I've been having Panda Express for about 6 years now and it's is pretty consistent. It's not exactly "Chinese food" BUT the food is actually better than most Chinese food places around town. Facility is always clean, kids usually love it and I've never had an issue, plus the prices are pretty good too! Solid Franchise.

I enjoy coming to this location, they give decent portions, food was freshand the atmosphere is nice. Very clean. I wanted to thank Katia, for giving me friendly service, and making great suggestions. She suggested Beijing beef and I loved it. Will be coming back again. My wife and I would like to thank Katya for her kind attention. We love ordering from Panda Express because the food is consistently good. on this occasion, we tried placing an online order, but our usual entrees weren't available. I called the restaurant directly and Katya politely explained that occasionally when they are running low on a particular item and the store is nearing closing time, some items are removed from the online menu. Katya was able to help us get our desired entrees by keeping an eye out for our order. It's always such a nice surprise to come across people that are genuinely helpful and go out of their way to provide exceptional service, like Katya!

One of the best panda expresses I’ve visited out of dozens. Compliments to the chefs who prepared the delightful food. The fried rice was still slightly moist and not too dry, and all the dishes were reduced and coated perfectly in a rich sauce. Yes there was a bit of a wait, but it’s fresh and I’d rather have a healthy, preservative free meal, that doesn’t make my tum tum ache. Absolutely amazing with a high attention to detail and service with a smile. Highly recommend!

Came here early and surprisingly it wasn’t as packed as I though it would be. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. I got a plate for myself with fried rice and orange chicken with Beijing beef. The combinations was sweet and savory. Panda has yet to fail me in quality and service.

I’m giving this location five stars. I read some of the comments below and I want to share my experiences here. Food, the food is good and flavorful, that’s why customers keep coming back. Not to mention it’s an open kitchen and customers see the food being prepared. Also, they cook with fresh ingredients because the refrigerator is within the kitchen (customers can see it from the line). I know most customers would appreciate that. Speaking for myself only, if I order something and before eating’ notice something might be wrong with it, I won’t continue to eat it. I’ll kindly communicate and inform the company hoping to find a replacement or solution. Service, The customer service is good, no complaints. I did have two experiences where my online/pick up order was slightly incorrect. Realistically, that’s not enough for me to leave a negative review. Instead, I kindly asked the staff for a solution. They did it for me and were very generous about it! When communicating with any employee that provides a service it’s only human to ask politely not rudely. Atmosphere, the lines speak for itself. This company does very well, if they didn’t they wouldn’t have ppl lined up every hour of their business day. Believe me, if they run out of chow mein, ppl wait for the next batch! and staff the informs the customers when it will be ready. One bad review doesn’t justify every experience or takeaway from the good experiences that customers have. Thank you PE!

Really really good food. We have been twice now and enjoyed it both times. It has a great view across the street and a dog park (Chewy). I definitely recommend and we will be back. Service is quick and efficient, food is fresh, decently clean dining area given volume they see.

Angela and Marie were both the absolute sweetest. I came from a nearby fast food place after receiving a rude and hostile customer experience, these ladies were so kind and welcoming to me even ten-fifteen minuets before close. Thank you so much!

I heard they had a new entree, The Sizzling Shrimp so I had to try it out. It was tasty, wasn't that spicy. Had to get the Honey Walnut Shrimp so yum! I was feeling noods so I got the chow mein. I never tried their Rangoons so I added that on too. Yummy but I wish it had some crabmeat in it! I wish their containers were bigger so they can hold more shrimp! Everything was pretty good tho! I always liked panda express. Food is not expensive and good for the price. People are not allowed to sit and eat inside due to COVID guidelines. Good food selection. Giving it 4 stars because it's super loud inside and employees could barely hear/understand what I was asking, and one of them looked confused when I asked to put mushroom chicken in a separate little box to make it a big plate.

yesterday I purchased a pizza for a family member online when I went to pick it up there was no wait it was no one in the store however the pie crust was burnt so I'm a little disappointed that such I think that happened considering it was not a busy evening concerned about the chef and his preparation time please look into

Panda Express is always a delight to get. My wife and I overall enjoy the food because it's delicious and texture is amazing. What's really getting to me is over the past few years the portion size just isn't the same from early to mid-2010s. They have signs on their serving counters to be very specific with the size of the scoops.

