This Starbucks location just moved to the top of my list of favorite stores. It has a large, clean space and one of the nicest group of baristas working hard to get you your drink. Big shout out to the barista, Sam. She went that extra mile and made my day.

I had left my wallet at home not realising that I did not have my wallet I pulled in the drive thru and ordered my drink when I reached for my wallet it was not there, I was so embarrassed that I just placed an order and did not have money to pay for it. pulled up to the window and explained to the barista that I don't have my wallet and I will come back. she offers to give me my drink without paying for it. she said it happens to the best of us. the manager and the barista are awesome at this Starbucks ..kudos to the training of starbucks and I will always be a very thankful, and a repeat customer at this particular location...thank you again for understanding and to your amazing staff at the atarbucks.

This is one of the busiest Starbucks around the area next to Burger King. Staffs are so well trained here and they never mess up your drinks

My go to Starbucks in this area. The employees constantly make sure tables are clean for the next customer. Chill environment with great lighting. This location also have a drive thru and parking space.

Not too busy on a rainy day like today. The only drive-thru Starbucks in the area. They are quite efficient even with a long car line. I’d still prefer to go inside if possible. These days that is quicker.

Super rare Starbucks spotted! Modern and clean. One Accessible parking in front and and a few other short term spots. There's a Drive thru as well! Uncluttered walkway inside. They are adequately staffed to handle both in store and drive thru orders. The staff does a pretty good job of keeping the tables clean in the morning. The music isn't too loud so it's possible to concentrate. Plus there is a reasonable number of outlets. And the restrooms, OMG, they actually have toilet seat and diaper station liners! I only wish there was more parking, and I hope it stays clean once it's no longer brand new.

Clean, very spacious and cozy location - has a drive through as well. Barista's are pleasant and know how to make a drinks- even the ones that are customized and complicated. Definitely one of my favorite locations.

The workers at this location are extremely friendly, and will go out of their way to make your order personalized. Love this location! The one time I had an issue with my drink they gave me another one to my friend for free. It was cute!

Even though the first time here they gave me the wrong flavor for cold brew (I wanted the cinnamon not dark chocolate almond milk foam), the second time my fiancé ordered through the app and they got it right. I wish the music volume would be lowered but the service was good. I like the quality from this location compared to other locations as well as service. In Queens I would have to say that this one is the best so far.

Great location for a Starbucks and the only Starbucks Drive thru in the entire area. Drive thru is usually super busy with long lines. If they could only expand the drive thru service and make it quicker, that would make this even better. Management should not allow some homeless people to stay there for hours. Not a pleasant site or smell for anyone to sit and enjoy a drink or snack. I’ve seen people sleeping there at the tables.

Always love to come in get my favorite ice tea lemonade. Amazing staff friendly and fast. With a drive thru that not many Starbucks in nyc have. Always come here for morning rush or just on a slow day to do work. Props to the staff for being amazing!!

I rarely post reviews and only when I really like/dislike something. It’s a pleasure to share with you that this location is just a nice place to visit and enjoy a cup of nice fresh coffee. However, what really made me write this review is a gentleman named Moises He was not only polite with, he actually did everything he could to accommodate my needs and made feel special. His coworkers also showed themselves very professional by any kind of standard but Moises surrounded me with great respect and care Unfortunately, i noticed that they are like that with everyone, not just me. LOL Thanks for your service

This place is great 👍 👌 🙌 It gets crowded at this location in the morning. I recommend avoiding the crowds by ordering ahead via the app. Starbucks' atmosphere is so cozy during the holiday. 5 stars to this place ✨️

Starbucks Nice clean place many different brand of water. Service is very quick and pleasant. Bathroom usually clean but not on busy days. Kelly was extremely friendly and helpful with chosing a hot drink. I would certainly come back. Would be nice if some customers wouldn't sleep or use the seats for hours. Drinks are prepared professionally without any delay and served with a warning of hot drink. 5 out 5 ***** for Kelly.

