I have been in this drive thru for the Whopper Jr deal several times and it's usually within 15 minutes of closing at midnight. I am highly satisfied with the customer service given to me by Connie! She is awesome every time I go thru to get late night food. I get very happy when I hear her voice on the intercom because I know I will be getting hot fresh food with a smile and great service. Thank you so much Connie for your consistency and your beautiful personality. It always makes my late night evening a little brighter. You rock!!

Had a great experience here last night. The cashier was friendly and noticed my son already had a slushy so she had suggested his drink on the happy meal be a apple juice that way he can have it later. Very clean restaurant and fast service.

My visit here today was great it was nice and easy especially because our work vehicles fit in the drive threw which is awesome, and it was a simple drive in and drive out zero delay and I was back on the road the gentleman that helped me was quick and efficient! Person taking order had a lot of background noise, so had trouble taking my order. It wasn't my engine noise or radio. I heard the noise inside of BK while waiting for my order to be taken. It may have come through the headset - or order com, as I was waiting to clarify my order. I order my fries without salt for many reasons. First time, ever, someone wiped off the scoop to remove salt before scooping into box. It's appreciated. This was my first trip to this BK & it was a pleasure. The order was filled correctly. The product was tasty and hot.

So I LOVE BURGER KING!! Especially this location and today i ordered 4 piece jalapeño cheese bites after asking the cashier are they spicy because I’ve never had them and she said no they have a little bit of kick but they’re really good. I said OK I’ll get an order and I I added my usual order as well with . I got it to go I was on my lunch break and when I opened the bag, I was shocked to see what the jalapeño bites looked like they were definitely something I wouldn’t even give to my dog or my worst enemy. They were hard as rocks extremely dark in color and when I tried to pry one open, it looked like it had been dehydrated no cheese no nothing literally! So , you’re wondering why I gave five stars after this happened we’ll let me explain, I went back after work to the same location cause I really wanted an ice cream cone on my way home from work and I just so happen to take the four jalapeño bites that I got during my lunch break and showed it to the young lady at the front register/drive-through and her name is “Caroline”and she was shocked to see what they had Served me She wasted no time in telling the cook that she needs a 8 piece jalapeño bites fresh as she emphasized fresh. I want them to be hot and ready and cooked right now for this customer that was served an embarrassing order during her lunch break. She apologized over and over and said that we are trained that if we wouldn’t eat it ourselves or serve it to our family, we are not to give it to our customers we are required to give the most Quality, fresh, picture perfect food to our customers every time, not just sometimes that is unacceptable. I feel that her extensive most respectful and compassion that she showed me as a customer and she took on the responsibility of what previous coworkers had done to me during the earlier shift was remarkable. She is definitely amazing at her job and takes what she does to heart. She is an awesome worker and needs to be recognized for that I give five stars. The hamburgers where great. Was greeted with good attitude and a smile. Then as we were eating our meal the cashier approached our table asking how our meal was. The person who was working drive thru window tonight needs more training or a different position. He was so slow and it seems like it took so ling to order because there were such long pauses between each item he would read back to us. Then he got our drink order wrong. The food was good and came out quick though.

Soft serve cones are twice the size of McDonalds at half the price. Drive through is a little slow when there is a line. Drive through staff are always nice.

I have been here multiple times, but I have never left a review because there was not a necessity to do so until last night's experience. I placed a mobile order and headed to the restaurant. Upon arriving at the drive-thru speaker, I was greeted enthusiastically by Joey. He told me to pull around to the pick-up window after confirming my mobile order. Joey was one step ahead of what I have experienced in the past. Great worker.

Had to place our own orders, wait quite a while while the drive thru order were completed. One order came with a smile, asked if we needed anything else (such as sauce), 2nd order was sort of tossed on counter, ABSOLUTELY NO NAPKINS GIVEN, asked for mustard which a very small amount was put in a water cup and handed to us, and when we mentioned that we would barely be able to dip our fries in it, employee turned away and commented (and YES WE HEARD) That's your problem, You asked for mustard! Floors in entire seating area were sticky and we both had problems walking on it, however the bathroom next door which women's door was WIDE OPEN, and would NOT CLOSE , the floor was even worse. One of the WORST Experiences I have ever had at Burger King!!

A good, greasy breakfast to start the day! I love the deals available on the app. This location is conveniently located at the 76 gas station, so you can fuel up and get a car wash while you're here.

One of the few left. Burgers just don't taste like they use to. Update: five years later. Still open and hanging in there. They sadly do not have the staff for the summer demand. There fries have improved. Burgers are okay. The restaurant appeared clean.

