When I went to order, the cashier suggested I order from the website due to the special deals on there and I would save money. She even came around the counter and helped me with it. Also, it was late when I got there. No one showed attitude or was rude about me walking in towards the end of the night. I appreciated that. Everyone was polite.

I live real close to a Pizza Hut but travel 20 minutes out of the way every time because the customer service here is phenomenal! The best customer and food than any Pizza Hut I’ve been to. Tara is the manager I believe and if not she should be she’s awesome!!! Always puts a smile on my face, has me laughing, and always leaving a happy customer! Such a great personality! Love her! Highly recommend this location and ask for Tara! Won’t regret it!

Ordered large stuff crust super supreme no green peppers, meatballs instead. It was the perfect amount of cheese. Meatballs were Italian flavored. It didn't look that great, but sometimes looks are deceiving!! Very friendly greeted me as soon as I walked in. Pizza was ready an waiting when I got there. I would go back.

The food and service met expectations.. Specifically, the Cashier was new, there were a few challenges with placing my order. The Store was clean... I ordered (2) personal pan Pizzas 🍕🍕which were prepared correctly, just was not extremely hot, were warm.... I do recommend this Store. 👌🏾

Overall~GOOD! Employee greeted me as I came in (I was put off for a few minutes as she was having a 'personal discussion' with the male in the back instead of retrieving my pizzas that were in the warming cabinet), but when she did come up front after a few minutes, she was VERY friendly & the pizzas looked amazing! 😔 Sorry for the pictures of pizzas with MISSING slices, but they looked & smelled SO GOOD, we couldn't resist digging in before logic took over to take pictures of these incredible pizzas 😋

Food itself was pretty good, for pizza. However, I ordered online at 6:12, app said would be ready in 15 minutes. We get there and finally got our food at 7:27pm. If you're in a bit if a rush, or it raining out, you may want to bypass. Not a quick in and out at all

The person who answered the phone to take my order had zero communication skills. Actually answered and hung up without saying anything. Then when I called back I had to explain 3 times that I wanted 2 medium pizzas. I started to tell the manager when I picked up the order. Halfway through my sentence I could tell her didn't care at all. Pretty typical for customer service these days. Especially at a national chain.

Food was good and everything was okay but one thing. The lady at the front in the store seem to be the only one in the whole entire store, and she didn't speak not one word to me the whole time. Why? Cause she was to busy on her personal phone, yelling and laugh loudly with or at who ever was on the other end of the call. When I went to tell her why I was there she threw up her index finger at me. Signing for me to hold on, then she went to the back and brought out my order without even knowing anything about why I was there. Thankfully she got it right, or maybe I was the only one to have ordered in that time frame. Either way, very rude employee I'll say.

My Lord, how Pizza Hut has changed over the years. We went from the buffet to this abomination that claims to be a pizza place. Every time I go, the undercrust is almost doughy and the cheese ain’t on there good. The stray neighborhood cat could make a better pizza. Even that $2 Totinos is better. They don’t cook it good. At least the hand tossed. But I mean heck even in like 2014, the thin crust cheese would make my car smell like feet that haven’t been washed in days. I mean I love feet and all but wash them doggies woof woof.

I would give negative stars for service if I could. The manager Portia was the rudest most obnoxious person Ive ever dealt with in this type of business. Could not get waited on.

Pizza was not good,got charged for wrong order supposed to credit mistake but card got charged for both oders,had to wait even longer just to find out my order was in warmer all along,I will choose my pizza place more carefully next time
