I order and checked the tracker and it was at my door in less than 45 minutes. The driver was very courteous and called before he arrived and the pizza and brownie was fresh and warm
I go here all the time. Sometimes they have errors but we’re all human and that’s a normal thing. However their customer service is very good. They always get me my pizza in the estimated time.
I maybe one of the lucky ones i mostly call and placed my order it always arrive on time and only once my drink was missing. I happened to personally go to the store to get my food i didn't call before and the wait was very long so now i only call for delivery otherwise my expetience with them was always good.
I have been ordering online for 7 years now and will continue to do so. Everything comes fast and delicious. The drivers are always courteous. If it's hot out side or if if's freezing they always have a smile and are very nice. Keep up the good work guys! You are the best!
Food is good but funny thing is I asked the driver previously that there delivery charge was included when I paid my food. Driver tells me they don't get that money the company keeps it. So on top of the three dollars for delivering my food I have to give extra tip also? I guess Dominoes is getting more money from charge customers for tip if the drivers don't get it.
I dont know what or how happened that horrible experiences to a lot of costumers but what I did receive today was fantastic. Delivery on time, order 100% accurate, and a nice delivery guy. The only thing that I can say its that the pizza it was not that hot but everything was great. Hope they fix their issues because it is very close home and it will be very sad if they had close. Thank you
The Mac and cheese was pretty good and the transparent wait times is a big help. There is parking.

My fave location in Queens. Though the new guy forgot to drench my pizza crust in garlic butter and barely added enough tomatoe sauce. Still a go-to spot though. Just check your pie before you leave. It's fast and staff is professional. But boy does the garlic butter make a difference! I ended up making some garlic butter myself at home. 👌🏾🍕
I come here very frequently the pizza is always very good but today I tried the sandwich and Alfredo pasta and got a pizza it was a 6 for 3 deal 6 dollar each item, The pasta was actually decent, I actually would order it again and the pizza is good like always but than when I went to eat the sandwich it was very weird it was the Buffalo sandwich it was not the best just by looking at it the bread seems very weird and it was kind of hard, there is no veggies in there, only onions and some other things and for 6 dollars subway 6 inch would be better for the same price. I recommend this place, just don't recommend their sandwiches!
Friendly customer service and they deliver their pizza at a fast pace. Food quality is good and I’m always purchasing pizza from here.
Usually, the service is pretty efficient. I tend to do online orders and the retrieval process is almost always seamless. Not sure why the transaction on Jan. 5, around 10pm, was so difficult. One thing I'd recommend is having cashiers who are able to understand and speak English proficiently. Language barriers can sometimes frustrate and hamper processes; thankfully, I was patient enough to stick around and helped the cashier figure out things.
This locations delivery guy is unprofessional. He's always harassing for tips. Tips is not a requirement it's optional. I have no problem giving tips for delivery. But not when dominos charges $5+ for every delivery order. Even Chinese food places does free delivery. And i always tip them. But dominos being a giant corporation charges for delivery? That's ridiculous. On top of that they allow their drivers to harass customers for tips? I wonder if pizza hut charges for delivery ? Time to find out
Idk.. One day the pizza is great the next it's not so great. On Saturday i FINALLY had the perfect pizza and the maker FOLLOWED INSTRUCTIONS.. Franchisee... That was my daughter's pizza. So I'm at work today and decided to order for myself.. Well i dont like this pizza. It's not made the same..and definitely does NOT have the extra cheese i paid for. This is Pan Pizza and tastes mostly doughy. Idk who made this pizza today but i spent the last of my money on this and am very disappointed. Can everyone follow instructions here. I'm tired of paying for food and not getting what I want.
The pizza was not bad but I watched an employee pick his nose, looked at it and flicked it off. When he saw me watching through the glass, he called me inside. I told him no immediately and that was when he used hand sanitizer, yep he did not wash his hands at all. I told him I will let someone else serve me. He knew that I knew but really didn't care because he appeared to be related to the owner. Listen, it is better to not know or see, just like chocolate it is reported that there is rat droppings and fur in it from the factory. Bon appetit!!!
Don’t pick to deliver at a certain time. This store does not know how to acomondate this procedure. Or handle the structure of it. Ordered twice on different dates to be delivered at a certain time. And you guessed it. Was not actually delivered 1- 2 hours later. Will not be using certain time ever again.
