I got 2 meals and requested for creamer and sugar to be added to the coffee and only on one it was added is always drive thru that has issues with getting orders right last time it was the food bowl I know is only coffee but I’m paying for what I want then I ask them if it was added and they say yes I’m driving so I’m trusting them but nope .
My son is autistic and he was screaming, my son was tired and hungry so I decided to take him to Chick-fil-A and I felt so overwhelmed because he would scream every time I got up, so I had a full on Mental Breakdown and the man who I believe was the manager his name was Andrew. He was the most nicest understanding person, he comforted me the best way he could’ve. Thank you Andrew!! Also there was a lady that came to me and made me feel better as well and giving me that “it’s okay” “ you are doing good”. But I’m just happy to know there are kind people in this world. ❤️
I went in through the drive-thru lane, but even then, the food was a solid 8/10. The food isn't what you expect out of a fast food chain and that's a good thing. The chicken looks, smells, and tastes fresh, and I had a blast eating their delectible chicken nuggets. The service did take a long time to give out the food but they did leave a complimentary brownie in the bag so that's nice. Overall, nice place, would go again
Javeen or Javen (apologies on not remembering the spelling of your name) is absolutely incredible! He was patient, cordial, and very helpful. The staff here is fast and attentive and the food is consistently delicious. There is a reason there is always a line here, and in regards to efficiency, service, and taste this restaurant is unmatched in Rowlett. Run don't walk to get your hands on this food!
We have lived here for over 15 years and this was my very first visit to this Chick-fil-A. I got there at 9:30 PM and the double line was still out to the street. I was AMAZED at how quickly they took our orders and fulfilled them. They have working lots of customers well down to a science. The food was fresh and hot and tasted great. I got two meals for under $20, which i felt was a great value. And, by the way, have you had one of their peppermint shakes? Oh my gosh! Prepare to swoon!! Those things are DELICIOUS!!!! You owe it to yourself to try one, but know that you are likely to develop a new addiction!! Too bad it is a seasonal treat.
I have too ask, "What's not to like?" Chick fil a makes fast food great again! I love the wraps, the sandwiches, and the Cobb salad. I also confess to being a huge fan of their frosted coffee. And I don't know of any other chain restaurant where the staff is half as polite and helpful.
I've heard about the lines at Chick-fil-As but I got to see it for the first time when I went to get food there. It wrapped around onto the road and took quite a quite a while to get through it. However, there was someone outside that took our orders so that was good. The food is great and the service is awesome! I can see that the place is mainly served by high school kids so for me, this says a lot about their training. I've been to other places that employees a large number of HS kids and the service is not a good as these guys. Furthermore the inside is fairly kept up for being that busy and the restrooms were clean as well. There is a children's play area and also an outside sitting area. I like this place a I REALLY like their sauces, with the Polynesian Sauce being my favorite.
I have mostly had great experiences with chick FIL A. One negative experience in my life. That's really saying something. Who has a perfect record as far as fast food is concerned? And who even has a near perfect record? Chick fil A does. Nobody even comes close to that kind of track record. That's remarkable. I would guess you could go to any chick fill A and get great food and great service. This one is no exception.
Still one of my favorite fast food places. The people they employ are always super nice and a pleasure to deal with. I had the grilled chicken cool wrap and a Superfood side salad. Both were awesome! I wish they offered an entree-size Superfood salad, 'cause it is amazingly good! Hat's off to Chick-fil-A. Went here today and had a grilled chicken meal. It was good, but it would even better if they offered a "spicy" version! I noticed they offer a Spicy grilled chicken salad, do it shouldn't be that difficult to offer a Spicy grilled chicken sandwich! If they did, I would definitely eat here more often!!
Cashier Jocelyn was very nice and welcoming! The food was hot and delicious. I got a good amount of paper towels. Thank you so much, will come again!! Will recommend to friends. 😊👍