The food during the day is fine, but the place is completely understaffed at night. Even then, supposedly there’s only one manager and employee working there, but the manager does not prepare the food correctly. I order a large fry, and I witness the food isn’t being handled with gloves on, food gets everywhere on the ground (and I mean covered), and somehow I got an onion ring in the mix. I really do appreciate when they’re apologetic over the long wait time (due to the aforementioned understaffing) but good God. Again, during the day it’s completely fine and the food is great, but at night, the food is lukewarm, and the waittime could be up to 10 minutes for each car.

I ordered a whopper combo with cheese, a single whopper with cheese and no onions, and a kids meal with burger with no pickle. I got one whopper with no lettuce and no onion, and the kids meal with a burger no pickle. Missing one whopper. Poor service and didn’t get what I ordered besides the kids meal

Manager think it’s OK to run with two people when the lines around the building. Has Doordashers in the line for 30 minutes waiting for orders. Obviously does not know how they make a living time is money he could turn off the machine and take care of the customers who were coming through the lane.

I had the worst chicken sandwich I've had in years, my last visit. Honestly, you wouldn't even have known it was chicken. I don't know where they got it but it wasn't the normal Burger King quality. Maybe it was just roadkill, it was that bad. There was a certain sliminess to the chicken that I just could not get over. The restaurant itself is in poor condition as well. It doesn't have the clean snappy appearance that other Burger Kings have.

Service is good, but the food is not. Worst BK I've ever had. Don't bother getting anything with bacon, not only will it be super chewy & not crispy, but it will also be cold & not even fully cooked. Unfortunately This is usually a wonderful establishment.. But today the lady Yone was very short with the customers, she was refusing customers requests . She said they had no mustard to one customer, she told another customer the TV was broke and another customer needed a highchair she said there was NO highchairs. Yet there was three in the glass room!! She made everyone feel uncomfortable. Normally this is a wonderful place to eat. I would give a 5 star normally but today they were off beat .. Disappointment. I avoid meat and fast food, so I went only to try the Impossible Burger and eat some real fries that had been fried. Two hamburgers small fries and small onions was $26 and all the food was virtually cold and overwhelmingly gave the impression it had sat for a long time. Fries undercooked also. On the upside, Impossible Whopper was mostly indistinguishable from a regular fast-food hamburger and I appreciate and commend BK for trying new things. Service at the drive through was fine and effective.

In the pass month I gone her few and see some crazy stuff like employee cleaning and try to make food without gloves.Or even washing hands. The other incidents was no one standing at the front counter food made center for ten minutes, waiting for them just to put fries in the food in a bag. The atmosphere is okay, but it seems like they have changed management or even owners.And it's going downhill fast

This BK has gone downhill in the past year. You could pull up when the parking lot is empty and no line in the drive through and youll still be asked to wait a ridiculous amount of time before they take your order. They are also extremely unfriendly and almost always get the orders wrong. I kinda feel bad though because it seems like a lot of teens/young adults and I bet the wage is not enough for them to care about their job. This location needs some TLC.

Didn't get anything. Food is always decent, however on this visit the staff was too busy talking to help me. I waited about 8 minutes, and to be honest I was in a hurry, but also was leaving they popped up and asked if I could be helped. I said not now, no time. But I hope you were able to take care of your important business while I waited, I then left.

I'm not one to make a bad review but the large man in the drive-thru completely screwed up my order and tried to claim I didn't pay for my food when the transaction went through on my end but he canceled it on his end and claimed I didn't pay. After arguing with them for 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru while a huge line was accumulating they finally gave up trying to lie and gave me my food. Corporate has been contacted.

Order was cold when I asked for fresh and hot, said no onions and came with onions, extra pickles, had one. Asked for fresh fries, they were cold. Soda machine flavors were mostly unavailable. Counters were dirty. No lids for soda next to machine. Manager was rude. Just a simply bad experience. This location has gone downhill. Roseville/Rocklin is an upscale area. Made me feel I was in a area that's simply just not up to par with other established mainstream places.. Can get WAY better at In and Out just less then a 1/4 mile away. Not until I know there's been a change will I visit this location again.. You've lost your game here with me and I'll definitely let others know the same.. I'm truly disappointed... You have failed me miserably...

The laziness is prevlenent at this location. They will make you wait in drive thru for simple orders. And still will mess up your order. Tell me how a bacon double cheese burger looks anything like a single burger with no cheese. Don't waste your time at this location. They don't care obviously!!! I ordered a vegan burger with an Impossible patty, but when I got home and opened it, there was a regular meat patty instead. Very disappointing.

