Best place we have eaten at. Staff are super nice the food is amazing the inside is always nice and kept plus its very comfy to sit in. I don't know about some of the reviews but during my 3 years of eating here so far its amazing and calm. There is alot of parking space plus there is disabled parking almost every other parking spot. Also if yall see this say hi to everyone there for me. Tell them i said hi to be specific. We always get biggie bags or dave singles by the way so we ate for around 10$-15$ per person
Mark was awesome and had very good customer service. We just came in for frosties and it was nice to see someone that genuinely looked like they enjoyed their job and was fast. Not a lot of that in customer service jobs these days!
I go out of my way to go to this Wendy's everytime, mostly because the staff is great. Yuna in particular seems to always take our order and has such a pleasant personality. The food is also always fresh even when we go late.
They were short staffed. But they communicated that up front. They were honest and said may take a while. I can appreciate a crew that is honest and they tried there hardest to get what needed to be done, done.
Great service. Order is completely WRONG! I havent been to Wendy's in YEARS! Got off work at 11pm. Went straight to this Wendy's and ordered the Asiago chicken sandwich combo and got THIS crap. I'm SO MAD. No cheese, no bacon. HOW HARD was it to make this how i ordered it which was woth ZERO customizations.
App orders and GrubHub take their priority. The excuses keep coming. Every dang time! They make you feel like your order doesn't matter and then 3 out of 5 of the last times the food was wrong when I've gotten home 😒
This location has two problems one they’re very slow so there’s always a long long line and it moves so slow, the second problem is the food for the last six months or so a large portion of the time the food is old and cold both the burgers and the french fries. We go less and less and soon we will stop going altogether.
I never leave reviews like this but I have to. Ordered via app and picked up by drive thru on 2/5. Food prep for Chicken Sandwiches were horrible. Order was incorrect. Worst fast food experience I've ever had. The folks prepping the food need training. The lack of care.... can't imagine the state of cleanliness and sanitation. I worked fast food in my younger years and this was not ok. Will not be returning.
The worst drive thru service ever only 10:15 not even very late at night Waited 5 minutes after one car in front of me to be acknowledged then started to order was then told to hold on only 3 people working tonight but there was only one car in front of me waited another 5 minutes seemed like staff was stalling on purpose to make people give up tried ordering a chicken sandwich on special that was being advertised on the menu was told they haven’t had that in 2 years but it’s being advertised still? At this point just had to leave for fear of having my food spit in just for trying to order as it was clear no employee actually wants to work at this restaurant
Not only did my order take forever, but it was also wrong. I was just there and received a burger with only cheese, bun, and patty. I ordered a Jr. Bacon Sandwich and another classic sandwich—neither was customized—yet they still messed up the order. Don’t go to this location. It’s ridiculous that they can’t follow simple instructions
⭐☆☆☆☆ This was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had. The drive-thru line was so long that I had to leave it and go inside, thinking it would be faster. I was wrong. Once inside, the employee at the counter refused to take my order until she finished several other orders, moving extremely slowly the entire time. Customers were waiting and asking about their food, and instead of helping, she yelled at them. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. All of this just to get a simple chicken tenders combo, which took about 20 minutes. That’s completely unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant. Poor service, poor attitude, and a huge waste of time. I won’t be coming back.
My granddaughter wanted to go to Wendy's on 12/10/25 and when we walked in there were two people ahead of us waiting for their food. They saw us and stepped aside so we could place our order....only we stood there for 6 minutes, waiting for someone working there to at least acknowledge our existence. We were ignored by everyone 'working' so I told my granddaughter we should go somewhere else because obviously they are not interested in helping us tonight. About that time the gentleman who was in front of us when we arrived very politely asked a heavy set worker for a drink carrier and I was stunned when the guy grabbed a drink carrier and tossed it on the counter to the customer! Didn't hand it to him but tossed it at him! Really, is it any wonder why so many Wendy's are closing? I had to check a few stars before I could post it, but steer clear of this place!