I’m not the type to usually come on here and post Google reviews but I just HAD to after this experience because it genuinely made my morning. My car was at first a tad nervy cuz we were gonna place 4 separate orders in one car and we were like “uh oh I hope they don’t hate us” but the line was non existent and our wonderful server Adrian took all of our orders and made it so so easy and answered all our questions. He is our GOAT for real I thank the Lord for people like him. After placing our fatty orders, we pulled up to the window expecting to wait. BUT! there was no wait! Our wonderful server (I’m so sorry I don’t remember her name but she was so sweet and had light ish colored hair and it was short hair too) she was so so kind and made this trip so fun. All the people in the car couldn’t help but exclaim how this was the best Chick-fil-A experience we’ve ever had (even though we live in a different city) But THANK YOU CHICKFILA for making our early morning so blessed Love, four teenage young adult women looking for love and grub in our (not) locals fast food chains We love you thank you

Chick-fil-A’s chicken nuggets are like little bites of happiness. Every time I take a bite, I’m greeted with a perfectly seasoned, juicy piece of chicken. The outside is crispy, the inside is tender, and the taste is just spot on. It’s no wonder they’re a go-to comfort food for so many people, including me!

Really enjoy Chick-fil-A especially this location. The long lines pf car amazes me how often and how fast the employees get through these surges. Every day you are met with a happy smiling face. Every register employee seems to be well trained on the registers, a lot of the time my order is ready by the time l pay. l have tried every item Chick-Fil-A has to offer, only one that l would recommend not to order is the Chick strips because of the small size and the price of $6.99 for 3, there is also a 4ct. The original Chicken Sandwich is the way to go. The interior of this place is kept very clean, even during the lunch runs. There is always a clean place to sit and eat lunch.

Chick-fil-A for me is my all time Favorite place to eat. They have Amazing Customer Service! Fantastic Hot Fresh Food and Great Sweet Tea! Chick-fil-A is the Only place that is Accurate with my orders and the only ones that seem to Care about their customers. Thanks for all you do and for the Tasty Meals each and every time! My only suggestion would be to redesign your locations with double drive-thrus, save your people from the weather. Because you're So Good everyone wants some of your goodness.
I go here (when I get my paychecks). Amazing food and quick service. But one time, I ordered a Dr Pepper float, but it didn’t float…likeee I was expecting my Dr Pepper to fly to me.
This visit was via drive thru, friendly service with efficient service times. Everyone had their smiles on and made my experience exceptional for the start of my day.
Always great service whether you are going through the drive through or eating inside. Food is always great. Always fresh at a reasonable price. Breakfast is my favorite. They absolutely have the best fast food biscuits and sandwich options. No matter how busy, the staff is always patient, helpful, courteous, friendly and act like they truly care about you and their job. It’s so refreshing to see this!

Went here one day during the week about two months back. Normally I would go to the drive through. This visit I went in I had a situation with my ticket it was resolved professionally. The restaurant on the inside was so clean and welcoming. I was standing at the counter waiting on my food and the African American manager wanted to make sure I had been helped. When I think of Chick-fil-A, I think of outstanding customer service, proactive thoughtfulness, and this location exceeded what we’ve come to expect. Oliver, who is in his first year, did an amazing job helping me today. I came in, having a very difficult morning, and Oliver’s smile, positive attitude, and extra measures of assistance really helped turn my day around.
This is always my go to, today I went and they had a new worker working named Andrew, he was the sweetest kindest soul !! I love when they bring new faces that bring joy and light to other peoples day!
I came in the morning and I have a slight stutter. I try to push through it especially in public places but it tends to be embarrassing. Omg! The service here is amazing!!! When I walked in it was soo busy because the lunch rush but they were so fast and amazing!! I did not have to get off my table not once. Anything I needed they brought it to me. Which is very helpful when I have 2 little ones that I don’t want to keep my eyes off of them. This is the cleanest Chick Fil-A I've been to. It was just after 7 a.m.. I had the pleasure of being served by Ann. She was very pleasant, personable, and kind. The weird thing there, is the atmosphere. There were 11 employees sitting in the dining room. 10 were all in the area by the restrooms. So when I went to use the facilities it was highly strange walking through them all. All the good seats/ spots were taken by the employees. I wanted to be able to sit in a corner and eat, but employees had those seats. Otherwise, this is a really nice location. Just get your food to go.
This location is exactly what you expect of the business modeled Chick-fil-A. Awesome staff, always friendly. The playground is really small with not much to do. Food is easily comparable to any Chick-fil-A. No jalapenos, which is why I gave it a four star. Come on y'all, this is Texas. We put jalapenos on everything.
I usually get incredible service here, so it kills me to take down a Star based on this prior visit. It was dinner time so I get that everyone was SUPER busy and everyone is always quick and friendly, however, I paid about $50 for my meal for myself and my family and we got half our meal: all of the fries were missing, they gave us the wrong chicken sandwiches and was also missing another sandwich, and I also didn't get my receipt. I'm definitely coming back to eat because my family and I love it here, but I think I will come at a time when everyone is not running around like their feet are on fire.