I used the mobile app at this location for a drive thru pick up. The manager was extremely rude. Refused to honor my paid order because I didn't know what name was associated with the order. I replied with my pick up order number. She continued threatening not to give my order. I showed her the order on my phone. Finally she gave in and processed my order . 15 minutes later after going through the drive thru my order is brought out as I have been waiting on my order. 1 double whopper is all I ordered. You would think it would at least be warm. No way and the produce on the burger was not good.

Every time I order onion rings from this location, they are old and soggy. Today I specifically stated that I wanted them fresh due to my previous experiences. I was in the drive through so of course they screwed me over! Again! And I did not receive a receipt to even verify my purchase today! They NEVER answer their phone. Other locations have told me this, too. I'm done! Not giving my money to these idiots.

I wish I could give negative stars. Indifferent staff. Ordered 2 Italian chicken sandwiches which were served with American cheese and ketchup instead or mozzarella and marinara. It was disgusting. I ordered 2 combos, one medium and one large, the drinks were given to me correctly but the fries were the same size, I also asked for no mayonnaise, pickles, bacon, mustard... when I got to the window I reminded the girl, she pulled the bag and they took out the bacon when I got home the hamburger had bacon, mustard and pickles, and the girl's character is not appropriate when you are paying you are not asking for free food, I do not recommend it

The last couple of weeks the breakfast has been horrible!! Hash browns dripping with oil and hard as a rock. Yesterday I gave it one more try and this time the hash browns were filled with oil and looked like someone chopped them up into a mess. Nope not acceptable...New cook maybe?

Ok, I hate that I have to give one star reviews to get businesses to listen. But the reason I gave this rating, is that I am very upset how restaurants have slid into being rude with an upsell. What I mean is that instead of asking "Can I get you anything else?", which is polite, the worker said "What else can I get you?", which is very rude because it assumes I want something else. I usually boycott restaurants that do this as a business-wide practice, but in this case I had a nice conversation with the worker, and she didn't even realize it was rude. So I helped her to understand. But, because this Burger King is slipping into this rudeness, I can only give them 1 star until they work on their training and address this issue.

I have a credit card that I only use once or twice a year. I haven't used it this year until last week. I went to this Burger King after 11:20pm. Within 3hrs of leaving that drive-thru, someone tried to charge something on my card at Kohl's.com 4 times and one went thru. I can't even remember who I handed my card to but someone used it. I will never go to that one again. So now I had to cancel the card and order another one and at this time of year you don't want this kind of headache.

The girl manager today 12/25/2024 at around 2:35 PM she throw all our food inside our car drinks all over the seats spill the disrespect for the food and the angry she was. I just went through the drive thru and they took long to get me my order and then when i went to pay the lady working the window gave me attitude and handed me my food in a rude way. i have been coming to you guys for a while but after tonight my experience was horrible.

I do not know what happened today but whoever the management was on 08.05.25 at 6:20pm really needs to better assist employees it took 50 minutes for fries and an impossible burger going way over my lunch. A burger was made earlier I specified that I don’t eat meat and will have me a regular meat burger. I wanted a refund the manager ends up taking my bag keeping the fries of the incomplete meal. Used to come get ice cream here all the time because it’s really great. But lately everytime we go they give us one bite of ice cream on the cone….. it’s legit two swirls around on the cone. I definitely don’t recommend this location if you want to get a treat. They are very stingy so don’t waste your money.

The lady was nice but when I told her the tater tots were so salty they would give my son kidney stones she told me she would make me a fresh batch. I arrived there and ordered my food thru kiosk and waited, this was in the morning 10 minutes went buy nothing and then 15 min and at 20min I asked Anthony how much longer it would take and he said they just started making the fries ( I am sorry if I am being demanding but it is taking way to long could I please have my money back) Anthony said rudely sure if dont want to wait no apology or anything. All I have to say is this - JUST DO BETTER BURGER KING!!!! I dont get it. It's not that hard. It's an already prebaked cookie... Maybe the 550° bake temp for 3 hours is a tad too long. I broke a nail trying to break a piece off. Also, the Large Mountain Dew I didn't order was not a great substitute for my Iced Tea. Now about my French fries.... Not receiving them at all would've been better than the unacceptable way they left your restaurant! Couldnt bite into it. Just the worst meal I've honestly had. I'll definitely not be back to this location. Ohhh... The chicken sandwich had no cheese which I paid extra for, the lettuce was brown and intermittent. I ADVISE TO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.

Rude staff, I left my order at the drivethrough because I don't want to deal with attitude when I pay for my food, take forever and are impolite. Food cost just as much as a sit down restaurant. For that price I would hope to get a better attitude.
