Food is always good and the service is always fast.

Staff was very friendly and good at assisting me with my order. They also got my order out fairly quick despite being busy. Temperature was perfect for my food. Only this I dislike is how packed they can get.

Speed of service is unpredictable, they can be super fast one day and slow the next with the same level of business. I appreciate that management handles issues with care. My order got lost in the kitchen, but they remade it with an apology when it was noticed. I do NOT recommend the curbside pickup if it's busy, you will get blocked in the parking spot due to the drive through.

Usually very busy but the service is always great! Curbside was quick and easy. The food was and is always perfect.

What can I say Texas all the way. Ours is open 24hrs here in San Angelo. Never had a bad visit drive thru or walk in. You get to give your order to a real person no Kiosk not like Mac and Dons Rainbow inn. Hate them dam machines. This is not one of those 2 bit burgers no sir this is Texas Sized. However you want it. They even make mustard taste good. Funny also is these kids seem to like what they are doing. Good times Texas Sized.

We stopped by today 11/30/25 around 10am on the way to Houston from Midland. It was SUPER busy, the line wrapped around the store. Despite that, the workers were friendly, professional, and worked fast. Give these workers a raise!!!

I thought I would never taste the best fast food burger again but whataburger is in 1st place so far on my list of fast foods. Just got a jr burger nothing on it and ff. It was awesome meal Wow still want to go back and eat. Again great

I called at 930 on September 28 2025 for 14 burgers and fries. Every burger was different except like 3 burgers. Everything perfect not one mess up or forgot something. I didn’t catch the young man’s name I think he was in management. I want to thank him and the whole team making that happen for my family. They were great. Thank you Ricky T

We rarely eat out but when we are traveling, my husband loves Whataburger for breakfast. He likes their jalapeno biscuit. Food is always good and they are nice but my God they are slow. I did a mobile order so it would be ready when we got there. I noted the time when I placed it at 6:12am. Said it would be ready at 6:25, which is long by most fast food standard but they are always slower so 13 min was about right for them. At 6:40 we were finally handed our food. Plenty of people working (6 - 2 making food, one taking orders, one filling things and making tea, one walking around with a clipboard doing some sort of inspection and one younger girl standing by the bags and answering "just waiting on the hash browns" everytime someone asks her what the hold up is). And I know it's a 1st world problem and we are super spoiled but when you are facing a very long drive ahead, and you planned ahead and put in the order, you just wanna get on the road already! But, they are always nice and friendly and the food was good and hot.

Service and food was great but restrooms were shut down and porta-potty was set up by drive thru.

Whataburger, more like water booger. My relationship with this establishment is like a pregnant woman. It doesn’t make sense. Some days I have the craving, no, the urge to eat at whataburger and other days just the idea of it makes me want to throw up. Okay one time I walked into whataburger at like 11pm and as soon as I entered the door some lady vomited into a trash can and missed and it splashed onto my shoe. But the patty melt is pretty fire ngl. And the fact they are open so late is a total W. So I love hate this place.

Been going to this location for many years. Great service but sometimes the wait times can be very long even when there’s not enough vehicles in the driveway lane. Food is always hot and delicious.

Still a great burger and fries place. The gravy for my chicken was to watered down. This being the north Bryant location. Service was great as always. Atmosphere still nostalgic for that Feeling of being around a good neighbor. Food was a bit average on the chicken like there competitors. Not like great quality. Still sticking to the burgers.

Food was good but there stingy on the stuff that comes on the burger

The employees are very friendly, the place is quite clean and usually quiet. As for the food, the milkshakes are delicious, but their burgers could be better since the meat has a very strong flavor, not very tasty. They have good fries and the prices are actually quite good.

Got my order wrong but they made sure to make it fast and get it to us. Looks like they need more staff not the employees fault. But food was great as always

Been here a couple of times, I usually don't have an issue and they are usually great. but tonight, the fries where wayy too salty and weren't fresh, after waiting for a long time with 1 car in head of us, they forgot my cheese, so I go inside, they remake the burger, which took more time as they were making food for the drive through customers,if I had known they were going to throw it away perfectly fine food, I would have just ask for a refund for the cheese I was charged for instead of them throwing away good food. I would have just taken a piece of cheese on the side. The workers look tired and over worked. The morale and attitude towards the customers was down tonight.

Ordered curbside ordered the apple pecan cranberry salad with balsamic vinegerrette and didn't receive the salad dressing plus a double meat cheeseburger with lg fries and the box of fries was half empty didn't even fill it up 15 + dollar combo and it was like a kids meal smh.

Cashier rang up our order incorrectly. Very very slow service. I could see that the staff is not organized efficiently. Food was good, but this restaurant will likely not be my first choice for lunch in the future.

Used to love coming to this location, but lately, they have been off on their game. On my last visit, I waited over 26 minutes for 2 burgers. I would understand if it was busy, but it wasn't. They need new workers or more help.

Didn't acknowledge me or greet anyone. Once I finally got to talk to the to go person he gets my food out from the warmer and leaves it on the counter for 10 mins with me waiting patiently. I had to ask if he could just hand it to me.

