I had a horrible day! I knew that coming to Chick fil a would make me feel better. In true customer care and service, they did! Always a great experience!

Love this location. Order is always correct and the staff members are more than happy to help. Shout out to the young lady, Dailey, that made me a fresh pot of coffee at 9:30pm with a smile! Thank you, I needed the caffeine!

Their food is delicious! I have been going here for many many years and it's always a great experience. It's very clean and the staff is super kind. The staff makes people feel welcomed. Also, have I mentioned the food is delicious?! Being vegetarian it's a little more difficult to find something to eat, but I get the side salad and it's reasonably priced for the size you get. Also their Oreo milkshakes are very good! I would totally recommend to anyone and everyone!

It is always a pleasure to visit Chick-fil-a. The service is always exceptional. The employees are always outside ready to take your order making the process quicker. Wow. I'm going to start eating more chicken. I went through the drive through today at lunch and was impressed every step of the process. I was greeted by a smiling, polite individual who took my order in person, then my payment. At the window I was again greeted by a smiling happy person. My order was correct, hot, & fresh. The people in management have it figured out. I'll absolutely be back and highly recommend to others.

I was not feeling too well today and had my grandbabies with me. I received excellent customer service from the staff. They greeted me with a smile, carried my drinks to the table, helped me get a milkshake for the girls without having to get in line. Just overall pleasant experience. Thanks!!

I was overheated and came in for a bite to eat and sat there and ate my meal once I finished I accidentally threw away my fries and one of the employees noticed and offered to get me some fresh fries free of charge once I told her what happened and that made my day

Great place for a quick bite. Your kids can easily play at the built in indoor park! Great customer service. My mom had a phase of going there everyday and they eventually gave her a free meal! So kind! The workers have great attitudes and work hard.😍😍😆😄

This location shut down for a few months undergoing renovations. We came back in to check it out and it looks like they opened up the seating a bit but didn't see a ton of changes. Food is still good, service is still awesome! They still have the children's play area so the kids still love it. All In all, it's small on the inside but still a good choice!

Super fast service!! We came in the afternoon, place was pretty busy, so I thought it will take time to get our order. However, we’ve just paid for our order and find a place to sit, like less than a minute and the girls came with our food. I just said Wow!!

Love it here! Never in line longer than 5 mins from start to finish. My spicy sandwich was hot and delicious as always! I even ate the whole box of waffle fries, which I rarely do but these were just um um good! Points are racking up too! I always use the app for my purchases. Oh and lemonade, light ice so I can get more of that delicious brew!

Five star for service, food quality, and cleanliness. Only thing that needs improvement is the indoor children playground. The children playground smelled terrible. Perhaps it can use some ventilation. I wouldn't write this negativity had this been improved since my last visit when I asked the staff to turn on the AC. Hope this can be improved for a better experience for children.

Excellent service every time! My experience with service here has consistently been outstanding. Having that friendly face-to-face interaction with staff even when ordering via the drive thru takes it a level above other fast food places. My go to favorite is the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. Perfect amount of crunch and spice on the fried chicken, and always delicious! The waffle fries and polynesian sauce are an amazing pair as well.

As always I had a great experience at this Chick-fil-A! The food was hot and on time, and it was so good the guy I was with when back for another sandwich! I always enjoy the friendly and polite workers, and the employees who come around to your table just to check on you! I would definitely eat here again! My only complaint is that the parking lot was so busy it was hard getting out! I got stuck in the drive thru line but I guess that just shows how popular this place is!

Chic- fil-a has always offered tender and very tasty chicken. I hadn't been to a restaurant in years because of what I considered mistreatment in the past. Anyway, on this particular day I drive up to a drive through lane, and as I'm waiting in line I notice one of the employees stand off to the side of my vehicle entering information in her pad. Once she walks up to my window I ask her if she was taking down my license plate number. She then explains to me that they keep track of the orders via the customer's license plate numbers. I wasn't aware of this practice, so I let her know that I did not appreciate her entering my license plate number into CFA's data base without my prior consent. I asked the employee to remove my LPN . I drove through the drive through line around to the front parking lot. I went inside to place my order, and that will be the last time I do business with CFA.

