Best fast food by far

Always a delight. For that last minute dinner or midnight snack Carls Jr will always hit the spot. Food portions are larger than many other fast food places and the prices are economical. Their cheerful staff and great food will keep me coming back.

I always go around 2am and I always get this gentlemen, he’s a good a vibe and an excellent on his customer service!! The food is always Hot and beautifully made !!

Quiet, out of the way, nice and warm, clean and tidy. Ordering was perfect because of our excellent server and food was delicious!!

If you like big burger's that leaked goo all over your hands and fill your stomach with absolute yumminess! and are full of meat and cheese and all the other good stuff. this is definitely the place for you! We're talking about a man's Burger ! not being sexist but these things are big unless you wimp out and get a little cheeseburger which still will tastes awesome ! Their food is always fresh you wait a little while for the freshness but it's definitely worth the wait....🍔 Do yourself a favor pay the cash and get the bigger burger's there really really good. Sorry to say but the Big Mac can't hold anything to these Burger's. these Burger's don't have a single piece of this . or single piece of that. they're not cheap they actually put stuff on them. you get what you pay for . and that's why they get five Stars☆☆☆☆☆

Super friendly 5 star employees working late on Christmas Eve. Had a rush of cars in front of me and they busted through it quickly, even apologized for the wait. These guys are so awesome

Carl's Jr has burgers that at least taste like hamburgers, with sliced onions, tomatoes and whole pieces of lettuce just like you would do at your own backyard BBQ or in your kitchen lol ....all burgers from McDonalds taste like, well McDonalds, not a real hamburger ( for real, tell me does a Big Mac taste like a hamburger? I'd say not, it tastes like a Big Mac, (McDonalds sandwich lol) nothing like a burger that anyone would make at home or at a BBQ, at least not anyone I know. Carl's Jr's Santa fe sauce adds a nice lil sump'm sump'm, if your palate agrees that is. Either added and have it put on your burger, or as a side (which i prefer - added or not on any given bite, with just a lil dip, I usually eat some with and some without, but sometimes on every bite, having the option is a better way to go in my opinion. Onion rings with a side of Santa fe is my favorite play lol then it can be on double duty, if you will.

Cassie was great! Lots of energy for it having been 2:30AM lol. The food was prepared extra fresh I felt like royalty. Burger King who???? Anyways 5 stars 👏👏👏

I love this store they have such a diverse staff and as a women of color I love to see it ! I have always enjoyed coming in and always leave laughing or in a better mood and with fast food that isn’t something you see often. But today a staff member just made my whole week for real. I was having a rougher day than normal and they went above and beyond to make my day and that made me sooo happy.

I don’t know about the people on the day crew but whoever they have working late night it’s a very awesome crew. The cooks in the driveway attended always do an awesome job.

me and my fiancé were coming through california on our way to washington, and we hit the curb and got a flat tire. decided to pull in and grab some food then go change the tire. we got our food pretty quick and the cashier was very friendly. after we ate we went back out to change the tire and our jack broke, so i went back in and asked if one of them might have one we could borrow. he said he will ask his coworkers, and a few minutes later the manager came out with a jack in hand and asked if we needed a tool to get the bolts off. after we got it changed he told us of a few places to get a new tire first thing in the morning and even gave us directions. very friendly and we were thankful for the kindness. give this man a raise🙏🙏🙏

Always get the California classic double cheeseburger combo - way cheaper than the combos you need to mortgage your house to buy but my favorite Carl's Jr thing is the staff on the graveyard shift - absolutely hilarious and fun!!! So glad the one at Larkspur & Cypress is open 24 hrs!!!

There's nothing like having a mad craving for a "Western Bacon Cheeseburger" at any hour of the night knowing there's a Carl's Jr open 24 hours! That burger was so delish! The kids that were working there were so sweet and polite.

Good and hot, chicken tenders are the best of all fast food restaurants,and it was a very friendly staff, need to wash windows and change filters, why do so many places not clean doors and windows? Sure can't eat the atmosphere but it needs to be clean looking.

Carl's jr. Is one of my favorite fast foods. This one was up to my high standards. Employees were super friendly and efficient. Got our food fast and order was correct. Food was really good and not greasy.

