Used to love coming here every Saturday morning with my mom but This Saturday I had to wait a very long time for my drink to come just to be disappointed. I believe the person that made my drink was a tall guy who had a white polo t-shirt. Went back again to address my concerns on the drink and did receive a new drink. Better costumer service the 2nd time around.

Dunkin in California is subpar compared to the east coast. They don't even fill your cup they compensate with a ton of whip cream. For 4.79 you would think it would also taste good but even that, the taste is the same as McDonald's ice coffee even though you can get that for a dollar.

So disappointed. So much hype for this place. Our doughnuts tasted like day old. And pricier than our regular doughnut shop. Cream filled had a small DOT of custard cream. Terrible. This place is shameful. Coffee was good, but again, too expensive for what it is.

I was super excited to get the cookie butter latte again and was disappointed with this location. I’ve had it before and I absolutely loved it but this location totally butchered the flavor. All it tasted like was super bitter coffee, that’s it. Not even a hint of sweetness, and no cookie butter flavor AT ALL. I’m super disappointed because it was $6 and tasted like a $4 iced coffee with nothing in it. There was only one person with me in the store when I came in so I would think they have the time to make it correctly 🙃 also when they gave the drinks, they didn’t give straws? The person in the store with me and I had to ask like 2 times for straws.

I came in wanting the spider Halloween donuts and was told they were out and would take 45 minutes to prepare. Okay I told them I would come back. I placed a pick up order for spider donuts HOURS in advance! Come in and again they don’t have the spider donuts! It would have been nice to get a call ahead of time if they weren’t going to make anymore or couldn’t fulfill my order. Wasted time and I come here often enough. Not anymore!

Their regular donuts shrunk like almost same size as munchkins... like why would you make your donuts that snall and more expensive!!wth. I boycott Dunkin donuts. Fooling people. You pay more you get less now

Horrible customer service cashiers Sandra are not knowledgeable of menu. Very rude and the employees in the back are even worst. First time I’ve felt with such rude employees. The guy in the back does not belong in a place like this.

I was discriminated against as solicitation. I'm not homeless been coming every morning to work using wifi. Today they decided to choose me specifically with security guard? Yet a homeless person sitting at the opposite end of the store. If you're looking for a place to stay 6 hours to work. Don't bother will report this to corporate. They then said I had to buy more in order to stay. Meanwhile a homeless person who hasn't spent anything isn't discriminated on. In fact when I came, there before i arrived. I've never been so offended and will take my business to starbucks. I spent at least $10 every visit. They didn't even bother escorting the homeless guy out. They say "but you've been here every day " .. OKAY?! And? I spent money every day too and even extra coffee. Looked online and dunkin doesn't have a policy to boot people out at a certain time frame besides near closing hours. I was simply there working due to being close to my gym as well. Sandra kicked me out for what? Being asian? Being thee daily this past week? Outside of this, the music is loud like a club! Whoever owns this branch needs better management Sandra needs to get replaced. Will look into lawyer for this.

I love donuts so when work had these on the table I was excited to try. No no no no no. This ain't it. These are just sugar like in one bite I had a mouth full of sugar. And that's supposed to be for breakfast????? Now I love sweets but this????? You must have no taste buds. I threw it away. Legit IDK how people eat here. For real for real. No thank you.

One star because I ordered something simple but end up paying for a lot of ice in large drink a refresher drink should have been nothing but ice drink seriously gouging the consumer so in reality you’re paying more for the ice instead of the drink literally 2 cups of ice and I could only hear them questioning if it’s to much ice seriously business owners these days what a waste this what happens when you support local businesses Go support those mom and pop donut shop better way fresh and better service Dunkin’ gets there donuts delivered not fresh but freshly delivered 😂

50% foam 50% ice .. Hate to be that person….once or twice is okay but by the 8th time come on? Even though I ask them please “no foam” I always get a cup half full. Dunkin’ stop ripping your customers off or teach your employees how to make matcha. Next time I’ll just order a cup of foam. Lost a customer.

Honestly, I was excited to try a chain k own for donuts, guess what, the service was nice, pretty sharp but unfortunately the donuts were nice looking but taste OLD, not fresh, taste like they are delivered frozen, and they just heat in a comercial oven, left for over the time, and sold. For the price, i am expecting a premium better than small no name donut shop, something like Krispy cream. Believe me, NOT WORTH A $0.50 price..... first and last time. This has to do nothing about the service, the product is LOW QUALITY AND TASTE OLD, donuts were hard and dry.