Service is usually good but yesterday the driver really tried to convince me to give him a tip mind u my location is literally 3mins by car from his store, like listen my tip to you is find a new job because dominoes already charges an arm and a leg for pizza on top of a 5$ delivery fee. Oh and don't forget the taxes !!! and you don't know my situation to be asking for a damn tip, i really didn't appreciate it because he really said dominoes doesn't pay him tips they only pay him for his gas in his car and thats it like next time save the sob story & get a new job leave these jobs to the teenagers yall to old to be beggin for tips bad enough he didn't wanna give me my money because he had a pocket full of twentys like that's not my problem !! Make sure u have change before you arrive to someones house next time !
I like the thin crust I ordered last night Unfortunately I gave a three stars because the workers were not using Andy gloves or washing of hands when handling the pizza customers should look out for. P we ople who a re s e thing foods of not following guidelines of cleansiness
Was excited to try this new location but it's horrible. Bread bites were burnt!! Pasta primavera was tasteless! Called the store and the rep was extremely rude!!!! Don't waste your money ordering from this store. Update... Store send replacement Bread bites, much better!! Changed 1 star to 3 star for making the effort to correct the mistake.
I like domino's pizza but they have gotten kind of cheap with the amount of chicken they put on their sandwiches. I had ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and there was more bread than meat on it ,that is unacceptable domino's, y'all can do better. The restaurant it self seem clean and the staff seems friendly. Plus the cheesey bread and chocolate lava cake is very good.
1st location I've been to , where you can actually sit down and eat your f😳😲d But the chick running the place 😠😤 I think she had a attitude, asked they could put seasoning on my veggie cheesy bread and her response was only garlic sauce with a chuckle, now if I was at Little Caesars, would've gotten what I wanted smh. But I enjoyed my meal.
My only problem is I don’t like when they ask for tips... I don’t mean to sound cheap, I had an incident where they took a $20 tip from my boyfriends card. Come to find out I sent the kids to get the pizza the guy asked my niece for a tip and she didn’t understand so she just told him a number. Like who ask a child for a tip? Then I had another incident where the guy told my cousin he didn’t have $7 change, but by time I got down stairs he magically found the change. The pizza is great but the delivery people always ask for tips and it just rubs me the wrong way I pay for delivery every time and I don’t mind tipping but after my experiences with delivery I will no longer be giving delivery any extra money.
First time trying this location and I went in person. The workers was friendly, the store was clean, and it wasn’t crowded. Waited about 20 mins for 2 different 🍕’s, pasta, & boneless wings. Once home food was still hot and actually good (they could have added some more chicken tho) Fast forward about 30 mins later me & my son was on the toilet, no stomach pains just the runnns. I spent over $30 so that was a bummer, we ended up trashing half a box of pizza that was left.
This Dominos service is slowww and omg i ordered food the other night and waited a hour after the tracker told me my food has arrived. Bad enough i waited a hour for the food but then another hour to get it smh . I tried calling the store and no one answered the 5x i called within the hour. To top it off the food was not hot it was warm to cold so we had to re heat it to eat. Did i tip the driver ? No i did not and i told him he was late and they shouldn't have a tracker if they can not keep up with it and the phones should be used for more than just show because i almost ordered Papa Johns thinking my food was not coming( Happen before) and id of ended up with more pizza than we would have ate.
Every time i order I don't get the sauce I am paying for with my cheesy bread. And now i call the store to confirm that it should be with my cheesy breads. I call and on the other line the person ends my call. Recently I overheard a girl having a conversation with one of her friends while she's at work which is ignoring the customer. Poor customer service.
This location is horrible. I ordered a pizza @ 11pm (and never got it) seeing how they close @ 1am that should have been more then enough time. I tracked the order online. @11:21 Codelyn was delivering my order. I refreshed the tracker page & @ 11:47 someone else was delivering my pizza. Its 1:30am & I still haven't received anything. I called several times & was told it is on the way.
I ordered a thing cheese large pizza with coke and cheesy bread. The pizza does not fill you up. The cheesy bread was horrible. I looks nothing like the pics. Also it barely had any cheese. It was covered in garlic crumbs. Also it takes about 30-45 minutes to prepare and deliver.
