The price-performance ratio is acceptable... Everything comes from frozen bags... Sauces come from jars and not much else... For that price, you can't ask for more... Depending on the area you're in, the chairs look like they're for children... Very small. The staff's attention is nonexistent, and the cleanliness is more of the same...

In my opinion, the place is quite neglected. There's only one person at the bar to serve everyone who comes in, meaning there's quite a line. The vast majority of the tables on the terrace were dirty and uncleaned, yet there were only two tables occupied, so no one bothered to clean the tables that had already been vacated. Furthermore, since it had been raining for a few hours, the tables and chairs were wet. If you wanted to sit down, you had to ask the place for a cloth to dry them. Besides, as I've already said, I'd been out for a couple of hours. In short, the customer service and the place itself left a lot to be desired.

The finger foods are quite good the staff can come off as rude though!!! Its cheap and they have decent wine so if you want a 1 euro sandwich a beer or a glass of raimon bilbao it's the place to go.

El trato fue malísimo. Los pinchos llegaron tarde; algunos terminaron su Coca-Cola y otros estaban esperando. Luego nos llaman y entregan nuestro pedido a otras mesas y nos dicen de malas maneras que ya nos llamarán de nuevo y toca agusntas . Cuando finalmente nos toca, nos entregan una bandeja de aluminio con tres pinchos. Cada ración tenía su salsa, pero pusieron una sola para las tres. Pedí más salsa y me la cobraron 30 centimos . Si me ponen las raciones por separado, no tendría que comprar más salsa. Además, eso no fue todo; cuando pedimos una ración de bolas de pollo, al dármelas, metió la mano en el plato para colocarlas, lo cual fue ya el colmo el trato malisimo es una vergüenza y una muy mala imagen para la franquicia . En definitiva, una vergüenza de servicio.

Es increíble que ninguna que esta en la cocina tenga un gorro para el pelo manipulando alimentos,higiene 0 la verdad deja mucho que desear,espero que alguien ponga solución a eso un saludo marcos

Me parece muy fuerte que manipulando alimentos no lleven ningún gorro y encima se pasean entrando a la cocina con pelo suelto!

My mother and I came for breakfast. We saw there was a special offer of coffee and a small sandwich for €2. We ordered three sandwiches and two decaf coffees. They didn't charge us the breakfast price. The sandwiches were barely filled. The chicken with aioli had two small strips of chicken and didn't taste like aioli at all. The decaf coffees, which were instant, weren't made properly; they poured the packet in after all the milk. The only good things were the bread for the sandwiches and the crisps they give you to snack on. We won't be back.

On January 3, 2026, I had to ask for my table to be cleared five times. Nothing happened until I got angry. Another woman also complained, and nothing was done; she had to drink her coffee on a table covered in other customers' trash. This is unhygienic.

Today, September 18th, I went there at 9:30 PM and there was a female employee serving at the bar. As soon as she saw me arrive, she rolled her eyes and the first thing she told me was that there was a 50-minute wait for orders. I talked to my husband about it and we agreed to wait, even though it seemed like a long time. She rudely took my order and gave me the wrong change. I had to tell her how much she owed me for the change. She didn't give me an invoice. The order came out 10 minutes later. Because there was no one waiting in the establishment, when she told us 50 minutes we thought there were people for take-out orders... we took the order in which she put our name wrong... and the girl always had a terrible attitude... this implies that she has been working 20 hours straight by the face she had and the attitude with which she served us, if so, the person responsible for this behavior is the franchise, because you can't have a person who doesn't want to serve people when that's what their job is about, people like that shouldn't be in these places, terrible

The terrace is dirty, nothing special. And don't even mention the time it takes to serve. It doesn't matter how many people there are, in my opinion, too long. I ordered some chicken strips and they were awful, burnt and tasted like fried food.

The service was appalling. We ordered a coffee in a glass and a sangria. The sangria was undrinkable; I saw they made it with some kind of boxed wine that didn't even have a name and orange Fanta. I've never seen anything like it. I told the girl at the bar that what she'd made was inedible, but she was incredibly rude and arrogant. She told me that's how they make it there, and the only thing she could do was make me another one and add more wine. I told her I'd tasted a little and it was undrinkable; it tasted awful. I asked if I could exchange it for something else of the same price, and she said no, because if I wanted something else, I'd have to pay for it. I told her, "You can see I haven't even touched it." I asked if I could speak to the manager, but it was no use. The manager, who was in charge of customer service and had absolutely no manners, told me the same thing: the only solution was to add more wine, and she was incredibly unprofessional. It's a restaurant chain that doesn't care about customer service. You can tell they don't enjoy what they do. And it's very obvious; they're a disgrace to the industry.

I ordered six mini sandwiches to go. My mistake was not checking them on the way out, probably because I thought assembling a mini sandwich from a list of ingredients wasn't that complicated. Well, only two of the six were what I ordered; the rest were nothing like them. The wait was ridiculously long considering how few people were there. As for the quality, I'll just leave two photos because it's not even worth commenting on.

I've always eaten here, but the quality keeps getting worse. The Gouda cheese popcorn used to be served with enough jam to eat, but now they give you almost nothing, and if you want more, you have to pay extra for the jam. I asked the manager for more, and she told me I'd have to pay if I wanted more. So, you know, if you add up the price increases, it might be more cost-effective to eat somewhere else, and you'll eat more.
