I ordered two burgers, The Spicy Western Bacon Burger and The El Diablo Burger with the sauce on the side. They gave me more then enough sauce for my burger on the side. (I personally just didnt care for the taste ut it wasnt bad.) I ended up adding BBQ sauce on my El Diablo Burger instead and it was amazing . The Spicy Western Burger was enjoyed by my mom I would definitely go back again for those burgers and I am willing to try others out. The place was clean and the service was really good.

I got some good, ol' greasy food for an expected price. This time, I tried their crispy chicken sandwich. It was pretty good. My favorite is still the Western burger.

The Customer Service last night was rude. I went through the drive-through ordered. One single item asked for extra crispy, deep fried zucchini. I got wet, soft zucchini, and the girl helping me at the drive-through never spoke to me. She came to the window, stuck her hand out the window for the money Speaking Spanish to someone either in the restaurant or on her microphone on her head, took my money handed it back to me close the window no hi hello nothing she returns with my bag already closed up stuck it through the window once I put it on the seat of my car. She then states if I wanted any sauce or anything, I would think she would’ve asked me before giving me the bag so she could put the sauces in the bag But no thank you for your service. Have a good night nothing and this is what you’re paying a higher minimum wage for Customer Service should be better than this and if anybody from management is reading this my order was 393567 May 12 at 8:57 PM

Ive been out of the country for several years, so I was actually really excited to have Carls Jr again. Went through the drive through this evening and ordered a large jalapeno burger combo with onion rings. It's been a while since I ordered food in the states so I forgot that you have to physically inspect everything you paid for to make sure it's actually there. Unfortunately I trusted the restaurant and drove home after receiving my order. I realize that prices have gone up, and I don't mind paying more for good food. The jalapeno burger was always my favorite, so imagine my surprise when I opened the bag just to find out that I paid $11.50 for a 99 cent hamburger and five tiny onion rings. Of course they count on the fact that you're not going to get back in your car and drive all the way back to the restaurant, and I didnt. I ate the literal two bites of the hamburger and took tiny bites of the five small onion rings. I realize that there's nothing specifically advertised about the serving size, but this feels borderline illegal. How can you charge someone for a steak and then hand them a Slim Jim? Corporate greed is out of control EDIT: The AI generated response putting all the responsibility on me is just icing on the cake.

We went through drive thru, all was good until they asked us to park and they would bring us the order. They did not bring us our order. We waited 15 min and then went into get the order. The person said they were going to cancel our order. When we checked our bags, we were missing the onion rings we upgraded in a combo meal.

I have seen many stores near here, the dining closes at 10 pm, but this one closes at 9 pm. What's worse, there's such a long line in the drive-thru? I think it will take half an hour to pick up the order. The store is in such a safe place, and the entry closes at 9 pm. Tell me, why do you think there are thieves here? Tell them so early. The doors should be open by 10 pm at the very least. Very bad store.

Just want to start off by saying the staff was trying to accommodate and be helpful but the quality of food and how it was put together was just so poorly done I had to leave this review to help others. I dined in and spent $30+ on fast food for my husband, myself and my 17 month old. The food was very poorly put together. I got the famous star and The burger was just thrown together with little to no flavor because everything was just tossed on, the fries were bland and to boot I paid extra for the handcrafted lemonades and the first had too much syrup for the strawberry one and so I asked to exchange for the regular, which they did no problem, and the regular hand crafted lemonade tasted just like water, and looked like water. I also found a bunch of little hairs though out all of our wrappings for the food. Like I said staff was very nice but I won't at this specific establishment again because the quality of the food was just very poor and a waste of money.

Went through drive thru. Person that took my order was more concerned with chatting with indoor customers than getting my food. Then, after waiting for 4 minutes I got the wrong order. Ordered sausage egg and cheese biscuit and got bacon. Don’t like bacon. Ended up throwing it out. :(

I got a sourdough star. The bread was supper oily, the bacon strips were super small, and there were no grilled onions at all
