I've try to go to this mc donalds on van nuys blvd and blythe and it says they close at 12 am last 3 times I went it was 11:15 and they told me they were close I don't think that's right.
Great place, play place is open. Staff is super nice and friendly, food is…McDonald’s…. Always get the order right.
Clean restroom right when I needed it! And of course, ice cream in a hot day.
Ordered quarter pounder with cheese that tasted hot and fresh was delicious. The strawberry banana smoothie was refreshing and delicious and my friend ordered a caramel frappuccino that she thought tasted great as well. Didn't wait long in the drive thru and everything we ordered was perfect. This is a great McDonald's location.
Drive thru was faster than others and the costumer service was great ... Great smile. It is one of the clraneast mcdonalds that i have visited ... There are new machine also . For those who do not like to stand in line for a long amount of time ... Also, if im sure there is a playground located at the other side of the entrance so kids would have a enjoyful time as well.
There's always something good on the menu at McDonald's. I love the sausage biscuits for breakfast, the Sundaes, McFlurries, cookies or parfaits for dessert, the healthy choices for sandwiches and salads. It remains one of my go-to places when my budget is tight, and time is limited. McDonald's is still a force to be reckoned with after all these years
Decent place to bring your little one, or just to relax. Plays great music. Can become very crowded when schools nearby let out. But over all very controlled.
Carlos at the cashier the first window through the drive thru has Excellent customer service , polite, joyful voice , and with a smile . I felt so welcomed . Hope corporate sees this comment and helps him move up in the company because he has potential! Been coming here many times through the drive thru and still has the same excellent customer service. 👍
You said I visited their 5 months ago but the one closest to me I visited within the last month and found their food to be a Little on the salty side so you might wanna request not too much salt if you have a problem with that. The food was actually okay and the burger tasted like they had actual meat in it instead of what they used to serve whatever that was so I liked my meal and it was inexpensive
Did the curbside pickup for breakfast and didn't have to wait long. About a 5-6 min wait. I also have to mention that they made sure to include enough napkins, ketchup, and a cup holder. Cuz we all know how famous they are for forgetting the napkins and ketchup. Lol.
Been going here since I was born, I've seen all the changes they've made throughout the years and I have to say I am very happy where this location has been going. Quick service and good food 100% of the time.
At around 8 p.m., only a few customers appeared. Quiet as and relaxing...

I have to say I really liked Christians service he was one of the crew members in this place he was really nice and polite and so helpful 😊 I will be coming here again, my money well spend 🙏💕
Finally remodeled, this store is getting better. Needs self-service ordering modules. Plenty of seating. Parking can be tricky in peak hours.
Staff is cool, just a super busy location. Lobby was kinda dirty, the mens restroom is really clean though. The short haired girl behind the counter is polite and service is fast fast here. Order wasn't accurate either. Still okay for McDonald's
It was a decent McDonald's. One guy in the restaurant was harassing and threatening the Manager and worker's and walked back behind the counter. Myself and another customer asked Him to leave, then insisted. He left with slight altercation. Kinda sketchy part of town. Otherwise decent service mostly Mexican speaking. Most customers Mexican and some warehouse workers. That area of town. Recommended for drive thru. Wheelchair accessible Entrance and bathroom. Bathroom for customers only. Recommended ✅
I am not big on McDonald's but when you have kids, grandkids neices and nephews that's always where they want to go. Anyway first time I ever got a Big Mac it was good I really enjoyed it maybe because I was very hungry I don't, Will I ever order it again yes I think so. But I do believe location is a factor and person preparing it makes a difference.👍
Well, it's Mickey D's. There's only so much that can be said about it. That said, the Van Nuys and Blythe McDonald's has been completely redone, inside and out. It now has an ordering kiosk, so ordering for kids who might be a little picky with food is easy. You can customize your order, and the kitchen gets all the minutiae. Not bad for a place that's the poster child for homogenized American corporate culture.
Food always comes hot which is a big deal for me especially when it comes to the fries. Place is usually clean but sometimes it has its moments but what Mc. D doesn't? My only problem is sometimes the drive thru will miss one or two items in your order. But, are eager to fix any dissatisfaction.
