My chicken sandwich was really good! I haven’t been able to say that about most fast food restaurants! Usually if it is fast, it isn’t good! I was surprised! Did however witness a family that pre-ordered and were unable to pick up their food because they did not have a vehicle!! The staff should have delivered it outside or made concessions somehow. She was pregnant and they were hungry! Enough said! Be kind to your customers!

If getting drive thru or takeout check and see if it's what you ordered. A few times we've got down the interstate with wrong order. One time I was promised the order would be right and they still messed up, I check now. lol The food is very good.

I had a take out order, minor complaint, was , I ordered a fish sandwich, the pickles were fine, but the tartar sauce was just a dab, and only a few pieces of lettuce. Disappointed.

Must be a good spot to grab a late lunch ! It was crowded & had a line for the drive through !! Since I was really jammed for time, I had to skip lunch & head for Cleveland !! Was clean inside though ! A plus when one is that busy !! 😊

We used to love stopping at the Salamanca BK after sport practices, but lately it has been terrible 20+ minute waits in the drive thru. We have been trying to get the cotton candy icee since it came out but the machine is always broken or down for cleaning when we stop. Olean locations are much better if you’re in the mood for BK.

We dined in, fish sandwich cold, frozen coke out, Jr. Whopper served incorrectly, was remade, fresh and it was cold. French fries and onion rings were cold. Location was not busy. Tables were dirty. I think the only reason this place survives is because of the drive-thru aspect.

Spent 15 minutes in the “fast food” place waiting for two burgers while listening to employees talking about getting blackout drunk and asking each other if they want to take a break and get stoned. Young guy with the scraggly beard and man bun in the front took 2 minutes to acknowledge me waiting to place an order and then stood around doing nothing but chatting.

So it was weird I watched the manager walk over to the food and say I'm hungry can I watch her open the chicken nugget basket look at him and say I need fresh I don't want them you're telling me you're willing to give customers old nuggets but you don't want them the not only that she turned around and ate a cheese stick right there in front of everybody no clouds know nothing I don't understand how the manager with red hair can say she don't want gold nuggets but she's willing to serve in somebody else my thing is is if you're not going to eat it why should we

Wows-we was the lady working last night rude!! Ordered ahead and when we arrived the milk shakes were unavailable. No big deal except her attitude towards us was unacceptable.

If I could give negative I would... First of all BK ur fast food 37 mins in the drive threw for an online order before we even make it to the speaker... This burger King manager needs to quit and get a new job literally only take 1 order at a time.... This is not manufacturing one piece flow does not apply here.... Don't go here u spend more time then what it's worth.... This place is a joke 47 mins cold ass food and for what? These places keep using their prices but yet their service and quality drastically reduce

We were a party of 3, 2 separate orders. Cashier took first order and didn't take second order. After waiting 15 minutes we asked if she could take her order because we were together. She said no she was busy with online orders. The online orders came in way after we got there. I understand someone being busy, but when a party comes in together, you should take their order together.

Kind staff, won’t fault them for that but food was subpar. Everything was cold, definitely had been sitting out for a while. The onion rings are shriveled up and some of the chicken fries are much smaller than normal. Additionally, there are too few onion rings to be a large… it’s a rip off. Had a craving and I am bummed that the food wasn’t fresh.
