Authentic and they have “Thai Spicy” rated food,,,,super spicy for Thai folks to enjoy Thai comfort food. I had chicken and rice in the half pineapple one evening and the Thai coconut soup with a side of rice another evening. And I enjoy Singh Beer with dinner. Yep it was all so good we had dinner there twice during our visit to Rome. Location is great and walkable or by bus and the staff were friendly and nice.

Sumptous PadThai After two weeks of pizza, pasta and gelato, this Thai restaurant in Rome felt like coming home to Asia. The padthai was sumptuous—perfectly chewy noodles, a deep, balanced tamarind sweetness, generous beef and crunchy peanuts that made every bite satisfying. The seasoning was bold without being overwhelming, and the wok hei gave it that authentic street‑food soul, turning my last evening in Rome into a warm, comforting farewell.

As with not many Thai restaurants outside Thailand, the menu isn’t huge, but more than enough to make you feel like home. I’ve order Pad Kraproa with rice it was delicious. The owner’s warm hospitality was beyond expectations. It’s one of the few places in Rome where you can find truly authentic Thai food.

If you want something other than Italian while in Rome and missing southeast Asian flavors, this is the place! Tastes legit, spicy where it’s supposed to be! I liked the pad krapow and the tong yum soup (they use actual lemongrass and galangal - I’m impressed). Great to get your Thai fix!

This place offers a good selection of authentic Thai dishes with delicious flavors. The salad is flavorful, with a sour and spicy taste. The tom yum soup is small portion only but has a nice flavor. The chicken dish ordered is sliced thinly only and a bit sweeter side bit still very nice flavour. The portion is adequate for the price

Came here 3 times during my 2 1/2 month stay in Rome, it is super authentic and delicious! Better than any of the authentic Thai places I’ve had back in home in the US. The only thing I’d like to see is adding spice levels to the dishes but other than that no complaints. My go to was the Pad See Yew and Tom Yum soup!

Best Food we had in Rome! It is a little bit outside the crowded und touristic places but also easy to reach by feet. Very friendly service and the food is really authentic. You must try the mixed appetizer plate - it is awesome! We also enjoyed the Gang Dang (Mild red curry) and the Gang Paneng (little bit spicey red curry) and there were fantastic. I tried thai food all over the globe and this was pure thai feeling. 100% recommended.

We were craving some variety after eating Italian for a month, so this was a great choice for lunch. The waiter gave me some options that could be made vegetarian with tofu (instead of meat) and I wasn't disappointed. My husband really loved the prawn entree also. We came back 2 weeks later, just before leaving Italy, and still good food and great staff 👍

Amazing and closest to authentic it gets. I’m southeast asian-American and I was craving asian food. Especially southeast asian food. It’s been a week or two without having my usual foods. Spicy and pungent papaya salad. Tasty and delicious stir fried (pad) noodles. It was all found here! So amazing. I got to speak to the chef herself and she was so kind and sweet. Great place to eat.

My husband and I were on a month long honeymoon throughout Europe. I literally can’t live without rice. It’s either a hit or miss when it comes to finding good Thai food in Europe. We were on a 6 day stay in Rome and I needed to have Thai food or else I would whine and complain of wanting to go back to the US. Siam Cuisine happens to be only 20 minutes walk from our hotel and stays open late. I had a mission and a very high expectation. I needed that comfort of home. Back to the review, the food was awesome! I was so happy to the moon and back! We ordered Basil Chicken, Garlic and Pepper Pork, Pineapple Fried Rice, and Tom Kha Soup. The only negative thing is the white rice portion was so tiny comparing to the US and for its price, it was not enough for a rice eater like me. Overall, the food is good! We enjoyed it! Thank you for satisfying my Thai food cravings!

Went a bit quickly with the order. he could suggest rice for the meal so it had to be ordered when we got the main courses and were about to leave before the other guest could order the food. the food was good but tasted a little different from what I'm used to from Thailand. nice place.