I give it 3 stars because when your order is ready the things you need in your plate as simple of napkins they forget, so i have to get up and ask them
This Mc Donalds has quick service and very polite staff. The only thing was I ordered a happy meal and it was given to me in a bag. The manager should often send the cleaning staff to clean the playplace because when I went it's was not so clean.
Wasn't happy with my general order; was missing items and the nuggets were cold. The drinks I got had a massive load of ice... I understand its hit and miss. An overall bad impression all around.
Did not give me a tray for my dine in order. No free refills. The kiosk lists tap water as costing one dollar
My kids like McDonald's but they only like the chicken nuggets. I don't really like them to eat that but sometimes I buy them but on surtain occasions. For me the only thing that I would eat from here was salads but they don't have them anymore . Oh I remember for breakfast I like the oatmeal that they make. But I don't like their customer service when I go inside the McDonald's but in the drive-thru its ok.
All McDonald's are different at different locations, the rich areas have superior quality and taste, there are mirrors in the restroom with no locks in the restroom and in areas of homeless lower middle class it's the other way around.
Some employees could use a lesson on how to make a customer feel welcome. little things like looking the customer in the eye, greeting them and actually speaking to them instead of walking up, punching a few buttons and then walking away would be a useful skill for the manager / crew chief. P. S. Why does sweet tea take 4 whole minutes to pour??
Services is great kind off. They Lag on the food Drive-through. Sometime they have you park in there puck up or curb side order. I guess there not fast enough like inn n out and sometimes the burgers order come out wrong. So fellas and lady's check your 🍔...
This place has one of the smallest drive thru, also a wierd entrance now. 1 speaker doesn't work sometimes or they purposely don't use it. They do close around 9pm every night, when Google says 11pm. Just to note. You cannot buy happy meal toys by themselves anymore, you actually have to buy the meal. Free wifi doesn't connect anymore, sometimes this place doesn't accept the mobile app or even the codes. You have to pay for a cup of water. The $18 deal of either 40 nuggets, & 2 Large fries or 2 Big Macs, 20 Nuggets, and 2 Medium Fries is now $23 plus tax nearing $26 to $28. They do have a play place but they don't let anyone use it, "still due to covid regulations" Also the entrance sometimes is closed, you have to Wait outside to be let in to order if no car. Restrooms are not open to non employees still.
The service was great, my salad was great but, the table tops where stain and dirty. Bathroom needed attention. You should have the salads posted with a picture on the menu wall like you have the rest. GRACIAS.
i usually come here every Saturday morning for breakfast and coffee, the crew in the drive thru are the best. This Saturday crew will greet you with a smile. I just dont know what happened to sunday crew (today) the worst. 11/10/19
Yeah, I was there for a frappé. The representative was near the screens where now we can choose what we want from there. So he helped me out. But when reaching the cashier desk he the same guy took my payment, that situation was little awkward and funny. Anyway, that order area is reduced because of those screens, and it make you feel like you're in a small place that can also confused because not sure where to choose and pay.
I always come here for my 3 kids its clean an has a play place which is a good point for me most of the workers have good costumer service I've had three encounters with an employee by the name Eduardo there nasty attitude no good customer service can not for what so ever work under pressure an the way he Carrie's himself around other employees even his manager was just unprofessional he is the reason for the 3⭐⭐⭐
This was suppose to be a fast pick up but when I showed up the order wasnt even made and services communication was lousy
It took 20 minutes for my *one* McChicken to be made, and when I asked about my mobile order, they whipped it up in like 2 minutes. The staff kindly feed the houseless if they ask for it, which is cool, and I respect that, though I had a feeling that maybe they gave him my order. Who knows. 🤷♂️ The Staff were nice, but they spent a lot of time talking to each other, which I don't mind if they do their job, but it seemed like they'd just keep each other distracted and take longer than they should to get orders made.
This is by far the worst McDonald's. I've been here at least 20 times to see if anything changes, but got worse. Here are just some of highlights: Diet Coke, which is famously good at McDonald's, has root beer aftertaste here. They have no electronic number system on wall like every other McDonald's. They don't allow free refills and every other McDonald's I s back to free refills. You must order at kiosk instead of counter, unlike just about every other McDonald's that gives you an option. Inside eating closes early. They are not open 24 hours unlike just about every McDonald's. To me , for those reasons, there is no reason to even go here. Especially the diet coke issue which by the way has been like this for years like they never change the lines. Im sure that wouldn't make corporate happy. Do better McDonald's.
