Nice! Hot food prepared as requested! Burgers and fries were great & milkshakes were over the top.
This location has been my go to for a long time. Thank you to the team and management. A nice woman helped me on the phone, and Nilo got my order out to me! I enjoyed my chili cheese coney!

9pm late dinner 2 word "good and HOT." We had a #1 with fries and watermelon slush and 2 medium root beers. The burger and fries were hot. The slush had just enough flavor and the root beer float quinched our thirst. And we got a coupon 4 a free RT 44 if we complete an online survey. :)
I tried the smash burger. It was a lot better than expected. I would recommend it if you are in the mode for a good cheese burger
I truly love Sonic!❤️ The food is always on point. 🥳My family and I had the best experience we've ever had at a Sonic because of our server Isabella. She was so busy and yet kept a smile on her face the whole time. 😁Very professional and attentive. We'll continue to come. The only negative I would give is the lack of care of the gardens. Sonic is next to Chick-fil-A which has extremely high standards. In comparison Sonic doesn't seem to care at all about the atmosphere it provides for its customers.☹️
The food here is good and consistent. Mostly though we go for the Route 44 drinks we like and choose some food items to go with it. I like a Diet Coke, easy ice, with extra vanilla flavor. Staff are always pleasant and sometimes personable. We give tips because they seem to always be on their feet. I haven't encountered an employee with a bad attitude. There have been minor mistakes (such as forgetting to add the vanilla), but that was possibly overlooked in the kitchen. We always order using the app, which allows payment including tip. One drawback is that the restroom has to remain locked, but that's certainly understandable.
Dirty Cup only issue. Fast, less than 2 minutes during busy hour. Navaeh went over my order, had napkins to clean the cup. Employee looked happy even in this bipolar weather. Someone parked in stall next to me almost hit me back in out but I think they just didn't know how to park.
Food is fine enough but I asked for extra bacon. I did not get the extra bacon and I was still charged so I increased the price of my bill for nothing. Because this is drive-through and I don’t know it until I get home, it is crucial for them to get the order right the first time. I just have to settle for a review.
We haven't been to a Sonic in a very long time because we don't go to fast food restaurants, except for Chick-fil-A. We wanted a burger, so decide to run to Sonic real quick, & now we know why we haven't been there in a very long time. The flavor was good, but there were no tomatoes on it, just lettuce & a couple pickles. I don't like cheese or onions on my burgers, but I do like lettuce & tomatoes on them. I asked for mustard on my burger, & they put Mayo on it. I ordered fries, & they were barely warm, so I had to pop them in the microwave. They have changed their fries, & I wasn't impressed. They were pretty bland. The girl who brought us our order was nice, & we tipped her very well. As for our dinner, I doubt we'll be visiting a Sonic again.
Excellent shakes the food was good. ***UPDATE*** Went and sat for 20 minutes possibly more waiting for someone to come out moved spots twice and nobody ever still came out and there was really no more than seven cars total in the parking lot on both sides. Very disappointed and a little aggravating because some of the window drive-ins were broken but yet had nothing saying or indicating that it wasn't working. This crew must be lazy on the shift.
I don’t complain much, but when the server doesn’t even try to give you the correct amount of change back, don’t expect a tip. I’m not a penny pincher by any means, but you short changed me today. You would have gotten all the change back, had it been correct. I tip based of politeness, appearance and integrity. Unfortunately this is my view of your entire facility. Not the first time it’s happened. Maybe theirs a coin shortage and I’m just a jerk!!!
I've gone here a few times recently and there has been something wrong with my order EVERY SINGLE TIME. The food takes too long, they give me a single patty on a double cheeseburger, don't read modifications, add blue coconut to a drink that just needs regular coconut (on multiple occasions, once even in the same trip) and I have to press the button to remind them that I am waiting on food, because they forget! Either find a different sonic to go to, or go somewhere else, don't bother coming here!
I cant being to explain how many times i get up to this sonic and the service is just not there. Today was a last for me with this particular store. Schedule says they are open at 6, i arrived at 630. They let me know before i even ordered anything that they are not ready yet, every thing was cold so they can not make any food just yet.... All the meantime they have a VERY BUSY and SMOOTH operating competitor in ChicFila right next door. Its like they are basically saying hey yes we say we are open at 6, but we are really here to help Chic Fil A with more people not us. Go there please since they also open at 6 and seem to be able to serve food right at 6. Im done with this Sonic. Good luck to everyone else who trys it.
I waited 15+ minutes… for the WRONG order! On top of that the lady who brought the drinks could not let me know which drink was what. If I’m going to wait that long for shakes and service I expect them to be correct and to at least know what each drink is.
I was at the Pearland, Texas Sonic location. The address is 10101 Broadway Street. I had ordered the number 12 combo. Was consisted of crispy tenders five piece, price in a medium Dr Pepper. It was the worst that I have ever tasted of any Sonic that I go to. I spent almost $11 and the food was real tough and hard to chew. I'm surprised that I didn't choke on it. I will never return to that location again.Sincerely, Liz
The blasts are terrible and have gone down in quality, literally felt like my cup was filled with whipped cream, and it was 7 dollars, for a watered down milkshake.... they definitely cheaped out on their blasts, just go to DQ. I recorded the video after putting it in the freezer and as expected it was still not thick, the formula is so bad, it's like it's air and whipped cream instead of actual icecream. Such a waste of money
Placed a pick up order, waited 20 mins to receive the food order. Had to get in the line to tell them I’ve been waiting on the order i placed, they finally bring the other and they gave me no sauces for the chicken fingers and the wrong drink!! Service is always extremely slow, won’t be returning to this location!!
Ordered 2 drinks and waited 45 min. After 25 I called again and they said they didn’t put it in. Waited another 20 min and just left cause I didn’t see me getting those drinks any time soon. Wasn’t even busy pwople next to me were pulling in and getting there orders and leaving while I was waiting for my 2 Dr peppers. Love sonic but never going back.
10.21.2022 @3:00PM We were in stall #6 for at least 20 mins and no one ever came on the speaker to take our order so we left! We were being patient because it was busy, but then most of the cars left so we realized they were either overlooking us or the speaker didn't work. The screen was blank but there wasn't an out-of-order sign on it like there was on another one.
Horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible these people don't care about customer service very rude fix your food any kind of way horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible this establishment needs a new franchise owner will never return again Make you wait a very long time for your food and it's cold as ICE... Been waiting for over 10 minutes to order in the walk up. When I asked the server if he could take my order, he was rude as hell. He told me to sit and wait. After another 10 minutes or so I decided to leave. Bad service, I will never come again... This is the rude guy, locked right at me and still no service... what a joke!!! Sonic please do better.