WARNING! The diet lemonade is off today!! As in ‘I hope I don’t get sick’ off. It’s possibly spoiled. We regularly get the diet lemonade no ice. It’s generally cold enough. And we’ll upgrade it to the large. Today it wasn’t its usual cold temp so I thought, well maybe they just made it and it hasn’t had time to chill. I also thought they gave us pink lemonade instead. A few sitting in the hot garage gulps in, I soon confirm my taste buds that yes, this is absolutely NOT good today! I called the store and the person who answered offered me something else. Well at this point I’m kinda skeptical of all your drinks so no thanks on that offer. Getting my extra little dollars back would’ve been a better offer. (And yes, my stomach now feels a bit queasy)

Service is good. It's a great idea to have cashiers our taking orders in the drive-thru however, it's assumed that I know the items on the menu. The cashiers walk right to my truck, I've even gotten the "eye" because I told them I needed to see the menu. I'm also not a fan of 3 of my last 4 trips having to wait for the most popular sandwich on the menu.

It's overall a great location and place! Been coming here for years due to relative distance to my home, and almost never a disappointment! They forgot some things in our orders a few times, but staff are respectful, food comes fast, and I almost always have a flawless experience here! ☺️

Usually have a good experience at this location but today was different. Let me explain. First, the girl in the drive thru attempted to overcharge me stating, " You didn't get charged for the extra breakfast chicken filet. I explained to her that I did and that my breakfast amount of $13.54 was correct (i know alot for breakfast, but I always get the same thing so I know the price it should be) but I come to this location almost daily. After she printed the receipt to show me that "I hadn't been charged", I pointed out on the same receipt she printed out where I'd been charged for the additional filet. She then states, "It wasn't there before" 🤦🏿 Had I not been paying attention she would have overcharged me. No apologies or nothing. How rude. Secondly, after I requested a honey she proceeded to shove it in my hand. How rude again. The food was made the right way as I ordered it, service was TERRIBLE. Oddly enough, the guy who took my order in the drive thru (who says Im new, was polite and got the order right) Never had any experience like this one before. A simple apology, would have sufficed, but I imagine her pride wouldn't allow for that.

It was my 1st time inside since the remodel. I didn't see any improvement. The food was quick. The service was pleasant but they no longer have someone walking the dining room refilling drinks. The options were disappointing. You can have grilled chicken nuggets or grilled chicken sandwich but not grilled chicken tenders. I didn't want the carbs but adults shouldn't have to eat kiddie nuggets for a $13 meal.

I got sick from the chicken wrap. pretty sure it was the lettuce. Probably wont be going back to this one which is a shame cause its brand new.

It was just not even in the cards. management was restocking 3 employees was goofing at the cash register she had already gotten her food when I ordered mine 10 minutes ago and was still waiting outside for it. there was no control over Chick-fil-A today I got my own curbside order because it was just sitting there!! I came in last night through the drive thru and was handed my ice cream cone and it then proceeded to fall into my lap and covered me with ice cream. I then tell the employee that it fell and she’s like oh well our ice cream is very liquid today and I hand it back to her assuming she’d remake the cone but she just takes the cone with the little ice cream that was left and just put it in a cup. I am very unsatisfied and this does not sound like chick fil a at all!!!!

My complaint is with the portion of the food, I ordered a chicken biscuit with egg amd cheese. The chicken portion was very small compared to what they normally serve at most chick fil a. The hash browns were a bit soggy and not hot, but edible.

I felt that I was rushed thru the drive thru. Time be fair I was not given a receipt and when I asked for it. I was told it was in the bag . It was not in the bag. Which inturn made me over look that I was not given any catchup, the sauce i asked for. Very disappointed in the service at this location. Alvin location is better.