Atmosphere: The place looked clean including the dining area. The drink station was well kept. The serving area was clean but cluttered with so many orders. Very pleasant overall Service: The service could have been better. Why aren’t paying customers allowed to try a sample of something? I wanted to try something new but went with the same old because I was told rudely no samples are allowed. If I’m paying $20+ on food, a sample of one piece of chicken should be allowed. Absolutely ridiculous, even Chipotle will give you a sample. Service wasn’t great as two of the three workers I encountered had an attitude. Food: The food was what I expected and I enjoyed it. Will I return? Maybe.

I ordered two rice bowls, one with sweet/sour fried chicken, and shrimp with some kind of nut and two chicken egg rolls. The rice didn'thave much flavor, the meat was good. The egg rolls were ok. I also ordered teriyaki chicken, it tasted like it was going bad, and upset my stomach. The ladies that were there were so nice and curtious. I went in and left at no time.

Very nice and relaxing inside and they have a N outdoor patio as well for outside dinning. Very clean and most of the staff was warm and welcoming. Usually get the bowl where you can pick rice or noodle or you can have both, and 1 choice of meat. If you’re hungry you can get a plate which you can get two sides and two meats. I recommend the honey sesame chicken over rice and noodles.

This is a great location. Since we are Pescatarians we only get the seafood. Most of the time it is shrimp. Their portions are very good and the food is flavorful. The staff is always friendly and they make sure your order is exactly as you order it. The line can sometimes get long but it moves quickly. I only give three stars for the following reason: the website has multiple shrimp options but the location had just one. They seem to cater to meat eaters with a plethora of options but for Pescatarians we have only a few options.

I had ordered from this location several months ago and it was fantastic. This time I was very disappointed with my meal. The rice was tasteless and the Beijing beef didn't have the texture of beef. The sweetfire chicken was ok but that is not what I had come for. I was expecting the same quality I had the previous time and it was no where close. It was very crowded so maybe it was just a bad night?

Long time standing in line. I counted 7 employees on the cooking and serving line. Seemed like forever to place my take out order and have them fill the order. Slowest workers I've ever come across. I've ordered there on 3 occasions with the same labor issues. I will say, the meals are inexpensive. One huge issue is they don't have a menu posted to allow you to formulate your order while you wait in line fighting to stay awake.

I went to get some food, like I do every Sunday. I asked for a small drink and the cashier said they don't have small. Then I pointed to it. It appears that they wanted me to only get medium or large drinks. After that I realized I wasn't given a fortune cookie which they always give. I went and asked for my fortune cookie and I was told they don't give fortune cookies anymore. Last, on the bill they overcharged me because I always get the same thing so I know the price. I won't ever go to that location since it seems they are trying to up sell me. I realized its probably not the workers fault , its probably the corporate. UPDATE: I said I wouldn't come to this location but I moved jobs and been coming again. Recently I haven't experienced the issues I brought up in my earlier post. I feel this location fixed the issues I encountered before.

Although food is usually hot and good, service is mainly slow. Which isn't always the fault of the servers because customers take forever to make there selection. I think the set up of the food needs to be changed to become more efficient, I never wait that long at places like Chipotle etc. So there has to be an issue with the set up.

Lines are too long. Suggestion to the manager, you need to plan for a better way of spitting your staff for take out orders and the guests that are on the line. The waiting time is 4x as much due to the mess you're creating by having your same servers do both at once. This is outrageous and is creating people to walk out on you. I strongly urge for you to make it a much easier process for us all. Time is money! Some of us can't afford staying on a line for 40 minutes due to lack on your behalf on planning. The food is good.

I love there food. Its very good. The lines vary at times you can walk in to a line and two minutes later its empty. I love Tania she made a positive impression on me with her friendliness and her customer service skills, she is on point. Malou and Marie are also super friendly however the cashier not so much. I wont mention her name however i mentioned her service skills to management and hope she can be retrained. Everyone needs a job and a second opportunity. Her hat was low on her face, she didn't say hello, she even went to break and as i was leaving i held the door for her and she didn't even say thank you. She pulled out her phone during business hours. My rating is based only on her poor service skills management should hurry and retrain, i do however enjoy this facility. Its clean and up kept even there serving line is kept maintained.

