Did not go in (drive thru) experience was good with very quick service. Ordered 2 the (two for 6.99) deal fish & cheeder, but without the cheeder. All who ate the sandwiches were very satisfied and glad that I put a (hold the cheeder) request on my whole order.

Order through the app which was actually very pleasant. I had a chicken bacon Swiss and crinkle fries. The sandwich was great, hot n fresh, the fries....not so much fresh. I can tell I didn't get the freshest batch for a mobile order which I arri ed about 7 mins after ordering. Front order taker was nice as well.

[6/1/2022][$8] We ordered a Wagyu burger, and it had some good beefy flavor to it but not enough to call it a wagyu burger. If you ever had a Wagyu steak, you know what I mean. However, it was a good tasty $6 burger and are better than the whopper or the big Mac. Their are on par with in-n-out burger level or premium burgers. You need to try out a Wagyu steak for yourself to get an accurate comparison. You can get A5 Wagyu steak from Costco for $100 per pound. They are very worth it. Wagyu steaks are amazing as they are hyped on there Internet. This restaurant was very clean, spacious, well organized, and well run. When we visited, the restaurant didn’t have any diners.

The sandwich was wrapped improperly. Everything was falling out of the sandwich. If you hate your job please quit. Don’t just do anything so you can finish you job fast.

Great food and service. Staff was really fast. However the men’s restroom has no stall around the toilet. Which caused me to lock the door. So if someone had to wash their hands or use the urinal. They’d have to wait till I’m done. Just saying.

We arrived at prime time to find the lobby closed. We wanted to dine in but at 8 pm the doors were locked. And although an employee walked by the door a couple times, they did not attempt to let us in or provide an explanation of why they locked their doors early when the sign on the door clearly stated the dine in option was open till 10 pm.

How can you be out of Roast Beef at 7pm at night!? Seriously! Went through drive thru and was told 10-12 minutes then get to window to hear the cashier say the shake is really runny and proceeds to fill the glass anyway. I ordered a shake not milk. Ask for no whip cream and puts it on anyway and comes to the window and says it will now be 30-40 minutes. Wow! No thanks. Will not be back ever! How can you not have ANY roast beef? That’s all you sell! Still smh

The customer service preferably the managers at this location a horribly. I have visit this location twice in one week and have had bad experience with managers preferably a manager named Patty . I tried to explain to her My issue with my order and I was directed by an manager over the phone who call me and apologize to go back in the store to have my sandwich replaced she was very rude and disrespectful and refuse to do so as if I was trying to get something for free. I called the number The district manager called me from and spoke to another employee and then some manager took the phone from the young man and refused to give me her name and hung up the phone on me. I hope that Arby's does something about these managers and the attitude and very unprofessional how they deal with customers and say it again paying customers I would like an apology from these managers Hi I'm treated it's not about the money.

Sunday afternoon 1pm. No one else was in the restaurant. The two employees I could see in the kitchen ignored me at first. Then finally one of them walked up to the register. I ordered 4 of the Arbys Roast Beef and Cheddar to go. I got Cold roast beef dry bread and no cheddar. No more Arbys.

***This was at 9pm ish at night I was the 2nd car there, when I pulled up to order the lady working there said, “Order when you’re ready”. So you would think you’re allowed to look at the menu before you decide. But 2 sec later she chimes up again and goes, “what do you want to order,” I then had to ask her to give me some time. I order a smokehouse brisket meal with curly fries and strawberry lemonade and a half pounder beef and cheddar sandwich (just the sandwich). She decided even tho there is NO ONE behind me. She’s going to give me stale fries topped with fresh ones so I don’t realize until later when I leave. Also gives me TWO slices of brisket and stacks it high with Onion rings instead. I don’t even know if she actually gave a half pounder roast beef and cheddar I got nothing to weight it with I haven’t been to Arby’s in years, this was my first time back. But I sure as hell know a $13 brisket sandwich meal further increase +3.50 (which she gave a “regular” size that looks like a small, like it’s a cup for a kids meal) better have more than TWO god damn slices of brisket on it. Oh best part of all she did all this while smiling haughty like she just played the best joke only I thought she was being nice. First time coming back and the last time I’ll be coming back. I attached the picture of the smokehouse brisket sandwich I got. The beef and cheddar sandwich cut in half and the drink i received. ALL THIS FOR $24!!! Save yourself the anger, disappointment and waste of money, hit up a firehouse subs.