The dinning area was dirty. Mostly all the tables had not been cleaned. And some customers left their trays with trash on the tables. There's a lot of homeless people hanging around outside.
I rarely visit this McDonald's but it was raining and early in the morning so I decided to visit the closest location to my apartment for mobile pick up. I got breakfast this Easter Sunday. Unfortunately the service hasn't improved since I first visited in the early 2010s. The employee handing out orders is very unenthusiastic and has that obvious look like he doesn't want to be there. No smile, no energy at all. I also caught him telling the next customer to use the kiosk. Either he doesn't want to take orders in person or only kiosks are being used during my visit. I'm going to say he just didn't want to take customer orders. I also saw another employee near the counter just browsing through her smartphone. There was silence throughout the kitchen. This is sad because as I type this today is the day before these employees begin to earn $20/hr (April 1, 2024). Keep in mind that it was a bunch of complainers that work at McDonald's who asked to get these wages from the government. I truly believe these people do not deserve to earn $20/hr. On top of this, I spent twice as much as I would have in the 1990s to feed 4 people for food that hasn't essentially improved. I don't think I will be returning to this location again. I highly recommend mobile orders for pick up and maybe the drive thru. No matter how positive and full of energy you come in with, their enthusiasm won't improve.
The customer service HAS to get better. Most of the staff are rude, they're either rolling their eyes after asking for something or just completely ignores you. It shouldn't take over 10 mins for someone to acknowledge you. I walked out.
Worst McD I have ever visited. It's not once or twice. 4 times! Cold food, wrong order and they just toss sauce in the bag, nothing you actually order. Spoken to the manager he fixed the first meal. Should not need to go back and have everything remade! Run a restaurant! Stop covid excuses!
"Orders are always on point and fast." Three years ago but now they replaced workers with the ordering kiosks. How sad that they rather pay for machines than to pay people.

' WOW' I recently had the urge for a Big Mac. I drove to this location. Parking was OK. It was around 2 PM. I had problems communicating with he cashier. I ordered 2 Big Mac's no salt. She repeats back to me OK no sauce. I repeat no salt and and then I said no sal. OK OK, she says and repeats back to me 4 Big Macs no sal. I held up two fingers and repeated back to her 2 Big Mac's no salt. She repeats back to me holding up 4 fingers saying, four Big Macs no sauce. Wow. We finally got that straightened out, however the line behind me had grown and the customers were upset. Sh rang me up and I was surprised at the cost. Expensive. While I waited to the side of the counter I saw such congestion due to the fact that the Self order kiosk was located where the line would start at the counter. People and kids bumping into each other. Not a good location for the kiosk, breaks the flow. Meanwhile as I stood to the side waiting for my order to go, I had observed grouchy stressed customers as they entered, while they ordered and when they received their messed up orders. Honestly, it was quite a show. There was bad ju ju in this place. I stayed close to the door. I make it a habit to check my order before leaving an establishment. THIS time I didn't, I wanted to get out and get home. Upon my arrival I was surprised at the size of the BIG Mac, they looked like sliders (mini hamburgers), more bread than anything. For the price they charged I had expected more.

I hate to complaint, but I need to leave this here as a record of my visit to this place. I ordered the travis scott meal, but the food was barely cooked. It was almost raw. I hope I don't get sick. They messed up my cafe latte too. It taste and looks more like regular coffee. Plus it was spilled outside the cup. I gave them two stars, because at least they were nice about it.
Make sure to count your change and ask for receipt. There has been incidence with young lady giving short change and then lying about what you ordered without giving a receipt. Clearly steals and works so she keeps trying. Evening times

This McDonald’s has the worst service and wait times. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and it took them over twenty minutes to make it. There’s no free refills for soda, they try to charge you 10 cents a bag, the bathrooms locked and good luck getting them to open it. I would not go to this McDonald’s willingly.
Always slow, can't do their job right, and there never is a cashier. Because of that there was 10 customers waiting to take their order and 20+ cars waiting. The other time I went to order I waited 20 minutes and the guy before waited even more just for a simple coffee. My guess was that he waited for 40 minutes for a plain coffee and they can't even get that right. There is not enough workers.
