The overall experience at this McDonald's is above par. I appreciate the cleanliness and service. The staff is very helpful at making sure you get the correct order and all your amenities. The atmosphere here is pleasant and makes you wonder to stay a little and have your meal inside instead. Ice Cream Machines work 😋 and food is served hot 🔥 out the oven. Definitely recommend 👌

I have been going to this McDonald and I think this is the best McDonald in NYC. I normally do drive thru but today I had the pleasure of being serviced by Danny and honestly he is the best! He went above and beyond to help me order two chicken nugget orders for my kids. Thanks again Danny!

Much better now that everything was renovated. The drive thru is much better except the space to drive around the other cars was eliminated but doesn't matter, just go thru the other exit. I like the amount of self service screens inside because the one near my house has only 2 and are always occupied. I like it!

My mom and I have come to this place and bought 2 big macs, 2 fish sandwiches, shared large French fries and a medium sprite. The service was wonderful and that atmosphere was that there were people there because of mealtime and that people were waiting in line to get their orders.

I was blown away when i visited this location. I used to live around the neighborhood, and the ambiance was not neat nor where the staff was friendly. To my suprise, when i visited early January, i was very happy with the turnaround. It was so nice and gave the starbucks kind of vibes. This has to be the best dine in experience i have ever had at a McDonald's. The customer service was good thank you KATRINA. Although the employees don’t wear name tags you can simply ask their name or speak to a manager. The parking is good for Brooklyn where most people use public transportation. The restrooms were clean and a nice comfortable size. I like the beautiful seating. There’s a kiosk you can make orders on and there’s a screen to track your order above the counter. The food was hot and tasteful.

The young lady that was working the drive thru was a breath of fresh air. She was kind, polite and friendly. My large fries were hot out the the grease. Just the way I like them.

This is a simple McDonalds located at the Atlantic av mall on the 1st floor. Wheelchair accessible. AC in summer. They have fast service and also will bring your order to your table. Not the most comfortable being small and some seats are basically stools with no backs. Highchairs are available in the back. Restrooms too. Mornings not too crowded.

Don't go there after 2pm on weekdays.. Too many Rowdy School Kids...

Clean establishment, restroom available. Drive-in window. It is no longer open 24/7 they close at 2:00am.

This was my first time going to this place. I was riding my bike from the bronx to coney island and I stopped for a quick refuel. I like the new kiosk where you can order you food faster and not have to wait online. The decor was very modern and bright.

This is the best McDonalds in New York City that I have been to. The staff are friendly and service was actually fast like a fast food joint should be. What?!!!

Good. The drive thru lady needs more customer service training. The order was not correct although I attempted to confirm, but she remained silent. I had to go inside to correct my order and they quickly corrected it. Customer service training would fix the problem. Other than that, I will still rate the restaurant good.

Service was good. The place was clean. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese buscuit with coffee. It was tasty.

It's okay, kids have their own fun time ,bathroom were clean. There's always a wait, the employees who have been there for a while should helped the new ones, services would be faster. But I guess making the new guy uneasy is part of their job description .

The place was okay, though they messed up my order and I really wanted the spicy glazed chicken tenders, I got the spicy chicken sandwich and I told them that I didn't get my order so they gave me another spicy chicken sandwich so I got that for free. Also, I was asked to do a survey for a free cookie or ice cream I did the survey and the lady that asked left before she gave me the ice cream(mind you she said whenever I wanted it I could call her for it).

This McDonald’s is pretty amazing. For example when you order at the kiosk and get your order number it is correctly displayed on the order status screen above the cashiers. Also when you pick for the order to be a eat in order and enter the table tent number they actually bring the order to your table. This stuff never works at other locations in brooklyn. Even the simple stuff like selecting eat in. My order is normally put in a to go bag everywhere else. I take it, they do the same stupid mistake here as well. An Eat-in order in a to go bag 😒 Also you get year round Christmas music here 🥶

One thing...what is the point of having a paper straw; if you're going to serve your drink in a big ol' plastic cup with a lid??? I'd prefer they go back to the paper cup and plastic straw...How are they saving the environment by having a bigger carbon imprint?

The food is usually decent here, love the frappe and strawberry and cream pie. Whoever made my coffee yesterday though really didn't know how to make coffee at all... Not enough cream and seems like they forgot to put any sugar... They often forget out miss things. Last week I got the $3 double cheeseburger and fries deal with 4pc. Chicken nuggets. The cheeseburger was barely wrapped and they forgot to give me any sauce for the nuggets. One time I made an order with the sausage burritos or wraps and they charged me 10 cents extra for something...I think it was the salsa??? But I never even asked for extra. I just asked for cup of water... So they kind of suck in a way, but at the same time is Mc Donald's it's fast food... What can we do...