2 stars only cause the food was good. Marie’s attitude could be fixed. I took a 10 minute walk to get food from here. When I got my food, I was 14 cents short and I said I’ll come back for my food if she saves it to the side. I walked back to my work, got the 14 cents and walked right back to the Panda Express just to find out she threw my order away. She looked in the trash can and laughed. Instead of fixing her mistake, a different employee fixed me a plate. I paid her and she was still giving me attitude for no reason. I was unsatisfied with the service.

I used to go to this spot frequently. However now the food here has really gotten drier and drier to the point where it's unedible. Upon my last visit the veggies were barely steamed and the honey sesame chicken is over cooked and crunchy l. It's clear the oil levels aren't being checked and neither are the cooks.

It’s despicable how the servers make you feel like you are begging for the food, I am paying for food man! Give me a reasonable portion. And the the server in the food line have a nasty attitude because she’s asked to separate the shrimp from the meal because of allergic reasons. We have to treat each other better.

The lady who took our order was impatient and a little rude. She may not think she's coming off as standoffish, but she is. I understand having a line and wanting to get through it quickly, but if it's at the expense of the persons experience who's right in front of you, there's no point.. that's not efficient. First time, not the best first impression.

I ordered online to avoid standing indoors. My order was incomplete when I arrived. They asked for 3 min. After 8 minutes a little old lady came out and pulls a tray of frozen wonton out from under the cabinet. When I asked for my food, Ms. Sophia ignored my request for my food and to have the bill adjusted. She raised up 2 fingers to let me know it would only be 2 more minutes. I explained the rest of my food is getting cold waiting for 3 wonton. I just wanted my food. A manager came around and said she would just put it back on my card...and they did TY!

I understand all the "post covid" effect. The shortage in staff, the increase of costs etc. But when it comes to Customer Service quality...I got upset. Yesterday, I went to Panda Express located in 1740 N University Drive, Plantation FL. As usual, the place is full (good for them) But I am bringing with me relatives that came from out of the country and I could choose ANY other restaurant in South Florida....but I chose my favorite one. They are surprised with the place, they love the food appeal...but then here comes Ivy (or Yvi) the grumpy worker that is so ungrateful and forgetful about life 2 years ago...No jobs, no freedom, all locked up....but here she is looking annoyed to HAVE A JOB. We were deciding what to order (and we were not taking that long...I know better than that)...but in the rush she ended up giving the wrong order to my guest. I was trying to add more items to my order but her attitude of "hurry up" made me regret and just pay for the 4 plates and extras we ordered. Thank God...MARIA was the cashier and with her attitude and GOOD Customer Service made me smile and leave glad and hungry! The portions has been reduced in the plates...well, it is what it is...but the bad attitude of one employee definitely will make think twice to look for another branch or consider other options. And don't get me wrong....I love Panda Express!!

My first time ordering from Panda Express. My credit card company was offering a 20% discount on the online order. I ordered two 3 entree “Bigger Plates”both with the fried rice. The fried rice was a major disappointment. It was not fried sufficiently and was lacking any flavor. I will never order it again. I ordered 5 different entrees and a chicken egg roll. The egg roll was OK. The best of the 5 entrees was the Beijing Beef, followed by the String Bean Chicken Breast. I liked both and would order them again. I did not like the breaded items which included the Honey Walnut Chicken and Honey Sesame Chicken Breast. They were not good. I will not order them again. I also was not happy with the taste and texture of the Sweet Fire Chicken Breast. It sounded so good but did not live up to its description. I will never order this again. My pickup order was NOT ready when I arrived. One of the entrees had run out and the cook was making more. I did not mind waiting for a new batch of the String Bean Chicken Breast to be made. The workers worked well together. They were courteous and genuinely interested in helping the customers.

First and last time visiting this restaurant. The food was subpar, the portion size was small and I was overcharged a random fee (Chefs Creation $1.50) which I wouldn't have noticed had I not compared by receipt to my friends who ordered almost the identical thing. Imagine how many customers may have been charged who doesn't review their receipt.

