Wow, what a great place! Like all the others are saying, wonderful food and people here.. We love Playa and have been coming here for over 15 years, lots of good food, but after a while can start to taste the same; not here mate. There is a subtle difference that makes it unique, nothing like it in Playa. If you are a coffee aficionado (or just like a cup of joe) definitely try the cafe de olla. It's 'ranch' coffee, a SUBTLE touch of cinnamon, brown sugar, and a hint of citric from the beans. Never had like it and find myself craving it daily! Oh, and if you're coming from the beach, keep your suit on, there's a small pool you can sit in while you quaff a beverage waiting for your food ;)

Had breakfast here a couple of times during my stay and really enjoyed it. The food was delicious and flavorful, and the service was warm and welcoming. The burrito was excellent, and the plantain smoothie was perfect on a hot day. Definitely recommend!

Food is on point. We had Avocado toast with eggs, and a cheese omelette with veggies and Guacamole. Everything was delicious. We also had fresh cafe de la olla. So good. Reasonable price as well.

Amazing breakfast experience! We were offered tables and a cup of coffee before they even opened which was a very sweet gesture and a sign of excellent customer service. Thank you Aldo for taking the time to explain the menu choices, share the recommendations and suggestions on the meal options! The breakfast was very filling and delicious. The place itself is very cozy and feels secluded even though it’s on a touristy path. Definitely coming back! Thank you ❤️

The best breakfast I've had in Playa del Carmen. They have music playing and beautiful plants in the courtyard. The Mexican Coffee was delicious! From the time we walked in to the time we left we felt like we were visiting someone's home. Everyone was so friendly. Wonderful atmosphere. If you are visiting Playa del Carmen and are looking for a Mexican food experience stop by this place. Thank you so much for such a lovely breakfast. Great way to start the day.

Charming small breakfast spot. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. Portions are fairly small but the food is good. Not your classic North American breakfast place. More focus on the local breakfast options. I had eggs witch chorizo which was great. Coffee was just average.

Absolutely delicious, authentic food! The service was amazing, we got to hear about where the food comes from and you can tell they take so much pride in it. Would recommend to anyone looking for a more authentic Mexican food experience.

Had dinner there on Valentines Day and it was Excellent! The service was amazing and the food was superb!! Cannot recommend highly enough!! Everything tasted fresh and flavorful and the brownie dessert was out of this world. The staff was wonderful and so sweet and made sure everything was perfect for us. We will definitely be back to eat there again soon!!

We enjoyed our breakfast. Portions are very small however and food is average. I don't regret going there but wouldn't go back.

The food was OK but not worth the wait. We sat down and waited for the first service attention for 10 minutes. Another 10 minutes to get a menu and another 30 to get one dish of chilaquiles. The weather was nice but I wasn't planning on taking an hour+ for a small breakfast meal.

The food is good however the service is terrible. It took them 1h15 to cook 3 dishes without being even full... Anyway good food but not recommended if you have plans for the day.
