The staff went above and beyond to help out us Brits with our purchase. They had a special hot chocolate on their menu and offered it as an upgrade for what I asked. The woman kindly said if I did not enjoy the product I could take it back. Unfortunately my order was made as a mocha and I am not too fond of coffee, luckily they were able.to replace my product with ease. The hot chocolate was a great addition to my croissant, a great way to start the day before we had to board the plane back to our home country.

I've ordered a coffee for drinking in, but it was served in a disposable cup. When I pointed to this, the staff offered to move the coffee to the ceramic mug, which wouldn't reduce the disposable waste that was already produced. So disappointing to see that happening in the restaurant network that cares about reducing waste, and provides tools for doing so.

WiFi doesn't actually work there and coffee is really medium for that price, there's so much better places in BCN!

This morning I ordered 2 drinks via Glovo and the drinks were half empty, each time I ordered via an app the drinks are not full

I ordered a bocadillo con jamon and received a multigrain bagel (which I didn’t order) with jamon and a sheet of PLASTIC inside. I didn’t find the piece of plastic until it was in my mouth. Im so glad I didn’t swallow it and choke! I’m so disappointed because usually the products are good but I could have seriously choked on this or cut my throat!! Very dangerous and difficult to trust the quality of food from this location after this incident

I visited this Starbucks on Rambla de Catalunya, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. The staff were rude and unprofessional. Instead of being helpful or friendly, she was unhappy and talking to herself in her own language, ignoring customers and creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. It felt unwelcoming, and I expected much better service. I hope management addresses this issue to improve customer interactions in the future.
