigiosos estudios españoles Jordi Herrero Arquitectos y Eduardo Garcia Acuna Arquitecto.

Definitely depends on the rooms, the higher floors have some great rooms. The lower ones were a bit too dark and cramped. We had a water leakage as well during the night so got some of our lighter colored clothes ruined that were where the leakage from the roof started. woke up to a hallway lightly flooded. Service at the food area a bit slow and they forgot us 3 times, first to order, next when the order didnt come after 25 minutes, then the next day they forgot us again after the ordered some coffee.

Nobis Hotel ended up being one of the nicest surprises of our trip. The design of the place is modern but still warm, and the whole building feels calm the moment you walk in. The staff were welcoming and handled everything smoothly, which made check in and the stay super easy. Our room was clean, comfortable and had that quiet, relaxing feel you want after a long day out. The location is great too, close enough to walk around and explore without feeling stuck in a crowded tourist area. The breakfast in the morning was fresh and really well done, way better than the usual hotel setups. It is the kind of hotel that feels stylish without trying too hard and just makes your stay better in every way. I would definitely stay here again.

La atención realmente excelente, los camareros y el personal super atento y profesional. La comida muy rica, lo único que pedí un Curri y estaba demasiado picante, lamentablemente no lo pude comer al igual que mis acompañantes. El resto de los platos muy bien.

We stayed here for two nights and I do have to start by saying that the architecture and design of the building is fantastic, there is no question about that. However, when it comes to the room it was incredibly lacking for the €450 pr night price tag. We were told where checked in that our room was “upgraded”, which was a very nice surprise, but after seeing the room I think maybe we might have been upgraded from a closet. It was truly one of the smallest rooms I’ve stayed in, the bathroom was just a counter facing the room and the toilet and shower were tucked into the wall behind tiny doors that were incredibly dark and unwelcoming. The bathroom door made a terrible noise every time it was opened and closed and when I mentioned it to the staff I was told “oh that’s normal, it’s not unsafe”. In addition to the noise, the faucet sprayed water (leaking) when at high pressure, the mini fridge was broken, the shutters wouldn’t close properly (so in the wind storm they were rattling all night). And yes, I do think that expectations are higher when you’re paying so much for accommodation, but truly these are things I’d expect to function at any price. Again, beautiful building and kind staff, but for the price the rooms were crazy small and lacking.

If you’re looking for a beautiful hotel with good service, this might seem like a great choice — but if cleanliness and bed comfort matter to you, I would strongly reconsider. The hotel is indeed very beautiful and the staff’s service is good, but the cleanliness is extremely disappointing. Dust was visible floating in the air of the room, there was mold and rust in the showers, toilets were not properly cleaned, and there was hair on the floor. This is far below the standard I expect from a hotel of this caliber. Moreover, the beds were very uncomfortable. Although the bed frame is high and looks like it supports a plush mattress, the mattress itself was only about 5 cm thick and not comfortable at all. On our last day, since we checked out early, we were asked if we wanted a “breakfast to go” (which we paid for) to take with us. We requested coffee and a pastry to be ready by 5:30 AM. Unfortunately, when we arrived, there was neither coffee nor pastry. It would have been better if they hadn’t asked us at all than to promise something that was never prepared. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel if cleanliness and comfort are important to you.

Great location and the hotel is beautiful. However the reception were extremely unhelpful in the run up to the booking. Really poor communication and generally not very helpful. We arrived at 10.30am for a 3pm check in. No effort was made to get us our room earlier than 3pm. My wife and I stay in Marriott hotels about 3 months a year and this is the first time we have been made to feel unwelcome on arrival and the first time we haven't been offered an earlier check in. Even when I went to check in at 3.15pm the immediate response was 'I don't think its ready yet' The room itself was very small which is fine but the bathroom was ridiculously small, the door didn't close properly making the loo visible from the bed and the walls were actually see through mirrors so no privacy offered at all. Also every time you had a shower the water went over the floor of the whole bathroom. Just really badly designed. The pool that they show in the images on the website is actually in the courtyard area that is used for drinks and coffee, you would feel pretty weird using it as a pool. The pool in the spa was cold - not cold enough to be an ice bath but not warm enough to use as a pool. Again it looks great in photos but isn't really of any use. The bar was very good. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast and dinner

Loved the hotel. Beautiful and centrally located. The staff always happy to help with anything you need and always provided the best of service. Now the part that desperately needs improvement, The beds are as awful as they can get. No thickness to the mattress makes for restless nights. You can also hear everything from the room above you and every time someone flushes a toilet. If you care about good quality sleep unfortunately this hotel is not it.