I like their food but the time it took to get my burger was quite long. The young man at the window gave me a free cookie but I would have really much rather had my food a lot more prompt.

Everything I got was fresh and delicious 🤤 the only thing you guys need to fix is to ask the tall guy to wear a beard net . Thank y’all.

The homeless are really affecting this city. Carl’s is really good plus they get my order right. In and out last two times did not.

The french fries 🍟 were perfect with great flavor. The drive through employee was very nice. I'm pleased with my visit.

Depending on the time of day you arrive, you could actually get a decently fresh meal. Typically, the longer you wait to get your food, the more fresh it'll be. I try to get to this location in the late morning when they are getting food prepared for lunch. That has been working out for me. Not a terrible meal

I suggest keeping the breakfast menu open all day that is why 4 stars. However the burgers and fries are great. The menu has Hispanic options healthy eating and a variety. The milkshakes taste like actual ice cream they are the best hands down.

Gig work drivers can’t use the drive thru. It’s inconvenient when you can’t reverse and back out of the drive thru line, in addition to not having a wide enough lane to simply leave the drive thru. If there’s no way to leave the line, they should be able to just hand you the order when you get to the window and not make you have waitin in the drive thru line to then have to go back around to get it.

We went pretty late at night so that might've contributed to the quality. Not the best, but the staff was friendly and joking around, so bonus points for hospitality.

Prices have gone up with the mandatory statewide pay increase, but not dramatically. The service seemed much improved. Imagine that?! You start paying people a more livable wage and suddenly they're more willing to give your business more attention as an employee. Who knew? Of course, now the managers are being forced by Corporate to give people as few hours as possible so they don't have to offer them benefits... but tackle one problem at a time.

Service was decent. Waited a few minutes, but that is acceptable as long as everything is hot and it was. The Angus patties do not disappoint. Get a double Angus big Carl!

I think Carl's Jr is one of the most consistently good fast food places. The value is there. This location is excellent on service inside. Free refills at the soda fountain keeps me away from the place next door with the golden arches.

Food was great!! My mom and I were traveling through and had some car issues that needed fixed. Once it was fixed we were starving, so....Carl's Jr of course. The staff was great, fast service, super nice!! 3 issues I had was an odd smell when we first walked in and tbh the employees were not all that clean looking and then an issue with all of the homeless congregating right outside.

Everything was just a normal experience here at Carl's Jr.

I was kind of in a rush and they were the only drive thru that was completely empty so I chose to go there, however, it was a not so good choice. I sat at the speaker for awhile with no employee greeting me, nothing. So I wait a lil longer thinking maybe they're closed today ?(145 on a saturday) so I drove to the window after waiting a little longer and I see the employee/manager at the counter, the drive thru headset around her neck not her ears, and I wait......and waited a little longer, trying to get noticed by her but nope, I sat there longer. Finally! She sees me, and comes to the window. I explained I was waiting at the speaker but no was acknowledging me, and she says "why didn't you say something?" And laughs at me. I was very irritated and was already in a hurry when I decided to go there and then I had to wait through all that. I think that us when she realized that there was more cars waiting and she decided to put the head set on, finally!! I got my food very promoter that and the lady was nice besides her snide remark. But my burger was good and I wasn't horribly late.

Shrinkage has hit here hard. Service was quick and friendly. Questionable value.

Carl's Jr. is a fast food hamburger joint with many locations, in my opinion better then the standard McDonalds, Burger King, Jack in The Box & Wendy's. For decades I could count on the same flavor and consistcey in their,Famous Star burger. We all have our favorite Fast Food poison.

Both of our burgers were made extremely sloppy, and incorrectly. The beef patties weren't even on the bun. Also the milkshake I ordered was pure liquid. The errors were, however, remade, and the customer service was very good

Food is decent for what ur getting, but the burger was put together pretty sloppy and for as much as fast food cost nowadays I and anyone else should expect better. Food could be warmer as well. Y'all are making more than $15+ an hour put some effort into your work and make an effort.

Too dirty, the couches are overpriced, but they had a nice selection of pans, great place to go if you're hunting for house decor or accessories.

