Food took 17 minutes to get to my car. Ordered a number 19. Croissant Ham was good and tater tots tasted old. Was told sorry for the wait. We're short staffed. We live in an age where that excuse is being overkilled. My time is more valuable than your excuses. Sorry to be blunt.

I ordered three drinks and a sonic burger. Everything was great except for the Drinks were full of ice to the point where my cups were stiff I did not ask for extra extra ice that’s ridiculous I didn’t notice until I was already heading home and my drink was empty. Open my cup and it’s still full of ice. What a rip off $3/$4 drinks and it’s all ice.

Tater tots tasted of stale oil, chicken strips were rubbery and dry like they've been under a heat lamp too long. No cherries in my cherry limeade. :-(

Not impressed with them they said machines are down and wanted me to drive to an atm to pull out cash at 7:30 pm? Bank is closed so I said no! They went back and tried again and it worked. Anyways the whole thing was a waste of my time. They made the poor carhop run back and forth like 4 times. The manager should be more professional and come out to visit with me next time!

Ordered a strawberry cream sprite with coconut & LIGHT ICE. Drinks were packed to top with ice. When we asked them to remake it they only put very little strawberry with sprite. We told them it wasn’t the same drink & she had attitude said mix the drink to see strawberry: so we left: they’re sorry! Definitely won’t be going back there. If you hate your job get. New one

It's definitely the worst service of any Sonic I have ever been to. I usually won't stop here because it takes a minimum of 5 minutes before they take your order. Only 5 cars on lot. I will drive across town because that Sonic is way better!!

0/10 We order our food, 1 full meal & 3 different sandwiches with a side of fries. The person who I believe was the manager was super rude & short with us when taking our order. Once we received the order we got two of the same sandwiches & missing one. (We never got a receipt for our meal like we usually would) We pressed the button to say we were missing a sandwich & again the person who answered was rude we mentioned we were missing a sandwich they send a person out telling us the grills were off (mind you other people had pulled up and were still receiving food after they told us they couldn’t give us our sandwich) they told us we could come back tomorrow we said we couldn’t come back tomorrow because we are on a roadtrip hours from this sonic & he proceeded to say he didn’t know how refunds worked so he left & another person came back with our money but we’re very dismissive. Overall it was bad lol but we did get our refund, I just didn’t understand the attitude from the workers when all we wanted was food lol.

Ordered 2 mini blasts, one oreo and one cookie dough. They put little to no cookie dough in it and both were very runny. Told them there wasn't hardly any cookie and they gave us a few more chunks. Would not recommend for ice cream. However everything else is usually good.

Just got the BBLT because it looked so good on the commercial and I'm very disappointed 😞 the bacon is so burnt and dry. Guess I'm just having the LT and bun for dinner