The public areas are exceptional as was the staff, but the room was a big disappointment. Tiny toilet. Hit my head twice on the toilet door when rising from the seat. The toilet door is a mirror. Not nice to see your genitals on full display when sitting and looking forward. Sound isolation was none existent in our room. We could here people talking outside are room as if they were in the room with us. It went on until almost 1 AM. Probably even worse on a weekend. And it start fairly early in the morning again. Cars passing by, not many, but the sound like they are driving through the room itself. Called down to the front desk because it was after midnight and we couldn't sleep but they had no earplugs. Shame. We cannot have been the first guests to complain about the noise. All in all can't recommend a stay here at this price level unless you can be 100% assured of a quiet room.

El check in bien, líquido, fácil, próximo. El check out drámatico. Otra persona, otro trato... me llamaron "cariño...". El hotel muy "diseño".. tanto que el arquitecto sólo ha pensado en aparecer en la típica revista de arquitectura.... pero se ha olvidado por completo de la experiencia de cliente.....(no hay manera de entender las luces, falta luz, el baño no es que sea oscuro, es que es una cueva.... en fin, para mi el diseño si pero siempre condicionado a lo funcional, en este caso....definitivamente no lo han conseguido.

Leider wurden unsere Erwartungen an ein 5-Sterne-Haus bei unserem Aufenthalt im Nobis Hotel Palma nicht erfüllt. Bereits bei der Ankunft mussten wir das erste Zimmer (004) wegen eines defekten Badlüfters wechseln. Zusätzlich liegt dieses Zimmer direkt am Eingangsbereich zum Restaurant – entsprechend laut war es dort. Auf unsere Rückfrage hin wurde uns lediglich mitgeteilt, dass „einige Menschen eben sehr sensibel auf Lärm reagieren“. Diese Antwort empfanden wir als wenig empathisch und nicht besonders verständnisvoll. Das neue Zimmer (205) war zwar angenehm ruhig, jedoch deutlich kleiner – und leider mit Schimmel am Waschbecken. Der insgesamt etwas baufällige Eindruck zog sich weiter: Im Wellnesspool war ein Loch, der gesamte Wellnessbereich wurde während unseres Aufenthalts komplett geschlossen. Dadurch entfiel einer der Pools. Der verbleibende Pool befindet sich mitten im Restaurant – ein Konzept, das in der Realität wenig Erholung zulässt. Zwischen essenden Gästen zu baden wirkt eher fehl am Platz als luxuriös. Zwar wurde uns angeboten, den Wellnessbereich im Schwesternhotel zu nutzen, allerdings durften wir dort keine Sonnenliegen verwenden – was das Angebot leider wenig attraktiv machte. Beim Check-out wurden wir mit einem knappen „Everything is done“ verabschiedet. Kein Nachfragen zum Aufenthalt, kein Feedback zum Zimmerwechsel – insgesamt schade und dem Anspruch eines Hauses dieser Kategorie nicht angemessen. Auch die Badbeleuchtung ist so unpraktisch gestaltet, dass Rasieren oder Haare stylen kaum möglich ist. Positiv hervorzuheben sind das Frühstück sowie der Service dort und im Restaurant – freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Hotel an sich ist architektonisch sehr schön und liegt zentral. Doch trotz der guten Ansätze fehlt es an Qualitätsmanagement und dem echten Interesse an Gästemeinungen. Für uns war der Aufenthalt enttäuschend – wir hatten deutlich mehr erwartet. Eine Entschädigung wurde uns nicht angeboten.