Overall, the atmosphere was pleasant and the employees that helped us were friendly, things were clean and taken care of. My only con was that the chicken tenders I bought tasted old and oily, and by the time we got home I was in serious intestinal distress... I don't know if we'll be returning to this one for a while. :( Sorry, friend.

I go to the Carl's Jr on Cypress, in Redding every Suday for my big country burritos and I have complained numerous times to the manager and to corporate about not enough gravey in them. They are skimping on the gravey and only putting gravey on half of the burrito, which makes it very dry in the top half of the burrito. You need to correct this or I will stop going to your establishment and tell all my friends too!!!!! I forgot to tell you, if I want more gravey, they charge me an extra $1.00 per burrito!!!

My large order of fries was half full and didn't taste fresh. I asked for a ranch cup to go with a large order of jalapeño poppers and didn't receive any ranch cup. The burgers were good and the ingredients were fresh. No way to leave comments about a slightly failed order other than to use Google reviews. Staff was pleasant but not friendly enough to get a higher rating.

Jordan had an extremely unwelcoming attitude, violating customer service conducts and was even very skeptical about a doordasher, that came in while I was there, being very condescending about if there was a doordash order

We've ate there twice, both times are absolute garbage experiences. They've jipped us off twice in the same month; one was in a drive thru and the other was actually inside resulting in the same affair, they never give you fries and they're horrible at taking orders. It seems like they do this on purpose.

I was greeted with hostility right when I came through to the drive thru order thing. The guy was making rude remarks toward the ordering process and would almost seem like he would throw fits about having to make stuff. You work in a fast food restaurant, you’re gonna have to make food and shakes because you’re getting paid for it, please don’t throw a fit again. Also in the end they forgot some of our food that we ordered and paid for.

The staff was wonderful and fast! It was the homeless who made it uncomfortable. Jacking off in the store and sleeping in the bathrooms.... would not bring my family inside!!! The locks busted and what little employees are working are disgusted and fed up with this daily occurrence... Corporate needs to do something about this and help... besides putting locks on everything that obviously doesn't work

It does what it's supposed to do, fill you up. The food tasted good. Portions are sizes are fair for the price. And service was just kinda blaw. Nothing really bad, just warm bodys going in slow motion. And after eating I wanted to use the restroom. It has a lock you need a token to open. So I went to the counter, asked for a token. The cashier didn't know where any were so she had to find the manager and asked him, he let me in with a key. Well, no toilet paper. I couldn't keep this up so I left. Quickly. So only 2 stars.

Mistakes sandwiches that were special orders, forgot to put 9 piece nuggets in bag, didn't realize till 15 mins down road. We were only car so not sure why order was not made and expedited properly.

Employees were friendly. The food was disappointing. Burger patty was cold to the touch 3 minutes after being prepared. After waiting near 10 minutes for it to be prepared. Had to microwave it myself. Fries were a few seconds from burnt. They were hard and most were inedible. Disappointing.

Employees were snippy and rude, I did come with 5 people right before they closed the lobby

For the price, I'd expect my food to not be a complete mess and all over the wrapper when I open it. Customer service is nice and friendly, but come on, this is ridiculous. There was 2 cars in parking lot and no one in the drive through line, so I know it's not from trying to serve fast. Please do better next time.

UPDATED: I have went here the last 3 Sundays for a grilled cheese breakfast sandwich. Every time my cheese has been unmelted, (hmm grilled cheese?😒🧐🙄🤔). So I called, was informed their microwave is broken and thats how they melt the cheese. Apparently the DM knows and they are waiting. 1 star because of lack of communication, follow through, and lack of equipment. GO GET ONE FROM WALMART CHEAPSKATE AREA MANAGERS. OLD POST: This Carl's Jr usually gets my food right. They have messed up before but made it right in the past. Food is usually hot and fresh for the most part. Not a big fan of fast food but I would say Carl's Jr is one of the top spots for a decent burger.

Came to this restaurant at 7:02 pm Dec 16th to get my dinner with my family, As I tried to use the bathroom A guy name Jacob with a bad attitude refused to give me the code. We decided to leave without getting anything. Bad service Avoid this place at all cost.