I got the 12 count nugget meal. Fries were cold and the holder was only half full. I was very disappointed. I had an apt so I couldn't turn around and get it fixed. I did call and let them know. They were going to fix it but I had to get home
The drive thru is fine, but what’s the point of ordering through the app if you still have to get out of the car or wait in line. My order was no faster than if I’d just ordered in the line.

I’m a regular here at chick fil a. This morning was a little frustrating. I know mornings aren’t for everybody, I get it. The young cashier this morning was really sweet, but morning rush might not be it. My order was partially incorrect. I was clear with my order, yet items were missing. What annoys me, when you tell someone an issue, it’s always turned back.
Ordered online just to wait 25 minutes in the drive thru line and have everyone else get their orders before. Employee was unapologetic on the wait. I said I guess I would have saved time not ordering ahead. She responds “ya have a nice day”. What’s the point in ordering ahead?? Tried to call and can’t even get anyone on the phone.

HEY! Where's my bacon... I usually don't have any issues with chic-fil-a's in general but sometimes u get one that's not paying attention. The service was good and so where the employees. I hate to leave bad reviews but I just went through the drive thru and sat infront of the door for 10 minutes and they did not acknowledge me. I then stopped one of them to ask where my food was. I then overheard them talking about the person staring. However I was completely ignored while 10 + lane 2 cars got their food.

Not sure what’s been going on but it takes forever to get a breakfast meal here lately. Have had to go to whataburger where it only takes 5 minutes for your meal not 15.
They changed their Pupcup from a small bowl with a lid to a small 3oz cup with no lid. This makes it very difficult to drive home with open cup with the dogs trying to get access. Bring back the Pubcup bowl.
The drive thru messes up my salad order 50% of the time. I always get the same southwest salad but 5 times they have forgotten the salsa salad dressing like they did again today. And they messed my standard salad order by putting bacon bits in it when I made no alterations to my order. I suggest going inside if you’re going to order a salad.

It’s very rare that I come to this location due to the fact that I’m either waiting for long periods of time. Or somehow my food looks and tastes days old. Seriously I ordered to have my food delivered and this is what I received. Utterly disappointed

Why place the order online and then come in to wait 16 minutes? I ordered a chicken sandwich…nothing different than what’s on the menu.
I ordered ahead like I always do and I still had to wait in line for over 15 mins. 4 other cars pulled up next to me and I kept thinking surely my order is up next. Nope, they got their stuff before I did. After I left, I noticed they messed up part of my order. Of course, I turn around to get back in the drive thru hoping they’ll remedy the issue. The attendant that was at the drive thru was the least helpful person I’ve ever come into contact at any Chick Fil A. Needless to say, I will not come back to this location. This location is so extremely slow; management needs to get this team to wake up!