I can say that I’m a little disappointed at the food. I’ve eaten Panda Express for years! And this location the meat seems not well cooked and rushed. The rice has no taste..Why is the meat mushy and soft? I’ve been to locations in Miami and West Palm beach and the food always tastes better and the meat thoroughly cooked. Plus In a regular Chinese/Japanese restaurant, they allow you to sample before you buy. And you can’t sample here anymore!!!! so if you don’t like the meat oh well! Cause they already made their money. Anyways I need to find a more authentic Asian food place cause this is not it!

Omg. I had 2 plates with my husband and I wanted the chicken and mushrooms and the string beans chicken. They were out of the string beans chicken so I ordered the double mushroom chicken, I had 3 pieces of chicken, all zucchini and very little mushrooms in an over salted sweet sauce. Best is I asked for a cup to have water and they do not allow that. Meanwhile they have a soda machine with ice and water. Are you kidding me the cup is less than a penny. You save less than $4.00 bucks getting the app. This is not a recommended place to go. Very unsatisfactory. Clearly did not know what to do with the reward on the App. We had to ask 4 employees.

Poor customer service placed am order for my mom thru door dash, the drive said his app crashed food couldnt be delivered then I was told but PE employee he brought the food back, it was thrown out and the order was cancelled. After going back and forth with me about the order not being canceled because it kept rerouting my driver. Instead of them just looking for the ticket remake the order she continued to tell me my order was cancelled. I ended up having to cancel the order and place a whole new order

Panda Express - Falling Short on Expectations As a regular at Panda Express, I often find solace in the comforting Orange Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken, and rice. These dishes are usually characterized by generous portions and fulfilling taste, which keeps me coming back. Today, however, I decided to branch out from my usual and try the Pepper Steak, given my extra appetite. Unfortunately, the outcome was a far cry from what I usually expect from Panda Express. The portion size, usually ample and satisfying, was shockingly underwhelming. The dish arrived, and to my surprise, it was much less filled than any other time I've ordered. The disappointment is especially harsh considering the high expectations I've come to associate with Panda Express. I hate to say it, but today's experience was a letdown. It's a reminder that consistency is key, and there's always room for a business to slip up, even one I've come to trust and enjoy. Today, I was left hungry and unsatisfied - a solid two-star experience. Panda Express, I hope you take this feedback and work towards more consistent experiences for your loyal patrons.

Ordered mobile for pickup told the employee my name and that I had literally just ordered so I know I need to wait a little. My order comes out I tell the other staff member (dark skinned girl with box braids) that’s my order for “ Danielle” she then acted as if she didn’t want to give it to me as if I’m lying about being myself…and asked me to verify the order number or the phone number…mind u I just changed my number and dont know it by heart. So if my phone was dead…they just weren’t going to give me my own order? Just to open the plate and the teriyaki chicken was dry and had little to no chicken in the cub meal. Also I went into the bathroom and it looked like a horror scene from the 1960s with filth.

My husband ordered food from Habit next door so I decided to go to Panda express. There was only 4 people in the restaurant and 2 were waiting to order. I walked around to see the full food case some items of food looked like they had been sitting for a while so I asked to try the orange chicken. I was told they don’t do samples. Unless I haven’t been to a Chinese restaurant in a while like this only they normally let you try the protein. Now I don’t know if people are getting full off a small piece of chicken on a toothpick. But I consider it poor customer service. I just left I only wanted to make sure it wasn’t hard & dried out from the heat lamps. But no worries! Will not be returning.. I get better service at Jade flower cheaper and closer to real Chinese food. It’s a Sunday afternoon after church maybe my business doesn’t matter to them. Poor service and if that’s from management, even worst then.

Viste este lugar hace un tiempo atrás y para aquel entonces era casi 5 estrellas en todo...hoy mi experiencia fue pesima... la comida mal elaborada.. no habia servilletas..y el papel de baño se utilizaba como servilletas y no había papel de baño en el baño...las mesas sucias.. I saw this place a while back, and back then it was almost a 5-star hotel in every way... today my experience was terrible... the food was poorly prepared... there were no napkins... and the toilet paper was used as napkins, and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom... the tables were dirty...