Good Thai food for Rome. We came here just as they opened on a Saturday and ordered fish cake appetizer, pork larb salad, and chicken rad nar noodles. The fish cakes were some of the best I've had. They were crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The fish cakes were also served with a tasty sweet Thai chili sauce. The pork larb salad was decent. The ground pork they used was too lean so it made the dish a bit dry, but the flavor was spot on. Our chicken rad nar was our least favorite dish. The gravy was light on flavor so I had to add some chili and fish sauce to make it better. Service was prompt and attentive. Overall, not bad Thai food considering you are in Rome.

Excellent thai food in the heart of Rome with excellent service. A good option if Italian food has somehow becoming tiring LOL

Porzioni abbondanti ed ingredienti di ottima qualità ma sapore più simile alla cucina cinese che thai. Non ho percepito la Thailandia né come ambiente e location e nemmeno come sapori. Da rivedere i dolci, solo due disponibili rispetto ai 4 proposti nel menù e non all’altezza delle portate principali in termini di gusto. Prezzi piu’ alti rispetto agli altri ristoranti thailandesi a Roma.

Metto 3 stelle — e già è tanto. Il cibo? Mediocre. I prezzi? Esagitati . Ma la cosa più inaccettabile è stato il comportamento dell’uomo alla cassa: ho parlato in italiano dall’inizio alla fine, e lui ostinatamente ha continuato a rispondermi in inglese. Non solo è maleducato, ma trasmette anche un messaggio chiaro: “non importa chi sei o dove vivi, se non sembri italiano, non ti tratto come tale”. Questo, mi dispiace dirlo, è razzismo puro.

Cibo interessante, con fritti ottimamente cucinati. Un po’ di confusione sul concetto di tagliatella e pappardella, ma nel complesso buona esperienza culinaria. Se però nella pasta mettete il peperoncino piccante, scrivetelo per informazione. Locale un po’ freddo - tanto negli arredamenti quanto nella temperatissima - e servizio molto cordiale e ampiamente disponibile. Prezzo sbilanciato: troppo caro per piatti che ovunque costano 3/4 euro in meno.

Cibo abbastanza buono anche se non tutti i piatti mi hanno ricordato i sapori autentici della Thailandia. Abbiamo preso spiedini satay di pollo e gamberetti, insalata di papaya (forse l'unico piatto ottimo), pad thai, green curry. Il dolce non era buono. Conto un po' salato. Sembrava più un posto per la pausa pranzo degli uffici nella zona. Servizio buono.

The restaurant was very clean and neat. Service was good too. I only gave it a passing score because the taste of dishes were localised quite a lot and didn’t have the hot and spicy Thai spirit. Deep fried food was alright, just the texture of fish cake was too soft. There was too much turmeric in the pineapple fried rice that made it a bit bitter. The stir fried minced pork needed more lime juice, fish sauce and chilli. For a restaurant that positions itself in a higher market position, it would be good to make their own dipping sauce for deep fried food rather than the sweet and sour sauce from supermarkets.

clean place, foods taste decent, portion was small but very pricey. A very small bowl of Tom Yum Kung was charge over 10 Euro. They included 10% service charged in our bill at the end.

Terrible service! We visited this restaurant since we wanted to have a different taste after a few days in Rome. Unfortunately we regret it deeply. Entering the restaurant we were met by a rather grumpy person not even greeting us. After ordering the waiter slammed the drinks on the table and left in a hurry so that he couldn’t (or wouldn’t) mind our demands that he brought us the wrong order. After getting his attention he brought us the correct drinks again just dropping them on the table with no interest in a good service. The food it self tasted good but we were shocked by the portion size. For whopping 17-25€ you get very small portions. The crowning was when the server tried to charge us the wrong prices trying to convince us that the price “depends on the meat you choose”. Only after intense discussion did the owner acknowledge their mistake since the food rests showed what we had exactly proving their wrong doing. Even then they tried typing the wrong total on the card reader, and after another discussion saying “they calculated it wrong”. During all this process they were very unfriendly and not even apologise once. So if you eat here be prepared to pay a lot more for a lot less compared to the Italian mean.