Hotel is beautiful and location is great but the rooms have a lot to be desired. The bathroom is split in two and the shower opens on to the bed. To make matters worse the drain was blocked and there was a leak in the ceiling. Room is noisy and you can hear sounds from all sides from an early hour. Service outside the restaurant was poor - we gave a dress in to be pressed and it took 24 hours to return despite 3 reminders. By no means 5 star hotel and definitely not worth 450 + Euros a night.

이곳은 마요르카에서 머문 숙소 중 가장 최악이에요. 숙소가 좁은 골목길 안에 있어 차를 타고 이동하기 매우 힘들어요. 5성급 호텔임에도 불구하고 주차장이 없어 도보 5분 거리에 있는 유료 주차장을 이용해야해요. 심지어 체크인 때는 주차 요금을 지원한다며 차량 번호까지 찍어갔지만, 체크아웃 때는 말을 바꿨어요. 호텔은 숙박만 지원할뿐 투숙객의 주차는 지원하지 않는다며 25유로를 지불해야 한다고 안내했어요. 많은 5성급 호텔을 방문했지만 주차장이 없고 발렛 서비스를 지원하지 않는 호텔은 처음이에요. 또한 객실도 크기가 매우 작아요. 호텔에서 올려둔 사진은 매우 과장된 사진이에요. 샤워를 하면 밖으로 물이 다 새어나와 방이 물바다가 된답니다. 조식도 종류는 많지만 맛이 있진 않아요. 여러모로 아쉬움이 많은 숙소입니다. 허니문으로 방문한 마요르카의 마지막 날을 매우 나쁜 기분으로 마무리했어요. Este es el peor alojamiento en el que me he hospedado en Mallorca. El hotel está ubicado en un callejón muy estrecho, por lo que es muy difícil acceder en coche. A pesar de ser un hotel de 5 estrellas, no tiene estacionamiento propio, por lo que hay que utilizar un aparcamiento público de pago que está a unos 5 minutos caminando. Incluso, durante el check-in nos dijeron que cubrirían el costo del estacionamiento y hasta tomaron una foto de la matrícula del coche. Sin embargo, al hacer el check-out cambiaron su versión. Nos dijeron que el hotel solo ofrece alojamiento y que el estacionamiento de los huéspedes no está incluido, por lo que tuvimos que pagar €25. He visitado muchos hoteles de 5 estrellas, pero es la primera vez que veo uno que no tenga estacionamiento ni ofrezca servicio de valet. Además, la habitación es muy pequeña. Las fotos que el hotel publica están muy exageradas. Cuando te duchas, el agua se sale completamente hacia afuera y la habitación termina inundada. El desayuno tiene muchas opciones, pero no es particularmente sabroso. En general, es un alojamiento que deja mucho que desear. Terminamos el último día de nuestra luna de miel en Mallorca con una sensación muy desagradable. This was the worst accommodation we stayed at in Mallorca. At check-in, they even said they would cover the parking fee and took a photo of our car’s license plate, but they changed their story at check-out. They told us that the hotel only provides accommodation and does not cover parking for guests, so we had to pay €25. I have stayed at many 5-star hotels, but this is the first time I have seen one without parking and without valet service. The room is also very small. I arrived at the hotel and informed the front desk that the bathroom toilet seat was broken. They had a full day to find a solution and nothing happened. I had to complain for second time. They moved me rooms. Forgot my charger when moving. Called the reception to inform. I waited for 1 hour until I had to go myself downstairs to explain and request for an additional key to the previous room and pickup the charger. The street is noisy, the rooms are not well sound isolated.

Overpriced, noisy, and misleading. The room I was given was far smaller than advertised online, with no real storage and zero sense of privacy. Noise from the street, bar, and other rooms carried late into the night, making it impossible to relax. The bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom was poorly designed with terrible lighting that made even getting ready a challenge. For the premium rates charged, this hotel completely misses the mark. If you’re looking for a true luxury experience in Palma, save your money and book elsewhere.