The workers are so slow they are not fast enough to give you your food and I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes. My fries had so much salt it wasn’t even good at this point
I really can’t believe a major food chain like this and as much money they bring in, has the audacity to not have a working ice cream machine 🤣 they need a new contract or something because this is crazy. But in all seriousness though this restaurant is filthy… We know that there is a large homeless population here but they don’t take any extra health and safety precautions to protect their actual patrons. I’m not being mean but a lot of McDonalds lack proper health and safety protocols. I remember back in the day you’d see that housekeeping employee all over the restaurant cleaning the tables etc. I guess it either the kiosks or health and safety. Sorry I’m ranting but it’s disappointing, to see them serve food on a brown tray with no liner, so your food is touching that tray that I know is just wiped down. I was concerned for the person receiving their food so I asked where the liner was and they said they don’t have any. I use to be a manager at McDonald’s when I was like 19 years old and our requirements for maintaining a clean and safe restaurant were strict. I just orders a Sweet Tea and I’m scared to consume that 😕

I ordered my food at 10:21 am its 10:45 and I'm still waiting for my food I'm sitting here writing this as i wait for my food. I asked the lady serving the food if she knew what was going on with my food she walked away from me and didnt even bother to let me know. I'm very upset with this mcdonalds and the service I got here was horrible and took way too long.

Ugh I can't eat at McDonald's, Burger King, Taco Bell, or El Pollo Loco anymore, because all of these places have a few things in common. - There food smells weird- 🤢 - The food tasted frozen 🤮 - there menu prices have increased over the years, but the quality of there food is getting worse
I don't know what's going on at this McDonald's ,but it takes more that 20min to get a order from the drive thru . It's like they are never ready don't they know we all have to be at work in the mornings and afternoon . Also when there done and I get to work I have the wrong order I mean what is it that their doing? I've been coming to these McDonald's over 15 years and it's just getting worse.
This place just got remodel ! Looks nice and it even has the New Order Kiosk! Sadly the staff at this joint! Is piss poor when it comes to understanding how the order at kiosk and pay system works! It was explain to me by a MCD Manager that if you place a order on a kiosk all you need is the order receipt walk up to a open register at the counter hand the order receipt the cashiers are to take that order receip take payment and then you wait for the food. This MCD those not respect that! They will ask to go to the back of the line and waith even tho you already follow all steps at the kiosk.... This location needs better training in the phone APP and kiosk procedures.
Just ordered and on my way home while I was eating found a hair in my mcmuffin disgusting it's not the first time something is always wrong with my order. The blonde supervisor is rude she can be more customer service friendly overall they should hire new staff
I just visited this store, went through the drive-thru and didnt get my sausage burritos. I even asked the cashier if I had to wait for my 3 sausage burritos and she said they were in the bag she had just handed me. I get home and she was wrong. These people need better training
Management here is forcing customers to go to Drive-Thru? The staff is lead to ignore customers? Why? Get rid of the self-checkout, and hire cashier's? This is horrible store policy that leads to slow service, instead of fast food? If you care about customer experience, then look up Luddites? Only Millennials are fascinated by modern touchscreen. And that, in no way makes up all of society?
The price gouging at this location is absolutely ridiculous. Other locations are far cheaper.

This place I mean it is a mc Donald's but they are REALLY SLOW I mean I know fast food wait your turn ECT ECT but I mean I even placed a mobile order 20 mins in advance and when I got there I still had to wait at least 10 mins twice I mean geez like today I went there with a mobile order and they claim that they don't see see I shown them the mobile order receipt and they say that's the apps problem not ours after arguing with them they tell me well if you pay and give the app a few days to process you can COME BACK for a refund which would take 3 more days I mean what in the world and this is the manager not a regular person then 5 mins later she comes back and says fine we'll will give you your order (that I paid for ) but they will not do this again that is just terrible customer service really disappointing

I just left this place I ordered 40 nuggets 2 large fries and 2 large drinks . The drinks had no ice and were filled half way the fries were also filled a little less then half way and they were very soggy the nuggets were alright honestly i wouldnt go there again plus when I was ordering I could here the employees fighting can i report this somewhere ?