The french fries or cold tasted like they were cooked yesterday or day before yesterday! The guy at the drive-through was nice

Floors have been very dirty. Kitchen is super messy on the floor and in between things.. People seem nice though. So that’s good. But always check your food before leaving to make sure you got everything. It has a weird stagnant water smell when you walk in.

Yeah, if I could take a picture of what just happened.I had to make my own is because you people forgot to add my eggs in my food.

The food would be good.... If they ever got the order right. I have not been through the drive through at this location and gotten a correct order yet, and this has been my closest Whataburger for 3 years now. Not only do they mess up my husband's semi-complicated order, they mess up my extremely simple one as well, after confirming several times what it was we had ordered. I don't know why there is a problem with the drive through, but it's bad enough that we won't be returning to this location. For the record, we never have trouble when we go inside, but there are sometimes reasons to go through the drive through instead. Photo below... No jalapeños on my husband's burger, after confirming what he wanted 3 different times. Mine was supposed to be plain and they still put mustard on it, and I didn't get the side of gravy that I ordered and paid for. He took mine back, and we didn't realize his was wrong too until after he'd left home. Edit... Even better/worse... My husband got my replacement burger with "pickles on the side" (his mistake, since I can't eat them at all) and they still put pickles on it AND on the side... At least there was no mustard this time. 🙄

Never been here before except one time. Asked for a Bacon and Cheese Whataburger with mayo instead of mustard and add ketchup. Nothing else besides those two instructions… and they gave me this(photo). No meat at all. Seriously how high do you have to be to mess that up? I love Whataburger but that is just ridiculous. They replaced it obviously but STILL couldn’t get it right because they added mustard. Not just a little either. Do not recommend this location at all

Waited for 30 minutes in line to not even be able to stay and get food because they still hadn't finished the car in front of mines order being we we're the only 2 cars in line at the time. This is the slowest location in town by a long shot

Absolute slowest location I’ve ever been to. Waited over 40 mins in the drive thru for my meals, ridiculous.

Today I placed an order on my app for curbside and checked in when I got there, it said it would be out by 8:10am so I waited after 12 minutes I still didn’t receive my order so I go in to get my order and the customer service was awful the ladies in the front were rude and the manager didn’t know how to handle the situation, they said they don’t see my order so I show them on my app the receipt the order number and where I checked in but they kept telling me we don’t have your order and didn’t even make my order for me so I asked for a refund and the manager said I have to go to the app and contact customer service, not only were they rude I paid for food that I didn’t even receive.

The service was super bad, the food was cold and bad, there was no good attention

Placed a curbside order when I arrived they had given it out to the wrong person. Never came out to explain what happened I had to go inside for answers. That I understood because accidents happed but we waited 20 minutes just for them to mess up my orders when they remade it. Manager acted mad with me even though it was their mistake.

Observed as a by standard.... A hair was found in a customers order, it was brought to the attention of an employee who offered to do the right thing. The manager decided to cuss out the customer, call the cops and do the most. The customer wasn't even loud about the concern for another burger being made. If you hate your job, go somewhere else. This won't make or break the restaurant but also do better.

I called to get my order correct because I didn't get my extra tenders I paid for and when I called they accused me of always calling and complain we order from them a lot but we always gets our order right not once have I ever called how rude of a night manager they have

Ordered online through the app and after waiting in line at the drive thru for nearly an hour we never received our food because they said they couldn’t find our order. Confirmed we ordered at the right location, but the manager was no help.

Do not go here. This is the worst Whataburger I have ever gone to. Webt through drive thru and repeated my order 6 times. Got to the window, saw the receipt and still noticed the receipt read the order wrong. I told the lady at the window, supposedly it was fixed. It wasn't. Also, 1 other burger was completely wrong and they did not give us the salt and ketchup we asked for. The fries were cold and limp and it was lunchtime. No excuse for them to ever be like that, but especially at lunchtime.

Place is disgustingly dirty. Toilet has not been cleaned in days. Tables were unclean and garbage cans filled. Our food order was incorrect and forgo salad dressing. Management of this Whataburger must be asleep or non-existent. I will never go back.

Rang up kids meals without items then charged me for the included items separately. When I caught it the manager was consulted and came back with, one was right and the other two were wrong. When I asked he come over and explain why one was right he voided the whole thing and did it right but it cost me 10 minutes for the right amount to appear. If you don't train your cashiers at least correct it correctly and quickly.

I went through the drive through, sat there at the window for at least 10 mins if not longer, and when I got my patty melt finally, it was completely cold. Nothing fresh or hot about it. Just made me mad. For the amount of time I had my truck in park at the window I figured I’d at least have a fresh burger.

The place is terrible, the food preparation is of very poor quality, the fries are awful, the hamburger is very poorly made; they heat it up, but when you bite into it, it's cold inside. It's the worst hamburger I've ever tasted. I'm sure the owner of the establishment doesn't know what's going on. I'm very sorry I couldn't finish my hamburger.

When ordering through curbside or drive-thru double check your order as we always have to go back to get the rest of our order. When you go inside you have to wait a long time for them to come to the front even though you see two employees just standing there talking to each other.
