We have an El Pollo closer to our home but we travel the extra few miles to this location because the food and service is consistently good. I would recommend the drive thru option though because it’s a bit difficult to get counter service.

I hate the self-service kiosk. You can't read the screen very well if you have tinted corrective lenses. I walked out recently because nobody would offer to help Us.

This is my third time here. I come back hoping it'll be better but it doesn't. Everytime I get a tostada, even with double chicken, they really skimp on the amount of chicken. This time I got a burrito and there was barely any chicken in it. Also, the way they wrapped it, I got bites of just rice on one end and just beans on the other. I can't justify coming back and don't think it's worth the cost for what you get.

Ordered the tosada chicken and shrimp and I got the smallest amount of chicken. Pollo loco is way to expensive to be serving food like this. I will let everyone I know not to eat at this location.

Worst El pollo loco I've ever been. The drive through girl on 10/4/22 at 5pm was rude as hell. Then picked up the Chile with her gross hand and threw them in the bag unwrapped. Then as I'm driving down the road I open my burrito and it's basically a big pile of mush. I basically tossed the whole meal,called it a loss then went and got another order from an El Pollo loco down the street. Which had way better service and a burrito that I could actually eat! If People don't know how to be nice and friendly they shouldn't be working in customer service! Service in America has gone downhill!

This is how I get my burrito and the salsa is bad , so disgusting!!! Paid $9 for this . And didn’t give me a receipt.

We ordered the double tostada salad which WAS NOT THERE IN THE ORDER. WE ALSO ORDERED THE DOUBLE CHICKEN FOR 5 salads and all the chicken was skimpy. Hardly any chicken. They were not even busy. EVERYTHING WE ASKED FOR SPECIALLY AND PAID FOR WAS MISSING. WE TRIED CALLING THE NUMBER ON THE RECEIPT 11 times. NO ANSWER. GREAT JOB We ORDERED DOUBLE CHICKEN THIS IS NOT EVEN SINGLE.