For almost $10 a plate, the food portion should not be the same as ordering a bowl. Then to have the audacity to charge an extra $1.50 additional for the portion I should've had in the first place is laughable. This place is slowly running down and the negative reviews reflects that.

Awful customer service from employees and manager! Although closing time is 9:30. They had stopped cooking and more than half the trays of food were gone at 9:25. Half the kitchen was clean. They really close at 9:00. Management should do something about them closing early. The manager that worked on 7/22/21 at night should be fired. They deserve no stars

I order online( they’ve recently removed this location from being able to order online) and go pick up my food. There was one occasion where I ordered thru the app. Went to go pick up the food and was advised that the my did not receive my order and basically told me I was out of luck. Another occasion I didn’t order online and went inside to order. Women behind food was just standing there, didn’t get a hello or how can I help you or anything. Just standing there scooping chicken. I’ve never been to Panda Express and just started going and this place was sweet but now it’s sour chicken... see what I did there? No? Okay I will move on. Not a pleasant experience for ya boy. Probably won’t be going back.

I stopped by a week ago and the new girl that works there adds a scoop of rice to my plate then she scoops some out and puts it back she did the same thing with the chicken! Is this what you guys trained her to do? That is ridiculous! Panda Express is always busy you cannot tell me you can’t afford to give a full scoop of rice. I went back in the other day and I had to walk out because I noticed her doing the same thing to the customer in front of me and while she’s removing a shrimp from the customer’s plate it falls into the chow mein 🙄 . I have a shellfish allergy and she picked the shrimp out of the noodle and didn’t remove the noodles that it fell on. She was too worried about making sure the customer didn’t get that extra shrimp ! I understand serving the correct portion but they need to invest in serving spoons that measure portions so the employees won’t have to add then later remove food from a plate they’re fixing for the customers!!!

The short haitian lady with the eyebrows, that was serving us is NASTY! I'm a black woman and my husband is hispanic. She didnt like us as soon as we walked in. I wanted a bowl with half rice and noodles . I notice that the portion was very small then normal so I said something. I asked her, if she can put a little more , she says thats enough for a bowl , with a attitude . I Didnt like her response so I turned around and left

Horrible food and worse customer service. Placed an order with UE, food arrived cold, soda flat, ice melted. There was hair in my chowmein. I ordered the big plate and got double beef and Broccoli, and orange chicken.. there was literally only Broccoli, not a single piece of beef... when I called the restaurant, the manager, Maria did not apologize, but instead tried to argue with me about there being no meat in my food... she ignored that there was hair in my food and seemed bothered by me calling to inform her of my experience.. I've ordered here many times since they opened and each time seems to be worse than the other. I will never be ordering from here again... called Corporate and they're aware about the complaints at this location and will be taking further action.

I love panda but the employees at this location quit cooking 1.5 hours before close and refuse to service anything besides basic orange chicken. They even run out of rice frequently! I used to come here often but will be giving my business to other locations or non chain Chinese which will happily accommodate food options. By the way they have 10 about employees!

Really upset because I love panda but this location dropped the ball big time. I placed an online order and get a text message 12 minutes later it’s ready so I make my way to the store. Not only was it NOT ready but they wouldn’t let me check the names on the orders on the pickup. But they weren’t calling names when the orders were finished. So you don’t call a name and I can’t check it? Cool. It took them 43 MINUTES AFTER they sent the text saying it was READY for my order to ACTUALLY be ready. I’m livid. I don’t normally get mad about food or orders but the way they handle online orders here is infuriating. Online is a convenience and they make it very inconvenient and frustrating unnecessarily

YALL REALLY GAVE ME A SINGLE SLICE OF BEEF IN MY BROCCOLI BEEF AND THOUGHT "OH YEAH THATS FINE"??? Yall really want that 3.8 stars to go even lower. I ordered beef broccoli, not broccoli with a hint of beef flavoring. I get the portions are smaller now, or maybe the employees are getting punished for making the customer happy, but a single piece of beef? You're crazy lol. Also fully expect them to ignore you when you walk up even if they're standing in front of you until they feel ready to serve you. Like what happened to "hey, I'll be with you in one moment"? But no keep scrapping the fried rice into the other pot and walk away and then come back to acknowledge me...