I came in around 10:30am. Pros: This Starbucks has a large layout with many seats avaliable. Music was good for my taste. The Barista Karina took my order and made it She was super pleasant. And made my order just right.she had great conversation as well. Cons: That driveway is dangerous. The drivers do not pay enough attention to customers walking in. But thats not Starbucks fault its the parking lot Last con...they ran out of plastic stirers and its 10:30AM. Overall great expirence because of the barista!

Starbucks : 'the best meal of the day '..Clean ,.this locations male toilet is out of order too many times. Just built so there must be some structure problems.. Other than that ..very relaxed shop with a Retro Gym upstairs.. and a drive in location..Friendly staff..

I honestly love all Starbuck shops, and this one is no exception. The only thing I would complain about is that they don't completely fill my cup!! Why am I spending $3 for ice?? Other than that, I love this Starbucks store.

Another sign that Rego Park/Forest Hills are exploding in real estate -- another Starbucks in the area! This one is spacious and consistent in design with the current look of Starbucks stores. Service is friendly and there are plenty of seating options. Also, offers a drive through! Easy to pick up a beverage before you hop on the nearby BQE.

Ahhh it’s Starbucks but use your app because the order will come out correct. If you order with the front counter it’s not always right. I ate breakfast here for 2 weeks straight so just trust me when I say use the app to order.

I especially LOVE this place for the drive thru. The parking is kinda bad, only very few spots available, and it shares them with a gym. Also, not sure why but as others have stated, there are quite a number of homeless people inside at times, so if that's not your thing this may not be the best place for you. I suggest doing the drive thru if you go here.

Just your average old Starbucks. Very roomy with lots of open floor space without seating. You do get a very eclectic crowd in here in the evenings, though. There's also free 30-minute parking in front and a Burger King nearby if you want a different kind of snack.

Love that there's always a seat. I deducted a star cause staff is not always the friendliest and talk alot with coworkers rather than take orders. Not terrible but they can up their hospitality and service game.

The OG crew here is incredible. They even memorize order which is almost a nonexistent occurrence at a franchise of any kind. I do want to point out that some of the newer folks may need training on how to make certain coffees. This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. Lastly, can there be additional signage at the Drive Thru? It's usually a mess out there.

This is one of the few drive through locations in the city, which is great, but the line can get long and stretch out to the street. The servers here are always nice and the coffee is standard Starbucks level.

This Starbucks has a small parking lot shared with other businesses, so you might get a spot if you're lucky. However, what's awesome is that this Starbucks has a drive-thru. It's inside is spacious with a lot of seats. The downside is sometimes this place is dull even with many customers. Most of them are reading or on a laptop. I walked in a few times and it felt like I was walking in a library. Silence. I don't recall even if music was played. I would feel uncomfortable and rude coming in here with a friend to have a conversation over coffee. Nonetheless, the food and drinks here are comparable to any other Starbucks.

So I waited to review this to be sure and I can say confidently that they need to stop bring so cheap with the caramel syrup!!! Especially with large drinks. I even pay for extra and still find it's lacking. Now with these prices, come on now do better!!! Thats why i gave this place 4 instead of 5 stars ... how cheap they are with the caramel sauce. I didn't factor in price of drinks bc I think we all know that if we are getting a drink at Starbucks, it won't be the most economical of your options lol ... RATER #2 (MY MINI ME) : "sometimes better than others" but she loves the customization. Below is a pic of one of her customizations Other than above, staff is friendly. Warning: some times of day there is a long line!!! Especially in the drive through 🤕🥴 avoid mornings on your way to work unless you get there with enough time to wait in that line

Wish there were more "Starbucks DRIVE THRU" in the area because this one is so hit or miss. Half the time we get quick service and our orders look better than the ones in the ads, the other half of the time they repeat our order back to us at the drive thru window and STILL manage to get every single drink twice.

