Probamos solo postres y estaban muy ricos, pero para compartir, ya que son muy dulces. Los smoothies también son muy dulces.

I would recommend doing the museum and the outside pools which includes 600MX toward the restaurant. I know it is not much considering the insane prices but WOW, the setting, food presentation, everything was exquisite. We had no idea there was a restaurant and came for the museum, but I am so glad we did the package with the outside. I was shocked in a good way by the quality after driving 40min on some dirt road.

We ordered a la carte at Jungle Cuisine and were a big group of people with only one server, Yari, at the location. The food was delicious, and the place was beautiful. Also, good service makes a world of difference. Yari was warm, friendly, and accommodating to our needs, which made the experience enjoyable.

Absolutely magical place to eat. We visited on a whim after the museum and had a lovely meal. We did the 5 course tasting menu and it was pricey, over 200 USD, the food was delicious and a wonderful array of flavors using local ingredients. Our compliments to the chef. I'm shocked anyone wouldn't give this place amazing reviews, it is truly one of the most special and unique dining experiences I've ever had. It cost about $700 usd for two people with the tasting menu and cocktails, which I know is crazy expensive for tulum but it was worth every penny for the experience! Erica was our server and she made sure our meal was perfect from start to finish! It comes with a tour of the museum and grounds which I didn't even know about, and since we were the last table for the night she told us immediately to go tour it before it closed which was super helpful. We essentially had the place to ourselves, it was super romantic and personalized! Everyone was so helpful and willing to take photos of us for almost an hour before dinner. It's so gorgeous, looks very similar to the azulik hotel but even more special! The meal itself was a work of art and the entire space has so much time and effort put into every detail. Absolutely amazing, I think this is a great place for a special occasion, a wedding or engagement would be spectacular here! Ask for Erica for an amazing experience!

Jungle Cuisine is an amazing place not only to eat but they have a museum and a beautiful outdoor areas to walk around and take photos. This is in Uh May and separated from the Tulum location. It has 2 parts: Jungle Cuisine restaurant and Sfer Ik museum. - Jungle Cuisine Restaurant The restaurant has different outdoor seating areas with beautiful settings. A lot of plants and a blue pool in the middle makes this place like a heaven!The music around the garden also adds the vibe of magical to this place. Everything is so beautiful, you won’t regret a trip here! I had the set lunch menu with the below Mexican-international cuisine. They offer vegan, fish, and steak menus. I chose steak menu: 1. Organic warm salad: endives, coconut cheese, asparagus, watermelon, radish, chili oil 2. Sweet potato, pumpkin puree and chili oil 3. Main course: wild deer filet, black garlic, almond sauce, and organic seasonal vegetables 4. Desserts: Black sesame seed, kefir, seaweed ice cream, charcoal flakes 5. Bonus desserts (from fish menu): dark chocolate sponge, cacao crumbs, and hoja santa ice cream 6. Drink: charcoal cocktail - Sfer Ik museum This is a museum with their signature plant and wooden arts. Open daily from 10am to 5pm with $20 admission fee (at the time I went, May 2021). Admission is waived if you eat at Jungle Cuisine restaurant. Very beautiful with different sections. You will take lots of photos here! The only downturn is it’s a little pricey. Transportation booked through the hotel is pricey $400 for 6 people in 2 hours. You can book car not from Azulik to cut down the cost. Overall, the service is really good. Very fast and out of their way to serve. They have an underground wine cellar, very good!

This restaurant was an amazing experience, the design overall is out of this world and it makes it more special when they explain the construction process. They gave us a tour of the museum which is beautiful and helps you understand the design. They offer meat/fish or vegetarian options which is was nice since we don’t eat meat. Each plate was very unique and all the flavors were perfectly mixed together. The price is worth for this unique experience and will def more than happy to go back.

This is not just a restaurant, it’s an entire experience. Beautiful, tranquil, serene atmosphere and delicious food followed a wonderful tour of Mayan culture at the amazing attached museum. The entire time we spent at Jungle Cuisine we were in awe of the attention to detail and the seamless merging of natural and man-made. It was expensive and security was prevalent throughout the venue but if you consider this as an entire day/holistic experience it’s more than worth it and the security justified for such a large space.

Amazing and unique experience! The museum is gorgeous and very impressive. Everything is built around nature and I had never seen anything like it. The restaurant also had an amazing atmosphere. Beautifully decorated and great effort put in the food as well as the presentation. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a unique moment in the middle of the jungle, away from the touristy spots.

This place is a heaven on earth! The museum is a wonder in itself! The idea behind it, the designer who created the museum attached to the resto and the whole thing is a vibe! However, one star down for the food because it wasnt good. Ive had ten times better food elsewhere, if you go to jungle cuisine. You gotta know that u will be paying for the experiencw not for the food

The ambiance and service are just amazing. The food is pretty good, but you won't find incredible and different dishes as you are expecting for this very expensive dinner, even for tulum standards.