The slowest Chick-fil-A I have ever been to in my entire life. It’s like my order was ready and they waited until they could take out four cars at one time I sat in the line 1st in line for 12 minutes that doesn’t count the time I ordered and waited the rest in line. By the time I got my food, it was cold
Edit : it's been non stop symptoms Got bad reaction from having strawberry milkshake ( chills, puking, etc). First time going to this location and also ever experiencing this from a milkshake. Never had a bad reaction from eating at Chick-fil-a before. Location was nice and staff was very kind. Called to let store know just incase anything was up with the ingredients.
As a previous Chick-fil-A employee, I know the standards and expectations that need to be met. When arriving, we were not greeted by any employees. We actually placed an order on the app and picked it up through the drive-through when we got our order there was no sauces that we asked for at the Lady, taking our order. As we previously had asked for them on the app. When we went inside, at least three of the employees, including one being a manager, wearing a black shirt were all on their phones, and I actually had to say excuse me to get their attention. Worst Chick-fil-A experience ever do better.
How difficult is it to get an order right? Today I ordered the grilled sandwich with fries and coke zero light on the ice. I also asked for 4 (FOUR) packets or regular mustard. Instead what I got was the grilled club sandwich, 2 ketchups and 1 honey mustard. And of course more ice than coke zero. I've had so many unpleasant experiences at this location that I don't even know why I keep coming here. They can’t even spell "Pat" as my name. Apparently they hear "Mat", "Kat", "Chad", "Bat", everything but Pat 🙄 I once ordered the breakfast chicken biscuit sandwich, instead I all I got was the biscuit! I understand that service workers have a hard job, but come on! It's not rocket science to get a freaking sandwich right!
I am not a fan of Chick-fil-A. They lost me with the drive-thru method. It makes people think they get their food faster with extra order takers. Food is still cooked at the same rate. I like paying for the car behind me, but I can't do that at Chick-fil-A. Yesterday my family wanted Chick-fil-A. So I used the app. Park in the pickup area, the app told me. I did. Waited. 5-11 minutes the app said. Finally went inside the store and got the order. The app instructions are misleading. I saved no time ordering from the app.
This location has gone way downhill. I stopped in for a chicken sandwich and fries last night, and the chicken was awful. The patty was pounded super thin and in half of it there wasn't any meat just breading. It was also overcooked and dry. They were also skimpy with the fries. I had heard some Chickfila locations were slipping and I guess this is one of them. I won't be back.
I was actually disappointed by the quality of the food for the amount I paid which was Over $35 dollars.. The 3 large fries tasted like old grease. They were cold and not even remotely fresh, like they have been sitting in the fry warmer. The 3 chicken sandwiches weren't fresh. Not even Luke warm. The 2 Mac n cheese was like mush. The chicken nuggets weren't even fresh. When I was handed my 4 drinks 2 large and 2 medium.. 2 of the 4 lids weren't even closed fully, so when the girl hands me the drink carrier it spills all over me. No apology for her spilling the drinks on me, didn't even offer a napkin to clean it up. To top it off, the Chick Fil-A sauce tasted as if it were out of date or old. It's very sad to say that I had such an awful visit from this location. Not to mention there was at least six employees outside as I pull up, and I had to wait for them to finish their conversation before they even approached my vehicle. With this location being as busy as it normally is I am really concerned at why my food was old and cold and not hot and fresh. I definitely will not go back and spend my money at this location for this type of service and quality of food.
I had a really disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A location. I placed a simple request to have spicy fried chicken instead of grilled on my wrap — something I’ve done many times at other Chick-fil-A restaurants without any issue. This location flat-out refused, even though they weren’t busy at all. It wasn’t an unreasonable ask, just a small adjustment that other stores are happy to accommodate. I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. Chick-fil-A is usually known for going above and beyond for customer service, but clearly this location missed the mark.
Purchased a gallon of sweet Tea on 8-6-2025 late evening . Opened it the following evening, tasted old and had floating stuff in the gallon !!! You could clearly see it ! I took it back tonight 8-7 and was told they could not give me a fresh gallon because it had been opened!! The gallon was clearly almost full as we couldn’t drink it !! It’s TEA Not a meal etc.. they sold us a bad gallon and wouldn’t make it right !
This place used to be quick and accurate. The last few times I have gone there is an almost 30 min wait at the drive thru even if you order ahead, they will make you pull up while everyone behind you gets their order. The employees seem to lack a sense of urgency and don’t care if you’ve been waiting or not, and they also tend to forget something almost every single time. Please get it together.
This chick fil a is always so dirty. The floors are gross, food all over the place and the tables are always dirty. The food takes forever to get- the service is slow so if you are in a hurry you may want to try a different one. I have been to other chick fil a’s and they have people walking around and sweeping and cleaning tables as people leave. The franchise owners should really come in and see the quality of the store. The only reason we come to this one sometimes is because my son likes the playground so much.
Trigger warning: graphic photo My sister and I ordered delivery and you can tell there product downgrade my sister orders a salad and as she was closing it the ends were so sharp she cut herself and it looks deep enough to the point we’re she might have to get stitches!! This made the overall experience one of the worst I’ve ever had I would rate it 0/10!! The cut has some ointment on it but look deeper in person.
Ordered catering well in advance for 10:30 pickup. Nothing too complicated- literally just nuggets and sauce. Walked in to a busy store well before 10:30, waited in line for 15 minutes and then had to wait another 20 to even get my food. Any time I had talked to someone about it, the only thing they said was that “they’re working on it”. Multiple people standing around. The catering order wasn’t completed until 25 minutes after the selected pickup time. Made us late to our event.