This Chic-fil-A location is very busy at times since it's in the Home Depot plaza. With this being said, there could be times where you'd order and will not able to find ample seating since there's also a play place for kids which it seems like a staple and gives reasons to have adults sit and chat a bit more than dining and dashing. The kids play place does smell like pretty much like sweaty socks which is a complete turn-off...would ask management to consider having it deodorized or at least ensure it's cleaned daily. Kids being kids here so the germ feeling is quite strong especially with the smell. As for food, I found it to be averagely on par but mishaps from time to time. I was given another customer's food previously that had a sticker on. I did not notice this until I opened and ate the slightly soggy chicken. =(

I'm disappointed in this location. This is the 2nd time I've come to this one and they didn't have something I ordered but no one told me until I got to the window. I ordered the grilled club but they were out of lettuce and tomatoes. Those items affect the price correct? Otherwise I could have gotten just the grilled sandwich which is cheaper. No accommodation is offered, no apology, and I'm just supposed to roll with it. Why didn't the guy who checked my order in know to tell me what they were out of? Maybe my order could have changed...idk. I'll stick to the shadow creek and little York locations. They're my fave.

Placed a to-go order w/ Jade yesterday. The counter was messy and wet from drink spills, which I brought to her attention. She apologized before proceeding to slide my beverages right across the nasty surface; like it didn't even matter. I waited at the Pick-Up counter for the remainder of my order. Leah asked if I needed condiments so I politely requested straws since they weren't included w/ my drinks. Instead of handing them to me she merely laid them on her side of the counter so I would have to needlessly reach for them... Passive-aggression is set on "100" at this location.

This location is right by my house and very convenient for a quick meal but ever since they’ve closed down and reopened the quality of the food is just horrible. The fries are either greasy, old or over cooked. And the nuggets/strips are under cooked. The soft drinks are watered down!!!! Just lacking service overall.

The managers don't like being told they made mistake on order because they think they are perfect. I called amad brought back my order because it was not correct and they fixed it but still made comments like it was my fault. Then they are sarcastic in a subtle way asking me to check my food. I get it to go and they make me open everything, exposing the food when I line it hot when I get home. I feel like they're treating me like a child because they don't want me to call them or bring back something they did incorrectly. I order my food and if it's incorrect I'll bring it back . I'm not going to entertain them by opening up all my items to satisfy them and that doesn't help because I won't know if the chicken is fresh unless I eat it and it's a to go order. I don't like their attitude.

This is my go to Chick-fil-A location due to proximity. For the most part, the service and food is great. There are couple times they forgot an item from my order, and I had to go back to tell them that. They do provide me the missing item and there was even a time they remade my entire order because of how long I had to wait (it was a busy day). However, just based on how often I have to experience that, I have to drop it to a 4 star because I don't want to have to constantly deal with that. Edit 10/28/23. Changing from 4 to 1 star. At this point, I'm getting really annoyed that this restaurant location is consistently forgetting my hash brown in my breakfast combo. Sometimes I forget to check until I'm already home. How can a restaurant be 95% consistent in forgetting an item every single morning I'm there? It's been more than 10 times in a row. I don't want to keep having to walk in the store to ask. Feels worse when I forget to check before I get home.

4/19 I am always their customer. Almost every day, I get lunch from them. On this day the service was very bad. Delay in registering the order and delay in receiving and very little coke nothing they put only ice i so sad. Very bad customer service

Food is great, but the service can be better. There was half and half missing in the coffee order. They wanted us to come back and while the issue was still getting addressed, they hung up the phone. At my work place for our service excellence training, chick fila model was presented because of their outstanding customer service experience. However this location for sure need to uplift atleast some of thier customer service qualities.