THE DELIVERY GUY IS VERY RUDE. Like he is mad he has to deliver pizza or something. And then he will leave your food outside on the floor, call you and tell you after the fact that it’s outside. He is very unprofessional
I ordered chicken carbornara and garlic twist inside the store. It took way too long for my order. If someone comes in to place an order it should not take a long time. It should take at least 15 to 20 minutes. It was about almost 8 or after that I came in and placed my order. It was almost 9 pm. A man comes in after me they tell him it will be 20min for his order and he gets his order before me. Come to find out my order was never made. It would have been 10 pm by the time I got my order. I told them to cancel my order because they just decided to make it. After I came in and waited almost an hour or two. Mor than a half our. It is shame because you want to support the business's in your neighborhood but you cant because they are not customer service friendly. I will not be back. I put two stars but they deserve only one star. Poor service.
Yeah man, had a pretty lame experience here. It all started with a delivery order that I *thought* was carry out. I was pretty surprised when it said my order was ready to pick up, but I was a mile and change away with no way for me to get to the store. So yeah, that one's my bad, that one's on me -- I'm not holding that against the store, but what next I certainly will. So next up, I tried to call the store to turn it into a delivery -- no one ever picked up the phone. Ever. And I mean, I kept it ringing for minutes at a time. Nothing. So eventually I finally get to the store, 15 minutes or so later and first thing I notice is there's like 3 people total there, and they're all ignoring the phone. And the register. So I gotta call out to get someone's attention, and eventually they tell me my order is almost done. "*Almost* done." Dude, I thought the point of carry-out was it'll be there waiting for you. And I came 15m after the fact. So they tell me it'll be ready in 5 minutes, and 10m into it, I ask is my food ready yet. Again, I get an almost ready, 5 more minutes and eventually a half hour later, my food is finally done. Phone ringing the entire time with no one ever picking up. On a positive note, the store looks good so who knows, maybe you'll have a better experience if you plan to eat there. But anyway, to add insult to injury, their Philly Cheesesteak is garbage, so much more bread than meat. The Chocolate Lava Cakes and pizza brought the score up a bit though, but seriously, this store needs to step their game up a bit.
always takes 1 hour to 1:30 for delivery with room temperature food. They never remember to bring sauces that i ordered and paid for. Wish there was another store i could order from because i love dominos. but this store is clearly poorly ran.
Ordered 2 medium pizza here, the service was quick but the food smelled like bleach, didn't really think much of it until I started eating it. Literally had a faint bleach taste.. Added to my list of stores I am never going to again

If I could give less than 1 star I would!! Horrible service. I ordered my food at 2:30 pm and the online tracker said my food was delivered. I did not receive my food and had called numerous times inquiring about my order, and was told that it was on its way finally the 4th time I called at 4:30pm I was placed on hold for 10 minutes, so I hung up. The 5th time I called they said my food was back in the store and the driver had called me 5 times but I did not recieve any calls nor was I informed about my food when I had called the previous times. And all they asked was if I still wanted my food. No customer service at all. I had also pre paid for my food. I hope I get my money back. Will not be ordering from this location ever again!!!!
Worst ever. I ordered for curbside delivery. I was waiting outside for long time but no one showed up. I had to go inside and pickup. Missing sauce. Not enough chicken in pizza. Highly disappointed.
The women over the phone that is taking deliveries is so rude . One they lied about if they do not deliver to my house. I was told by one employee that they do and another that they don't. Also she was so rude " I'm here talking your order are u still gonna place your order or not " . Some one really needs to teach her how to talk to customers. Worst service ever .
Driver made me walk half of block to pick up the pizza because he had another delivery around the area and didn't wanna make two stops. He lied saying there was no parking and when I went to his car he had me waiting there 5 mins until he finished his other delivery.

I would like to place a complaint on the Dominos Pizza on Merrick Blvd. It’s been over an hour that I have placed my order. I called the store and all they say is that the driver is already out and should be here in a few minutes. This happens every time I order from this Dominos store. It always takes over an hour sometimes two.
Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Only order here if you want terrible service. Manager is mean, racist and extremely unsanitary. He drops your food on the ground then pack in in the box as if nothing happened and no one can see him then refuses to refund you. Delivery driver is extremely lazy and drives away without delivering your order. I'm filing a civil lawsuit against domino's for all these and more reasons.