Horrible customer service at the university and sunset strip location. I placed an online order she presented to the resturant to pick up my food. Upon arrival to the counter no one greeted me in fact the cashier after taking care of a customer at the counter made eye contact with me and proceeded to fill the sauce buckets behind the counter never speaking to me. I proceeded waiting patiently (which was roughly 5 min) When another gentleman approached the counter she said hi to him and proceeded to assist him with ringing up his order. I this stated “ma’am u don’t see me standing here” the lady then stated someone wise will help you with your online order. I stated “so you don’t great me and state someone will be with me to help with online orders, you just ignore my presence help others without informing me” the cashier shrugged her shoulders ignored what I said and proceeded to help the gentleman. The gentleman (customer) apologized to me and stated “I’m so sorry about that” another lady then came up asked me my name and went to get my order. Without any eye contact or interaction with me she proceeded talking with another customer while handing me my food from the side while giving the other customer her undivided attention. I said proceeded to say “thank you” still no acknowledgment of me, no apology or even a “you welcome” they all informed me and I left feeling disappointed, hurt and unappreciated as a guest in the restaurant establishment and as a customer.

Do NOT order online from this place!!! I waited for an hour for my online order while I watched customer after customer walk in and get served quickly! Absolutely terrible service!

I usually receive mediocre service here but the one time I needed something more than my usual Panda Express combo all hell broke loose. One of my friends and I dined in and I wasn’t pleased with my food at all. I watched the long line get longer and longer so rather than spending my entire lunch date in a line to get a new plate I decided I would let the line die down a bit. I approached the leader on duty TANYA, she had her usual nonchalant resting face when I let her know the food wasn’t good. It was cold when I received it and I didn’t take more than two bites of it. The plate was in perfect condition, she told me because I threw the receipt away that she had to call Margarita, the store manager who was off duty. After 15 minutes in the corner she told me she doesn’t want to give me the money back. I said ma’am I’m not happy with the food, I’m sure there is something you can do without the receipt especially being that I dined in. She told me she reviewed the camera and assured that I was sitting in the restaurant for an hour so no refund and no remade plate. I had to go dig in the trash to retrieve the receipt. After doing so she didn’t even LOOK at the receipt she just issued the refund into my debit card. I also reminded her that her surveillance camera must have a glitch because according to the receipt we sat in for 20 minutes NOT an hour. Until Tanya is out of that store I will NEVER return.

I never thought that there could be this bog difference between stores in a fast food chain, but after my visit i know there is a huge one. The place was clean, people were nice,helpful and kind. But when tasted the meal… Compared to the one on 167 in north miami beach it was inferior. The pasta was dry, missed the proper spices, the shrimp was good, but the other entrees were also tasteless compared to the other store. Even if everything else was good at the store, I will not stop by no more. As we are not grazing: the taste is everything in food. So no more.

Not sure if this is a new thing or the lady lied to me but when i asked for orange chicken the lady gave me like five small pieces. Apparently I can only have “one scoop” of chicken on my food. They never said this before and the lady was very rude not even asking me if there was something else I wanted. Overall the food is good but terrible rookie employees.

Customer service was terrible. The person that was at the register had a stinking attitude I asked her for a spoon that was in the plastic. She gave me a spoon that was not even in the plastic they act like they couldn’t give me a spoon that was in the plastic they act like as if they’re the one that purchased. I asked the lady that was on the register to give me Coorprate’s number. She said she doesn’t know the corporate number. How are you working for a company that you don’t know the corporate number.

Went here for the first time tonight because I saw it on tik tok. Also visiting as a traveler so I knew nothing about it. The lady who took up our food had horrible service and didn’t explain the menu at all also was very rushy towards us. Something about two proteins so confusing….the food is okay not something to brag about the cashier’s service was nice and the atmosphere was busy but the interior is nice.