The people who took my order added an extra fillet which I did not order. I had a feeling they would get something wrong as the young guy who was taking my order could not get it right and I had to repeat myself about 5 times, I was also rushed at the drive through window and given an attitude because I wanted to wait for my food to check it before driving off, since I felt rushed, I did not get to check it properly…..when I called in for a refund as I was already driving and was 5 minutes away. Josue made me come back to drop off the fillet so he can then ask me for credit card back to give me a $5 refund as if it wasn’t already an inconvenience to have drive back to the store…my time is valuable and he completely wasted it with no regard….I will not be returning to this location…

I am a frequent visitor of Chick-fil-a in all areas of Houston and Dallas. Today I was told I could not have a breakfast burrito without the meat option. So if you are vegetarian you are just SOL.

I Go here every morning for breakfast, but a few times the customer service of the workers is unprofessional. Very self-center Workers who Lack communication. They Take 10-15 minutes just too give me my Cool Wrap that is refrigerated already prepared and a cup of water, The other workers seem not to help each other, I don’t like to be the person to be rude, but I had to actually tell them I’ve been waiting on my meal for this long yet so simple to give too the customer. They need better training, A few of the workers throw attitude, They seem not to be happy we're their at, and I’m concern about their mental health. On this day today 9/13/2024 around 6:45 in the morning this Guy with glasses took my order, told I wanted the number 8 and a cup of water, but it took him 15 min until I had too go up their myself and tell them I’ve been waiting, the guy didn’t even give me my water, he lacks customer service and seem to be lazy not helping out, he seems unhappy and u could sense his Energy of being negative, I pray for his mental state. Never coming back to this Chic-fil-a again. I’m always going in their quite and calm with the workers but they take my kindness for granted, I still love them but they need more help in their Job. Just ordered drive through from this location and the person taking the order named Emilio was literally the worst Chick-fil-A employee I've ever come across. He was extremely rude when we asked for some sauce. He said you need to order sauce before you pay and was rushing the order. He did not ask for any sauces either. Did not ask for the cup or bowl option when ordering soup.

This is the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. The front counter staff are very unapproachable and give off negative, moody vibes. I’ve visited this location multiple times, and unfortunately it’s always the same experience. The drive-through staff also tend to have attitudes, while the managers are usually the only ones who seem approachable. It makes me wonder why the staff’s behavior and customer service aren’t being addressed more seriously. Because of these repeated experiences, I won’t be spending my money here again. Sadly, this is the Chick-fil-A closest to my home, but I’d rather go out of my way than return to this location.

I will never be coming back to this location. I’m a DoorDash driver. They had something going on and had a lot of people in the restaurant I am 100 percent claustrophobic. I asked the person through the drive through that if it was okay to be in line and just grab and go he said yes! I pull up to the check out and they said I had to go inside I explain to them I can not be around too much people. The didn’t respect my wishes and they acted like I was lying. This was the worst experience tonight. I ordered online and when I arrived to pick it up they had me park in the front and wait 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches, 1 wrap, and one large mac n cheese, and 4 fries. When the food was finally delivered, I asked the girl if she was going to wait while I double checked my order and she said no that it should be right and she turned and walked inside. We came home, checked the order and found the mac and cheese was cold and stale, all four fries were cold and stale and half empty, instead of receiving the cool wrap I ordered, I ended up receiving a spicy wrap instead. I have repeatedly had poor service at this particular location and it is extremely discouraging to receive such subpar service and quality. This location did not meet the standards you would normally find at other chick fil a restaurants.

I am Not happy with the employee in the drive thru lane tonight. He was not friendly at all and stood in the way of the menu as I was looking. I do not eat here enough to know the menu and he seemed annoyed. Chick-fil-A, I understand that your establishment is a fast food restaurant, but please tell your staff to allow us customers to not feel rushed when ordering and to not look at us like we are bothering them. Chick-fil-a is not what it use to be. The customer service in the drive thru is horrible and they don’t greet the customers anymore. No more my pleasures and the food is horrible. The Sweet Tea and Lemonade is sour. I requested a refund and was given the run around and this is not the first time my order was horrible. I am fed up with the service and the food. Look how burnt these fries are and they were cold and all of the nuggets were cold as well. Chick fil a please do better.