Well the chicken sandwich I ordered was supposed to come with bacon, lettuce and cheese... 😞

Usually don’t have a problem and prefer Carl’s but my experience tonight was less than stellar. My fiancé and I went there to the drive through for dinner tonight and I ordered a number 2 large with cheese criss-cuts and no vegetables with a Diet Dr Pepper no ice. For my order I received a completely plain burger just meat and bread regular fries and even the soda was wrong. My fiancé had a number 4 his meal was correct 50% accuracy. I was really looking forward to my criss-cuts. I repeated my order several times and it was still wrong.very dissappointed.

Onion rings had no flavor. Too much batter and almost no onion. Milkshake tasted like it was a couple days past expiration. Burgers were good though.

The manager with pink hair was yelling at his workers, the chicken strips were burnt, the bathroom sink was working terribly, and there was terrible customer service. The pink haired manager was so distracted yelling at people he forgot our ranch and accidentally put it on a tray for dining, then blamed his staff for messing it up. Avoid.

Came in for the 4th. Spent almost $60 on dinner for the family. We got to where we were going to watch the fireworks only to find a large portion of our meal was missing. This was a terrible experience I would not recommend this Carls JR location to anyone. Came back to get the food they forgot to give us the first we were in and asked them to at Least refill the drink I had ordered to go with the meal, and Brianna the Manager required us to purchase another drink to go with the meal I purchased. This is a perfect display of terrible customer service, and I am embarresed that this carles JR location is in my home town. Up to this point we ate at this location weekly, but my family and I will not be returning to this location again.

The drive through was very disappointing, burger had been prepared beforehand the French fries were under cooked, did not get a receipt and had to ask for my drink. Now I know why the line was so short! I'll be going somewhere else next time!!

We like coming to carl's jr cypress, but today is the day we regret while waiting for our order, we fill our cup with coke for some reason the coke taste different its less sweet and has a bitter taste to it. Not sure if the problem is with coke or the dispenser we ended pouring the soda on the sink at home and ended up with water. I can send a copy of our receipt if they want it.

Order to go and overcharged on messed up product Had more than we wanted in bag,burgers were not made as specials as ordered. Think the man cashier was "high".With a $17 Bill for A burger combo with coupon ,plus a 2nd birger,didn't get drink with combo.

The ladies who work overnight at the Cypress location often leave guests in the drive thru for well over 10 minutes. There was 1 car in front of us. It was 230am, not to mention the food had been sitting in cabinet for AWHILE ..get it together ladies or seek employment elsewhere

These people are about to make 15 dollars an hour probly ought to place orders correctly, gave me fries instead of the onion rings and wanted me to pay extra after. I over heard her telling the other she heard me order but forgot to put it in. I realize its only onion rings and you dont usually expect much from a fast food place, but come on, their about to make 15 dollars an hour. Im just doing my part to make america great again. Starting with accountability.

This is the worst Carl's Jr I have ever been to. I usually come early in the morning when it's empty, there is sometimes one other person in from of me. They have two to three people working at that time in the morning but I always seem to spend 10 minutes in the drive-through. I don't know what they are doing in there, the person in front get one bag not ten bags. When I get to the window no one inside can be seen. After sitting at the window for 5 min I leave without paying and without my food order. No reason to spend that much time in the drive-through.

Customer service was not what I expected to be I was left waiting on the drive-thru line because the person taking the orders was having a conversation with the car infront of me. Took her about 5 minutes for her to finish her chat then when I got my order she messed it up.