Food tastes good and the atmosphere is pretty nice (though a little slow at times), but they KEEP messing up our order. Have ordered multiple times and they've just outright forgotten things or given us the wrong food. 😕

The cashier was walking around on the floor while a line of 3 customers were waiting about 3 to 5 minutes before coming to the register and do his job. When I was served I ask for some napkins and was told that I should have ordered it when I was at the cashier. Telling me to read the sign of which I did not see an was not looking for a sign as I knew exactly what I wanted. I was laughted at and shouted to by this young girl. Others were also laughing. I also notice a lot of loud talking and a lot of laughter by most of the employees. Do they know that they are selling food. It was not a pleasant experience for me. While eating another young lady came and pointed out to me where the sign was. I said thank you. She left. Would u believe I came through the other door.

This place looks clean , They try to serve you fast but mess your order up! All I wanted was a small hot Latte on an cold day and she gives me an ice one. The receipt clearly states hot! I show her and looks at me and tells me the cold is better... really

Every time I order is something else with this place. Hard cold fries, they forget to put something in the bag. They ran out of something so put something else in my bag as an exchange ( but don't ask). Other than that it's fairly clean and a good spot to stay to sit and chat or wait for the rain to pass.

Every times i order suger free vanilla iced coffee or 1 equal regular coffee they put way too much sugar/sweet 😰🥵

My order sat at the pick up counter and they just never called my number. I stood there for 20 minutes among a group of probably 10 other people, and eventually had to go ask for it. It was then wordlessly handed to me.

I ordered a large coffee with 7 cream and milk but it didn't seem like they put even 2 nor milk. So I went to the cashier and asked for some cream and he was nice enough to hand me 3 little cups of cream.

Need more staff! From a customer and delivery driver’s point of view they need to hire more people. Service is extremely slow and some of the English speaking Hispanics like to ignore customers who have been waiting for a long time and pretend to be overwhelmed when customers are irritated with their poor service. Customer service sucks at the specific location. I ordered through my McDonald's app. And took my time walking 5 blocks there. I showed them my order number and I waited for 20 minutes before asking someone again about my order. Several people walked in ordered and left while I was waiting for a Happy meal and two burgers. My visit there before this one I waited 30 minutes and spoke to 3 different people about my order. The final time I asked, I spoke to a cashier and told her how long I was waiting and she just stared me in my face and never gave me an answer about my order.

This has to be one of the worst McDonald's if not the worst. They have a drive through that is closed almost every time I pass through here. One time I went in and ordered on the kiosk thing, which I hate, I waited about 25 minutes for chicken nuggets. Me and about 30 people not joking are just standing there. Then they call my number, I say "that's me" the manager looks at me and just looks away. I then say "I think you just called my number" you would think the response would be "oh, what's your number" NOPE. It's the old, I'm just going to look away response. FAIL i ordered two big macs and fries, and i received 2 big macs only. for $19. i am now both hungry and broke.

I drove out of my way to get to this place ordered a quarter pounder with everything on it first I noticed the burger was not centered in the middle so after having to center it ripping it from the cheese i attempted to eat it and everything slipped out and got all over my clothes and my vehicle. One big mess. And the bottom bun was hard not even fresh…I wasted 13.00 for nothing. No pride how they make there food…will never go back there again!

Shalom The service is horrible, the wait is extremely long due to multiple mistakes. Chairs and table are not wiped down before or after a customer, like they were when I was a little girl. The fish meal I order was incorrect, had to 20 minutes for a new one. It was fried hard in old grease. I will never eat McDonalds again…

I did a walk in and it took me forever to get one coffee. They gave me the wrong receipt and the staff are disorganized

One of the worst establishments ever operated. Fast food....but took 30 minutes to provide cold food. None of the food was prepared right given the ingredients were typed on the receipt. Had to go back twice for ketchup, BBQ sauce and apple slices--all on the original order and forgotten to give us. Everyone simply turns their back and pretends to be working. The waiting crowd was so angry waiting for food that a loud argument ensued while the security guard simply sat there.

On December 1, 2023 at 1030am I waited on line. When I got to the register, the cashier (a Hispanic male with Grey hair and wearing glasses) refused to take my order and started making drinks. Then after waiting 5 to 10 minutes suddenly there were people behind me harassing me about why he wasn't taking orders. (I wouldn't been harassed and cursed at and getting into an argument with someone if this cashier was attentive to his job). On top of that he blamed me for arguing with the customers whitched happened because of his making pauing customers wait. (Somebody harass and curses at me becase of someone else actions it will cause an argument). Then when he took my order instead of putting one bacon McMuffin he rung up two and over charged me. I tried to explain to him the issue but he wouldn't listen to me and I ended up asking for my money back. The actions of this cashier towards a willing paying customer were deplorable. I will never go back to that McDonald's again.