Om onze verloving te vieren hadden wij gereserveerd bij de Azulik Jungle Cuisine. De rit naar het restaurant was wat spannend omdat je van de geasfalteerde weg naar een zandweg rijd. Op deze weg zitten veel kuilen en oneffenheden. Wij hadden een lage auto waardoor de rit naar het restaurant wat spannend werd. Toen wij aankwamen met de auto werden wij voor de ingang opgevangen door personeel van het restaurant. De vrouw die ons opving sprak helaas geen Engels waardoor communicatie via translate moest, dit ging wat moeizaam. Even later kwam er een collega die wel Engels sprak waardoor wij beter wisten wat er van ons verwacht werd. Wij konden uiteindelijk parkeren op een speciale parkeerplaats van het restaurant. Hier werden wij opgevangen door een andere medewerker van het restaurant, hij nam ons mee de jungle in waar wij uiteindelijk uitkwamen bij het prachtige restaurant. Toen wij het restaurant binnenliepen wisten wij niet wat wij zagen, het was zo mooi en zo bijzonder dat het niet te beschrijven was. Wij hadden een tafel voor 2 personen en kozen het 5-gangen diner wat ons ook toegang gaf tot het Sfer-Ik museum. Dit diner kostte ons $4.400 Mexicaanse peso per persoon. Wij waren heel de avond de enigsten in dit restaurant wat echt zorgde voor een exclusief en bijzondere ervaring die wij heel intiem konden beleven. Nadat wij klaar waren met eten werden wij direct meegenomen naar het Sfer-Ik museum dat direct grensde aan het restaurant. Het Sfer-Ik museum was voor ons een hele bijzondere ervaring omdat het een natuur museum is met natuurlijk en organische vormen. Wat het museum zo bijzonder maakt is dat ze bij de bouw de bestaande jungle intact gehouden hebben, ze hebben dus om de jungle heen het museum gebouwd. Wij waren ook met zij tweetjes alleen in het museum waardoor wij een exclusieve privé ervaring mochten beleven. Kortom het restaurant is echt heel prachtig en romantisch, midden in de jungle. Het eten was heerlijk, ze hadden 3 opties van het 5 gangen diner namelijk: -vegan -vlees -vis. Het enige jammere vonden wij dat wij na ons eten nog een fles water kregen die nog bij de prijs in zat. Doordat wij direct werden meegenomen naar het museum hebben wij deze nog op onze tafel laten staan met de gedachten dat wij zo terug zouden zijn. Maar na ongeveer 45 minuten ging het museum dicht en konden wij niet meer terug naar de tafel omdat alles ineens gesloten was, dat was jammer. Maar bovenal een prachtige ervaring.

Lo visite luego del recorrido por museo Sfer Ik como opción para tomar alguna bebida. En mi caso tocó un menú donde casi ningún cocktail estaba disponible, tampoco agua mineral y tampoco aperitivos ni nada que comprar para complementar los tragos, ambos en promedio fueron 55 USD. El ambiente del lugar, la vista muy relajante y agradable. La atención en mesa aceptable.

Best ambience restaurant ever! Décor , food and natural jungle/architectural surrounding - THE BEST! Compliments to the chef! I am giving them 4 stars for the not English speaking guards, very difficult to communicate and our waiter Jorge who seams to care only for his tips and make us very uncomfortable . For a dinner that cost more than $600 you need to train your staff better. Have to mention that the road going there is very bad, but is worth a visit.

most beautiful restaurant setting i've experienced. we were the only ones there. food/drink was delicious but menu was limited. the vibe was a little off.... waiter expressed that staff is trained with love and positivity yet the guards treated us with aggression and urgency to get out once we finished our meal. one guard legitimately followed us out until we drove off. not sure what's going on behind closed doors but it seems like they are hiding something.

OK, this is my fourth time coming here because I always being guests and I am so sad to say that every time we come they are always out of something from the menu. No chicken, no shrimp, out of this and that… They continue to play jazz music in the background which is completely irrelevant to the location and the atmosphere. You are in mexico in the jungle in a mystical space, why jazz???? The restaurant is never busy so they should be on point in every way and yet they always miss on something!! SFER IK, however never disappoints 💓

Tavolo per 3 persone prenotato 2 settimane prima per fare un pranzo alla carta. All'arrivo il tavolo non era pronto e neanche apparecchiato. Abbiamo ordinato della pasta dal menù e non avevano pasta. Abbiamo ordinato del vino e non avevano quello che avevamo richiesto. Quindi ci hanno consigliato altro. I piatti sono arrivati con 15 minuti di differenza tra uno e l'altro. Abbiamo fatto presente questo alla cameriera e ci hanno offerto 1solo dolce da dividere. La location è indubbiamente molto bella. Ma servizio pessimo. Al momento del conto ci hanno anche chiesto la mancia. La qualità del cibo, non vale il prezzo richiesto.