I dread calling this location. I been on hold for over 15 minutes. I placed my order at 647p and the automatic service said they put my pizza in a 755p. While on hold someone says please hold n 1min later they hang up. I truly wish another dominoes would open up or deliver over here because this place is horrible with delivery n placing order. Im going to spend my $50 elsewhere.
Went to Domino's, the pizza came in a messy and crooked box. The buffalo wings alslo came in a messy box with dry blood spots on them. The sauce spilled everywhere. The only thing decent about my order was the plain cheese pizza even though it was too much dough. The grilled chicken I got on the pizza was flat like it was sat on for a long time. Had me on the toilet right after. Won't be ordering from here ever again.
Most unreliable service ever, I ordered at 9:48 pm on a Monday night (not much traffic) I was told the driver left at 10:10, 11:10 and nothing.. 11:26 really.... Dominoes needs to cancel their tracking system since it never works .... and fire all their workers. No one that I've come in contact with has the company's best interest at heart.... the person who picked up the phone was overly rude, I'm guessing you were never though CRM, so of course you don't know that the customer is always right! Especially in this case. How do you go from 30mins to an 1.5hr wait time, I even wait outside so the excuse wouldn't be, "we called but no one picked up!" As it has been in past... this is ridiculous!... I'll be boycotting Dominos... 1 Star is even too much for your service....

I placed an online order with the Dominos on 109 & Merrick Blvd in Jamaica Queens at 8:13pm, the delivery guy called at 10:42 pm saying that he's outside with my pizza. I explained that I placed this order over 2 hrs ago, he said the system showed that the order was placed at 8:51 (still unacceptable)- he said he'd throw in a free 2 liter soda & he assured that the pizza was hot. The pizza was not even warm. I sent it back. I will NEVER spend another dime at Dominos. My family was looking forward to their pizza for dinner. Very disappointed.
Domino's happens to be the worst Pizza in America.I do not understand how they continue to put out low quality product to the consumer. the cheese, the doe, the sauce are all terrible. I haven't had them in a number of years and decided to try to see was there a difference and I feel as though I just donated $30 to their payroll. They have to do better for people that are spending theirPapa John's isn't too much better but at least they use good quality sauce and dough and pretend that they at least care
The most horrible experience I have had. I placed my order at 521.. MD arrived at 741.. my pizza was cold, they did not even cut it, I ordered wings with 2 ranch sauces... And they put harabaro sauce and a hot kick sauce. Completely disappointing, they just lost a customer.
horrible and this isn't the first time , first I call to place an order and they had me on hold for literally an hour!! So I hanged up and placed my order online and when it came they messed up my order then that was resolved and as soon as I opened up my lava crunch cake it wasn't even baked and it was discombobulated looking like it was all chewed up by someone !! Dominos charges $5.50 to deliver your food. No problem. I place my order and the driver informs me to leave my apartment and come downstairs to walk to his car to receive my food. Two small kids and I'm by myself, so that's impossible. Driver tells me he's not coming upstairs period! Great customer service. If dominos didnt charge a delivery fee maybe just maybe I would understand, but since they do and let's not forget Dominos wants you to still tip the driver because the aforementioned amount does not go to the driver (wink wink) I don't get it. Do better Dominos do better. You lost a customer in me.

I would not order from them again. I ordered pizza from them one night and my food never came. I didn't even receive a phone call stating no one was coming. I waited and waited and still nothing. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. When I called dominos the next day I asked for the manager he was very nasty didn't want to hear anything I had to say. I would never order from the again.