My husband went to this restaurant this afternoon (10-23-2021). My husband went ahead of our daughter and grandbabies to pay for their order. There was a male employee working the drive thru window that got confused over the fact that my husband DID NOT order anything and was only paying for our daughter's order in the car behind him. The employee started yelling to the top of his lungs at another (older) employee that he couldn't find my husband's order. The other employee calmly tried to inform him that the order belonged to the car behind. This male employee continued to make a scene...yelling and screaming! When my husband was FINALLY able to pay for the order and moved forward, our daughter moved up to receive the order and this male employee started handing her 8 drinks. Our daughter told him that she only ordered 4 drinks and he AGAIN started yelling and screaming at the older employee that he couldn't find the order and the ranch dressing. This went on for some time and FINALLY my husband and our daughter was able to leave with the CORRECT order...FULLY paid. When my husband got home, he immediately called the restaurant and spoke to the manager about the situation and she apoogized but other than that didn't seem to care. We will NEVER eat here again NOR will we EVER suggest anyone else eat here! NOBODY should have to witness employee abuse and a manager that won't deal with the situation appropriately. Employee abuse is against the law and shouldn't be allowed! We have no respect anymore for this restaurant!

I took my family there for lunch today My husband and to kids . 4 years and 14 month old daughters. What a let down. I feel i was ripped off for 28 bucks. The burger sucked very old. the chicken strips were very dry and overcooked! Never again will i go there Again

Overcooked chicken and cold French fries... Well, never again will my hard earned money be spent at an establishment like this. And a tip having a positive attitude helps aLot in service industry...

The place was dirty and the service was terrible. We paid for our food but left without our food because we had waited 15 mins and we were the only customers in there. The carpet was very smelly.

This was the worst drive-thru experience I’ve had. The guy taking our orders had an instant annoyed tone and when my friend ordered a milkshake he said, “Seriously? Who needs a milkshake at this time?” He was very disrespectful and we had originally wanted to do three separate orders in the car and he said “No you can’t do that, I don’t think any place would let you do three separate orders.” I work in the food service too, I understand being frustrated and ready for your shift to end, but you’re never allowed to take it out on paying customers that are simply ordering. At the end of this ordeal, I realized that, for my order of chicken stars and fries, there were only fries in the bag and no chicken stars. Overall this was a waste of money and time, I will never be going back to the Carl’s Jr. on Cypress.

The staff member working was awesome!! My problem is $4.28 for a large soda!!! Carl's Jr leadership, please do better.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal with criss-cut fries. About halfway through I found a foot long black curly hair in my food. I called the store and asked for a manager, he told me that next time I come in I can have free fries. Like I'll ever be going back. He said nothing about fixing the problem or cleaning up.

I come to this Carls Jr. at least twice a week. I've never had an issue until today. Obviously this employee was new because I've never seen him. I always order the same thing the same way. So I ordered what I normally get inside, which is, Large #9 Combo extra jalapeños extra santa fe sauce and no lettuce with crisp cut fries instead of regular fries. He acknowledged the fact I said crisp cut fries instead of regular and even said "okay". I get my food and there are regular fries so I said something considering I ordered it that way. What made me upset was the fact instead of saying I'm sorry I didn't get that he processed to try and make me pay for the fries. Then when I told him I'm not paying $5 for fries I ordered with my meal and that he acknowledged me when I substituted the fries he got an attitude and told me he's not just gonna give me free fries. I never wanted free fries I wanted what I ordered. I ended up walking out because I was having a good day till then. Any other day I probably would've asked for a manager. If he was nicer about it I would've been okay and just said it's fine but instead he was rude and didn't care that he knew he messed up even though he tried denying it when my boyfriend even heard him acknowledged the fact I asked for crisp cut fries instead of regular. On top of all that normally I'm read back my order which he did not do and if he would've I would've caught it before we paid and I got the wrong food. The workers name was Colby R. I've never had a bad experience at my Carl's Jr. location on Cypress till today. If I go decide to go back there and he's working he definitely will not be taking my order again!!!!! People are so damn rude for no reason.

I was heading back home to Vancouver, Wa. from Stockton, Ca. and I decided to stop for the night. My puppy and I went for a walk over to Carl's Jr. on Cypress after checking in at Motel 6 around the corner. When I walked through the doors there were only a few people in the dining area already eating. I ordered the double westeren and thats it. No fries and no drink, yet I waited 17 min for a burger that tasted like it was sitting out all day while listening to an employee tell jokes, not funny one's! Certainly not worth the $10.89 they charged me. As far as I'm concerned, was'nt even good enough to be a dollar menu item. Should have gone to Popeye's or Lumberjack's.
