FOOD IS DELICIOUS!! Especially, broccoli cheese soup! Young lady at the front counter was rude and non-caring-even telling us that she hated her job because they don't pay enough!! BUT, THE REST OF THE EMPLOYEES WERE KIND, DILIGENT, AND HELPFUL. Go here- you'll enjoy the great food!!
The Panera is a hidden gem! The steak sandwich was perfectly cooked and juicy, as well as their soup. The friendly staff made us feel so welcome. I really have to mention employee Payton- we watched him pay attention to details, make sure the room was spotless, and just smiling. It's the perfect cozy spot with delicious food at a reasonable price—we will definitely be back".
Panera is a great place to eating with friends and family, study for a couple hours, and even working. They have unlimited refills for coffee and other drinks. They got fresh bagels and pastries everyday. Their service is quick at this location compared to others I’ve been too. Definitely recommend to try!
Panera Bread is always delicious and tonight was no exception. My daughter and I stopped in for a quick dinner after doing a little shopping. The restaurant was not busy and the staff, as always, was always very helpful and kind. We like the abundant items on their menu. It makes it easy for everyone to find something that they like.
The service was good, the food was good. The tea machine has an issue. The staff did their best to fix it and clean it up but it’s something that y’all might want to look into. It poured the entire container out and there wasn’t anything the staff could do about it. They tried.
The mac n cheese was so creamy and delicious. But the bread on the BLT had an odd flavor to it. And it wasnt toasted. I won't order that sandwich again
Sip club on hold bc bank card messed up trying to fix it and says it's ok i can give you a cup. I say ok grerat I can drink coffee while I contact customer service and pay. Then they say pay 3.50 for the cup. Why would I do this. The meals are not worth the 14 I payed trying the menu. Only a $2 discount is the deal I get on a meal when i tip $2 for good service no room for me. The soup was yum but still hungry as the portions are so small on sandwich. No coffee and waiting on hold for 35 mins now. Traveling not happy. I finally got off the phone with customer service and the agent was clear. Understanding and processed my sip club With a promo i had since it canceled and they helped. My dog had a problem with a candle and I needed to clean her.\n And security showed up\n Not very respectful or understanding and since i've been traveling and that has been harassed constantly my only response was , I don't wanna deal with you people. I will have to say , I calm down enough to trust god and be peaceful. The security guard presented the same.He stayed next to me to protect us and to protect anybody else. When?\nI thought he was staying to harass me.I said, Hey, you're a jerk.Thanks, goodness you're getting paid for this.Why did you call the cops on me? They said I didn't call the cops on you.I'm just making sure everybody is okay. Thank you, kind, sir.God bless , thank you for doing the good work.
It’s ALL about Ruby!!! The young lady behind the counter this morning at 850am. Just landed from an extra early flight . My #1 thing is fresh coffee. Usually a tag is on tank with time it brewed. I wanted fresh brew, this young lady I. Her humbleness left her post to bring fresh tank of coffee. I appreciate Ruby soo much!!! That’s customer service. Treat her well.
Lately, we noticed that cold coffee is served and that is in the late afternoon. Upon request they served wrong type of coffee after a good wait. Then they tried correcting it and still not right. All this is happening for a good 30 minutes while you finished eating your food. Things were not taken care of at all. Managers need to check on these things and keep good fresh coffee even in the afternoon. We love to come to Panera bread for a good variety of food and coffee. Regardless of these incidents, we may just go to another location if management wouldn't fix this issue at this location.
The employee there didn’t seem to want to wait to help with our rewards and after maybe a minute of taking our order got on her phone to scroll through social media. She stayed on her phone through the rest of the transaction. Got 2 kitchen sink cookies they were very salty and dense. We usually like these but had a hard time eating them at all.
I don't understand this place. They use fresh ingredients but cover every salad and sandwich with low quality industrial sauce, with a strange aftertaste. Why? Anyone who wants to eat healthily is definitely not interested in these strange sauces that are not clear what they consist of. And why do you serve 1/2 egg after charging extra for a whole egg?
Placed order online. Picked it up came home it was wrong order. Called they said they will make me new one. Picked it up again and it was still wrong. And the employee said I put Avocado and cheese personally on the sandwich.. where did it go?!