Order service sucks because they never ever answer there calls. Why do they have then if they are not gonna pick up? Seriously the worst. But the pizza is good. But they should work a little harder in answering calls and not let people wait for an hour!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I have a nephew that moved up here about 6-7 mos ago, so I'm using this as a benchmark. My family USED TO BE a Domino's family. We like the app & the user friendliness of the whole doorbell concept. It really does bring a tech savvy family like mine together. For the last maaaaybe 4-5mos Friday night has been pizza night. Sometimes if my wife & I are coming in late we supplement a random second night just to make sure the kids are good. That being said I attempted to place my regular Friday night "easy order" HOWEVER this Friday night was anything but easy. After the store "took my money" I receive a call from a random 631 # -keep in mind we are in a 718 area code- The person then tells me they don't deliver to my address. I asked "how is that possible when Nalini makes my pizza & checks the order for accuracy & Mohammed Md delivers it to me every week??" Every week I tip the driver EXACTLY $5 & he thanks me soooo much for it. So HOW do they not deliver to my address?? When I call the phone agent out on his B.S. instead of apologizing he hung up on me. I am only rating one star because it won't let me post otherwise. There is another Domino's on Rockaway @ 12521 Rockaway Blvd, South Ozone Park, NY 11420 and yet another on 13131 Merrick Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11434. Tonight my family had pizza from Papa John's located @147-20 Rockaway Blvd, South Ozone Park, NY 11436. Sooo while I'm not sure if we are going maaaaybe switch, I can guarantee this particular location will NEVER get my money again
They got my order wrong. Driver wasn’t even at my building yet and he called me to come outside and made me wait after i said I was with my baby and I couldn’t come outside. Then he has the nerve to put his phone in my face and basically tried to pressure me to tip him . Never ordering from this domino’s again
Me and a lot of people have had complaints, it takes longer to quality check than it is on the oven, and it's a 7 minute drive from there to my house but it takes 2 HOURS. I've been waiting for 2 pizzas for litterally A YEAR. I've been waiting for a pizza right now for 5 hours. If you want to get dominoes, place an order at the one in queens blvd. Edit: It says we just got it but we never did, this happened before, never buying here again.
Every single time either my partner and I order from this location, the delivery guy is rude. Our order comes imperfect, not even close to good, but still edible at least. We only order in the hopes we'll get a decent meal and we're hungry. The boxes are always squished resulting in our food being squished. But tonight's experience has been pretty terrible. It's been three hours and no food! We were hungry when I ordered, and now starving. This is literally the absolute worst domino's location I have ever encountered.
Omg this guy have no sense how to talk to a paying customer im telling him that its a parking lot i have specifically have mentioned everything about my whereabouts but instead of asking me he is getting mad at me getting loud at me i mean what did i do wrong that i ordered a pizza I respect the drivers im a cdl driver myself but this was my worst experience of food delivery i ever had in my life he sure won that award Driver name was MD
Only received 1 star because I can't give 0 ! After about 45 min the tracker says my order was delivered but I didn't see the driver outside at all. I called and the store said to give him 15-20 more minutes, okay fine, was outside didn't see anyone. I call again after waiting 45 more minutes and the store tells me the driver waited outside for half an hour but why didn't he make an effort to knock on the door?! Horrible experience never ever ordering from Dominos again!! Ever!
I called to make a complaint about the 3 out of 4 pizzas we received and the woman that picked up was extremely rude and doubting me that my order was not messed up. I took pictures of the pizza and offered to show them. However she was still denying my order was incorrect. I asked to speak to the manager 3x and she kept hanging up. I will be making additional complaints with Dominos. They are unprofessional and will not order from this location again.
Delivery was 2 hours late. Ordered lunch for work for a bunch of people. This place is always late but this time they were late by 2 hours. No one answers the phone at the store. Driver arrives 2 hours late then takes off because I can't pick up the food immediately. By that time I had to go somewhere else for food. I would not pick this place but the Domino's mobile app does not let you pick a store. The tracker feature in the is completely useless and incorrect the entire time. No one from the driver to the person at the store that I was able to finally reach apologized. They all didn't seem to care.
Ordering from this location was a mistake from the start but didn't want to cancel the order due to me being hungry. This location ratings are much worst then Queens Blvd and I see why. No need to go in dept, just glad it won't happen again.
I received a pizza that was crispy and slightly burned. I called the store prior to delivery and requested please be sure to include my sauces.. no sauces on chicken wings, dry as hell. No side sauce delivered. Received order at 6:30 , had to wait until 7:40 to receive sauces. Food cold, im so upset will not order here again after spending 45 bucks.
I ordered two pizzas and wings from here at 5 pm. After an hour and twenty minutes of my tracker app telling me they weren’t even in the oven yet I decided to call to which I was graced by a lovely busy tone on the phone. I was headed there when i receive a phone call first telling me they are out of pepperoni. I tell them that’s fine to replace it with something else and I would pick it up instead of having it delivered. Half way there I get another call telling me they do not have any wings at all either. MORE THAN AN HOUR AFTER I HAD ORDERED. Horrible customer service. Cancelled my whole order and went elsewhere.