Hi, welcome to Jhon’s first Google review, with Jhon:) I have just picked up my little niece from middle school and we were starving, she wanted Starbucks so I took her to this one because it was the closest one to the highway. Upon arriving, I asked for double-smoked bacon, cheddar and egg sandwich, but THEY WERE ALL OUTTT!!!!!! So I decided to get a sausage, Cheddar and egg sandwich. My niece wanted a drink which I forgot the name, BUT THEY WERE ALL OUT TOO!!!! Well we said our order and said thank you and didn’t get a “ur welcome” back:( we go pay the food but they didn’t have any change. So they got a few cents extra. Anyways we left and once we looked in the bag, it was the wrong sandwich🤦‍♂️. So not only did they not have the sandwich I wanted, they gave me completely different sandwich:0!!!!! This story is 100% real but I’ve been here multiple times and this the first time this happens, just wrote the review because I thought it would be fun. No hate, this Starbucks is actually somewhat good:)

Lovely space and good service but PLEASE turn down the volume of the songs played over the speakers. People like myself usually come by to read or study and the radio playing at such a high volume makes it hard to concentrate.

This Starbucks is good for drive thru only, if you're in store, they fulfill the drive thru orders first.. Frustrating, and there's nothing to eat except maybe some cookies.. low grade in store experience.. parking is bare. Good for pedestrians not in a hurry

Okay location, clean and never too busy. Don’t study or hang here unless you like extremely loud music and can tolerate the mini earthquakes every minute from the deadlifters since there’s a gym next door. Literally can barely talk and hear anyone during conversation. the ac is cranked up WAY HIGH so bring a jacket. The atmosphere itself makes it not worth it to spend time here after you get your order.

Coffee and bread were good. However the place needs attention. There were used napkins all over the floor and some tables and chairs as well; and the bathroom wasn't clean either.

this is the worst servic staff I seen in Starbuck. one of the employees his name is J has very bad attitude. he all the time make me the wrong order. and his lady manager when I complained to her she said I can not do anything. really what an appreciation to my business. never again on this Starbucks. bad service bad management. It is getting better. I am changing it to two stars.

Good place, unless you need a table. Homeless have turned this place into their personal hang out lounge. Now I get it they are ppl.. BUT cmon this IS NOT A SHELTER, it’s not a hostile. Your one cup of hot water with your own tea bag doesn’t give you the right to occupy the place for the whole day, EVERYDAY !!! Sadly corporate is too scared of bad publicity so this will only get worse.

This Starbucks is actually nice to work in and sit in. But why they blasting music like OD OD. Like homie tryna work but all I can hear is aggressive dance hall tracks. I even have noise cancelling headphones. They wildling out at this location.

This place is great, staff is attentive and everything, except the music and volume - seriously. It’s quite unbearable having to hear the music they play and how they blast it, literally. This is the right place to come to study, read a newspaper, but it’s impossible to enjoy your morning coffee while you read the news or do something else. They repeat the same songs all over again and use their personal phones to do so - expect to hear the same songs repeatedly and phone ringtones when their receive notifications. This is a nice Starbucks, but judging by the music, it’s a club. Always playing reggaeton and stuff with weird lyrics.

Found out why the drive thru is always so slow ! The baristas left the area unattended because they all left to go downstairs to keep unreleased Halloween Starbucks merch (glow in the dark cups) for themselves ! I’m waiting for my order and they all left to go downstairs while there are customers in the drive thru waiting for their items. Their customer service is the worst. This Starbucks is constantly running out of items. Whoever is doing inventory/ ordering needs to do better.

Maybe it’s the staffing which I empathize with but they often close 1-2 hours before what’s recorded. I’m a nurse nearby and can’t catch them before my night shifts. It’s a little frustrating to know when to stop by

Omg terrible service told the cashier my order twice and she still got it wrong totally disregarded everything I said and then I asked for extra lemons in a tea and she informed me they don’t carry them any longer. What type of establishment that sells tea does not carry lemons. I was baffled but I accepted that. But then the order is totally incorrect smh. Not a good first time experience.

