I ordered a Dave's single, with medium fries and a large diet coke. The sandwich looked like the sandwich in a commercial. The bun was toasted, the meat was fresh and the taste was good. The fries were the right texture with the right about of salt. They just remodeled this Wendy's and to be honest, I liked it much better before. Aside from the food, my favorite thing about this Wendy's was the comfortable 1990s interior. Now it looks like a cheap home remodel. It's a shame.

The place is a typical Wendy's. The bathroom was clean but the inside smelled of overly burnt cooling oil. This is the primary reason that I only order one of their EXCELLENT salads, plain baked potato and maybe a cookie it's recently baked. Overall a good restaurant but would greatly improve with outside dining

As always, went and got the Apple Pecan Salad with Ranch Dressing instead of the Balsamic Pomegranate Vinegar dressing that it came with. The apples were a little tart, but crunchy; the lettuce was also crunchy; the blue cheese was smooth; the carmelized pecans were sweet & tasty; dried cranberries were sweet and the chicken was moistened. All in all, it was a great salad. Update: 07/26/2023 I basically ordered the same meal today. Same results as above.

Got a salad and they didn’t give me the dressing that comes with it. They were too busy chatting and messed up my order so make sure you double check.

I ate here and 2 hours later I am puking it all up. Whatever they served me was not good clean food. I went here for food--not food poisoning.

I clearly stated that I want a sour cream and chive potato. Come to find out that they give me a bacon and cheese potato. I’m not gonna drive all the way back there for four dollars, but I’m pissed I’m not getting my money back. To add insult to injury I don’t eat bacon or anything that it touches so it’s basically ending up in the garbage.

Dining room hours on the app says closes at 10pm. I arrive and they are closed with a sticker on the door saying closed at 9pm. I manage to see an employee at the door who turns me away after I tell him I have an order and selected carryout. One star for false advertising of hours and the sub-par customer service. They easily could've honored my carryout order but they were stern for no reason. The drive-thru line was also extremely long and didn't even move one car in 5 minutes. Whatever it is they're doing in there, they're doing it badly.

I try not to review when I am angry. Yet in this instance I have to. I don't understand what is wrong with the staff and service. Some of the most horrendous service I have expirenced. I get it sometimes when you order some sauce and they forget, or they mess up an item, but come the hell on EVERY TIME. How little do you care that you can't even read the order correctly? the occasional mistake I understand but this is unfathomable. My family and I love Wendy's, but this location has left an extremely bad taste in my mouth. Then to make matters worse, you accept orders till 12:30 on DoorDash, which means you are open late. So why is it I call back to back five times and you ignore the calls? it's because you know exactly why you are getting a call that late because I am sure your mediocre performance has bothered more than just me. This is all me containing myself to leave a proper review, trust that, because the real words I have for you would never be posted if I wrote them.

My order has been incorrect every single time I’ve tried to get a meal here. They also NEVER GIVE SAUCE? When ordering through doordash— if you place an order that contains nuggets/fries it automatically asks which sauce you’d like. Yet every single time I go through my families bags, we’re apparently expected to choke down dry nuggets and fries with no sauce. Ordered a chicken BLT for dinner tonight and was given a dry chicken patty and dry bun both individually wrapped separately from each other and nothing else… absolutely infuriating. Fast food is supposed to be convenient, there is nothing convenient about having to correct all of the mistakes that are made wrong with the meals ordered.

BUMS everywhere. I felt uncomfortable when I was there there was aleast 6 homeless people around me and the store when entering. I GO IN the worker telling me to wait when they weren’t even doing anything.THEN when I finally start ordering the worker BARELY KNOW ENGLISH AND STARTS SCREAMING AT A HOMELESS PERSON WHLIE I WAS ORDERING.Also got my order wrong due to the language barrier and the worker not focusing and a worker ran out of the store.Finally get my food and a lady’s tells me that chili beans gives her diarrhea got disgusted gave a homeless man my food and dipped NEVER AGAIN.

Waited in line for 5 minutes before anyone even talked to me. The manager was on the phone apparently the credit card system was down. They took my order which took 10 minutes for breakfast sandwich and potatoes and a cinnabon. Asked to use the bathroom. There was no toilet paper and no toilet seat covers and no paper towels in there. Corporate needs to talk to the manager really quick. This is unacceptable.

Seemed like the burger was already made before I got there. They just put the toppings on that I ordered. The fries smelled like they were cooked in oil that had been used for the past week! You can smell that on food when they use the oil too long. The fries were way over cooked! I just left them there!