The snow was yesterday and the tertiary roads are bad but an hour and a half later and I'm still waiting. The tracker has been stuck on Naline having started my order at 10:11. I'm writing this review at 11:45 while on hold to cancel my order. I had to call 12 times. It wasn't this bad when the medium 2 toppings were only $3.50. And to think I ordered when I was leaving Brooklyn because I understood the snow would be an issue.
I ordered a hand made pan pizza and they did not send the correct pizza. The crust was the regular crust. The hand made pan pizza has a different crust it is much thicker than the regular crust. I called the location on Merrick Blvd and 109th Ave and they said they would send me the correct pizza and they still got the order wrong.
Ordered via telephone. The person could not understand my order, I literally had to spell it out. Went to pick up my order and it was no surprise the order was incorrect. They gave me a pizza without cheese. That would have been acceptable had I ordered a cheeseless pizza. I ended up having to wait 40 mins in the store for them to make my pizza over. Why the 1 star? They gave me the pizzas they made incorrectly along with the correct pizza order. Oh and they burned the original order, so not only was it incorrect; it was burnt. There were other people who returned their pizza because it was either burnt or they messed up the order. Do yourself a favor and order online!
The worst experience ever!!! They are never on time , I've been waiting almost an hour for my order while the tracker keeps saying it's already here . Then I called the store and the employee picks up with such an attitude . It's disgusting and unprofessional . If you don't like what you do find another line of work ! Hopefully I get my order before Christmas, just called again and this idiot picks up and is so rude and tells me just send the order back ! Really who employs these morons ! Domino's Pizza gave my children the wrong order then the manager whose English you can barely understand, rather than making a free delivery he wanted the children to walk 10 round trip blocks to return the pizza in exchange for the correct oder and a free bottle of soda. To make matters worse he hung up on us all because we'd paid in cash. SHAME ON DOMINO'S PIZZA.
I ordered my pizza at 1pm and it is now 4:40 and it is still not here and when I addressed the worker the telephone operator hung up on me. I then called again and she answered and hung up is less than 2 seconds. She probably recognized the number. Not so confident in them anymore, like I ever was.
Worst experience ever, always order pizza from different dominos.... but the pizza we order from this particular store made a whole new bad experience for us, for my entire family, we ordered veggie pizza and end up getting sausage.... for religious reason we never eat pork, when we bring back the pizza to the store , manager on duty Kamal totally ignored , and even didn’t feel sorry at all for the wrong order. Be careful what you are eating, much check your order before you leave
Update: 04/30/2016 158AM ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I waited 4 hours, count them FOUR HOURS for food to NOT show up at my door. Had to walk my ass over to the actual store and it's not like I live 2 minutes away, it's a 10 minute walk. And then they had the audacity to NOT return me my delivery fee. Bunch of crooks and lazy bastards. Definitely would NOT recommend them to ANYONE
I ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery on line. one pizza slice had a human hair about a foot long. Try to call them but the manager don't seem to understand the seriousness of this matter. Offering me another pizza, I said I am complaining so it doesnt happen again the guy replied to me to call customer care thank you very much and hang up on me.
I Ordered my Food over and hour and a half ago and had received no word on anything and when i checked the tracker it stated my order was delivered. Now i 110% understand there was a snowstorm earlier today hence why things would be a little slower. I call the store and was on hold for almost half an hour and when someone picked up i was given a very disgusting attitude by a lady not sure what position she hold but whatever it is she shouldn’t have it. She is going to tell me that she only has one driver and they are no longer doing deliveries. I then proceed to ask why wasnt i notified or something because my number is in fact on the order. She tells me the website not gunn tell me she only have two people in the store and that again they not doing deliveries and hangs up on me. Hire people with proper people skills and not these people who dont care. Seriously annoyed
I placed a ordered on Uber Eats spend $30 and got nothing of what I paid for. I paid for extra toppings and got none I paid for onions, jalapeños, banana, peppers, diced tomatoes and I called the store and he said it was my fault when it’s listed here. I called the driver back and he hung up. I called the store back to inform them and the guy that answered said it was my fault even though it clearly states what I ordered. Bad / poor customer service.