There is no way this location isn’t gaming its own numbers. This location is one of the slowest drive-thru I have ever visited at any fast food location. I don’t just mean Chick-fil-a I mean any fast food place period. Even as I type this, I’m in a line halfway around the building and it hasn’t moved an inch in 8 mins. I don’t even know why they have two lanes as it does nothing for their speed of service. If a GM or higher up at the company can read this, this is clearly a management issue, as this location had been like this the 4 or so times I’ve stopped by since I moved here in June. I am no longer interested in coming here. Do not stop by this play if you are on ANY TYPE of schedule. If you don’t have 15-30 mins to spend in a drive thru, do not go to this location.
I've tried 3x, and this is hands down the worst CFA my family has visited. Never has our online order been ready. Never have the lines moved expeditiously (15 min in drive-through!!). Never has our order been 100% correct. Something has to be done...although we might not see the fruits as I refuse to get stuck in this madness again.
The lady that took my order didn’t say “my pleasure” and my fries/nuggets, for the first time EVER were cold and tasted like they’ve been sitting there , were definitely not fresh and were so stale that whenever I was chewing it was hurting my jaw. Not happy with this cfa today. Yall had the nerve to take forever and somehow managed to still give me stale food
Please consider adding a MOBILE DRIVE THRU like other DFW locations have started adding. This location is the only one in this area and the service is so slow it doesn’t make sense. There’s not that much variety on the menu to be this slow at service. Mobile orders are just as slow. You have to select “already here” when you’re ten min away if you want you’re food ready by the time you get there.
Each time I come to this location I take a long time through the drive thru. And sometimes they even make you go park and wait longer. I went today and this time did 30 minutes and it wasn’t even busy (5 cars in the drive thru). They aren’t nice at all. This franchise location needs to do better actually follow the timer of each vehicle.
Extremely super slow drive thru!!....drive thru staff doesn't know what they're doing!!! Continously checking orders because don't know whose order is who!! Had to wait over half an hour for an order of fries and a fruit cup!!!! Ridiculous!!!!
Won’t ever be coming back here the staff doesn’t do anything when there’s kids hitting other kids and the parents aren’t doing anything either. The play area smells like pee.
I’m a die hard fan typically, but today left me extremely disappointed. I very politely and clearly asked for “lite ice,” had the employee repeat it, and received a cup filled to the top brim with ice. I’ve never received this much in my cup at any establishment in my life. I feel as if I was being spited for asking for lite ice in my lemonade. Regardless of where the issue occurred, my order was ruined and I felt deliberately spited.
One star is accurate. The food still tastes like chik fil a, and that’s about all the positives I can share. There has been an issue with service literally every time we’ve tried to eat here. Order ahead in any capacity (in store, drive through) always has some type of nonsensical delay. Today took the cake though, as I stood by the mobile pick up and was blatantly ignored. An employee helped the man behind me in line without acknowledging me at all. I literally had to loudly ask if I was invisible. Kid with long curly behind the counter was a snot. Asked my name and then made no further moves to help. I had to ask the employee handing off food to the man I was standing in front of for my food. Which was handed off with a leaking soda. Done with this location
Came yesterday with my wife and 3 kids and ordered our usual. Service was horrendous!!!!!! Young ladys name was elena. She was so rude and nasty towards my wife. Will never be coming back to this location.
Edit: I just went with my son to take him for lunch and it was SOOOO dirty! Almost all the open tables were visibly dirty and the trash was overflowing and trash on the ground… the one near Rockwall is way nicer and the one in Wylie is even nicer than that. Never coming back to this location… This Chick Fil A has a nice facility but the drive thru is always SO BUSY. And because of that, every time I’ve gone, orders have been wrong or items forgotten. It’s extremely frustrating… because it’s quite literally every single time that the order is incorrect or missing.