The place is absolutely surreal—gorgeous! It’s definitely worth the trip to experience it. That being said, I have to mention that the restaurant’s food didn’t make much sense to me. The prices are absurd, and the quality was underwhelming. I expected it to be expensive since I’m familiar with the area’s pricing, but I was hoping for a mind-blowing, creative menu. Instead, I found fairly simple dishes—nicely presented, but nothing extraordinary. I ordered hummus since they don’t have vegan options on the menu, and they were far from the best I’ve ever had. Very far.

My husband and I went to Jungle cruise last night for dinner, this was our first night out without our baby. As soon as we pulled up it something was “off” the guard couldn’t find our reservation then once we allowed to park they directed up towards the museum and stopped us at the door then directed us to our table. It was all very disorganized and felt weird, definitely not worthy of a five star restaurant title. We finally got to our table we were the ONLY people in there, immediately I didn’t like the vibe. There are no menus, drinks are not included. I asked for the wifi and explained to our waiter that we have a small baby at home with a nanny and need to be on call. He gave us the code and took our order, it was all odd with no menu and not being able to look at the ingredients. I think he picked on how confused we were and told us the price ($275 usd) we laughed and asked for the bill for our drink (I knew it would take too long for us). It was $40 for a water, one drink, tax and tip. DO NOT go to this place unless you are there purely for the aesthetic. I can’t rate the food, but based on the service and ambiance I’m so glad we left.

I’m giving it 2 stars because my reservation was supposed to cost $150/person at 2pm (with $45/person deposit) and at the end of my meal I was charged $250/person unannounced. I complained and showed my reservation receipt confirmation and they still proceeded to charge us $1k for 4 people. The food is good but NOT THAT good. I expect some gold in my food at that price point and I don’t like surprises - I feel like this place scammed us and on purpose and I want to prevent this from happening to other people. The management team gets zero stars.

They take your money first and then you can stay in their mess and they don’t care about you. A wonderful place but managed by incompetent people.

En åpenbar turistfelle - ikke dra hit. Vi var en gruppe på 14 som skulle feire en bursdag. Dette stedet så flott ut på bildene, og når vi ankom ble vi overveldet over hvor flott det faktisk var. Nydelig! Vi stusset likevel over at vi var de eneste gjestene. Vi gikk for tastingmenyen som er priset som på en dyr michelinrestaurant. Det var eneste alternativet. Drikke var ikke inkludert, og alt utenom øl var dyrt. Kort sagt var maten nærmest uspiselig. Den bærer preg av å være laget for å se pen ut på bilder med alt for kompliserte smaker. Drinkene var enda verre. Bartenderen smakte åpenbart ikke på drinkene han sendte ut. Servicen var ok. Jeg synes synd på dem som må servere den maten og se glade, forventningsfulle gjester bli sure. Til restauranten, dere har et fantastisk flott sted med elendig mat. Fiks maten, ikke gjør den så komplisert. Fiks drinkene, ikke gjør de komplisert, og send bartenderen på kurs. Da vil dere ha gjester hele tiden.

Es un lugar maravilloso que consta de 1 museo (q cuesta 20 euros por persona o gratis si comes el menú degustación en el restaurante) y un restaurante gestionado por el llamado " engañemos al turista ". En la web del restaurante a diferencia de todas las web del mundo de restaurantes, nunca verás ningún precio ni ninguna información veraz, es únicamente a la llegada cuando te encuentras el pastel. Te ofrecen una carta de cafetería con 2 pastas y 1 pizza y 2 ensaladas a precios desorbitados, o te dan la opción de hacer el menú degustación de 5 platos por 200 euros por persona con las bebidas carísimas a parte. Además ese día a ellos no les funcionaba el datáfono, y sólo podíamos pagar con cash, y ni tuvimos las opción de tomarnos más que 2 zumos porque no teníamos más dinero en efectivo. Al salir Del restaurante del dijimos que si podíamos por lo menos visitar el museo ya que íbamos al restaurante y nos dijeron que no porque no habíamos hecho el menú degustación y teníamos que pagar la entrada. Es de mal gusto el trato que se le dá al turista en Tulum y sobre todo en este tipo de lugares. Si quieres ser tratado como un dolar o un euro con patas, este es su lugar, venga!! Será bien recibido para sacarle todo su dinero!!!

Very disappointing experience. We were at Jungle Cuisine by Azulik last week and our experience was awful. The food wasn’t good at all, tasteless and especially the menu is completely overpriced for the food quality. We had to wait at least 30 minutes between every meal. We had big expectations, especially because the restaurant is very beautiful and there’s a nice atmosphere. In addition, they tried to scam us, announcing a price of 150 usd per menu (not worth it after all) and at the end on the bill we see 200/pp. After a long and tiring discussion, they finally understood and we could pay the normal price. I definitely don’t recommend this place, not to confond with the museum sferik that is amazing.