Received my food cold. Said my order was ready and when I got to the store I had to wait an extra 15 minutes. Pepperoni pizza was cold and taste old. Cheese bread wasn’t fully cooked. Staff were talking and playing instead of working
I ordered a large pizza but they gave me a medium pizza ans the slices were cut into eighths which is way too small to eat. The employees barely know any english
Refuses to do their job and deliver the food if they have to come to a building. The driver lied and said that it was due to his safety as if the are the only special snowflakes who can’t deliver to buildings if it’s inconvenient for them. When I told him that it didn’t make any sense as to why they can’t deliver to my door as it asked for my apartment number, the driver says that it’s optional for me to add my suite number which is a complete lie. They charge a $5.99 delivery fee but won’t actually deliver the food. Don’t order from here and don’t let them bully/lie to you for you to come downstairs because they’re to lazy to do their jobs. They can have their over priced pizza and eat it until their heart’s content.
Placed an order waited about 30 minutes only for the driver not to be able to deliver. Needed to the door delivery not to be difficult but to not leave kids alone or go through the hassle of getting them ready to go to the lobby. Driver refused to deliver to the door so we had to return the order. Complete waste of time and disregard for customers. Luckily I was paying in cash so there was no loss to me but loss of time!
Does the store banishment is horrible? I have ordered a 12 inch spinach feta cheese pizza but I was given a cheesy bread. I called the manager of the store. He said he’s gonna make it correct and send me a free pizza but after 45 minutes he said if I have to, take this order I have to pay but I have a waited for But I didn’t got my order
The delivered service is horrendous. They never follow instructions. Say delivered, when the food hasn't been delivered... causing you to wait longer than anticipated. (This has happened several times) Some of the workers when calling to store, are rude, need customer service training, along with the male manager who was in the store on 2.14.26. They do their best to dismiss you, unfortunately in my experience.
Lied ab my order being delivered. Called 20 minutes after they lied about it coming in 10 minutes, called back after 2 hours and they said it was gona come in 20 minutes. Then they lied about cancelling my order and refunding me cus i didnt want to bother with waiting longer
Was driving pass and decided to stop and place an order, I asked the lady what specials they had and she told me, I asked her about a specific someone told me about and she said it was online. She then proceeded to ask me what toppings I wanted, so I told her I was going to order online(because it’s $5 cheaper per pizza, and I was getting two). She rolled her eyes and walked off. I went back to my car to place the order because the restaurant smelled strongly of marijuana. After I placed the order, I checked my email and it said “contact the store because there is a question about your order”. I went inside and the same lady asked me if I placed an order, I said yes and I got an email saying there’s a question, but English is obviously not her first language, so she kept asking what do I mean, I showed her the message and she repeated the order that I place and said “I don’t have any problem”. After she was done with taking my payment and touching the keyboards and screens, she walked straight to the dough and started making a pizza, I was trying to get her attention, but she ignored me. Another lady came over and I asked her who the manager was and she pointed to someone in the back, I told her I would like to speak to her, she said she was busy and can’t talk right now, then a man approached me and asked me what I needed, I told him I wanted to speak to a manager and he said it was him. Clearly it was, he was the delivery driver because I saw him come in from his car. Eventually the manager(a BLACK woman and the only person in the building wearing gloves) came over and asked what the issue was, I told her she needs to have the employees wear gloves if they’re going to be cashing and making the pizza at the same time. She responded that “they know that they’re supposed to”, and she told them to put gloves on. The two other ladies starting giving me surety looks and spoke about me in their language, hesitantly went to put on gloves. My husband told me to cancel the order because he doesn’t want dirty food filled with germs. I realize that the Dominos that hire ppl of other origins outside of black are always the ones that show these unhealthy behaviors, and I will never support them because I know for a fact that they get proper OSHA training, they just don’t give a damn! The photo is of the keyboard filled with flour residue because she came right over from making a pizza to touching it, didn’t even wash her hands before or after….DISGUSTING BUSINESS.
My medium size pizza they made without pizza sauce 😡. Pizza taste was horrible
There’s a reason why this store gets so many one star reviews and I’m honestly looking into getting this chain shut down. There’s no reason why they want a tip and can’t even deliver food then lie about it.