Actually this place gets not even one star the info on google maps say their drive thru closes at midnight but I just called a d the woman said their drive thru is closed and everytime I come here it seems as if they always close the restaurant and the drive thru early ownership needs to look into this major issue. To me if the owners suck so do the managers and it always trickles down to the employees since they have no guidance from leadership cause leadership blows tremendously
If I can give this with no star I would. Customer service sucks!!!!!!! It's only once in awhile I go to McDonalds only if my kids wants 2go. The play area is disgusting. The soda station is disgusting the tables and chairs are disgusting even the bathroom is disgusting. Don't even mention the high chair that is the worst. I bought some 20 piece chicken nuggets 3 large french fries almost all the time because that's what my kids want. When I ask for ketchup they only give me 2 ketchup for 3 large fries. Are you kidding me!!! That's not even all. When I went back to the counter to ask for napkins. I was waiting patiently for someone to notice me. There are two or three managers on the line, they look at me and they started talking about something else instead of helping me. Are you kidding me!!! Oh yeah that's not even all. When I got there with my kids. There was a line a long line about 10 customs with 10 different families. Two of the managers have the nerve to tell that cashier to hurry up well that person was the only one taking orders. And most the customers has big orders. While there were two more cash registers not open. Are you kidding me!!!!!
The manager is always talking on the phone. Every morning I go there and there he is , this man is always taking in his cell phone in and out of the store when I said talking he is really talking for hours I got some pic's of him I wonder how non of the supervisor got him already. He starts talking inside the store after an hour or so he goes out to the parking lot for another extra 1 1/2 hour
Sad to say, the manager is the one who brought my meal to my vehicle. And with the tray she brought my meal on, she went ahead and hit my car as she walked away. I'm purpose is not she refused to take responsibility! The manager ana said "we could look at the video to see if she hit my vehicle." I said, "Perfect, let's do that!" She proceeded to help another customer afterwards, she said "what do you want?" Like she didn't offer to help! I repeated to her. "Well, let's look at the video as she Suggested!" The manager ana responded with "Well you need to call corporate for that!" Talk about bad customer service!
I saw a worker blow his nose and touch his face and didn’t even wash his hands. It took them 30 minutes for them to give me my ice cream cone
I ordered in the drive thru with a gentleman who was very kind. But the server was not only in a bad mood, she even forgot to put the stuff in my bag after checking I asked for ketchup and Mexican sauce. I never expected her to forget something very important. I ordered an oatmeal and she didnt put the little bag that comes with it; the one that has raisins, apple and a spoon. I called and the person who answered gave me an attitude and said I can come back for the fruit but she cant replace the entire thing. I am not eating just the oatmeal! I threw it away! And no I wasnt going to come back just for pieces of apple and raisings! The very least she could do it say when you come back ask for a new one and take my name but she said: since you did receive the oatmeal All I can do is give you the apples and raisins another time. I already disposed, the oatmeal itself doesn’t taste good. Why would I want only that for? The oatmeal is already pricey !!! I only buy it because it tastes good with the raisins and apples. This is California, everything is expensive! If you want people to come back, find a solution instead of giving them attitude over the phone. You made a mistake, say sorry and we will make it up to you! This is not good customer service. I already complainedto McDonald’s.con as well! Your customer service is not right. If you are in charge and your employees made a mistake, apologize on their behalf and find a solution. I am a manager myself and I take responsibility for them and try to accommodate to the customer in every possible way! Paying customer are making your business what it is, so many other locations around the neighborhood serving the same exact thing! I only stopped by here on my way to my parents. Never ever ever ever coming back here.
They have a new system set up which i don't even think they understand. Food took forever waiting at table since their new system says they will bring it to you.... Nothing had to go ask they say they only serve it in the morning. Yet nobody explains that. Food was cold and was not what i ordered. They made a mistake on the order. A shift manager young girl gives me my burger and fries in hand w/out a tray!! Where do these people get their customer service training. Bad service all around. 😒
They have a giant tablet they not one Spanish person knows how to use even though they are tapping away on their phones? Using it is simple but take a extreme amount of time to get your order! Guessing all the Spanish talking going on behind the scenes is more important then actually getting any work done! Avoid the stress make your breakfast at home.