Seriously this isn't a club, please turn down the music Starbucks. Put on some classical music if your going to blast it with all that bass or consider upgrading your speakers if your going to destroy our ears with the terrible EQs. Staff is great, service is good, it's just the loud music.

This review is about Starbucks's recent no sleeping policy. This is what my one star is for. So I've been coming to this location ever since they opened a few years ago bc it is conveniently located near home. I've come to study here many times solo as well as conducted multiple study groups in this location. I've spent countless hours studying here and stayed till they closed. Just a few minutes ago, I decided to take a short nap from doing work and just 3 minutes after I rested my head, was awoken with a loud knock on the table. My naps aren't even naps because I never fall asleep, its more just to rest my eyes for a bit to help me concentrate for the next few hours. I explained to the worker that it was just a mere 10minutes that I was going to rest and he apologized that the store doesn't allowing sleeping in its facility. I understand where it comes from to prevent the presence of homeless individuals. But as a student female in her twenties currently attending university, I find that not being able to take a 10minute nap after spending many hours studying is ridiculous. Is the action of resting my head to recharge my brain and continue doing work physically harming or disturbing anyone? Do I look homeless and seem like i'm camping out here to sleep? Better judgement should be made here by employees on whether action is necessary. Side Note: This no tolerance for sleeping is part of Starbucks's new Open Door policy - you DON'T have to purchase anything to use its facilities :)

WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS AT ALL TO THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION. Where do I even begin with??? I went in with my friends on a Sunday evening (we did make sure to check the store timing online which said closing at "10 PM") we got there around 7:46 ish 8:00 and started with our order...our order was rushed and the staff kept saying 10 mins to close - 5 mins to close...one of my friend ordered veggie egg bites and birthday cake pop with coffee and her order was horrible wronged...egg bites were soggy and instead of birthday cake pop she was given some other flavored one and my other friend ordered iced mocha expresso with "LESS ICE" and all she got was NO MOCHA WITH LOTS OF ICE...and I asked for a brownie but was denied by saying they don't have that anymore so I just got my refresher...AS SOON AS WE GOT OUR ORDER WE WERE FORCED TO LEAVE THE STORE WITH OTHER CLIENTS IN THERE and let me remind you it was not the closing hour...when asked about this rude and unprofessional behavior one of the staff lady said "THEY WERE UNDER STAFF AND THEY WERE VERY BUSY"??? Can someone please explain us what really happened here?I would never go back...please don't go here and waste your money and time...these people are not worth it...ONE OF THE WORST UNPROFESSIONAL STARBUCKS EVER.

Went through the drive thru June 29 at 9:15pm. Me and a few friends asked for iced coffees and the orders were all incorrectly made. The women at the drive thru was very rude. When we went back for our new orders, it was made incorrect again. That woman was about 5ft 7in, looked latina, and was wearing a starbucks cap at the time. That's the last time me and my friends waste our time and money in this location. *Edit* I forgot to mention this is the second time we had a similar issue with this location.

Horrible place, horrible customer service Always messing up orders, and their drinks don't taste good . If you ask for something they don't have flavor . I don't recommend this place at all . I ordered an ice coffee was incorrectly made and employees were rude about it. Not wasting my money anytime soon here .

Just did a drive through order and the person who helped us didn’t add the fugar free syrup to our coffee. When we went back to ask let them know and get the syrup, the girl on the window was incredibly rude and said “next time you have to let us know that you wanted that” with an attitude. When my fiancé clearly asked for sugar free vanilla syrup when we placed the order. This was at 1:18pm. Whoever that girl is, she lacks customer services and should be taught a course on courtesy. If I could give 0 stars I would.

