This is my go to McDonald's because it's the closest to home. I've never had a problem here. My food order is always correct and the ice cream machine is always working lol.

So when I do go to this Mc. Donald’s the food is pretty good. Nicely hot and ready to eat down to the fries. But two days ago when all I got were fries, they tasted as if they’d been fried twice and then sat to sit for a while and then put in a microwave to reheat and given to me to eat. It didn’t taste like it usually does but it was just that one time so we’ll see what happens next time. And inside @night isn’t the cleanest.

They can never get an order correct and always rush you out of the drive thru window, acting like checking it for one second is a waste of their time. Too busy not focused on work and fooling around rather than doing a simple job of expoing correctly. It’s not hard. Good thing is the one on 441 is an extra minute away from me but at least my order comes out correct and the staff over there are on it otherwise.

This location has managers with attitudes that are unwarranted, and those same managers customer service skills are completely lacking. Terrible customer service. Arrived 15 minutes prior to 4 am. Was told system was rebooting and it would take around 10 minutes. Decided to wait at the order speaker. Employee stated that i should move my vehicle since they are closed. Manager came out and stated the same thing saying it would take longer. I decided to wait and the manager thought it would be a great idea to call the police for me waiting at the speaker to order. They came and went as nothing transpired. Terrible management.

I ordered a QPC using my rewards points & purchased a Medium French Fries at this McDonald's location on October 28th Sequence #: MCBJPWN89KWB9P25. The French Fries was cold & soft. Further, the QPC was slightly warm. Sometimes a batch of fries might not be its freshest but at least it might be a little warm. This order was far from that level of freshness as typified by eating at a McDonald's. I had opened case #: 34395335 regarding this matter.

i ordered a cheeseburger through doordash and they gave me a burger with no meat. first time this has ever happened to me in my entire life. only refunded me $2. no idea what would possess someone to do this. lesson learned. this is the last time i ever order from this location.

Learn how to wrap your burgers better. Cashier has a miserable expression. Hire better people man. Manager who gave the food at the window has a cool personality. But damn you people need better workers who actually care for their jobs. This place used to have happy workers and good service but the service and food quality at this location has gone downhill.

Never have I ever came to this location and got the correct order. Not exaggerating. Do not go through the drive through line. They will make you park on the side, bring out cold food with incorrect/missing items, then you’ll have to go inside or back in the line to get your order corrected. They are awful. The worst location of any fast food restaurant I’ve ever experienced. And I feel bad for the kids who work there and probably get cursed out often — it’s a management problem. The management here is AWFUL and completely unapologetic for any issues. This is not a McDonalds issue. It is an issue specifically with this location. It should be shut down tbh. Awful service. Terrible management. Rude employees.

UPDATE: 11/2021. Ordered a Big Mac, went home and this is how I got my burger. 3 pieces of bread and 2 patties. Nothing else. Is this supposed to be funny? Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeee avoid this place. Just when I try to give them yet another chance, they continue to fail. How can you continue to get this wrong? And the person that made this sandwich should be ashamed. Just went there again...still got my order wrong...100% to go...NOT!!! This place is sooo bad. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This McDonald's gets our order wrong 100% of the time. That is NOT an exaggeration. Food is always missing. Just tried ordering with online app. Took longer and guess what? They got it wrong again. The fries were old, meat was dry and the buns hard. Called about missing food and they take your name and number instead of refunding on the app. It's really easy to take the money with the app but seems to be real hard to put it back. Only thing good is that many (but not all) of the people that work there are very nice. Calling is useless. I don't want a free burger. I just want my food correct.