Not a good experience. I came in and stated that it was my first time in Panda Express and needed a little assistance . Im also on my lunch break. Im not sure what they serve so im walking around looking at my options, however as im looking in being literally rushed after I just stated that it’s my first time. I choose my first meat and two sides , got a wrong side bc im being rushed so now im like dang don’t get beef and beocolli with brocolli as a side (in my head). Andrea, the person serving me basically tells me to allow the next person to serve me, however when I pick my second meat and go to check out , I am charge an extra 1.25. I was not explained this, so I object and am told it’s because of the meat I selected. I asked for the meat to be put back because I have only 10 dollars left for lunch this week and THE ATTITUDE I COULD VISIBLY SEE WAS enough! FIRST the original server was impatient to someone who doesn’t even eat this food, I’m only here because I’m at work starting a new job. Now I’m going back to work extremely hungry and fatigued. Customer service needs to be better. How can you have a gripe with someone simply because they need a little more time than a regular would to find the food they want to spend THEIR money on? First and last visit, I am still hungry because I refuse to have such bad energy and customer service take my money. Nobody offered a teachable experience, no discount, no waive of the fee I wasn’t notified of & that’s just crazy. Do better. Y’all will not be getting any of my funds for food that is reviewed as subpar. Be for real now.

It is impossible to win at this location. If you come inside the wait is usually very long. Typically several items aren’t ready, especially noodles and teriyaki chicken, adding to the wait. If you order online it seems no one tries to plate the orders until you arrive. I ordered online and it was supposed to be ready at 3.15. I arrived at 3.20 giving them some additional time. The food wasn’t ready. I was told it was being made. They served 15 other people in line and didn’t start my order. I literally had to remind them and start complaining. I left at 3.45. On top of that Ninety percent of the staff is rude.

* the portion size is extra small! * they have "honey walnut shrimp" on the menu, but it has no walnuts in it! When I brought it to the server's attention the manager told me "i'm sorry for your inconvenience but the price will remain the same!" * i asked for a bigger plate and they purposely gave me smaller portion sizes for each entree. This will be my very last time coming to this establishment and I will be taking my business to better chinese restaurants in the future!

I always go to eat and normally after 9 I have to eat what is there, normally there is only orange chicken and rice, it is the only thing they sell you, and the employees say that they are not going to cook anymore because they are going to close in an hour and a half, I let it go once or twice but now I always have to eat what the employee tells me, not what I want to eat, according to Panda policies, if there is not something prepared, the customer decides whether or not to wait a while Plate, and I decided to wait and the employee told me that they couldn't cook anything else, the food was very old, it looked old, and she was upset because I ordered a plate and then I changed it for a bowl because they only had chicken a la orange and chicken with mushrooms

I will never order from this restaurant through Uber eat again. I ordered through Uber eat. For some reasons I received less items than the amount of items that I ordered and they charged me the same price for less amount of items that they chose to give me. What they did is that they modified my order by removing some items and kept the same price for less. That’s stealing. If by any chance I order from them I’ll expose them. I know what I’ll do to expose them. They found a way to modify my order making it impossible for me to prove that I ordered more than what it’s showing in their system.

i was ignored by store employees after standing in line for several minutes. there was a complete disregard of my presence as well as customers in front of and behind me bing addressed with a sense of urgency and excitement. please remember the store only succeeds if the customer needs are met, and no matter the circumstances all customers should be treated equally!

On May 18, 2024, I ordered a plate. In the teriyaki chicken was a thin, over an inch long bone that stabbed deep into my gum! I literally had a hard time pulling it out! I contacted the store manager immediately, along with a picture of the stabbing bone! I had to follow up until it got escalated to the corporate office! Jordan Nishida on 6/10/24 contacted me from incident date of 5/18/24. Claiming he received it on 5/31/24 and another department is to contact me. Also, as a courtesy, sending coupons. I NEVER RECEIVED THE COUPONS, NOR A CALL BACK! They could care less! I should have and may still sue them since I still have the bone!

I ordered an Orange Chicken bowl, to go. When I got home, they gave me a sad chicken breast, chopped with gristle and bone. Yummy? No...Barf! Embarrassing. Talk about a staff that doesn't care. The only reason I gave 3 stars was because the lady behind the counter was very nice. Wish I could say the same for the rest of this location.