When we first booked this hotel we were really excited. Don’t let photos fool you. Our room was the smallest room I’ve ever seen (especially for 5 star hotel) we were switched rooms after I complained as couldn’t even open the suitcases in the room on the floor that’s how small it was. They switched us into another room. Was so incredibly hot had to request a fan at 2 am. Was switched to another room because we were told we would need to switch again as the second room was a “suite” and we couldn’t stay in there our whole stay. So we switched to a third room and it was nice but same thing super hot. Another thing I must add is the whole hotel entry area on main floor is not under air so it’s really hot. When you’re in your room you hear EVERYTHING. people in the hallway, the maids in the morning, people in other rooms coughing and talking. So if you’re staying here hoping to sleep in past 8 am without noise it’s not happening at this hotel. I overheard other guests complaining of noise issues as well. There is a tiny roof top but has no servers for drinks or anything just a few loungers and they said you could order room service up there if you call to concierge. This hotel is not 5 star accommodations if that’s what you’re looking for go elsewhere. This hotel ruined our trip. I’m going to be making a more detailed YouTube review of the hotel with photos and videos so you can hear the noise and the videos of the room etc. staff was really kind and tried to help as much as possible. The air conditioning would only go to 19 Celsius which they told me was the limit they were legally allowed to set it at? Never heard of that before but with the high ceilings the AC was not able to cool the room properly and clearly there is poor insallation cause you can hear through the walls which is probably contributing to the room feeling like 24 C and not 19. Anyways save your money and go elsewhere.

Imposible dormir a causa del ruido que hacen las máquinas del tejado. Hablamos con el gerente, y nos pidió disculpas, pero que en ese momento no podían hacer nada para evitarlo. Un hotel debe enfocarse en el descanso de las personas. Este no lo consigue.

Ruido constante, rompió la tranquilidad del barrio, calles sucias, empleados irrespetuosos… la imagen de los suecos que tenía hasta ahora queda dañada. Encima el manager no habla ni papa de español o mallorquín. No necesitamos inversores así.

Ruido horroroso las 24 horas del día, de noche es insoportable. ¿No tienen suficiente lujo para dejar de molestar al vecindario? Nos han asegurado que, cuando a sus clientes les moleste el ruido, será cuando se muevan para poder arreglarlo, sabiendo, además, que no pasan la legalidad en relación a los decibelios que alcanzan las máquinas. El olor de cocina, sigue inundando la calle. Día a día, esperando que el menú sea de tu agrado....(Entiéndase la ironía) Además de tener la salida de humos de forma ilegal, ya que da a la calle, en lugar de al tejado. Algunas de las personas que trabajan en el hotel, salen a fumar y dejan la calle llena de colillas, sino lo tiran a la alcantarilla ..... ¿No existen ceniceros en los hoteles de lujo, o es la educación cívica la que no existe? Todo un despropósito de lugar, sin tener en cuenta a las personas que vivimos alrededor y a las que nos están molestando diariamente. Una pena. Lamentable la imposibilidad de mantener la tranquilidad del barrio donde se ubica dicho hotel, así como la limpieza de sus calles colindantes. La calle donde se ubican las puertas de la cocina está continuamente sucia debido al material que sacan por las puertas (basuras, etc). Además esta llena de colillas de tabaco de las personas del hotel que salen a fumar... La salida de humos de la cocina da directamente a la calle, si ese día te gusta el menú que ofrecen perfecto, sino te gusta, tienes un mal día, ya que huele toda la calle... Además, existe un terrible ruido, que proviene de maquinaria ubicada en la terraza de arriba del todo del hotel, el cual se escucha durante todo el día y toda la noche. Literalmente, parece que esté un helicóptero en marcha continuamente sobre nuestras cabezas. Es muy complicado conciliar el sueño con dicho ruido. Ningún tipo de respeto hacia los vecinos y su descanso. Un hotel de este nivel debe complacer con descanso y tranquilidad, cosa que no cumple en absoluto. Decepcionante.