This review is for Domino’s Pizza located at 109-50 Merrick Blvd in Jamaica Queens. This past Sunday on September 7, between 3:15–3:30 PM, I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The female cashier on duty was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. While I was reviewing the menu and preparing my order, she bypassed me and began assisting another customer who had just walked in. After completing his order, she looked directly at me and then walked away without acknowledging me or offering to take my order. I was left standing there, ignored, until a manager eventually stepped in to assist me. This type of behavior is disrespectful and unacceptable in customer service. Every customer should be treated with professionalism and courtesy. I hope management addresses this issue and provides proper retraining, because the next customer may not be as patient. I decided to cancel my order and take my business elsewhere. On a positive note, I would like to commend Arham Rafkat, who consistently provides excellent service. He is professional, polite, and always greets customers with a smile. Staff like him should be recognized, but one employee’s poor behavior should not be allowed to damage the reputation of the entire store.

Treats employees horribly and food is barely okay. Go to any other dominos if you want decent food and have morals.
Whoever the manager and female associate that worked on 07/18/2025 at 5:18 PM are rude individuals. My order said it was delivered when it wasn’t. I spoke to someone on the previous shift a Hispanic women who was very kind she notified me that they will be sending out my order again and it would take about 15 to 20 minutes. I called an hour later and spoke to the rude individual that hung up on me and canceled my order. You work in customer service service your employees need to be retrained on how to speak to paying customers.
Never got my food, but domino's took my money. Avoid this particular spot, called them several times and all they did was hang up. Or leave on hold. Those 1 stars aren't for show
My pizza was inedible. I ordered it in the late morning, but it felt like they recycled a pizza from the night before—sprinkling some toppings on it and calling it new. The crust was harder than the box it came in, the sauce was dried up, and the toppings were burnt. To make matters worse, the delivery driver couldn’t find my address and called me in broken English, struggling to explain what was going on. After some time, he finally arrived, but it was clear he had no idea what he was doing. I called the store to complain, and the manager apologized, agreeing to send a replacement pizza. He promised it would arrive in 20-30 minutes. An hour and a half later, still no pizza. I called again, and they said they’d issue me a refund. Weeks later, I had received neither a replacement pizza nor a refund. When I called back four weeks later to follow up, the manager just said “yes, yes,” and then hung up without even taking my information for the refund. Frustrated, I went to the store in person. The manager told me they don’t do refunds but offered to remake the pizza. Another staff member had a terrible attitude, and by that point, I was beyond frustrated. This entire experience was a disaster. From the bad food to the poor service and unhelpful staff, I will never order from this location again. Absolutely unacceptable.
Whatever you asked them they always said they don’t have anything for customers like red flakes😰. I ordered the pizza and I called like 1 mints after and they said it’s already in the oven and they can’t do it . C’mon man we guys need to grow up. Worst customer service, so rude🫨🫨🫨🫨
I had a terrible experience with Domino's Pizza recently. I ordered a pizza, but to my dismay, it arrived without any sauce or cheese. It was basically just a plain bread with toppings. To make matters worse, the customer service was abysmal. When I called to complain about the order, the representative was unhelpful and rude. I expected much better from a well-known pizza chain like Domino's. I won't be ordering from them again.
I ordered large hand tossed but it was from medium dough I Also ordered provolone cheese,asiago cheese and mushrooms but there was very light cheese no sauce barely few pieces of mashroom it was disgusting pizza ever. I am never going to order domino’s again. Its waste of money 🤮🤮💩and there was no lebel with the box so unprofessional.
We ordered Pizza from this store few moment earlier through online. One of the order was for chicken. They added sausage in our Pizza. We don't eat sausage as this is against our religion. We came back to the store to let them know. Store manager named "Kamal" was so arrogant and showed the worse manner with us rather being apologetic. It was quite unexpected from a big chain like Dominos. Please avoid this store. They might give you poison and will never take the responsibility.
Paid for cheesy Bread sticks only to get stiff not hot cheese bread on top of it being having spinach which I didn't order. I Paid extra for Garlic sauce only to not get any at all. The pizza the trash as well as the whole order there was a open ranch dressing which no one ordered. What annoys me more is I tipped them thru online and when there driver pulled up only to get ripped off tonoght. I will never order from them EVER again. Giving them one star is to much... TRASH..