Hello All, Ordered a broccoli cheddar with chips and I was given chicken noodle and an apple lol… this was also checked by another person as you can see on the receipt. Not the frindliest bunch in there, but they are kids so this all makes sense 🤷🏾♂️
My food was not done correctly. This is the 3rd time my order has been wrong or not up to par. The soup is never hot, just room temperature. They don't toast the bread like you ask. They charge you for something and you don't get it.The manager Brea was rude whenever I try to bring up the issues. Their restaurant is always dirty. I have to wipe off my own table. And I saw another person do it as well so I guess that's what's the customers are supposed to do. The guy behind the counter making the food is incompetent and just go through the motions. He can't speak or address a issue you have. Won't be returning.
I have been coming to this location for about 6 months now. The staffs are friendly, but that doesn’t equal to good service. For some reason they always seem to let the coffee run out.
Came in today for a bowl of regular Mac & a cup of broccoli cheddar soup. The lady on the register was in the corner talking to a friend ignoring the fact that there were people in line waiting, so she greets and says “Hey, wassup what can I get for you”? Def not correct customer service standards for any job! I’m just making it home, and realized she completely rung my order up wrong! So I didn’t receive what I asked for, nor did I get a receipt. My mistake for not checking before I left. But I def won’t be returning to this location!
Came with my mom for her birthday and the cashier gave us poor service. I was trying to order us 2 meals and we only received one on a single plate. In the middle of trying to order the cashier wanted me to buy her Labubu??? then complained that I confused her with my order after I declined?? We just asked for 2 sandwiches. Ruined our night.
This location had the worst customer service. I walked in there with my elderly mother to get her some soup and the young lady working behind the counter couldn’t even speak to us. We walked up and said hello, and all she did was wave. I looked at her again and I said hi and she still didn’t say anything so I figured OK fine. My mother who just had surgery that is on a full liquid diet asked the young lady behind the counter, if they had any type of shakes, she blatantly looked at her and said no. My mom kind of smiled back and said no, like with disappointment and the girl looked at her with aggression and said NO. she looked at one of her coworkers and said do we make milkshakes and her coworker just looked and said no. Honestly making a joke out of it so my mother ordered soup. I couldn’t even hear her because she was talking so low and after I said, I’m sorry excuse me because I couldn’t hear her she spoke to me in Spanish. which I don’t have a problem with, but I just felt she was being very rude about it. She had no customer service whatsoever, and neither did the other woman that was behind the counter with her. As we were leaving the restaurant, one of the employees was also leaving at the same time and saw my mother behind her as she was walking out the door and just walked out and basically let the door close on my elderly mother. I will never go back to this location again because their service is horrible. To the young girl that was standing behind the counter Wednesday, August 20 about 3 PM please do Yourself a favor and go find another job. Go find a job that you don’t have to work the public because you have no customer service whatsoever.
This location is awful. I just ordered a soup and salad. I open my bag to double check my food and I have no bread for my soup. Danny says “sorry”. Then I notice my Cesar salad has different cheese on it. They are out of Parmesan and instead of asking if it’s okay, he decided to put feta, which I don’t eat. He then remakes it and says “sorry”, I look at the salad and there’s no dressing. Just ridiculous and incompetent. They will never get my business. I feel awful for everyone ordering today to just get home or to work and find everything is incorrect! The whole restaurant looks dirty and dingy.
Poor customer service by the manager in duty on 09/02/22. She is a poor representation of the Panera Bread Brand. I purchased a bowl that I saw on a picture next to the register. The cashier told me this was a Baja bowl. The picture showed chicken, avocado, quinoa, tomatoes etc. I told him I would take that bowl. He told me there was no yogurt dressing, I told him that was fine, I'd take it without. On getting home, I realized that the bowl had little to no avocados, not a problem. I have avocados at home so I added some avocadoes. I started to eat and realized that there was no chicken in the bowl. I called the store and asked for the manager, and try to explain to her that I ordered a Baja bowl but it had no chicken. She said do I have a receipt, I told her I did not but I had the to go ticket and the card that I paid for the item with. I tried to explain to her that I did not know the bull did not come without chicken because the cashier did not explain that to me. The picture that I saw showed a bowl complete with avocado chicken and the fixings. So needless to say I assume that's what came in the bowl cuz I was not told otherwise. Instead of her just apologizing and say in the future I will discuss this with my staff and ensure this does not happen again. She proceeded to argue with me about what I said and what I did not say. I do not care about the bowl being incorrect because mistakes can happen...what I cared about was how rude she was and how quickly she was dismissive. And hung up the phone. To the manager, you are in the service industry....provide better customer service and represent your brand better. Listen to your customers... listen to understand.