yes I take my coffee this serious. Ever since this Starbucks opened I’ve always utilized their reserve coffees from the clover. When I’m on the rush to go to work I use the drive through. One time during morning rush hour I tried using the drive through to get a clover and the person told me they are not to do clover from the drive through at this time because it’s very busy in early morning, and it was. So being reasonable I just got another regular coffee. So today I went there about one hour before work 6pm Friday evening (05/31). There was only one car in the drive thru. So when I tried to order my clover drink. The guy said uhhhh hold on one second. Then a female came on the intercom and I tried placing the order again. She told me “we are not allowed to make drinks for the drive through if it’s from the clover” it got quiet, I was still standing there waiting to see if she tells me do you want another drink? But nothing it was silent for like 1 minute or 2. So I thought they where making the coffee for some reason since she didn’t offer me another drink. Then I spoke up and said hello? She responded yes? I politely asked her to please make it since it was not peak rush hour on the drive thru, and that I’ve been getting clover coffees ever since they opened from the drive through” she continued to argue with me, and I asked to speak to the person in charge. She said she was. So I just ended up leaving and not getting anything cause my mood was completely shattered. on top of that throughout that whole encounter they could of literally made 2 clover coffees. Very disappointed in the unprofessional service encounter. — On another note when I park my car in the lot and walk in to get drinks from the clover(when I’m not in a rush) the workers always seem to have some type of question to their co workers regarding the process of making the drink, facial remark, or hesitant to make the coffee from the clover until some other worker picks up the task. I’m not sure if most of the workers are competent in using the clover machine. Extremely disappointed.

My husband ordered a decaf Americano with little bit of half and half (stated just a drop) the batista handed him a double espresso and some cream on the side in a separate cup. Overall kind of bad customer service experience at this specific Starbucks. Even the lady who took the order didn't know how to greet and everyone just looks EXTREMELY sad here. Not a Starbucks type of experience/environment at all.

After waiting for 15 minutes on drive thru line, one of the employees accused me of skipping the line (keep in mind I’m in a car, how is that even possible?) They wasted my time and then once I ordered the drinks they asked me to come inside the store to pay for them. Unbelievable, service quality is horrible. Went to dunkin right after.

The Starbucks itself is nice and shiny and Def 5 stars for the drive thru. HOWEVER, the staff is some of the rudest I've ever experienced at any Starbucks period. Today the barista purposely made my hot drink lukewarm / cold with a smirk on her face. Sorry that's just unacceptable and inappropriate

This is a drive thru review. Ordered a chai tea and a mango dragon fruit lemonade that had no lemonade and tasted water down. There were two boys at drive thru when I complained. They started laughing and pretty much added more water to the cup and one of them said “love you” sarcastically. If it wasn’t because my husband drove off before I tried it again. I would have brought it up to the manager.

May was super rude I told her my drink was made wrong then when I said could I please have a bag she rudely told me pay for it I don’t mind just way ask now as I’m getting my food someone else offers me free bag? To confusing I go here daily and bags are never a question service is usually great sucks leave this review.

Horrible service at this location, I made a mobile order and received the notification to come pick it up. I walked three blocks to pick it up and when I arrived I waited at the counter for a few minutes before anyone spoke to me. Then she very calmly told me they didn’t have what I wanted all day. So I asked why I received a notification that it was ready and she shrugged me off and told me another girl would give me my refund. The girl giving me my refund said maybe two words to me as she scanned my app to do the return and then she put the reason for the return was that I didn’t want it. This pissed me off cause I walked 3 blocks was charged just to receive bad service and have them put I didn’t want their items when they were sold out and didn’t update their stupid app. DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!! Only gave them one star because I had to to leave the review