Tried to just get some take out. The dine in was close. Tried going through drive thru. They claimed I need a car. But I was walking past. Awful will not return. They could have at least taken my order at the window but no.
the drive thru is packed and I decide to go in instead. I know they are busy and it might take some time to get me 3 drinks that I ordered. which were a caramel frappe, iced tea, and and iced coffee. but as I look around there are 3 employees just standing around... and while waiting 2 customers come in that were in the drive thru. one complaining about the lemonade that the employee claimed there wasn't anymore off and the second customer claiming he never received his credit card back. Oh and I never got my receipt, instead I got someone else's receipt... If your going to McDonald's just drive a bit towards the plant. It's just more efficient and they get your order much quicker in comparison to this location. Oh and my ice black coffee that I ordered is sweet... really? Is it hard not to put anything on it. I guess I'm just too picky for my BLACK coffee and maybe I wasnt too clear when the cashier asked if I want anything on it and I said no.

i am soo sad to say mcdonalds workers have become lazy...this mcdonalds lobby closes at 7pm and curb side beforw 9pm the workers sitting around playing with phones ...and in their mindset they hoping wishing no cars come at the srive thru.....sloppy workers no napkins past 4 times if wemt their...my advice go to another mcdonalds.

MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER... the manager at this location at 6pm over charged me by $5 and when I adked to refund my money she said she was only able to put it in my card and I need to phisically have the card. I had paid with the app whete my debit is link I didn't have the card so she said that wasn't her problem to go get it at my house in order for her to FIX HER MISTAKE, UNBELIEVABLE.... I said no anf I'm not moving from drive thru until you give me my $5 back... WHY WAS SHE TRYING TO MAKE HER PROBLEM MY PROBLEM????
I placed a mobile order at 1:57 for 2 sweet teas and medium fries. Mind you there was only one worker , I kept asking when my order would be ready because 20 minutes have passed . Then another 10 , then 15 . They’re was plenty of customers still waiting . They all got their orders before me when I placed a mobile order AHEAD OF TIME for just some teas . I’m out the store at 2:39 . It does not take 43 minutes for two teas and some fries.
Bad customer service. The employees are rude, unwilling to do their jobs, unwilling to help. When you ask them for something, they act like they're not listening, and the food is coming out undercooked. Now with their new rule of not being able to order food at the counter, the new food monitor is difficult. It's very slow and takes a long time to deliver the food.
Went to the drive through and they took my order and forgot items that I ordered. When I drove off in heavy traffic , got home and called to inform them . They did not care to fix the problem and to make it worse cooperate also did not do anything. This is the reason people are not going to McDonald's to eat anymore ... paying higher prices with the same terrible service and no one cares to do anything . Next time I'll go to in n out where they do there job correctly.

Simple, diabetic asked for unsweetened ice tea. A1c is at 9.7. Woman gives me a very sweet ice tea. Thanks
We ordered by drive-thru they got everything wrong . Miss an order and forgot 2 items even if they didn't charge us this is bad service Part 2: again ordered by drive-thru told the girl our order and couldn’t get it right so we repeated about 3 times and at the end recalled it to make sure she got everything and still go it wrong with some items missing so we had to pay separately for those missing items. Told her again for like the million time we wanted 2 spicy mcchickens with pickles and guess what? Still got it wrong!!! I have no words
They’re rude. I’ve worked in fast food and it makes me sick how easy it is to say what do you expect it’s McDonald’s… I asked if they had holiday pies when I was leaving and they took forever and tried to make me order on a kiosk that didn’t have the pies as a option… with the expected rudeness
They didn't use my 20% of because they said it was not working at the time. Then on the drive-thru. They didn't give me the combo meal. I had to drive back and get it. Other wise I would of give the 12.50 dollars, I had already paid for. The two ladies working wore rude and disrespectful. Manager doesn't know when they talk in spanish about the customer's. Manager was helpful.
Monday Oct 13th around 3:50pm cashier that doesn't speak english and she wasn't really helpful bad rude then she tells me oh speak Spanish well we live in america you have to. Speak English she's awful teenager with black 1 star no refills .
Horrible service. We ordered for pick up and when we checked in at a designated parking spot, we waited for a long time and no one came out to assist us. We had to line up at the drive thru to inquire and no one even apologized for ignoring us. They made it look like it was our fault and that we were a hassle to them. On top of that, they didn’t give us the collectibles that we paid for. The whole place is just one big flop.
I ordered a Dr. Pepper here. Asked for it without ice. They brought it to me without ice, but diluted it with water. Even the lights were bright. Unfortunately, I was already pretty far away when I tried this crap. Ended up throwing it away. Thanks for selling me water for $3!