I had the worst experience ever in McDonald's, at this very location!!! Not only was the customer service deplorable by the purported manager, as he didn't listen to or anticipate my needs and became VERBALLY AGGRESSIVE, the order was DISGUSTING! I have frequented this location for years and have had a totally different experience previously. This manager was a nightmare. Albeit, he treated the customer prior to me with respect, while speaking in Spanish (not about me, as I am versed in a few foreign languages) and the customer after me (it was evident that they have a positive rapport), I was not afforded the same. I reckon it was because I was a woman and the others weren't, I reckon because I paid at the register through him and not kiosk as he insinuated that I do, or I reckon I just know WHAT was in his head or heart. But I DO KNOW that customer service/care was NOT it.

One star is way to nice for this place. Nasty. Slow. Nasty! Worst McDonald's I've ever been too. It took 25minutes to get a triple cheese and 10 nuggets... the place wasn't ever busy. Dirty!!!! Nasty!!! & S.L.O.W.! On A POSITIVE NOTE I'm only here for two more days and they are not the only place that sales food.

The food is always cold from this location. Even if you see it come out of the grease. It's like they cook with ice cubes. I'm not sure what's going on with the food temperatures. The store atmosphere is wild. All times of the day. It's a slight chance you may get robbed at knifepoint for your left over fish fillet. Very intense crowd. The staff really, really try their hardest.

I ordered through third party services the driver gave me an entirely different meal and when I had went back myself to reclaim my meal the manager told me to confirm my order like I'm a delivery driver when I'm actually the customer and gave me a difficult time even though they were completely wrong, and they messed up my order once again when I reclaimed it, they are very unprofessional and unorganized.

This store falsely advertise that they stay open untill 11pm. They close when they feel like closing. Right now its 10pm. They only cater to door dash n uber eats.where does it advertise that its closed to regular customers before closing time?

Since this place was renovated. The quality of service it’s become horrible. Under the other managing team it was efficient and pleasant. This new crew are slow and lazy. The guy who works the front register has the nastiest attitude and no people skills.

Was waiting at the counter somebody to take my order but seemed like I was being ignored. I finally said “ excuse me can I place an order?” The lady looked at me and kept doing what she was doing. You gotta be kidding me! I waited 15 minutes for a to go breakfast order and the bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese had a nasty surprise! For whatever reason, there was slathered on one side a sour disgusting mayonnaise under the cheese that had turned! I threw out after taking a bite and inspecting the sandwich further. Then to add further insult to injury, the small orange juice tasted like tap water since it had been watered down from the fountain machine behind the counter. Only the hash brown was good/ piping hot!

Why would you not be 24 hour in NYC!!!!

I stopped by this afternoon for coffee and the employee did not put the lid on correctly causing the coffee to spill all over my hand in the store. The employee was upset and stated “you don’t know how to pick up coffee.” He did not offer napkins or ice for the burn. He was upset he had to clean the pick up counter. Please train your staff. This could have been prevented. I’m just glad it wasn’t a more severe burn. Be CAREFUL ordering hot beverages here as they do not do their job properly.

Ordered delivery the app would not let me say no mustard on my burger. It said call the restaurant because they do not accept special orders unless you call the place. They never answer the phone. This place has horrible customer service

It seems like every other day this location as issues and are closed. I tried to get my kids breakfast more than once this week (March 2026) and the first time they said we don't have enough staff to open then the later in the week drive thru was close and all doors had sign they weren't open do to issues. Not sure if this has anything to do with chick a dollar opening up one block away. who knows maybe it own by the same people and they're pushing you to their new restaurant. 2 out of 10

Allowed drive thru pick up orders but then closed the drive through. There’s about 50 people inside the restaurant so can’t go in and pick it up either. A mess. I’m sure they could have turned off the order through drive thru option.

Are you hungry? Clear your table. All the restrooms are closed, and they don't give out receipts when you order food. When I asked to open the restroom, the manager reacted aggressively and was rude to me.

This has got to be the worst McDonald's in Brooklyn and I've been to many of them. For years, this location has been consistently slow with poor customer service. I try to avoid it, but every once in a long while, I'll give it another try hoping management changed. Nope. Permanently on my "do not go back" list.

Have no idea what going on with the employees mind. This is my ever first bad review on google maps. I ordered a flit o fish combo with Diet Coke and other thing from uber eats. Came with no flit o fish burger at all, fries was half full, the Diet Coke is just water. First time being mat at food. Interesting experience, would remember this for a long time. Thank you.
