I had a fantastic experience with this store. I accidentally ordered the wrong pizza crust for my Meatzza pie through Uber Eats. I have a gluten allergy and selected the wrong crust. I called the store and Mitchell corrected the order. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Mitchell’s customer service. He deserves a promotion!!!

Ordered online - nice and easy experience. Pizza was ready in about 15 minutes . Environment itself (even doh it’s not open for dine in ) is clean and maintained well. The prices on big pie with 5 toppings are super cheap . Only 1 thing I wish they improve- guys who make pizza just wear rubber gloves . Other then that - good pizza for cheap price and fast service. Will be ordering again.
The pizza was delicious and look amazing. The counter guy was super friendly. My only issue were the wings. They just never come out crispy but, that’s all dominos.
I usually have a great experience at this Domino's. Not so much today. I ordered wings as usual and they arrived smaller than the dipping sauce itself. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager, denied! The female who nonchalantly denied my request proceeded to tell me that they are the same size as always. I hate when people insult my intelligence.
I ordered a plain cheese pizza and a soda, that’s it, they deliver the pizza but no soda, i mean I can eat my pizza without the soda but come one I paid for it, the guy tells me he’s going to get the coke and come back, 3 hours go by and nothing, I called the place a few times because I paid for the soda I at least want to get if not get my money back! Wish they could’ve just given me a coke that’s all or give me back the money I paid for it. Very annoying.
This Domino franchise serves the community in the best possible but the owner of this location really needs to train their employees on cleanliness, efficiency, and professionalism. (image of an employee leaning on the inside of a pizza box with his street clothes on, not a good look.) The owner of this location should also think strongly about hiring some staff that can actually speak and take orders in English (not all of us are able to speak Spanish). Not being able to communicate in English results in countless errors when taking orders by phone or in person. Again, when your order is taken correctly, all is well. This is a Domino's franchise serving up a menu like all other Domino's franchises. So, in the end, it's all about how your hired staff is able to represent your store.
I am writing to file a very serious complaint regarding my recent order, as this experience was extremely frustrating and unacceptable from start to finish. First of all, my food was never delivered. I arrived on time and was already waiting at the entrance exactly as instructed, specifically waiting for my pizza. I did everything correctly on my end — I was present, available, and actively watching for the delivery. Despite this, the order simply never arrived. What made the situation even worse was that instead of taking responsibility, the restaurant called me and tried to blame me, claiming that I “didn’t answer the phone.” This is completely untrue. I was standing right at the door the entire time, phone in hand, waiting for the delivery. No missed calls, no notifications, nothing. It is incredibly unfair and unprofessional for the restaurant to shift the blame onto the customer when the failure was clearly on their side. On top of that, the customer service attitude was extremely poor. Rather than apologizing or trying to resolve the issue, the staff spoke in a dismissive and defensive manner, insisting it was my fault and offering no meaningful solution. There was no empathy, no accountability, and no effort to make things right. Even more shocking, the delivery driver effectively stole my order. The food was marked as delivered, yet I never received anything. When confronted, the driver became argumentative and tried to justify the situation instead of acknowledging the problem. This behavior is completely unacceptable. As a paying customer, I should never have to deal with a driver taking my food and then acting entitled about it. This entire experience reflects a serious lack of professionalism from both the restaurant and the delivery service. Between the missing food, false accusations, rude customer service, and the delivery driver taking my order, this was one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had. I expect a full refund and a proper investigation into both the restaurant and the driver involved. Customers deserve respect, honesty, and basic service standards — none of which were met here. I sincerely hope this issue is taken seriously, because this level of service is absolutely unacceptable.
There were ROACHES roaming around the place. Not only was the store dirty but the service could not have been more horrendous. Employees are extremely rude and ignore you whenever they feel like. I have called to place a delivery and they have hung up while I was mid talking. On top of that, the card board tasting food does not make up for it either. Very pricey and disappointing. The only exception was the employee Mitchel, he stayed very respectful throughout the whole interaction and if you were to order at this dirty dominos I recommend ordering with Mitchel, he will at least not hang up on you. Overall would NOT recommend.
I ordered an hour n 45 minutes ago n still no order ima report this to corporate office at this point my pizza should be free smh
terrible customer service called to check on status of order which said delivered on Uber eats the guy just said the order went out over 20mins ago and didn't offer to check on the driver or anything and hung up
Do not order from here. Food is cold, delivery is late, and they never answer phones when you need an update on your order. Save your money and yourself the trouble.
Delivery guy was a nasty jerk to my son who ordered today first off he called him yelling he's here when in fact he wasn't he was 2 houses down then practically throws the boxes into my son, my son has Asperger's so he's really gentle and it took him back, dominoes shake on you so pissed with this
Sadly, delivering pizza in the Winter Months on a BIKE... The pizza always arrives Cold.(We sadly are Changing to another other business) Don't know why CORPORATE doesn't pay attention to their CUSTOMERS. Thanks C.O.
Third time ordering from this specific dominoes, & each time has been messed up! This time, or on line order said delivered 10 minutes before it arrived. Once received order, found both pizzas had been cut weird (one was acceptable, but other one was cut into squares after specifying pie cut. No forks for eating salad & no dressing for one salad. First time calling number on receipt was hung up on. Second time had to talk toto 4 people & call lasted 14 minutes 38 seconds. Was told replacement items would be delivered within 30 minutes. At 30 minutes, called back & was told order hasn't even been started! Finally received pizza, forks & dressing, & pizza was burnt! 2 hours wait for burnt pizza!
I know how cheap they can be with the toppings so i knew this ahead because last time i got nothing on my pizza, I decided to put extra pepperoni and extra mushroom and basically got 1 pepperoni on each slice. Can’t even get it the right way with paying for extra! 😩 Gave this store multiple shots but they don’t even care, no where to even report this and it’s not the first time.
Ordered a pizza. Waited one hour and forty five minutes and nothing! I said I wanted to speak to the manager and they said I would have to wait one hour! $5 delivery charge? For what? $3 tip wasted! Stay away from this place!!!!
Twice now have ordered and the order has not arrived. When you go onto the website to complain or write them they only offer 20% off your next order instead of giving a refund option. Have called the location and they just say the driver delivered even though I’m telling them it never arrived and then just put you on hold and hang up. Called back again and they said the driver tried calling me which is a complete lie. Have not been able to get a refund and the staff on the phone are rude. Now out of money and they are robbing people by not giving refunds.
CUT THE ENTIRE PIZZA NOTHING WORSE THAN TO GET A PIZZA AND ITS NOT CUT ALL THE WAY THROUGH. ONLY 1 actually cut slice. ENTIRE PIZZA RUINED. CUT THE ENTIRE PIZZA, AFTERALL YOU CHARGE $10 in delivery fees. CUT THE PIZZA Employees Do NOT cut pizza. Call to speak to manager JESSICA and she does understand English and just says I give you free pizza. This locations owner obviously does not choose proper people to manage location to keep maintain standards. Speed of the leader, speed of the team. But it always starts with the OWNER! Don’t waste your time as there is nothing quality about the food, the service and the management along with the owner at this location. . JUST A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION. Great hire for management, someone who can not handle consumer dissatisfaction conversationally speaking.
The worst place you could ever order pizza from. I ordered 3 times from here. For 2 orders my delivery took an hour and a half, just to bring me cold stone pizza. It was absolutely disgusting, when I called them they did not pick up the phone and I kept going to voicemail. The 3rd time which was my last of course, they charged me for a pizza they never delivered. For your sake, do not order from here.
