Jack in the Box is located at 1415 East Colorado Boulevard Pasadena California 91106. Sitting on the corner of Hill and East Colorado Boulevard it is very visible when driving or walking. Open 24 hours a day, it has both sit down and drive-thru service. Jack in the Box advertised a lot on TV and flyers. There is always a special available. These are very good deals most of the time. I was surprised at the excellent service that I received when ordering. The staff member explained the different selections and options that were available. I put in my final order and sat and waited for my number to be called. After about 10 minutes I was handed a bag filled with my order and was on my way home. It was a nice day and I enjoyed the walk in this scenic area across from PCC. When I got home I was able to unpack my carefully wrapped order. I was eager to try the egg rolls first. They were crunchy full of flavor and larger than I had expected. Dipping sauce was not even necessary. The sweet sour sauce did add an extra touch. Two tacos were next on my list. They were thin, individually packed, and tasty. The Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger was as advertised…great flavor and fresh grilled taste. I was impressed. It did not look like a fast food burger. The Home Style Ranch Chicken Club had a crisp chicken texture. The chicken filet was thick and filled with flavor. The bacon was crisp and cooked to my specification. This is a great place with a lot of combinations for food. I like that they paid close attention to the details of each part of my order. I will be back to try some of their other specials.

It's ok. Prices are kinda shaky for the portion of food. I'm meanits ok but it's my last choice to eat at if theirs other food chain around. I just feel like this is a copycat from other food chain.

Their tacos were stuffed and overflowing with fresh lettuce and meat. The staff looked like they are working so hard in the heat but maintained their friendliess and speed to deliver orders. I ordered via the app and waited a total of 45 seconds when I picked up my order at the drive thru.

This is a fast food restaurant with a very good location and very convenient transportation. The biggest feature is that it is open 24 hours. I can buy supper here. One of my favorite fries here is Chili cheese fries.

Food was cool. I got a breakfast meal. I do not think it's cool that the breakfast meal only comes with coffee, everyone does not drink coffee. I actually cannot drink coffee. They charge extra for anything other than coffee, which takes the price up more than it should be. Y'all need to address that immediately.

Absolutely hated this place, never coming back. Went inside once because man talking the orders started screaming over the microphone in some sort of foreign language to his fellow co-workers. When inside, the entire place seemed normal, until you realize the bathroom is a murder scene inside of the toilet bowl. The floor has an un describable sticky substance that followed the soles of my shoes as I walked. Even before entering, I witnessed a rat crawling into a hole in the side of the building. The smell was horrific. It smelled like rotten eggs mixed with wet bandaid and soiled socks that were doused in mud. However, the springrolls were fine. Still never coming back though.

I believe this location has replaced all of its meat with "fake" and "synthetic" substances, to cut cost and maximize profit at your expense. It may be all locations, do yourself a favor and eat at home. Zero stars.