Worst chick fi la I’ve ever been to the wait is so long and then when you get to the front and they your name you are still just waiting for your order while they have alot of stuff standing around
Highly recommend not going to this location as EVERY time I’ve gone to this location they forget something from my order, and I don’t mean something simple as a side of fries, they always forget a main entree and it’s not just during lunch, happens for breakfast as well.
Horrible Customer Service and No Easy Refunds if They Get Your Order Wrong--and They Will. I placed an order that included 3 standard Chick-fil-A sandwiches in the drive-thru. There was only 1 other car ordering. The place was empty. When I got home I realized they forgot a sandwich so I call the restaurant. They ask if I can come back and get it. I explained no because it was inconvenient and I wanted to eat my food. They offer to let me pick the sandwich up over the next 30 days. Just the sandwich they forgot. No future discounts or free food for my inconvenience. I again say no because the experience was bad enough I don't plan to return anytime soon. I request a refund. I was told in order for them to process the refund I still need to drive back and PHYSICALLY hand them my card. They can't do it over the phone even with my order number and receipt info. Again, nothing for the inconvenience. I told them if I didn't want to drive back for the sandwich why would I drive back for the refund? I thank the staff member for no help at all and call corporate to get a refund. They advise me only the store can issue the refund and again offer no incentives for my inconvenience. Terrible customer service. I won't be returning. Good luck if you gamble and order from Chick-fil-A.
FOUND A LIVE FLY IN MY SALAD!! I went in to show them the fly that was still in the salad moving they just stared at it. I requested my refund and they needed multiple people to come help refund my salad. They even requested my free cookie reward back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. Sad I used to come here EVERYDAY!!
Came in yesterday with my husband to pick up food for my family. Was greeted at the front counter by the rudest most inconsiderate young womem. Service from her was terrible Never coming back again. Most disgusting attitude ever. Her name was Elena.
Drive thru girl Alicia messed up my order. I went around 3:30pm the girl had already an attitude. She clearly doesn’t like her job, she also forgot my fries which I had to come back for it after waiting a long time in the drive thru
I ordered six sandwiches. When I came home and check the order, There was only five sandwiches in the bag. Call the store to get a refund Since it was already passed the time of closing when I came home. They said only thing they can do is do a care order. So they credited one meal to the care order. I was not informed that it was only good for 30 days. When I went to collect Today. I was informed the order was good for 30 days. So Chick-fil-A stole $12 for me.
Slowest CFA drive thru I’ve ever been too. They’re clearly trying to save money by being understaffed. It’s gotten significantly worse in the past few weeks. Not recommended if you’re in a hurry. Took me 15 minutes to get through the line. They were coming out and asking people what they ordered!
Worst service I've ever had. I had to repeat myself 5 times to the guy standing right next to me taking my order. Then we waited in line for 20 minutes. I asked an employee what was taking so long and he said it was because of the ran everyone had to come inside from taking orders...but they were still outside. I sat in the line so long I thought I was going to die of claustrophobia. I nearly called the police and reported myself kidnapped.
Just moved out to Rowlett recently and chick fil a is usually one of my main go to’s for lunch. This location however, is terrible. The service and sense of urgency is insanely slow. Whether I’m going through the drive through or getting it delivered I’m forced to sit in a line for 45 minutes, even if my order is placed in advance. And if I’m getting it delivered I have to wait another two hours. Checked to lowest rated reviews for this location too to see if anyone else has had a similar experience and if this location is doing anything to try and improve the all around experience but sadly no. I’ll just be taking my business and orders from here on out to the chick fil a down the road of Dalrock from here on out.
