Today at lunchtime I went to this restaurant and ordered the Gran Crispy menu. I found the sandwich much better than at other restaurants; the beacon was crispy, the sauce was just the right amount, and the cheese was melted just right, not the usual unmelted slice of cheese. The service was also quick and the staff were courteous. The place wasn't crowded, but I hope this quality and attention is maintained even during peak hours.

We celebrated our son's birthday with Simone, who was fantastic with the kids. He's friendly and helpful with the parents, too. The kids had a great time, the room is spacious enough for parents, and everything is clean and organized.

My family and I went to McDonald's in Paullo for the first time. We had a great time, and I want to give a special compliment to Jessica in the dining room. She was very kind and attentive to both the staff and the customers! We'll be back!

It's not necessarily a given that everything in a fast food restaurant like McDonald's can be standardized. I'm certainly not a fan of this kind of junk food, but I had no choice today, so I stopped here. A relaxing atmosphere, service with a smile from a very courteous Jessica, and a hot, freshly made meal. All this is not a given at all.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and quick with their service. I'd like to take this review as a way to compliment the guy—unfortunately, I don't remember his name—who made me a truly delicious cappuccino, expertly prepared.

Giorno martedì 3 marzo 2026, ore: 22:30. Ordino al banco e dopo 10 minuti che aspetto qualcuno, la dipendente che si era messa a perdere tempo con la collega risponde che potevo anche ordinare sullo schermo, sbuffando, al che aggiungo che potrebbe essere più educata con i clienti, dopo che controbatte più volte ribadendo che ha sempre ragione lei e non il cliente, mi invita ad andarmene via senza un motivo valido con modo di fare molto irrispettoso, ovviamente sapendo di aver sbagliato se ne va in cucina riempendo di parole il sottoscritto, DOPO che ho ordinato e pagato. Pessima esperienza, personale molto maleducato.

i dipendenti sono molto lenti, ho tentato di attirare l’attenzione in cucina per esprimere un mio dubbio, e nonostante avessi chiesto ripetutamente, mi è stata data una risposta solo dopo 10 minuti (oltraggioso), fast food o slow food??? il mio ordine sembra essere stato dimenticato, e non mi sono state rivolte nemmeno delle scuse per la loro svista da incompetenti quali sono!!! mi spiace ma per me è no, mi aspettavo almeno mi venisse offerto qualcosa ma nulla, peggior esperienza mai avuta.

Vi dovete vergognare perché non è prima volta che il cibo era molto freddo e le patatine sembrano da due giorni 🤑ho preso anche un menù bambino in fatti la mia bambina non ha mangiato le patatine.se avevate due compleanni e non riuscite a gestire non è colpa mia .Io panini li ho pagati e pretendo di mangiare un panino caldo . Comunque fatte schifo , mai più a Paullo 🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑

Good evening, Terrible service at MC Drive in Paullo. This evening I ordered several menus, including a gluten-free one.... Surprise! Frozen gluten-free sandwich! I'd be speechless. How can you not control something like this?!!!! Unfortunately, it had already happened once in the restaurant, but I thought it was a one-off. Instead, this makes you think about how much care they take when preparing the food.

I ordered from McDrive, the wait was crazy, and the staff didn't understand or couldn't comprehend the words. I got two menus, one with filthy fries, perhaps left there from the morning or the day before. The chicken sandwich was truly awful and inedible, the color looked like it was expired... and the Coke tasted like degreaser. I don't know why, maybe they've cleaned nearby... In short, the place looks nice enough from the outside, but inside, from the staff to the food, it's awful. Everything needs to be reconsidered.
