Well...another Starbucks, the usual, same expensive coffee, nice guys, small but pretty good looking building, decent size parking and late hours.

They do not prioritize people who walk up to the window, I waited 20 minutes for one drink. They prioritize drive thru and mobile orders.

The service here is typically not good , often times I get rude staff when I am just asking a question, I don’t get Starbucks often but when I come with my colleagues from the hospital nearby I get unkind staff lol . The window is usually ok but they think we can not hear the rest of the staff in the background talking about your order or you in general it’s happened atleast 3 times lol. I find the one one on arrow and Gillette rd. alil better .

This is the worst Starbucks, product wise. It seems whatever I order, it comes out horrible. Today it was a simple earl grey tea and London fog latte iced with oat milk both were like dirty water with no taste. What a waste of gift card.

So drop by today.Got my coffee and requested a food.Item, how I normally do inside normal packaging, not unpacked.An original packaging which usually comes in a clear plastic bag.They said due to policy change, they were able to honor my.RequestAfter spending thirty minutes with starbucks customer service, they stated there was no policy change.And that they should have honored.My simple request shocked and appalled.Just asking for a baked item in a sealed bag do better starbucks

I went through the drive-through. They gave me a coffee with a lid not properly close so The coffee leak and I just pay for interior in Detailing they didn’t have a cupholder. Also they forgot One of my sandwich, bacon Gouda I had to come back they received that I have doesn’t have the store number that I should have. I believe the address is 1010 N. Gary Pomona, CA 91767

Unsafe, they continuously allow crazed, drugged out transients to approach cars, begging, while you're in line, on their property, obviously management doesn't care about customer's safety, won't Ever Return!