Terrible experience. This just happened with the drive thru service today 07:28/2013 at 9:35PM. I wasted 35 minutes in line for nothing. I was patiently waiting for my turn, when I approached to speak to the speaker, I said hello several times and no one answered my greeting, I waited and then I assumed that maybe they had a problem with the microphone and I went to the next window. I was even able to see when the car in front of me returned the drinks because the glasses were dirty, I could see how the person in charge cleaned the glasses with a paper towel, I could see how the glasses from the order returned from the hands of the customer to the hands of the person at the window I don't know if the order was wrong, or if the Client asked for something extra, etc.; I could see that the person in the car in front was impatiently waiting for the third drink that took the longest. When it was finally my turn, the lady at the window asked me if I was X person, I replied that no and that I had not ordered yet, because no one attended to her at the window To which she replied: "I said hello and you left"; I replied that I said hello several times and that no one answered me; I asked her if she could help me with the order since I had more than half an hour waiting and that I was with my children and they really wanted Starbucks; to which she answered me in the rudest way: “No! You have to turn around and ask for the order at the first window”…. Obviously I felt frustrated, and I said goodbye with a s word to which the salesperson kindly responded with another… I only went to that place, because the other stores in the area were already closed 🥲.. I don’t like giving bad reviews, but this lady deserves it

Coming in on a Saturday. Their hours say they close at 11. They shut down online orders (understandable) but if I am arriving around 10:20 & the doors are locked it is so unreasonable. This is not the first time this has happened to me too. I understand the employees are trying to go home but closing a whole half hour early? Unacceptable. If you’re going to be closing early. Then change your hours that way I or anyone else, don’t have to come to this location and find out it is closed whole half hour early before closing time.

Went to the drive thru got the bogo refreshers. One strawberry açaí with lemonade and the other one was a mango dragon fruit with lemonade. The strawberry açaí literally taste like it has alcohol in it and I unfortunately had to go to work so I can’t go back and complain.

I'm all for equal opportunity but when someone is taking your order and struggles with the English language, ordering becomes frustrating! I went through the drive thru and not only was the young lady having a hard time getting the order right, she was clueless, and rude. If you don't know something, ask someone who does. Please use customer friendly employees to interact with people.

Very rude staff, I went to drive thru to make an order for 3 frappes all different flavors not even finished ordering the first one she said we don’t have any despite the app saying they had in stock… 5 mins later I ordered via the app and got my frappes. I was unsatisfied and disgruntled with the wack service they provided. Wish I didn’t have to interact with anyone and order via app only.

While purchasing coffee through the drive-thru, I handed my old cup to the employee (M. Ahmed) at the window and politely asked if they could dispose of it. Instead of accepting the cup, the employee forcefully threw it toward me. My child was sitting in a car and it splashed all over her too. The cup struck my face and splashed liquid into my eye, causing immediate pain, irritation, and potential injury. This act was both negligent and unacceptable behavior by an employee of your company. When I went into the store to complain the manager (Alyssa) was very unproffessional and rude, and let M.Ahmed leave before police came in.

Stopped in with my family on Sunday after a long road trip to pick up sandwiches and drinks for the trip home. Heavyset barista with blonde hair and excessive makeup who “served” us insulted my wife and I when was simply asked to just give us our sandwiches without warming them. Continued making nasty comments as she walked away from the register. She should be fired. Add to this that the place was dirty. Never going back.

My pregnant wife requested ice water and the employee victoria said we have to buy something first when all we came in for was some water and we don’t mind paying for the cup but this is ridiculous. Any customer is owed tap water by law and this is ridiculous. I am a former barista that used to work in the area, not this location. This used to be the best location to order from for the highest quality, tastiest crafted drinks. I don’t know what in the world happened but I have been giving this location so many tries and every time my beverage is absolutely disgusting. I am assuming it is due to the terrible management trying to push out as many drinks as possible. This manager is also infamously known by most Starbucks employees in other areas. Either that or just hiring ppl with poor work ethic. It’s really disappointing because when I was a barista, I made orders as if they would be for me and was generous with the ingredients. I don’t know how many times I ordered a simple iced matcha latte that was barely green and it was always basically a cup of milk. Even after order an extra scoop! It’s ridiculous. Or when I order EXTRA FOAM and I end up with half a portion of a regular foam serving. Pitiful. Don’t order here!