On April 21st, 2025, around 5 PM, I went to the restaurant to grab some lunch, but the entire meal I bought was spoiled. I got home, realized it had gone bad, and went back within 30 minutes to get a different dish. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of not tasting the food before leaving again and the second dish was also spoiled. At that point, it was clear that most of the dishes on their menu had gone bad. There was only one thing I could’ve eaten, but because it was mixed with the rest, I couldn’t even enjoy that. SMH 🤦🏾‍♀️

You know it's really ridiculous. That you up the prices and reduce your food portions. It doesn't even fill up the container anymore it's like you reduce the portions by like 30%. I was getting food and I looked at it and she's like that's all I can give you and I was like put it all back it's not worth it anymore

Not worth it this plate cost me 12.50 because if you want premium food it’s 1.25 more lol I thought all the food was premium smh never again I will take a plate to god at the buffet next time

Ordered is Uber Eats and the order was packaged wrong. realized the order was packaged wrong. The box labeled eggplant tofu contained power greens 👎. The food was also lukewarm. Management please encourage employees to give the customer a premium item upgrade if something they ordered is not available. It would have been an easy attempt at a positive customer experience to include a free drink or another crab Rangoon serving as an apology for lacking an item that the customer orders. Disappointed and I will not recommend or patron this establishment again. This food was not fresh and must have been sitting for quite sometime beyond the appropriate food holding time.

Panda Express Disappointed and Done I never thought I would be writing a review on Panda but you guys need this whooping. Panda Express—you’ve officially lost a customer. Imagine this: you’re hungry, you’ve been looking forward to that beef and broccoli all day, you finally grab your order, get home, open the box… and it’s just greens and a sad little sprinkle of meat sitting on the side like it’s a garnish. For what you charge? It’s borderline insulting. We’re talking premium prices for dollar-menu portions. This isn’t a one-off mistake either—it’s becoming the norm. Skimpy servings, half-filled trays, and a total disregard for the customer experience. "Pollo Tropical" would never It feels like a bait-and-switch. The food photos show generous, saucy portions stacked high… but reality? Sparse meat, overcooked veggies, and enough broccoli to feed a village. This isn’t just a bad day—it’s bad business. Whether it’s carelessness, cutting corners, or just plain greed, it’s clear the focus is no longer on quality or value. And the worst part? No accountability. No effort to make it right. It’s false advertising, plain and simple. And for that, Panda Express—you’ve lost my trust, my money, and my appetite.

Just ordered from there a few days ago on doordash. I ordered an orange chicken bowl and noticed the chicken was a bit odd tasting and found a giant chunk while eating. The next day I had the worst food poisoning I ever had. Definitely do not eat at this location.

I went to Panda Express around 11:30 PM, which is still an hour and a half before closing. When I arrived, there were only two pieces of Honey Walnut Shrimp left, no Honey Sesame Chicken, and no Orange Chicken. When I asked how long it would take for more to be ready, I was told about six minutes. However, the employee helping me then asked the manager (a woman with long dark hair), and she said there was no more shrimp in the store and that they wouldn’t be making any more for the night. That was very disappointing — especially since the restaurant was still open for another hour and a half, and Honey Walnut Shrimp is one of the most popular menu items. It honestly felt like they just didn’t want to make another batch before closing. Also, if there was supposedly no shrimp left in the entire store, it makes no sense how they’d have it ready for customers the next morning. Overall, I left very disappointed with how the situation was handled. As a paying customer, I expected better service and food availability during open hours.

Ordered my food online for pick up they treated me as if I came to steal the meal even with proof of email. As if I made up my own name but I guess it’s the language barrier of Spanish speaking employees in a Chinese franchise restaurant.

I'm sorry but let me tell you I'm not coming back to the store the portions have gotten so small it's not even worth $11 anymore I literally see them counting the piece of chickens that are putting in to the plate that's a joke when you do something like that. Ordered off post mates I’ve eaten at this location plenty of times never had an issue . But this is horrible I’ve never seen the orange chicken look like this . It doesn’t even taste like chicken I opened the pieces up after one bite and it looks like dough tossed in orange sauce and spice their all the same shape like squares almost like nuggets never seen that I can’t even eat it because I don’t think these are even chicken very disappointing waste of money and very disgusted that this is what I was severed🤢
