Great service and food was of quality, fries were fresh and I went there at 12 midnight. Would definitely recommend if in the area and looking for a fast and friendly fast food chain. The girls working the night shift really hook the food up here!!!

Always busy but always decent. The staff is always friendly the food is always hot. Unfortunately the drive-thur and parking are a mess but if you have the patience, it's a cheap and delicious stop. The picture is part of there 4 for $4 deal, recommend the crispy chicken BLT.

The drive-through is often full so make sure that you go inside where there is no waiting. I got my order in about 2 to 3 minutes and I was back on the road.

Slow service even though I ordered via the app. I did the drive through to get my food which came out correctly. My burgers were but service was slow.

Disappointed in the quality of the food. The service is also extremely slow. Since it re-opened after the fire, it definitely went downhill.

It's dealing with a homeless encampment next to it,which leads to sometimes uncomfortable moments while en que to place order in drive thru. Service is a little slower than you're used to with Wendy's , But by golly it's still Wendy's and it's still darn delicious 😋. Whether is burgers or chicken I tend to slip the fries and opt for chili to enjoy later!!! They can't control whats being allowed to go on in falling prices lot,it's unfortunate. But that hasn't effected the product itself! And did I mention the frosty menu has expanded Yahoo!!!

This was my first time getting breakfast at Wendy’s. The sign in the beginning of the drive-through made me laugh lol. I ordered the baconator combo with a coffee. I asked her five cream and five sugar and ketchup. Once I reach my destination and parked I open up the back to get my sugar and creamer. It was then that I was so heartbroken that they forgot to put it in. Other than that the burger was amazing. The bag says the fries are hot and crunchy. They were crunchy but not hot at all.

The food was good and warm I like wendys a lot and eat at one whenever I can, but my issue was getting a frosty we ordered a medium but the lady gave us a small and swore it was a medium when we asked to see the small size she showed us the junior cup and argued with us but I know for a fact that a medium is a 16 oz cup the small is around 9 or 10 oz which is what we got. And the junior is like 6 oz. I don't work at wendys but I know from every other wendys I've ate at a medium is not a small. And I don't appreciate being told by an employee "you don't know what you're talking about, I work here and you dont this is a medium", it was rude, disrespectful and straight up robbery. Teach your employees proper sizes and portions and how to have respect for the people paying. 10 years ago I would have thrown it back through the window at the rude entitled child but a lot of kids are rude now days that would get extremely expensive to throw my food back at each one. First and LAST time at this location. I went through the drive through, ordered a #3 with spicy nuggets, a large fries, and a large Oreo brownie frosty. Already on the freeway before I realized they gave me regular nuggets and didn't even blend the frosty, just put some drizzle on the side of the cup and a few Oreo crumbs on top. They also didn't give me my receipt and when I looked at my credit card statement, they over charged me by 30%. Seems like they gave themselves a nice tip. Probably why they didn't give me a receipt when they handed back my card and the food.

I visited Wendy’s last Monday (9-29-2025; the picture below shows the rewards being granted as I went through the drive thru to order my food and used the rewards at the window). The food was good but I believe there was something wrong with my Chicken sandwich deluxe from the biggie bag meal. I bit into and it tasted kind of wonky but I didn’t pay it no mind at the moment. Fast forward about 4 hours later I was vomiting (I believe I got food poisoning) all night and it was a terrible experience for me. I had to miss my classes at Sac State for a day and a half due to the nauseous feeling I had all day (along with a 102 fever) and I couldn’t eat anything solid for 2 whole days. I like Wendy’s but I am highly skeptical on returning at all to this establishment.

The staff was not professional, this was July 29 2025. I have been so busy but I wanted to share my experience. There is a strange establishment nearby so that could make things really weird for them but they were not using the app and couldn't take it. Then tried not to give me my receipt and very combative. I go to the Wendy's in my hometown and this was the worst service I received at a Wendy's. Hopefully they have improved.

I came here at 1:34am because I already placed my mobile order 20 minutes ago. Nobody was answering me at the box so I waited 5 minutes to pull up to the window. I locked eyes 3 times with 2 different employees & I also got ignored at the window. After another 5 minutes someone finally came to the window with an attitude & stated they had no order from me even though I had the receipt and the address to the location. She proceeds to visibly get annoyed and showed me a random computer screen stating there was no mobile order. I'm trying to show her my receipt on my mobile app & she refuses. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and the middle was completely RAW!!! I drove all the way back to the power inn location to let them know and the manager there literally hiding behind the window tells her worker at the window to tell me that “this is the temperature we cook the chicken at”…I told her it’s completely raw there’s no way they are selling this to people and she manager proceeds to say “it’s not raw. We can make you another one but it will look exactly the same as the first one”..I was literally shocked to hear them really say that. Didn’t even offer to cook it longer or nothing. Trash of a place this Wendy’s was and the manager was more unprofessional and a coward for hiding behind her worker letting her take all the heat when she’s should’ve been woman enough to come to window and tell me to my face!

the finished establishment always works only drive labor, you have to stand for an hour, for which they made such a large building, there is enough booth, the staff does not move! This place is closed even during the day! Why was such a building built? A booth is enough if only drive tru works!
