Order has been wrong a couple times (no cold foam when paid extra for, etc.) and service can be slow, but the few times I’ve interacted with the night ladies they’ve been nice.

It's a great Dunkin Donuts. I come here all the time to get coffee and breakfast. It's very clean and there's a lot of places for you to sit. The service is usually great. Mobile orders are completed in minutes. If I order 5 minutes early, it's almost always done when I get there. I've definitely been to worse Dunkin donuts.

Walked over to get ice cream. They run a tight ship there. They do have an order screen but that seemed to be only Dunkin and not Baskin.

Always order the same thing and it’s a hit or a miss depending on who makes my drink. Ordered a cappuccino and I got a … regular coffee.. and the seating area is nice but it’s too sunny; they should get shades by the windows. Not enough workers at the front cashiers and it’ll be amazing if the guy making the drinks know how to make basic drinks

The worker that helped us pick up our cake was really nice, she also gave us a bag of ice under it to help with the 90 degree weather but the writing was messed up from the start and you can’t really tell what it says

I got hash browns for my kids along with other stuff... I had waited more then 10 mins for someone to even start the order because they didnt pay attention and started making somebody else's order before me. Then they were giving me pre made hash browns the one they kept it under heat so they had became so hard. I told the lady that these are for my kids please do not give me these because they are hard since being under the heat crispiness is more then what it should be and that had made them very hard. It will be hard for kids to eat. Finally she she started making them (like after she made 5 different orders before mine) whatever time she had to put when it was almost done she added another 48 seconds and when it was done it had became so hard because they were over done!! Same thing happened to them what had happened to the ones under the heat for so long! I told the lady that its burnt and overdone and I told u that it's for my kids but her reply was no it's not burnt and they were in the freezer so that's why I had to do it more. It's not overdone. I had almost waited for the whole order 25-30 mins so I didnt wanna want any longer at that point I just took it from them and came out!! But very disappointed!!!!!

have been a loyal customer of this Dunkin’ for many years, but after today’s experience I am completely disappointed. The employee who assisted me showed a very impatient and dismissive attitude. The interaction felt rushed, unfriendly, and lacking even the most basic level of customer service. It made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. For a major brand like Dunkin’, this kind of service is unacceptable. A business can survive small mistakes, but repeated poor attitudes will drive loyal customers away. Unfortunately, after today, I will not be returning to this location.

0 stars. Store is horrendous. I’ve visited on multiple occasions and there’s something seriously wrong with stores stock and customer service. They never have any idea what products are out, when they’re arriving,discontinued or altogether haven’t heard it. When they “don’t know” or “out” and are too lazy to inquire,they flat out lie and waste your time. Corporate will be involved because it’s unfair for there to be an issue each and EVERY single time a customer goes to order something and it’s mysteriously discontinued or out. The manager doesn’t seem to be doing a good job whatsoever, clearly! Other locations are actually informed and trained unlike here. Dunkin needs to do better at their hiring. Manager, pull your weight and get your act together to manage your store better. Location needs an overhaul. Each associate is worse than the last.

The lady called the order number 53-97 my number was 397. i went up the lady asking for my order and she was very rude saying is your order 53-97 and she asked for my name which is on the receipt and she very rudely stated that it was the same numbers given in the app. but if i hear a number starting with a 5 and my number doesnt start with a 5 im going to assume its not for me. either call my name instead or dont be rude about your horrible numbering system.

I have been coming here for so many years, but ever since the beginning of this year, 2024, I am so shocked at how SLOW the service is. Whether I order via the mobile app, or go in person. It was never like this before but I am so dissatisfied at how it takes 40+ minutes to get coffee and donut orders out. There are usually more than 5 employees working, but there needs to be a better system so that orders can be handled quickly. This is a great location, right on the highway to grab a bite and be on the road, so speed needs to be a factor here so customers leave satisfied.

Yesterday, I ordered a sweet black pepper bacon breakfast sandwich without cheese and it came with cheese. Today, I ordered the same sandwich and hash browns. My hash browns were not even in the mini bag and my bacon wasn’t even inside the sandwich. edit: I went and ordered another sandwich without cheese. Haha guess what? I got the sandwich with cheese.