This is ridiculous, drive thru suppose to be a fast service, I waited 30min to get my order. His is every time guys don’t come to this one. They might remodel the place but not the service
My sister and I went to Wendys after church for a breakfast sandwich. We stood at the register for 10 minutes as the only two employees worked around the prep area. The one working the front never even indicated we were there while the employee working the back nodded at us. Only 1 other customer was in the store and the employee went to wait on the new drive up customer. We left and went to Hardee's. Not going back again.
Don't waste your time in the evening. Coming in the morning is a much better experience. It's clear they don't care and I won't b3 giving them my hard earned dollars. Wait was 35 minutes in the drive thru, I only stayed because I was on the phone.
Please read, I need Pasadena Folk's help to prevent others from dealing with this location which has absolutely no regard for our community. Waited inside because the drive through is almost always a 30+ minute wait. Employees actively noticed us and would say "Doordash Orders come first, please wait and we will serve you when we're finished" Delivery drivers would come to the front of the line and get food made, and we'd have people waiting for 30 minutes or more just to have an order taken. October 27th, 2025 I timed it, from arrival to having it in my hand - Took **42 minutes** to get a single Oreo Brownie Frosty. I nicely request that my fellow Riviera Beach neighbors email Wendy's corporate and mention your issues, complete the surveys on previous receipts you've gotten. Please do this, because it's extremely apparent that this franchise location is not interested in serving the community. If they're not willing to do so, they need to go out of business. I'm a polite person and I don't want anyone to lose their jobs, hopefully we can get some feedback raised and have things changed. Until then I'm officially done with this location. Appreciate your time.
This has to be the slowest " fast food" restaurant I have ever been to doesn't matter if you walk in or go to the drive-thru. It seems like they are taking people one at a time regardless where they go and it takes over 15 minutes to get an order if only one car is in line. Go inside, Nobody in there, we go to get an order and they say sorry it's going to be a minute your third in line. What line? How can you include the drive-thru as in line when we're in the restaurant to eat? If you value your time, go to literally any other fast food restaurant. Also, after finally receiving the order they messed it all up and this is what the bag said which couldn't be more appropriate for this Wendy's...
drive through is extremely inefficient, the wait times are ridiculous & i’m unsure if something. nefarious is going on, and staff is unhelpful, rude and have no knowledge about the menu. i would recommend coming here only if you have an hour to kill sitting at the drive through intercom and gas to waste while they ignore you.
Shady practices by the entire staff here. They have you wait at the order screen for 25 minutes before you can even place your order and then when you pull around the building, there’s not a single car in front of you. And then when you get to the window, they want you to pull forward to wait for your food because they want it to look like they are serving customers quickly when they’re making you wait for everything. Not worth the time spent in the drive-through.
I ordered the Wednesday’s meal of misfortune twice now and did not receive my dipping sauces when I called the store. It rang until someone ignored it. will be be taking my business to a different one from now on.
Shorting customers on their food. My double patty burger had one patty cut in half ontop each other. The manager is very rude 😒 says he's been there 3 years should take some lessons on customer service. This is absolutely the worst place in all of pasadena to get food. Dont even bother trying to call the employees just have the phone off the hook!
Both burgers came out pink, then when we got the new ones, my husband's still had the paper that separates either the raw patties or the cheese in his sandwich. He ate atleast 2 bites of the paper. I get they were rushing because they were busy but that doesn't excuse undercooked food and paper put in the burger. Definitely won't be coming back.
My recommendation: go anywhere else or go hungry. My recommendation to Wendy's: if you can't do it then don't do it. This location opened up for breakfast a few months ago. I was so disappointed in the "breakfast burrito". It was a cold flour tortilla folded over cold eggs, a sprinkle of sausage, and some cheese. Literally my dog wouldn't even eat it after I took a bite. I got the breakfast baconator meal. I assumed it would be fresh since it took ten minutes after I paid. It clearly had been made much earlier in the morning. The piece of sausage was tasty and sizeable. The saving grace of their breakfast was the potato wedges. They were actually alright. I may have even enjoyed them if they weren't cold. I don't expect perfection out of fast food, but Wendy's missed every mark. I find it ironic that their bag states "America's favorite breakfast they just don't know it yet". If Wendy's sends this out for a $9 fast food breakfast, I'd rather just go hungry.