Lady in the drive through gave me a cup full of foam and told me it was a frozen coke.. when I told her it was foam she snatched it from me and told me that how it’s coming out what do I want me to do.. obviously change it… why would she still serve it like that..? Her attitude was so not professional.. she was rude throughout the whole order..
Homeless people stealing people's orders and drunks showing up and feeling very unsafe
The worst McDonald's in the area. I came on Thanksgiving there was no line. They don't say give me a moment they wait till you're there waiting for 5-10 mins then rudely answer you when you say "hello can I have ... " Once you pay you're waiting at the window to receive your order. They ask you to park. Why would I park when the restaurant is empty and the drive thru as well once car was coming behind to the first window to pay. The service is horrible. They always forget to give you something from the order and treat you as if they are giving you something free when you are a paying customer. The manager rosa is incompetent.
The food is as you expect, nothing special. The service was horrible, I wanted 30 minutes after making the order, mind you it wasn’t even busy when I walked in. Such a shame, before they remodeled it was quick, efficient, and I was happy to come, now it feels like a chore having to wait, they don’t even prepare the food correctly. Only time I’ve seen where after remodeling and change, it’s worse then it was before.
Rude workers an it took 45 mins just for a large cold fries. It's wasnt busy
Just came through the drive thru at 10:50am, the fry’s were mediocre it was warm was not hot and fresh. I had asked for extra salt. They put no salt at all and the manager was extremely rude. I asked for ketchup She said there was three in there. I asked if I could get More. She handed me 2 I said Miss can I get two more please she handed me one. I asked her for just one more and she said no that she couldn’t give me one more so in total I got 6 ketchups for a large fry. I don’t know about anybody else but I’m a catch up lover. I use at least 10 packets The point of this isn’t even about the ketchups I stayed nice and calm, but The Manager was extremely rude about the Situation and this is not the first time Unfortunately, this is the closest location to my home which is across the street so this is the go to McDonald’s
Employees disrespectful and rude asked for something and ignore us completely they walked off when we asked for the manager when we finally got him he just ignore us as well
Today, August 2nd, 2025, around 8:45 AM, I experienced the worst service I’ve ever received at a McDonald’s location. The cashier was incredibly unprofessional—he questioned my order, laughed at what I was ordering, and when I asked if there was a problem, he responded by saying I was “spicy” and laughed again. This behavior is completely inappropriate and made me feel mocked and disrespected. If I’m choosing to spend my money at a restaurant, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Instead, I felt humiliated. I decided to leave and take my business to another McDonald’s location where I was treated properly. Please train your employees better. Customers deserve respectful service, not ridicule. I hope you address this incident seriously. .
Took the longest time I ever experienced on a Mac Donald’s was there for 37 minutes for a value meal waiting when there was only one person ahead of me, not sure how was the drive thru but walk in stay away from manager Rosa was really rude telling me if I want my money back after I waited 37 minutes and wasted my lunch time there , told her who can replace my lunch time that was in professional from her position, will stay away from walk ins at this location for any worker coming by for a lunch break not worth the waiting..
Today I went into McDonald’s specifically this location since I live down the street I ordered a spicy deluxe meal large with a water and 2 strawberry pies it was already upsetting to not receive any ice because it’s in the 100s today but the meal itself was just old not fresh at all the meal tasted old like it’s been sitting under the warmer for hours (how I know I graduated from culinary school plus worked in the kitchen industry for 10+years) I know the difference and plus the fries were literally cold old fries at the bottom plus they forgot my pies I called the store to see if I can get my refund because this has happened even when I order through door dash but I figured I would get a different experience if I order inside the store the employee who answered the phone when I made my complaint decided to tell me I can’t get my refund but they can make me a new meal I want my whole refund because now it took a complaint for them to realize where they messed up at I understand it’s tough working but stop giving old food this is unacceptable I just want my refund I don’t want a new order this shouldn’t have happened in the first place especially since I have to walk all the way back to the store just to do a do over which is very unnecessary when it should have Ben done right in the first place McDonald’s just needs to get shut down until they hire people to make orders FRESHER (literally bought an old meal smh this is ridiculous I couldn’t even eat it because it was so darn lukewarm literally hitting coldness like not fresh)
