Every time I go through the drive thru, who ever is at the window never add ketchup, hot sauce and not even napkins, come on that's common sense, I know direction is no to give anything to save money but they don't have to be that stingy.

Terrible service at the counter with that lady with her lip pierced. I ordered online monster meal munchies with a monster churro but they gave me a monster mozzarella stick. I drove back and asked to fix my order. Try correcting me before she even looked at my receipt. Also I recorded this interaction. And thank you Server Julisa R. for handling me my monster Munchie meal in the 1st place at the drive thru. I'm the end that lady with her lip pierced gave me my monster churro that I ordered in a separate bag.

This is the second time I have to come back after going home. This is why I’m writing this review. Do better guys. The apologies seem sincere and seem like good people, but come on now, something’s got to give. I didn’t get offered anything for my inconvenience. I also had to wait in the line of the drive thru. Fries are cold, tacos shells are stale, I ordered at midnight. The time before this I ordered late. So my opinion is don’t go at these times. The food is cold and not fresh.

received 10pc buffalo boneless instead of 18 today, but had to rush to work so no point in trying to take it back. always check your orders before leaving (lesson to myself I suppose).

Just went in drive thru for a simple jumble jack meal. The food was horrible, I can't believe you guys will serve something so old and soggy but then again it is teenagers running the show. Sorry don't mean to sound mean just being honest. I'm sure you guys can do better, God bless 🙌

I ordered a "jumbo" breakfast platter and they totally skimped on the food with stingy portions. It had barely any eggs, 1 burnt sausage patty, and the pancakes were sitting in a layer of grease from the sausage. There was only one syrup and no butter or condiments. I felt like whoever made my food was giving me the finger.

This Jack in the Box is horrible! The soda machine and ice cream machine is always broken so you can never get a shake or soda. And then when you ask for some sort of substitute or discount they want to have a really horrible attitude. Then they put my carne asada fries in a smaaaaall ass box (check out the picture) this is not even the right box ! I feel like this is half of the portion that it's supposed to be. How in the hell do I only have 4 pieces of carne asada? So is this a kids size carne asada fries? I'm so frustrated and I'm never coming here again I'll drive further away to a different one is not worth my time nor is it worth your time
